In the related art, a water flow sensor used by an electric water heater is a Hall magnetic sensor, when a user uses hot water, water flows to drive a magnetic rotor of the water flow sensor to rotate, when the water flow is larger and the rotating speed is faster, square wave frequency output by the Hall magnetic sensor is higher, when the user does not use water, the magnetic rotor stops rotating, at the moment, the Hall sensor only outputs high level or low level, and at the moment, the electric water heater cannot judge that the water flow sensor is blocked and other faults through the high level and the low level. Therefore, when the rotor of the water flow sensor is blocked, the water flow sensor cannot output square waves when a user uses water, and the electric water heater cannot detect the faults.
In order to solve the problems, the embodiment of the application provides a detection method, a system, equipment and a medium for a water heater, which are applied to an intelligent temperature display system of the water heater.
For the purpose of facilitating an understanding of the embodiments of the present application, reference will now be made to the drawings and specific examples, which are not intended to limit the embodiments of the application.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an intelligent temperature display system for a detection method of a water heater according to an embodiment of the present application. In a specific implementation, the water heater detection method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to an intelligent temperature display system of a water heater, the water heater can comprise the intelligent temperature display system and a water heater control system, a work confirmation signal is sent to the water heater control system through the intelligent temperature display system, so that temperature detection information is obtained according to a feedback signal fed back by the water heater control system, a water outlet use signal is sent to the water heater control system according to the temperature detection information, the water outlet use signal is used for triggering the water heater control system to generate a water flow sensor detection result of the water heater, and the water flow sensor fault detection is realized. As shown in fig. 1, the method for detecting a water heater provided by the embodiment of the application specifically includes the following steps:
step 110, according to the water flow detection signal, a work confirmation signal is sent to the water heater control system.
In this embodiment, the intelligent temperature display system may determine that the user is using water based on the water flow detection signal, for example, the user may be using hot water, cold water, mixed water, or the like, and the intelligent temperature display system may generate an operation confirmation signal based on the water flow detection signal and may send the operation confirmation signal to the water heater control system, so that the water heater control system is triggered by the operation confirmation signal to determine the operation state of the water flow sensor.
In a specific implementation, the intelligent temperature display system in the embodiment of the application can be arranged at the total water outlet or the cold and hot water inlet of the water mixing valve of the water heater, and the water heater control system can be arranged at the whole water heater, so that the application is not limited. The intelligent temperature display system can be in bidirectional communication with the water heater control system in a wired or wireless communication mode, so that the intelligent temperature display system can send a work confirmation signal to the water heater control system, and the intelligent temperature display system also receives a work feedback signal sent by the water heater control system.
In actual processing, the intelligent temperature display system can be provided with a water flow generator and can drive the water flow generator to work when a user opens a water valve of the water heater to use water, at the moment, the water flow generator generates a water flow detection signal, the intelligent temperature display system can determine that the user is using water according to the water flow detection signal, and then can generate a work confirmation signal according to the water flow detection signal to send the work confirmation signal to the water heater control system.
And 120, receiving a working feedback signal and acquiring temperature detection information according to the working feedback signal.
The working feedback signal is a feedback signal sent by the water heater control system aiming at the working confirmation signal.
Specifically, the temperature detection information may include water flow temperature information and water temperature detection duration, where the water flow temperature information may be temperature information obtained by performing temperature detection on water flow by the intelligent display system, the intelligent temperature display system may continuously perform temperature detection on water flow, and the temperature detection duration corresponding to the water flow temperature information is obtained by recording the duration of temperature detection.
In this embodiment, after receiving the operation confirmation signal sent by the intelligent temperature display system, the water heater control system may confirm the operation state of the water flow sensor to obtain an operation feedback signal, where the operation feedback signal may be divided into an operated signal and an unworked signal. Specifically, when the water flow sensor is confirmed to be in an operating state, the water heater control system can generate an operating signal as an operating feedback signal and send the operating signal to the intelligent temperature display system; when the working state of the water flow sensor is confirmed to be the non-working state, a non-working signal is generated and used as a working feedback signal, and the working feedback signal is sent to the intelligent temperature display system. After the intelligent temperature display system receives the working feedback signal, the temperature of the water flow can be continuously detected when the working feedback signal is an unoperated signal, and water flow temperature information and water temperature detection duration are obtained.
And 130, sending a water outlet use signal to the water heater control system according to the temperature detection information.
The water outlet use signal is used for triggering the water heater control system to generate a water flow sensor detection result of the water heater.
Specifically, the water usage signal may be divided into a hot water usage signal and a cold water usage signal, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application; the detection result of the water flow sensor can be divided into a normal detection result and a fault detection result, which is not limited in the embodiment of the application.
Specifically, after the intelligent temperature display system acquires temperature detection information, the intelligent temperature display system can judge whether the current water heater outlet water is hot water or cold water based on the temperature detection information, namely whether the water heater outlet water is hot water or cold water used by a user, and can generate a hot water use signal to serve as an outlet water use signal when the user is determined to use the hot water, and can send the hot water use signal to the water heater control system; upon determining that the user is using cold water, the intelligent temperature display system may generate cold water usage information to trigger the water heater control system to stop the water flow sensor detection via the cold water usage signal. The water flow sensor detection result of the water heater is generated by triggering the water heater control system by utilizing the water outlet use signal, so that the fault detection of the water flow sensor is realized, when the water flow sensor fails, the water heater can timely detect and judge the fault, and the safety is improved
In a specific implementation, in order to judge whether hot water or cold water is used by a user, a temperature threshold and a temperature detection duration threshold can be preset, when the water flow temperature in the temperature detection information exceeds the temperature threshold and the temperature detection duration exceeds the temperature detection duration threshold, the hot water is used by the user, and at the moment, the intelligent temperature display system can generate a hot water use signal according to the temperature detection information to serve as an outlet water use signal; when the water flow temperature in the temperature detection information is lower than the temperature threshold value and the temperature detection duration exceeds the temperature detection duration threshold value, the user can be determined to use cold water, and at the moment, the intelligent temperature display system can generate a cold water use signal according to the temperature detection information to serve as an outlet water use signal.
It can be seen that, according to the embodiment of the application, the intelligent temperature display system sends the work confirmation signal to the water heater control system according to the water flow detection signal, receives the work feedback signal, and obtains the temperature detection information according to the work feedback signal, wherein the work feedback signal is the feedback signal sent by the water heater control system aiming at the work confirmation signal, sends the water outlet use signal to the water heater control system according to the temperature detection information, and triggers the water heater control system to generate the water flow sensor detection result of the water heater through the water outlet use signal, so that the fault detection of the water flow sensor is realized, when the water flow sensor fails, the water heater can timely detect and judge the fault, the problem that the existing water heater cannot realize the fault detection of the water flow sensor is solved, and the safety of the water heater is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic flow chart of steps of an intelligent temperature display system for a detection method of a water heater according to an alternative embodiment of the present application is shown. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
step 210, according to the water flow detection signal, sending a working confirmation signal to the water heater control system.
In an optional embodiment, the intelligent temperature display system in the embodiment of the application may be disposed at a shower end of the water heater, the water flow detection signal is a signal generated by generating electricity according to water flow at the shower end, and the sending of the operation confirmation signal to the water heater control system according to the water flow detection signal may specifically include: acquiring a water flow detection signal; determining a water flow partial pressure value corresponding to the water flow detection signal; and when the water flow partial pressure value is larger than a preset water flow partial pressure threshold value, generating the work confirmation signal and sending the work confirmation signal to the water heater control system.
In a specific implementation, the intelligent temperature display system in the embodiment of the application can be arranged at the sprinkler end of the water heater, and can be arranged at the total water outlet of the water mixing valve of the water heater or the water inlet of cold water and hot water, which is not limited by the application. The intelligent temperature display system can be provided with the rivers generator, and when the user used water, the rivers flowed through the gondola water faucet end, and the rivers generator flows through the rivers generator, and the rivers generator can carry out rivers electricity generation based on the discharge this moment, produces rivers detection signal.
In actual treatment, the embodiment of the application can detect the water flow sensor of the water heater only when a user uses water. Specifically, the larger the water flow, the larger the voltage generated when the water flow generator generates water flow based on the water flow, namely the larger the water flow partial pressure value corresponding to the water flow detection signal, the smaller the water flow or the smaller the water flow partial pressure value corresponding to the water flow detection signal generated by the water flow generator is when the water flow is smaller or no water flow is generated, or the water flow generator does not generate power, and the water flow partial pressure value is 0. Therefore, the embodiment of the application can preset the water flow partial pressure threshold value so as to generate the work confirmation signal when the intelligent temperature display system detects the water flow detection signal and determines that the water flow partial pressure value corresponding to the water flow partial pressure signal is larger than the preset water flow partial pressure threshold value.
As an example, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a composition diagram of an intelligent temperature display system of a water heater provided by the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the intelligent temperature display system may further include a power module, a main control MCU, a temperature sensor, a key and display module, and a communication module, in addition to the water flow generator. Specifically, after the water flow generator generates power by utilizing water flow, a power signal can be generated, the power signal can be output to the power module by the water flow generator, the power signal is divided by the power module to obtain a water flow detection signal, the power module outputs the water flow detection signal to the main control MCU, and after the main control MCU detects the water flow detection signal, a work confirmation signal can be generated when the water flow partial pressure value corresponding to the water flow detection signal is greater than a preset water flow partial pressure threshold value and is sent to the water heater control system by the communication module.
Step 220, receive an operational feedback signal.
The working feedback signal is a feedback signal sent by the water heater control system aiming at the working confirmation signal.
In a specific implementation, when a user uses hot water, an intelligent temperature display system of the water heater starts to work, the intelligent temperature display system generates a work confirmation signal according to a water flow detection signal and sends the work confirmation signal to a water heater control system, and the water heater control system confirms the working state of a water flow sensor according to the work confirmation signal. Under the condition that the water flow sensor of the water heater is not damaged, the water flow sensor and the intelligent temperature display system can start to work simultaneously. When the water heater control system confirms that the working state of the water flow sensor is the working state, a sensor working signal can be generated and sent to the intelligent temperature display system as a working feedback signal, and the intelligent temperature display system determines that the water flow sensor works normally, so that the subsequent fault detection flow can be stopped; under the condition that the water flow sensor of the water heater is damaged, the water flow sensor cannot work normally, at the moment, the water heater control system confirms that the working state of the water flow sensor is an unoperated state, and can generate a sensor unoperated signal to be sent to the intelligent temperature display system as a working feedback signal, and the intelligent temperature display system can continue the follow-up fault detection flow if determining that the water flow sensor does not work normally.
And step 230, acquiring the detected water flow temperature information when the working feedback signal is a sensor non-working signal.
In this embodiment, the intelligent temperature display system may detect the temperature of the water flow when the working feedback signal is a sensor non-working signal, so as to obtain the water flow temperature information.
As an example, referring to fig. 3, the intelligent temperature display system may continuously detect the water flow temperature through the temperature sensor to obtain temperature sensor data, and the main control MCU in the intelligent temperature display system may be connected with the temperature sensor to obtain temperature sensor data of the temperature sensor, determine the water flow temperature based on the temperature sensor data, and obtain water flow temperature information.
Step 240, determining a water temperature detection duration corresponding to the water flow temperature information, and determining the water flow temperature information and the water temperature detection duration as the temperature detection information.
In a specific implementation, when determining the water flow temperature information, the main control MCU in the intelligent temperature display system can determine the continuous detection duration of the water flow temperature to obtain the water temperature detection duration, and the water flow temperature information and the water temperature detection duration are used as temperature detection information.
Step 250, when the water flow temperature information exceeds a preset environmental temperature threshold and the water temperature detection duration reaches a preset first detection duration threshold, determining that the temperature detection information accords with the first temperature detection condition.
Specifically, the ambient temperature threshold may include an ambient dynamic temperature threshold and/or a preset fixed temperature threshold, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. The first temperature detection condition may be used to determine that the water flow is hot water, i.e., to determine that the water heater outlet is hot water, which the embodiment of the application is not limited to.
In a specific implementation, after determining the water flow temperature information and the water temperature detection duration, the intelligent temperature display system determines whether the water flow is hot water or not by using an ambient temperature threshold value and a preset first detection duration threshold value. Specifically, the intelligent temperature display system can judge whether the water flow temperature corresponding to the water flow temperature information exceeds an environmental dynamic temperature threshold or whether the water flow temperature exceeds a preset fixed temperature threshold, so that whether the water temperature detection duration reaches a preset first detection duration threshold or not can be determined when the water flow temperature exceeds the environmental dynamic temperature threshold or the water flow temperature exceeds the preset fixed temperature threshold, and when the water temperature detection duration reaches the preset first detection duration threshold, the temperature detection information is determined to be in accordance with a first temperature detection condition, namely that the user currently uses hot water, and the water outlet of the water heater is hot water.
Further, the ambient temperature is usually dynamically changed, and at this time, the temperature of the cold water is also changed, so as to ensure that the intelligent temperature display system does not misjudge when judging whether the user uses the cold water or the hot water. In this embodiment, the environmental temperature threshold may include an environmental dynamic temperature threshold and a preset fixed temperature threshold at the same time, and the intelligent temperature display system may determine that the temperature detection information meets the first temperature detection condition when the water flow temperature exceeds the environmental dynamic temperature threshold and the water flow temperature exceeds the preset fixed temperature threshold, and the water temperature detection duration reaches a preset first detection duration threshold, so as to avoid erroneous judgment.
It should be noted that, the first detection duration threshold may be 5 seconds, or may be set according to actual requirements, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application; the ambient dynamic temperature threshold may be a current ambient temperature value +3 degrees celsius, or an ambient temperature value +3 degrees celsius or more, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application; the preset fixed temperature threshold may be 40 degrees celsius, as embodiments of the present application are not limited in this regard.
In a specific implementation, when the water flow sensor and the intelligent temperature display system of the electric water heater are normal, the user uses hot water, after the intelligent temperature display system detects water flow, a work confirmation signal is sent to the water heater control system to confirm whether the water flow sensor works, if the water flow sensor works, the user is indicated to use the hot water, the intelligent temperature display system detects water temperature through the temperature sensor to obtain an initial water temperature, the initial water temperature can be stored and detected, and the water temperature is equal to the ambient temperature, for example, the water temperature can be below 37 ℃, and the example is not limited to the initial water temperature. The intelligent temperature display system starts a timer to work when detecting the temperature, and when the detected water temperature is higher than the initial water temperature and is continuously stable for a period of time (such as 5 seconds) and the water outlet temperature is higher than 40 ℃, the intelligent temperature display system indicates that the hot water reaches the shower end through the pipeline, the temperature display system records the time data, and the time is the time t0 required by the electric water heater to be away from the shower pipeline.
Step 260, when the water flow temperature information is smaller than a preset environmental temperature threshold and the water temperature detection duration reaches a preset second detection duration threshold, determining that the temperature detection information meets the second temperature detection condition.
Wherein the second detection duration threshold is greater than the first detection duration threshold.
Specifically, the first temperature detection condition may be used to determine that the water flow is cold water, that is, to determine that the water outlet of the water heater is cold water, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In a specific implementation, the embodiment of the application can determine whether the water temperature detection duration reaches a preset second detection duration threshold when the water temperature is smaller than a preset environmental temperature threshold, such as the water temperature is smaller than an environmental dynamic temperature threshold or a preset fixed temperature threshold, or the water temperature is smaller than an environmental dynamic temperature threshold and smaller than a preset fixed temperature threshold, so as to determine that the temperature detection information accords with a second temperature detection condition when the water temperature detection duration reaches the preset second detection duration threshold, namely, it is determined that the user uses cold water currently and the water outlet of the water heater is cold water. Through setting up reasonable detection condition, can be accurate detect water heater play water be hot water or cold water to can carry out the fault detection of water flow sensor when water heater play water is hot water, do not carry out the fault detection of water flow sensor when water heater play water is cold water, avoid the frequent detection to water flow sensor, reduce the electric quantity consumption.
As an example, the second detection duration threshold may be 5 times t0, and of course, other duration thresholds may be set according to actual requirements, which is not limited in this example.
Step 270, when the temperature detection information meets a preset first temperature detection condition, sending a hot water usage signal corresponding to the first temperature detection condition to the water heater control system as the water outlet usage signal.
The water heater control system comprises a water heater control system, a water flow sensor, a hot water use signal and a water flow sensor fault detection program, wherein the hot water use signal is used for triggering the water heater control system to execute a preset water flow sensor fault detection program, and the water flow sensor detection result comprises a fault detection result output by the water flow sensor fault detection program.
In a specific implementation, when the temperature detection information accords with a preset first temperature detection condition, the embodiment of the application can determine that the water outlet of the water heater is hot water, can send a hot water use signal corresponding to the first temperature detection condition to the water heater control system as the water outlet use signal, can execute a preset water flow sensor fault detection program after the water heater control system receives the hot water use signal, can detect the water flow sensor through the water flow sensor fault detection program, and can generate a fault detection result when the water flow sensor is determined to be faulty, and can output the fault detection result as the water flow sensor detection result. The water flow sensor is subjected to fault detection by reasonably setting detection conditions, so that the water flow sensor is prevented from being frequently detected, the fault can be timely detected when the water flow sensor breaks down, and the safety of the water heater is improved.
In actual processing, when determining that the water flow sensor fails, the embodiment determines that the water flow sensor may have rotor stuck or damaged, then the display screen of the water heater control system may light a corresponding water flow sensor failure lamp to prompt a user to overhaul the water flow sensor of the electric water heater, and when the water heater control system detects the water flow sensor again, the water flow sensor is indicated to work normally, and the water heater control system turns off the water flow sensor failure lamp.
As an example, assuming that the current water flow sensor of the electric water heater is damaged, when the user uses hot water, the electric water heater outputs water, the intelligent temperature display system starts to operate, and transmits an operation confirmation signal to the water heater control system to confirm whether the water flow sensor is operated, and in case that the water heater control system confirms that the water flow sensor is not operated, the water flow sensor is fed back with an operation failure signal (i.e., a sensor non-operation signal) to the intelligent temperature display system, and the water heater control system may continue to read the operation signal of the water flow sensor in real time. After the intelligent temperature display system receives the non-working signal, the current detected water temperature is stored to the initial water temperature to obtain the water flow temperature, a timer is started to count the water temperature detection duration, when the water outlet temperature detected by the temperature display system is more than the ambient water temperature plus 3 ℃ and more than 40 ℃ and the continuous stable time exceeds 5 seconds, namely the water temperature detection duration exceeds a preset first detection duration threshold value, and the water flow temperature exceeds the preset ambient temperature threshold value, the water flow sensor of the electric water heater is indicated to be using hot water, the temperature display system sends a confirmation of using the hot water to the electric water heater control system, the electric water heater control system simultaneously confirms that the water flow sensor is not detected to rotate in the time period (such as 5 times of t0 time), namely the water flow sensor of the electric water heater is indicated to be blocked or damaged, then a fault detection result can be generated, and the fault detection result is output as the detection result of the water flow sensor.
And 280, when the temperature detection information accords with a preset second temperature detection condition, using a cold water use signal corresponding to the second temperature detection condition as the water outlet use signal, and sending the water outlet use signal to the water heater control system.
Wherein the cold water usage signal is used to trigger the water heater control system to stop executing the water flow sensor fault detection program.
In a specific implementation, when the temperature detection information accords with a preset second temperature detection condition, the embodiment of the application can determine that the water outlet of the water heater is cold water, can send a cold water use signal corresponding to the second temperature detection condition to the water heater control system as the water outlet use signal, and can stop executing a preset water flow sensor fault detection program after the water heater control system receives the cold water use signal.
As an example, assuming that the user is using cold water, the intelligent temperature display system starts to operate and sends an operation confirmation signal to the electric water heater control system to confirm whether the water flow sensor is operating, after the electric water heater control system feeds back a signal that the water flow sensor is not operating back to the intelligent temperature display system, the electric water heater control system can continue to read the signal of the water flow sensor in real time, after the intelligent temperature display system receives the unused hot water signal, the intelligent temperature display system performs water temperature detection and detection duration time timing record to obtain the water flow temperature and the water temperature detection duration, if the water outlet temperature continuously detected within 5 times t0 is less than 40 ℃ or within 5 times of the ambient temperature +3 ℃, namely, the water temperature detection duration exceeds a preset second detection duration threshold, and the water flow temperature is less than a preset ambient temperature threshold, which indicates that the user uses cold water, and the electric water heater control system does not execute the fault detection program of the water flow sensor any more after 5 times t 0.
Furthermore, the intelligent temperature display system in the embodiment can record the start time and the end time of the bath of the user, the start and stop times of the bath for a single time, the number of the bathers and the mixed water temperature, and the information is transmitted to the electric water heater for analyzing the bath habit of the user, and the electric water heater actively helps the user to adjust the set water temperature and the heating time after calculation through an algorithm, so that the use experience of the user is improved.
In summary, the embodiment of the application sends the operation confirmation signal to the water heater control system according to the water flow detection signal, receives the operation feedback signal, acquires the detected water flow temperature information when the operation feedback signal is the sensor non-operation signal, determines the water temperature detection duration corresponding to the water flow temperature information, and determines the water flow temperature information and the water temperature detection duration as the temperature detection information, when the water flow temperature information exceeds the preset environmental temperature threshold value and the water temperature detection duration reaches the preset first detection duration threshold value, determines that the temperature detection information accords with the first temperature detection condition, takes the hot water usage signal corresponding to the first temperature detection condition as the water outlet usage signal, and sends the water usage signal to the water heater control system to trigger the water heater control system to execute the preset water flow sensor fault detection program through the hot water usage signal, and outputs the fault detection result, thereby realizing the mutual detection of the water flow sensor by using the intelligent temperature display system and the water heater control system to judge whether the water flow sensor is jammed or fails, namely realizing the fault detection of the water flow sensor, when the water flow sensor fails, the water heater can detect and judge that the water heater fails in time, and the water heater fails to realize the fault detection of the water sensor; when the water flow temperature information is smaller than a preset environmental temperature threshold value and the water temperature detection duration reaches a preset second detection duration threshold value, determining that the temperature detection information accords with a second temperature detection condition, and sending a cold water use signal corresponding to the second temperature detection condition to a water heater control system as an outlet water use signal so as to trigger the water heater control system to stop executing a fault detection program of the water flow sensor through the cold water use signal, thereby avoiding frequent detection of the water flow sensor and reducing electricity consumption.
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic flow chart of steps on a water heater control system side of a detection method of a water heater according to an alternative embodiment of the present application is shown. In a specific implementation, the detection method of the water heater can be applied to a water heater control system, the water heater control system receives a work confirmation signal sent by an intelligent temperature display system of the water heater, so that the work state of a water flow sensor in the water heater is determined based on the work confirmation signal, a work feedback signal is sent to the intelligent temperature display system based on the work state, a water outlet use signal sent by the intelligent temperature display system is received, the water flow sensor is detected based on the water outlet use signal, and a detection result of the water flow sensor is obtained. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
step 410, receiving a working confirmation signal, wherein the working confirmation signal is a signal sent by an intelligent temperature display system of the water heater.
In a specific implementation, the water heater control system may be provided with the same communication module as the intelligent temperature display system, and the water heater control system may receive the operation confirmation signal sent by the intelligent temperature display system through the communication module.
Step 420, determining the working state of a water flow sensor in the water heater based on the working confirmation signal.
Specifically, the water heater control system receives the operation confirmation signal, and can determine the operation state of the water flow sensor by confirming whether the water flow sensor works.
In a specific implementation, taking a water flow sensor as a Hall magnetic sensor as an example, when a user uses hot water, the water flow drives a magnetic rotor of the water flow sensor to rotate, when the water flow is larger and the rotating speed is faster, the square wave frequency output by the Hall magnetic sensor is higher, and when the user does not use water or the water flow sensor fails, the magnetic rotor stops rotating. Therefore, the water heater control system can acquire square wave frequency output by the Hall magnetic sensor after the operation confirmation signal, determine whether the water flow sensor works according to the square wave frequency, and determine that the working state of the water flow sensor is the working state when the water flow sensor works; when the water flow sensor is determined to be not working, the working state of the water flow sensor can be determined to be the non-working state.
And step 430, sending an operation feedback signal to the intelligent temperature display system based on the operation state.
In an embodiment, when the working state of the water flow sensor is determined to be the non-working state, the water heater control system may generate a sensor non-working signal corresponding to the non-working state, so as to be used as a working feedback signal and send the working feedback signal to the intelligent temperature display system, so that the intelligent temperature display system may execute a subsequent fault detection step flow under the condition that the sensor non-working signal is received; when the working state of the water flow sensor is determined to be the working state, a sensor working signal corresponding to the working state can be generated and used as a working feedback signal to be sent to the intelligent temperature display system, and after the intelligent temperature display system receives the sensor working signal, the intelligent temperature display system determines that the water flow sensor has no fault and can not execute the subsequent fault detection step flow.
Step 440, receiving a water outlet use signal sent by the intelligent temperature display system, where the water outlet use signal is a signal sent by the intelligent temperature display system according to temperature detection information, and the temperature detection information is detection information obtained by the intelligent temperature display system according to the working feedback signal.
In a specific implementation, the intelligent temperature display system can acquire temperature detection information according to the working feedback signal when the working feedback signal is a sensor non-working signal, and determine whether water discharged from the water heater is cold water or hot water according to the temperature detection information, and when the water discharged from the water heater is cold water, the intelligent temperature display system can generate a cold water use signal which is used as water use information to be sent to the water heater control system; when the water outlet of the water heater is hot water, the intelligent temperature display system can generate a hot water use signal which is used as water outlet use information to be sent to the water heater control system. After receiving the water outlet use signal, the water heater control system can judge whether the water outlet use signal is a cold water use signal or a hot water use signal, so as to determine whether to execute a fault detection program of the water flow sensor.
And 450, detecting a water flow sensor based on the water outlet use signal to obtain a detection result of the water flow sensor.
In a specific implementation, the water heater control system can perform fault detection on the water flow sensor when the water outlet use signal is the hot water use signal, and when the water flow sensor is detected to be faulty, a fault detection result is generated to be used as the detection result of the water flow sensor; when no fault is detected to occur in the water flow sensor, a normal detection result is generated to serve as a detection result of the water flow sensor, so that the intelligent temperature display system and the water flow sensor of the water heater control system are used for mutual detection to judge whether the water flow sensor is blocked or fails.
In actual processing, the water heater control system can be provided with a water flow sensor fault detection program, when the water outlet use signal received by the water heater control system is a hot water use signal, the water heater control system can execute the water flow sensor fault detection program, and the water flow sensor is subjected to fault detection through the water flow sensor fault detection program to obtain a water flow sensor detection result; when the received water usage signal is a cold water usage signal, the water heater control system may not execute the water flow sensor fault detection routine.
In an optional embodiment, the detecting method of the water flow sensor according to the water outlet use signal in the embodiment of the present application may specifically include: when the water outlet use signal is a hot water use signal, triggering a preset water flow sensor fault detection program to execute, wherein the water flow sensor fault detection program is used for detecting a water flow sensor; and determining a fault detection result output by the fault detection program of the water flow sensor as the detection result of the water flow sensor.
In summary, the embodiment of the application is applied to the water heater control system to receive the work confirmation signal sent by the intelligent temperature display system of the water heater, determine the work state of the water flow sensor in the water heater based on the work confirmation signal, send the work feedback signal to the intelligent temperature display system based on the work state, receive the water outlet use signal sent by the intelligent temperature display system, detect the water flow sensor based on the water outlet use signal, and obtain the detection result of the water flow sensor, thereby realizing the fault detection of the water flow sensor, and when the water flow sensor fails, the water heater can timely detect and judge the fault, thereby solving the problem that the existing water heater can not realize the fault detection of the water flow sensor, and improving the safety of the water heater.
