In the sampling process, the air in the sampling tube 38 is too little, so that the air pressure in the leakage-proof shell 1 is not enough to be larger than the air pressure in the tower, the good sampling purpose is achieved, and at the moment, inert gas is directly flushed into the leakage-proof shell 1 through the charging valve 2, so that the air pressure in the leakage-proof shell 1 can be increased, the air pressure in the leakage-proof shell 1 is ensured to be larger than the air pressure in the tower, and the purpose of leakage-proof sampling can be further enhanced.
