Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
In order to solve the problems that the service form of the conventional warehouse system is fixed, the requirements of different clients cannot be met, the secondary development difficulty is high, and the operation is inflexible, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a form design method is provided, and the method comprises the following steps:
step S110, receiving a first starting instruction and starting a form design interface. It should be noted that the form design method of the present application may be executed on a computer device. The form design method of the present application will be described below by taking a computer device as an example. The computer device receives the first start-up instruction through an input device thereon, such as a keyboard, a mouse, or a touch display screen, etc., although the computer device may also receive the first start-up instruction through an input device wirelessly connected thereto, such as a wireless keyboard, a wireless mouse, or a wireless touch device, etc. The first start instruction may include a single instruction or may include an instruction set formed by a plurality of instructions. In one example, the first initiation instruction is a keyboard, mouse, or touch display initiated character instruction. In another example, the first launch instruction is a click instruction initiated by a keyboard, mouse, or touch display screen.
And after the computer equipment receives the first starting instruction, a form design interface is displayed on a display screen of the computer equipment. The form design interface is a page of the design service form. The form design interface comprises a design component display area, a form drawing area and a parameter modification area. The design component display area is used for displaying design components, wherein the design components are used for making service forms, for example, the design components comprise text boxes, option buttons, tables, dividing lines, containers, placeholders and the like, and the design components can be buttons arranged in the design component display area. In one example, the design components include a base class component, a layout class component, and a custom class component. The base class component is used to draw the base content of the service form, such as text boxes, switch buttons, and drop-down menus of the service form. The text boxes comprise a numerical value text box, a floating point numerical value text box, a character text box and a date text box. In another example, the base class component is also used to draw an attachment resource box and a sub-form box for the service form, e.g., video, image, or hypertext links, etc., can be added within the attachment resource box, and other forms that have been made can be filled in within the sub-form box. The layout type component is mainly used for typesetting the content of the service form, for example, the typesetting content corresponding to the layout component comprises a container, a TAB layout, a dividing line, a placeholder and a grid layout. The custom class component is a preset standard component for predefining and storing items which are generally required to be filled in during warehouse management (the preset standard component correspondingly displays preset standard content in a form drawing area), and can be directly invoked without user redesign, for example, the custom class component comprises a predesigned component for the items which are required to be filled in frequently in the aspects of acting partners, lists, business types, warehouses and the like.
In one example, the base class component, the layout class component, and the custom class component are all exposed in the design component exposure area. In another example, the form drawing area displays a base component drop-down menu, a layout component drop-down menu, and a custom component drop-down menu. It should be noted that, after the pull-down menu receives the start command, the content contained in the pull-down menu can be displayed, and the pull-down menu hides the content contained in the pull-down menu under normal conditions. Under normal conditions, the basic class component is hidden in the basic component drop-down menu, and when a clicking operation instruction for starting the basic component drop-down menu is received, the basic class component is displayed in the form drawing area. Under normal conditions, the layout type component is hidden in the layout component drop-down menu, and when a click operation instruction for starting the layout component drop-down menu is received, the layout type component is displayed in the form drawing area. Under normal conditions, the custom class component is hidden in the custom component drop-down menu, and when a click operation instruction for starting the custom component drop-down menu is received, the custom class component is displayed in the form drawing area.
The form drawing area is used for drawing an area of the service form, the service form is manufactured by placing the design component of the design component display area into the form drawing area, and the form drawing area is a blank area in an initial state. The parameter modification area is used for displaying parameter modification items of the design components placed in the form drawing area, and the design components placed in the form drawing area can be adjusted through the parameter modification items, for example, the size of the design components placed in the form drawing area is adjusted, the relative positions among the design components placed in the form drawing area are adjusted, and the content placed in the design components of the form drawing area is adjusted. In one example, the parameter modification area exposes all of the parameter modification items of the design components that are placed into the form drawing area. In another example, the parameter modification region exposes parameter modification items of the design components within the selected form drawing region.
The design component display area, the form drawing area, and the parameter modification area may be anywhere on the form design interface, e.g., from a perspective of looking at the form design interface, the design component display area is located above the form design interface, the form drawing area is located to the left of the form design interface, and the parameter modification area is located to the right of the form design interface. For another example, from a perspective of looking at the form design interface, the design component display area is located above the form design interface, the form drawing area is located in the form design interface middle area, and the parameter modification area is located below the form design interface. To facilitate user manipulation, in one example, from a perspective of looking at the form design interface, the design component presentation area is located to the left of the form drawing area and the parameter modification area is located to the right of the form drawing area.
Step S120, receiving the component operation instruction, and selecting a target design component from the design components displayed in the design component display area based on the component operation instruction.
It should be noted that, the computer device receives the component operation instruction through an input device thereon, for example, a keyboard, a mouse, or a touch display screen, etc., and of course, the computer device may also receive the component operation instruction through an input device wirelessly connected thereto, for example, a wireless keyboard, a wireless mouse, or a wireless touch device, etc. The component operation instruction may include a single instruction or may include an instruction set formed by a plurality of instructions. In one example, the component operation instruction is a keyboard, mouse, or touch display initiated character instruction. In another example, the component operation instruction is a click instruction initiated by a keyboard, mouse, or touch display screen. In one example, the component operation instructions include a selection instruction for selecting a design component within the design component presentation area and a drag instruction for dragging the selected design component into the form drawing area.
The target design component is the design component required to draw the current service form. In examples where the design components include a base class component, a layout class component, and a custom class component, the target design components include a first class of target design components corresponding to the base class component, a second class of target design components corresponding to the layout class component, and a third class of target design components corresponding to the custom class component.
In step S130, when the target design component is acquired, based on the component operation instruction, the content corresponding to the target design component is displayed in the form drawing area. The content includes text boxes, selection buttons, drop-down menus, typesetting content, preset standard content and the like. The content corresponding to the target design component may be displayed anywhere within the form rendering area.
In one example, the design components displayed within the design component presentation area include base class components. The target design components include a first type of target design components. In this example, as shown in fig. 2, the form design method of the present application includes:
step S210, receiving a component operation instruction, and selecting a first type of target design component from the basic type of components based on the component operation instruction.
Step S220, when the first type target design component is obtained, a text box, a drop-down menu or an option button corresponding to the first type target design component is displayed in the form drawing area based on the component operation instruction.
In one example, the design components displayed within the design component display area further include a layout class component. The target design components include a second type of target design component. In this example, as shown in fig. 3, the form design method of the present application includes:
step S310, receiving a component operation instruction, and selecting a second type of target design component from the layout type components based on the component operation instruction.
Step S320, when the second type target design component is obtained, based on the component operation instruction, typesetting content corresponding to the second type target design component is displayed in the form drawing area. The typesetting content is used for adjusting the position layout relation or the data association relation between the corresponding contents of the target design components displayed in the form drawing area.
In one example, the design components displayed within the design component presentation area further include custom class components. The target design components include a third category of target design components. In this example, as shown in fig. 4, the form design method of the present application includes:
step S410, receiving a component operation instruction, and selecting a third category of target design components from the custom category components based on the component operation instruction.
And step S420, when the third category target design component is obtained, displaying the preset standard content corresponding to the third category target design component in the form drawing area based on the component operation instruction.
In the typesetting process of the content corresponding to the design components in the form drawing area, a text box, a drop-down menu or an option button corresponding to the first type of target design components can be displayed separately (the separate display means directly displayed), and/or the text box, the drop-down menu or the option button corresponding to the first type of target design components can be displayed in the typesetting content corresponding to the second type of target design components (for example, the text box, the drop-down menu or the option button is displayed in the container). Three cases are corresponded: the text boxes, the drop-down menus or the option buttons corresponding to the design components are independently displayed, or the text boxes, the drop-down menus or the option buttons corresponding to the first type of target design components are displayed in typesetting contents corresponding to the second type of target design components, or part of the text boxes, the drop-down menus or the option buttons corresponding to the first type of target design components are independently displayed, and the other part of the text boxes, the drop-down menus or the option buttons corresponding to the first type of target design components are displayed in typesetting contents corresponding to the second type of target design components.
The typesetting contents corresponding to the second type of target design components may be displayed separately and/or portions of the typesetting contents corresponding to the second type of target design components may be displayed within other portions of the typesetting contents corresponding to the second type of target design components (e.g., one container may be displayed within another container). Three cases are corresponded: the typesetting contents corresponding to the second type target design components are displayed independently, or the typesetting contents corresponding to part of the second type target design components are displayed in the typesetting contents corresponding to the other part of the second type target design components, or the typesetting contents corresponding to part of the second type target design components are displayed independently, and in the other part of the typesetting contents corresponding to part of the second type target design components are displayed in the typesetting contents corresponding to the other part of the second type target design components.
The preset standard content corresponding to the third type of target design component may be displayed separately and/or the preset standard content corresponding to the third type of target design component may be displayed within the typeset content corresponding to the second type of target design component (e.g., one preset standard content is displayed within one container). Three cases are corresponded: the preset standard content corresponding to the third type of target design component is displayed independently, or the preset standard content corresponding to the third type of target design component is displayed in the typesetting content corresponding to the second type of target design component, or part of the preset standard content corresponding to the third type of target design component is displayed independently, and the other part of the preset standard content corresponding to the third type of target design component is displayed in the typesetting content corresponding to the second type of target design component.
In step S140, when the content corresponding to the target design component is displayed in the form drawing area, the parameter modification item corresponding to the target design component is correspondingly displayed in the parameter modification area.
In one example, the parameter modification items displayed within the parameter modification area include parameters for modifying the relative positions between the target design components that have been displayed within the form drawing area, parameters for modifying the content corresponding to the target design components that have been displayed within the form drawing area, and parameters for modifying the dimensions of the target design components that have been displayed within the form drawing area. In one example, the parameters of the relative position between the target design components include top margin, left margin, right margin, line spacing, whether in focus, whether compact, and so forth. The parameters of the content corresponding to the target design component include names, code numbers, and the like. Parameters of the dimensions of the target design component include width, height, and length.
In one example, the parameter modification items displayed within the parameter modification area include parameters for modifying the relative positions between the target design components that have been displayed within the form drawing area, parameters for modifying the content corresponding to the target design components that have been displayed within the form drawing area, parameters for modifying the dimensions of the target design components that have been displayed within the form drawing area, and parameters for modifying the properties of the target design components that have been displayed within the form drawing area. In one example, the parameters of the nature of the target design component include whether it is editable, whether it is necessary to fill, and so forth.
In one example, as shown in FIG. 5, the form design method of the present application includes the steps of:
step S550, receiving a second starting instruction, and starting the association configuration interface. The computer device receives the second start-up instruction through an input device thereon, such as a keyboard, a mouse, or a touch display screen, etc., although the computer device may also receive the second start-up instruction through an input device wirelessly connected thereto, such as a wireless keyboard, a wireless mouse, or a wireless touch device, etc. The second start instruction may include a single instruction or may include an instruction set formed of a plurality of instructions. In one example, the second initiation instruction is a keyboard, mouse, or touch-screen initiated character instruction. In another example, the second initiation instruction is a click instruction initiated by a keyboard, mouse, or touch display screen. The association relationship configuration interface is used for configuring the association relationship between the service form (which can be understood as a form provided by a factory end) and the pre-selected standard form (which can be understood as a form provided by a warehouse end) which are manufactured in the form design interface. The pre-selected standard forms are various forms which are required to be used in warehouse management, such as warehouse entry application forms, transportation forms, goods forms, service forms and the like.
The association configuration interface includes an association configuration area. And service fields corresponding to the preselected standard forms are displayed in the associated configuration area. And a drop-down menu is also displayed in the associated configuration area at a position corresponding to the service field, wherein the drop-down menu is in one-to-one correspondence with the service field, for example, the service field is distributed in parallel with the corresponding drop-down menu. The drop-down menu contains user fields corresponding to target design components which are displayed in the form drawing area and used for representing user fields, and because the design components are used for representing text boxes for filling items, and are used for representing typesetting formats, the target design components which are displayed in the form drawing area are contents in a drawn service form, and the target design components used for representing the user fields are corresponding to the target design components and are used for representing items required by warehouse management. The service field is an item (such as application reference number, warehouse, exit point, contact information) to be filled in a pre-selected standard form. The user field is the item (e.g., application reference number, warehouse, exit point, contact information) that needs to be filled in the service form made using the form design interface.
Step S560, a matching instruction is acquired, a drop-down menu is started based on the matching instruction, a target user field is selected from user fields in the drop-down menu, and an association relation of service fields corresponding to the target user field is established.
