The first direction may be a vertical direction or a horizontal direction, and the size of the filtering window needs to be considered in the selection of the first direction, if the size of the filtering window along the horizontal direction is larger, the supporting frame 111 is easily deformed in the vertical direction under the influence of high temperature in the process of filtering the filings, and at this time, the supporting ribs 112 are disposed at the middle position of the filtering window along the vertical direction, so as to play a supporting role on the supporting frame 111, and have a certain inhibiting role on the bending deformation of the supporting frame 111. It will be appreciated that if the size of the filter window in the vertical direction is large, the support frame 111 is easily deformed in the horizontal direction due to the influence of high temperature during the process of filtering the lint, and at this time, the support ribs 112 are disposed at the middle position of the filter window in the horizontal direction, so as to support the support frame 111, and have a certain inhibition effect on the bending deformation of the support frame 111. Of course, when the two sets of filter elements 210 are disposed up and down, the support ribs 112 are disposed in the horizontal direction.
It will be appreciated that the cleaning assembly 300 is disposed on the filter support assembly 100 to facilitate real-time cleaning of the filter assembly 200. As shown in fig. 8, in this embodiment, the filter assemblies 200 are three groups, the filter elements 210 of the three groups of filter assemblies 200 may be disposed on the filter support assembly 100, and the three groups of filter assemblies 200 may be disposed up and down or left and right, or two groups may be disposed above, one group may be disposed below, or one group may be disposed above, and two groups may be disposed below. At the same time, at least one of the three filter elements 210 of the three sets of filter elements 200 is movably disposed so as to achieve self-cleaning, and the detailed structures of the three sets of filter elements 200 are identical.
With continued reference to fig. 8, the density of lint is greater in the lower space than in the upper space within the laundry care appliance due to the high weight of lint. Preferably, three sets of filter assemblies 200 are provided with a lower set of filter assemblies 200 and two sets of filter assemblies 200 are provided in parallel above, and the filter elements 210 of the lower set of filter assemblies 200 are movable filter elements 210, so that the filter assemblies 200 can automatically clean the filings on the filter elements 210. The upper two filter elements 210 are fixedly arranged.

It is understood that the cleaning assembly 300 is disposed in correspondence with the movable filter assembly 200 to facilitate real-time cleaning of the filter assembly 200. And the filter component that the fixed setting just includes filter 210, and filter 210 fixed shutoff is on the filter window, realizes filtering the filings.
Example IV
The present embodiment provides a lint processing apparatus having substantially the same structure as that of the lint processing apparatus of the first embodiment. As shown in fig. 9, in this embodiment, the filter assemblies 200 are four groups, the filter elements 210 of the four groups of filter assemblies 200 may be disposed on the support assembly, and the four groups of filter assemblies 200 may be disposed up and down or left and right, or two groups may be disposed above, two groups may be disposed below, or one group may be disposed above, three groups may be disposed below, or the like. At the same time, at least one of the four filter elements 210 of the four sets of filter elements 200 is movably disposed, and the details of the four sets of filter elements 200 are identical. The density of lint is greater in the lower space than in the upper space within the laundry care appliance due to the high weight of lint. In order to reduce the frequency of manual cleaning of the filter 210 by a user, as an alternative, two sets of four filter assemblies 200 are provided above, two sets of movable filter assemblies 200 are provided below, and the cleaning assemblies 300 are correspondingly provided to facilitate real-time cleaning of the filter assemblies 200.
With continued reference to fig. 9, the filter support 110 includes a support frame 111 and support ribs 112. Four filter windows are formed in the supporting frame 111 so as to facilitate the arrangement of filter pieces 210, the supporting frame 111 is divided into four filter windows, two adjacent filter windows are separated by the supporting ribs 112, in the process of filtering thread scraps, the supporting ribs 112 play a supporting role on the supporting frame 111 and have a certain inhibiting effect on bending deformation of the supporting frame 111.
It will be appreciated that the fixedly arranged filter assembly only comprises a filter element 210, and the filter element 210 is fixedly blocked on the filter window to realize the filtering of the filings.
Example five
The present embodiment provides a lint processing apparatus having substantially the same structure as that of the lint processing apparatus of the first embodiment. The lint treating apparatus is different from that of the first embodiment in that the filter support assembly 100 and the filter assembly 200 are structurally different.
As shown in fig. 10, in this embodiment, one end of the filter element 210 is wound around one rotation support element 220, and the other end of the filter element 210 is wound around the other rotation support element 220, so that each group of filter elements 200 has a single-layer filter element 210, which is advantageous in saving cost.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the two rotation supporting members 220 are a first rotation supporting member and a second rotation supporting member, wherein in an initial state, more filtering members 210 are wound on the first rotation supporting member, and the second rotation supporting member has only a part of the filtering members 210 so as to fix the filtering members 210 on the second rotation supporting member. The driving member 230 can drive the first rotating support member to rotate and can drive the second rotating support member to rotate, or the driving member 230 is provided with two groups, and the two sides of the first rotating support member and the two sides of the second rotating support member are respectively provided, and the specific arrangement position and form of the driving member 230 are not limited in this embodiment.
With continued reference to fig. 8, in operation, the driving member 230 drives the second rotating support member to rotate, so that the filter member 210 moves toward the second rotating support member and winds around the second rotating support member. At the same time, the first rotating support is in a discharging state, and the filter 210 on the first rotating support gradually decreases.
When the filter 210 on the first rotating support is released, the driving member 230 can drive the first rotating support to rotate, so that the filter 210 moves towards the first rotating support and winds around the first rotating support. At the same time, the second rotary support is in a discharging state, and the filter 210 on the second rotary support gradually decreases.
The arrangement of the filter assembly 200 enables the filter element 210 to form an open loop arrangement between the two rotating support members 220.
Of course, when the filter support assembly 100 includes two sets of filter supports 110, each set of filter supports 110 may have a movable filter assembly 200 disposed thereon. The two filter elements 210 of the two sets of filter assemblies 200 may be arranged in the same direction or may be arranged in opposite directions.
It is understood that the filter assembly 200 may be configured in two, three or four groups, and the configuration is the same as that of the second, third and fourth embodiments. The cleaning assemblies 300 are disposed corresponding to the movable filter 210, and the filter windows are disposed corresponding to the filter assemblies 200 one by one, which will not be described herein.
As shown in fig. 10 to 12, the direction of the rotation support 220 in this embodiment may be vertical or horizontal, and the operator may rotate the rotation support according to the requirement.
Example six
The present embodiment provides a lint processing apparatus having substantially the same structure as that of the lint processing apparatus of the first embodiment. The lint treating apparatus is different from that of the first embodiment in that the filter support assembly 100 and the filter assembly 200 are structurally different.
As shown in fig. 13, the filter assembly includes a filter member, a driving member, and a plurality of rotary supports. The driving piece sets up on filtering support subassembly, a plurality of rotation support pieces are parallel and the interval sets up on filtering support subassembly, a plurality of rotation support pieces divide into two sets of, one end of filter piece is around establishing on one of them a set of rotation support piece, then is the S type and walks around the another of reorganization rotation support piece, driving piece and another set of rotation support piece in proper order, makes on two sets of rotation support pieces around establishing both sides filter piece respectively, the driving piece can drive the filter piece and rotate support piece motion around rotating support piece. The filter assembly structure is beneficial to simplifying the installation process, and can drive all filter elements to move through one driving element, thereby being beneficial to simplifying the filter assembly structure and reducing the cost.
When the filter device works, the driving piece can drive the filter piece to rotate on the plurality of rotating support pieces, so that the filter piece is gradually released from the first rotating support piece and wound on the last rotating support piece. Then, after the reverse rotation of the driving member, the filter member can be released from the last rotary support member and wound onto the first rotary support member.
It is understood that the filter assembly 200 may be configured in two, three or four groups, and the configuration is the same as that of the second, third and fourth embodiments. The cleaning assemblies 300 are disposed corresponding to the movable filter 210, and the filter windows are disposed corresponding to the filter assemblies 200 one by one, which will not be described herein.

Claims (13)

1. A thread scrap processing apparatus, comprising:
a filter support assembly (100);
-at least one set of filter assemblies (200) configured to filter lint, and at least one set of said filter assemblies (200) being movable with respect to said filter support assembly (100); and
-a cleaning assembly (300) arranged on the filter support assembly (100), the cleaning assembly (300) being configured to automatically clean the lint on the filter assembly (200).
2. The lint treatment device of claim 1, characterized in that the filter support assembly (100) comprises:
at least one filter window, filter subassembly (200) set up filter window is last, filter window and the setting of line bits circulation direction contained angle, just filter window with filter subassembly (200) one-to-one sets up.
3. The lint processing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the filter assembly (200) comprises:
a filter (210);

and one of the rotary support members (220) is connected with the output end of the drive member (230), and the drive member (230) is configured to drive the rotary support member (220) to rotate so as to drive the filter member (210) to move.
4. A lint treating device according to claim 3, characterized in that the filter element (210) is arranged around both rotational support elements (220) such that the filter element (210) is ring-shaped.
5. A lint treating device according to claim 3, characterized in that one end of the filter element (210) is wound around one of the rotary support elements (220) and the other end is wound around the other rotary support element (220).
6. A lint treating device according to claim 3, characterized in that the rotating support (220) may be arranged horizontally or vertically.
7. A lint treating device according to claim 3, characterized in that the cleaning assembly (300) comprises:
and a first cleaning member (310) which is provided on one side of the filter member (210) and is movable in a direction approaching or separating from the filter member (210).
8. The lint processing apparatus of claim 7, wherein the cleaning assembly (300) further comprises:
and a second cleaning member (320) disposed at the other side of the filter member (210), the second cleaning member (320) being disposed opposite to the first cleaning member (310), and the second cleaning member (320) being fixed to the filter support assembly (100), the second cleaning member (320) and the first cleaning member (310) being configured to remove the lint on the surface of the filter member (210) when the filter member (210) passes between the second cleaning member (320) and the first cleaning member (310).
9. The lint processing apparatus of claim 8, wherein the cleaning assembly (300) further comprises:
a clamping ring (330) arranged on the filtering and supporting assembly (100), wherein a guide rod (340) is arranged on the first cleaning piece (310), the guide rod (340) extends from the first cleaning piece (310) to a direction far away from the filtering piece (210), and the guide rod (340) can penetrate through the clamping ring (330); and
the elastic piece (350) is sleeved on the guide rod (340), and the elastic piece (350) is arranged between the first cleaning piece (310) and the clamping ring (330).
10. The lint processing device of claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the filter assembly (200) comprises:
a filter (210);
a drive (230) disposed on the filter support assembly (100);
the filter comprises a plurality of rotating support pieces (220), wherein the rotating support pieces (220) are parallel and are arranged on a filter support assembly (100) at intervals, the rotating support pieces (220) are divided into two groups, one end of each filter piece (210) is wound on one of the rotating support pieces (220), then the filter piece (230) is wound on the other rotating support piece (220) of the group in an S-shaped mode, the other rotating support piece (220) of the group, the driving piece (230) and the other rotating support piece (220) are wound on two groups, the two sides of each filter piece (210) are wound on the two rotating support pieces (220) respectively, and the driving piece (230) can drive the filter piece (230) to move around the rotating support pieces (220).
11. The lint processing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising:
and a collecting member disposed under the cleaning assembly (300), the collecting member being configured to collect the lint cleaned by the cleaning assembly (300).
12. The lint processing device according to any of the claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the filter support assembly (100) comprises two sets of filter supports (110), the two sets of filter supports (110) being arranged opposite each other.
13. A laundry care appliance comprising a lint treating apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12.
