Claims (8)

1. An environment-friendly dust removing device comprises a tank body (1), a discharge pipe (2), a fixing frame (3), a fixing barrel (4), a round pipe (5), an atomizing nozzle (6), a cooling box (7), a water injection pipe (8), a smoke ventilation elbow pipe (9), a mounting block (10) and a drain pipe (11), wherein the lower part of the front side of the tank body (1) is connected and communicated with the discharge pipe (2), the fixing frame (3) is fixedly connected at the left side and the right side of the tank body (1), the fixing barrel (4) is fixedly connected at the middle part of the fixing frame (3), the round pipe (5) is fixedly connected in the fixing barrel (4), a plurality of atomizing nozzles (6) are arranged on the round pipe (5), the cooling box (7) is fixedly connected at the upper side of the fixing barrel (4), the rear part of the cooling box (7) is fixedly connected with the water injection pipe (8), the smoke ventilation elbow pipe (9) is arranged in the cooling box (7), one end of the smoke ventilation elbow pipe (9) penetrates through the side wall of the cooling box (7), the other end of the smoke ventilation elbow pipe (9) penetrates through the bottom of the cooling box (7) and the fixing barrel (4) and extends into the upper end (11) of the cooling box (7) to the upper end of the drain pipe (11), the lower end of the drain pipe (11) is fixedly connected with the rear side wall of the tank body (1) through a mounting block (10), and is characterized by further comprising a rotating mechanism (12) and a cleaning mechanism (13).

The environment-friendly dust removal device according to claim 1, wherein the rotating mechanism (12) comprises a supporting frame (1201), a motor (1202) and a rotary screen drum (1203), the supporting frame (1201) is fixedly connected to the right side of the tank body (1), the motor (1202) is arranged on the supporting frame (1201), the rotary screen drum (1203) rotates in the tank body (1), and an output shaft of the motor (1202) is connected with the right end of the rotary screen drum (1203) through a coupling.

The environment-friendly dust removal device according to claim 2, wherein the cleaning mechanism (13) comprises a cleaning brush (1301) and a belt pulley group (1302), the cleaning brush (1301) rotates in the tank body (1), the cleaning brush (1301) is arranged below the rotary screen drum (1203), the cleaning brush (1301) is in contact with the surface of the rotary screen drum (1203), and the cleaning brush (1301) is in transmission with the rotary screen drum (1203) through the belt pulley group (1302).

The environment-friendly dust removal device according to claim 2, further comprising a knocking mechanism (14), wherein the knocking mechanism (14) comprises a turntable (1401), a rotating shaft (1402), a fixed block (1403), torsion springs (1404) and knocking balls (1405), the turntable (1401) is fixedly connected to two ends of a rotating screen drum (1203), the rotating shaft (1402) rotates in the tank body (1), the fixed block (1403) is fixedly connected to two sides of the rotating shaft (1402) in a bilateral symmetry manner, the torsion springs (1404) are connected between the fixed block (1403) and the inner wall of the tank body (1), and a plurality of knocking balls (1405) are uniformly fixedly connected to the rotating shaft (1402).

The environment-friendly dust removal device of claim 1, further comprising a circulation mechanism (15), wherein the circulation mechanism (15) comprises a circulation box (1501), a filter screen (1502), a mounting ring (1503), a water pump (1504), a connecting pipe (1505) and a pipeline (1506), the circulation box (1501) is fixedly connected to the bottom in the tank body (1), the filter screen (1502) is fixedly connected to the circulation box (1501), the water pump (1504) is fixed to the rear side of the lower portion of the tank body (1) through the mounting ring (1503), the connecting pipe (1505) is connected with the circulation box (1501) and the water pump (1504), and the pipeline (1506) is connected with the water pump (1504) and the cooling box (7).

The environment-friendly dust removing device of claim 1, further comprising an agitating mechanism (16), wherein the agitating mechanism (16) comprises a connecting rod (1601), a push rod (1602), a sliding rail (1603), a guide rod (1604), a wedge-shaped sliding block (1605), a first elastic piece (1606), a connecting rod (1607), a fixing rod (1608) and a rotating plate (1609), the connecting rod (1601) is connected with a striking ball (1405), the connecting rod (1601) is fixedly connected with the push rod (1602), the sliding rail (1603) is fixedly connected with the front side wall in the tank (1), the guide rod (1604) is fixedly connected with the sliding rail (1603), the wedge-shaped sliding block (1605) is in sliding connection with the guide rod (1604), the wedge-shaped sliding block (1605) is connected with the sliding rail (1603), the bottom of the wedge-shaped sliding block (1605) is fixedly connected with the connecting rod (1607), the fixing rod (1608) is fixedly connected with the bottom wall in the tank (1), the rotating plate (1609) is fixedly connected with the front side wall in the tank (1603), and the rotating plate (1609) is fixedly connected with the rotating plate (1609).

The environment-friendly dust removal device of claim 4, further comprising a buffer mechanism (17), wherein the buffer mechanism (17) comprises square blocks (1701), a connecting block (1702), a guide rod (1703) and a second elastic piece (1704), the square blocks (1701) are fixedly connected to the front side wall in the tank body (1), the connecting block (1702) is fixedly connected to the two square blocks (1701), one end of the guide rod (1703) is fixedly connected with the square blocks (1701), the other end of the guide rod (1703) is slidably connected with the connecting block (1702), and the second elastic piece (1704) is connected with the square blocks (1701) and the connecting block (1702).
