Abstract
本发明公开了一种除螨组合物、含有该组合物的除螨添加剂及其制备方法及应用。所述组合物包括4‑松油醇、薄荷醇、冰片、人工牛黄、马应龙原粉、山鸡椒果油、丁香花蕾提取物、欧百里香提取物、印度楝籽提取物。所述除螨添加剂包含上述组合物外,还含有多元醇、乳化剂、防腐剂、去离子水。本发明还提供一种除螨添加剂在制备具有除螨功效的膏霜、乳液、水剂或贴剂中的应用。本发明组合物不仅提高了产品的除螨效果、降低了产品刺激性,还具有较好的止痒效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种日化用品技术领域,具体的说是一种除螨组合物、含有该组合物的除螨添加剂及其制备方法及应用。
背景技术
蠕形螨(Demodex mite)是一类寄生于人和哺乳动物的毛囊与皮脂腺内的小型永久性寄生螨,主要分为毛囊蠕形螨和皮脂蠕形螨两种,国外学者报道人群感染率为27.00%~100.00%,国内人群感染也很普遍,感染率在20.00%~97.86%。蠕形螨寄生于人体的面部、颈部、胸部、肩背部、乳头、外阴及肛门等处的毛囊和皮脂腺,其中以面部感染率最高(包括脸颊、眼睑及外耳道等)。
蠕形螨通过刺吸上皮细胞内容物和取食皮脂、角质蛋白和细胞代谢产物,引起局部皮肤弥散性潮红、充血、散在的针尖至粟粒大的红色丘疹、小结节、脓疱、结痂、皮脂异常溢出、毛囊口显著扩张、皮肤表面粗糙甚至凹凸不平,导致毛囊炎、脂溢性皮炎、脂溢性脱发、痤疮、酒渣鼻、眼睑缘炎和外耳道瘙痒症等疾病,其中,眼部蠕形螨感染的发生率越来越高,眼部蠕形螨感染的患者可出现睫毛异常、复发性麦粒肿、结角膜炎症、睑板腺功能障碍,以及泪膜稳定性下降等眼表面病变,部分蠕形螨感染患者甚至出现角膜缘干细胞缺乏、角膜新生血管等严重病变,对人体的危害极为巨大。此外,蠕形螨感染常常会引起瘙痒症状,尤其是在眼部感染及外耳道感染中,眼痒和外耳道瘙痒等症状更为严重。
针对上述问题,目前市面上有各类除螨产品,但存在质量参差不齐、产品效果不佳、刺激性大等问题。例如,申请号为201910044196.7的专利申请公开了一种天然抗菌除螨剂的制备方法,该天然抗菌除螨剂由山鸡椒、苦参、丁香花或者百里香提取物制备得到,其制得的产品除螨功效不佳且无止痒功效。
发明内容
本发明的目是为了解决上述技术问题,提供了一种除螨组合物,该组合物不仅提高了产品的除螨效果、降低了产品刺激性,还具有较好的止痒效果。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供一种含有上述组合物的除螨添加剂。
本发明的第三个目的是在于提供一种上述添加剂的制备方法。
本发明的第四个目的在于提供一种上述添加剂在具有除螨功效的膏霜、乳液、水剂或贴剂中的应用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案
一种除螨组合物,以重量份计,包括以下制备原料:
所述马应龙原粉为碳酸锌氢氧化物、琥珀粉、珍珠粉的混合物。
优选的,以重量份计,所述除螨组合物包括以下制备原料:
所述马应龙原粉中碳酸锌氢氧化物、琥珀粉、珍珠粉的用量比为(80~100):(0.1~2):(0.1~2)。优选地,所述马应龙原粉中碳酸锌氢氧化物、琥珀粉、珍珠粉的用量比为(90~100):(0.1~1):(0.5~2)。
山鸡椒(LITSEACUBEBA)果油又名山胡椒油、木姜子油,在本申请组合物中起除螨、杀菌、抗炎、收敛等功效,山鸡椒果油还有柠檬的香气,主要成分柠檬醛,还起到增香及掩盖中成药气味的功效。
丁香(EUGENIA CARYOPHYLLUS)花蕾提取物对5α-还原酶有抑制作用,丁香花中所含的丁香酚、β-石竹烯等成分具有抗菌消炎,清除自由基,镇痛等显著功能,丁香苷对细菌和真菌都具有较好的抑菌活性,且产品具有高效低毒的特性。
欧百里香(THYMUS SERPYLLUM)提取物具有显著的抗菌杀虫活性,且具有广谱性,对大多数革兰氏细菌有抑制作用,其可以抑制真菌细胞的生成且具有抗炎作用,对各种体臭发生菌,有抗菌和抑菌的作用,可作抑臭剂、抗菌剂和抗炎剂,此外,百里香提取物还可以与其他物质共同作用增强抗菌杀虫活性。
印度楝(MELIA AZADIRACHTA)籽提取物为印度传统医药之一,含有柠檬苦素类似物(印度楝子素、苦楝三醇、印楝素)等物质,不仅可以杀灭螨虫、细菌、真菌和病毒等,还具有解热镇痛、调节免疫、抗溃疡和促进伤口愈合等药理活性,对于除螨具有较好的增效作用。
4-松油醇是茶树油的主要成分和关键活性成分,茶树油质量的优劣主要就以4-松油醇含量来判别,多从茶树油中蒸馏提纯获取。常温下为黄色透明液体,易挥发,有特殊宜人的香味,具有抗氧、抗菌、驱虫、杀螨作用,主要用作抗炎剂、抗寄生虫剂、调香剂等,可广泛用于治疗粉刺、痤疮酒糟鼻、蠕形螨感染。
薄荷醇也叫薄荷脑,是一种萜类有机化合物,由薄荷的叶和茎中所提取,薄荷醇常被添加于皮肤等外用制剂中,发挥局部止痒、止痛、清凉及轻微局麻等作用。此外,由于皮肤角质层屏障的存在及药物自身的理化性质等原因,许多药物对皮肤的透过率很低,难以达到有效的治疗浓度,而薄荷醇对多种功效成分的经皮渗透具有显著促进作用。
碳酸锌氢氧化物即炉甘石(煅),是一种矿物性粉剂,具有解毒明目退翳,收湿止痒敛疮之功效,用于目赤肿痛,眼缘赤烂,翳膜胬肉,溃疡不敛,脓水淋漓,湿疮,皮肤瘙痒。现代药理研究表明,碳酸锌氢氧化物外用可抑制局部葡萄球菌生长,还具有吸湿作用,能减少外界对皮肤带来的刺激,从而达到止痒、消炎和镇静皮肤效果。
珍珠粉具有清热滋润、明目去翳、解毒生肌之功效,组织间液可形成高渗状态而使肿胀消退,炎症减轻,外用可用于改善目赤翳障,疮疡不敛,皮肤色斑等。
琥珀粉主治惊风癫痫,惊悸失眠,血淋血尿,小便不通,妇女闭经,产后停瘀腹痛,痈疽疮毒,跌打创伤,且琥珀还可以穿过皮肤促进血液循环。
人工牛黄具有热解毒、化痰定惊之功效,用于热病神昏,中风痰迷,惊痫抽搐,癫痫发狂,咽喉肿痛,口舌生伴随,痈肿疔疮,其有效成分牛磺去氧胆酸等能提高外周血中吞噬细胞的吞噬功能,抑制迟发型变态反应。
冰片具有开窍醒神,清热止痛之功效,用于闭证神昏、目赤肿痛、喉痹口疮、疮疡肿痛,溃后不敛等病症。现代药理研究表明,冰片局部应用对感觉神经有较微刺激,有一定的止痛及温和的防腐作用。较高浓度(0.5%)对葡萄球菌、链球菌、肺炎双球菌、大肠杆菌及部分致病性皮肤真菌等有抑制作用。
可以理解的是,上述组合物还可以根据需要适当添加除上述功效成分以外的辅料制成产品添加剂,制备辅料还包括多元醇、乳化剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、去离子水等。
一种含有上述的组合物的除螨添加剂,还包括多元醇1~80份、乳化剂0.1~20份、防腐剂0.1~2份、去离子水10~95份。
所述多元醇选自甘油、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、丁二醇、山梨醇、双丙甘醇、戊二醇、癸二醇、辛二醇、辛甘醇中的至少一种。
所述乳化剂选自聚山梨醇酯-20、聚山梨醇酯-80、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油/癸醇聚醚-7/PPG-26-丁醇聚醚-26、聚甘油-6辛酸酯/聚甘油-3椰油酸酯/聚甘油-4癸酸酯/聚甘油-6蓖麻醇酸酯中的至少一种。
所述防腐剂选自苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、氯苯甘醚、羟苯甲酯、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇中的至少一种。
一种所述除螨添加剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将冰片、薄荷醇、人工牛黄粉碎成细粉,与马应龙原粉一起加入乳化剂中,混合搅拌升温,溶解完全后降温,得第一混合物;
(2)将4-松油醇、山鸡椒(LITSEACUBEBA)果油、丁香(EUGENIA CARYOPHYLLUS)花蕾提取物、欧百里香(THYMUS SERPYLLUM)提取物、印度楝(MELIA AZADIRACHTA)籽提取物加入到步骤(1)的第一混合物中,混匀得第二混合物;
(3)将多元醇、防腐剂加入到步骤(2)所得第二混合物中,搅拌均匀得第三混合物;
(4)将去离子水加入到步骤(3)所得第三混合物中,搅拌均匀即得除螨添加剂。
步骤(1)中,搅拌升温至70~80℃。
一种除螨添加剂的应用,所述添加剂在制备具有除螨功效的化妆品、消毒产品或日用品中的应用。
所述化妆品包括膏霜剂、乳液剂、水剂、贴剂、膜剂,具体产品包括洗发水、沐浴露、面霜、乳液、柔肤水、液体喷雾、面膜、眼贴膜等;所述消毒产品包括消毒剂、卫生用品,具体产品包括消毒液、湿巾、卫生湿巾等;所述日用品包括棉片等。
优选地,所述添加剂在制备眼部除螨产品中的应用。所述眼部除螨产品包括眼部除螨棉片、眼部除螨湿巾、除螨眼贴膜、眼部除螨喷雾等。
需要说明的是,本发明所述添加剂为液体制剂,可直接添加至各种剂型的产品中,应用方式简单,产品添加量可以根据实际需求选用。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明从除螨效果出发,精选具有除螨抑菌功效的植物提取物山鸡椒果油、丁香花蕾提取物、欧百里香提取物、印度楝籽提取物,大大提高了产品的除螨功效,本发明通过实验意外发现,其中的印度楝籽提取物对于产品的除螨功效具有极显著的协同增效作用。
2、本发明进一步选用具有除螨和止痒功效的4-松油醇和薄荷醇,进一步提高了产品的除螨和止痒效果,且薄荷醇对多种功效成分的经皮渗透具有显著促进作用。
3、本发明所述组合物的除螨、止痒效果好、刺激性低,尤其适合应用于眼部产品,将其制成除螨棉片可用于清洁睑缘,能有效改善蠕形螨睑缘炎以及睑板腺功能障碍等眼科疾病症状。
4、本发明功效成分中选用的中药物质碳酸锌氢氧化物、珍珠粉、琥珀粉、冰片、人工牛黄源自马应龙八宝古方,共奏清热退赤、解毒明目、杀菌止痒、降低刺激之功效,尤其是碳酸锌氢氧化物能与泪液中游离脂肪酸生成油酸锌及脂酸锌,既滋润、保护眼睛,又有吸着、止痒功能,还可吸收到细胞内,促进核酸和核蛋白的合成,参与细胞的能量代谢,起到促进组织修复的作用。
5、本发明还提供了一种具有除螨功效的添加剂及其制备方法,该添加剂应用广泛,制备方法简便,普适性强,适于规模化生产。
总之,本发明通过精选各种除螨、抑菌、止痒的功效成分,科学配制,使制得的产品除螨、止痒功效突出且刺激性低,解决了市面上常规除螨产品效果不佳。刺激性大的问题,本发明各种功效成分不是简单的叠加组合,而是在种类和用量上进行了科学严谨的配制,各种成分协同作用,相辅相成。

需要特别说明的是,实施例中所用苯氧乙醇/乙基己基甘油的商品名为euxyl PE9010,所用的PEG-40氢化蓖麻油/癸醇聚醚-7/PPG-26-丁醇聚醚-26为复合乳化剂,商品名RESASSOL VS;所用的聚甘油-6辛酸酯/聚甘油-3椰油酸酯/聚甘油-4癸酸酯/聚甘油-6蓖麻醇酸酯为复合乳化剂,商品名Solve 61MB。
实施例中所用丁香(EUGENIA CARYOPHYLLUS)花蕾提取物、欧百里香(THYMUSSERPYLLUM)提取物购自广州伽能生物科技有限公司,印度楝(MELIA AZADIRACHTA)籽提取物购自云南英格生物技术有限公司。

一种具有除螨功效的添加剂,以重量计,由以下原料制成:

(1)将A组分中冰片、薄荷醇、人工牛黄粉碎成细粉,与马应龙原粉一起加入聚山梨醇酯-20中,搅拌升温至75~80,℃完全溶解后降至室温得混合物1,备用;
(2)将B组分中4-松油醇、山鸡椒(LITSEA CUBEBA)果油、丁香(EUGENIACARYOPHYLLUS)花蕾提取物、欧百里香(THYMUS SERPYLLUM)提取物、印度楝(MELIAAZADIRACHTA)籽提取物加入到步骤(1)的混合物1中,搅拌、均质打散混匀得混合物2;
(3)将C组分中丁二醇、1,2-己二醇、苯氧乙醇/乙基己基甘油加入到步骤(2)所得混合物2中,搅拌均匀得混合物3;

(2)将B组分中4-松油醇、山鸡椒(LITSEA CUBEBA)果油、丁香(EUGENIACARYOPHYLLUS)花蕾提取物、欧百里香(THYMUS SERPYLLUM)提取物、印度楝(MELIAAZADIRACHTA)籽提取物加入到步骤(1)的混合物1中,搅拌、均质打散混匀得混合物2;
(3)将C组分中丁二醇、1,2-己二醇、苯氧乙醇/乙基己基甘油加入到步骤(2)所得混合物2中,搅拌均匀得混合物3;

(1)将A组分中冰片、薄荷醇、人工牛黄粉碎成细粉,与马应龙原粉一起加入复合乳化剂聚甘油-6辛酸酯/聚甘油-3椰油酸酯/聚甘油-4癸酸酯/聚甘油-6蓖麻醇酸酯中,搅拌升温至75~80,℃溶解后降至室温得混合物1,备用;
(2)将B组分中4-松油醇、山鸡椒(LITSEA CUBEBA)果油、丁香(EUGENIACARYOPHYLLUS)花蕾提取物、欧百里香(THYMUS SERPYLLUM)提取物、印度楝(MELIAAZADIRACHTA)籽提取物加入到步骤(1)的混合物1中,搅拌、均质打散混匀得混合物2;
(3)将C组分中1,2-丙二醇、1,2-己二醇、苯氧乙醇/乙基己基甘油加入到步骤(2)所得混合物2中,搅拌均匀得混合物3;
(4)最后将去离子水加入到步骤(3)所得混合物3中,搅拌均匀即得具有除螨功效的添加剂。

与实施例1相比,A组分中不添加马应龙原粉,其他组分用量以及制备方法均一致。

应用例1:
将实施例1-5及对比例1-4制得的添加剂与棉片基材按照2:1的质量比均匀的滴洒在经过裁剪、灭菌、消毒处理后棉片基材上,密封包装,制得眼部除螨棉片。
应用例2:
将实施例1-5及对比例1-4制得的添加剂与湿巾基材按照3:1的质量比均匀的滴洒在经过裁剪、灭菌、消毒处理后湿巾基材上,密封包装,制得眼部除螨卫生湿巾。
试验例1:产品眼刺激性试验
检验依据:SN/T2329-2009《化妆品眼刺激性/腐蚀性的鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜试验》
试验条件:9日龄SPF级鸡胚,取样品0.3ml直接接触尿囊膜CAM,反应3min,0.9%生理盐水冲走膏体,30s后观察血管变化。
实验样品:实施例1制得产品。
考察指标:
出血(H):血液从CAM膜血管内流出血管外,可以表现为血管外出现点状出血或絮状的弥漫性出血等多种形式。
凝血(C):血管内和血管外蛋白的变性,表现为血管内血流变慢或血栓形成,血管呈现棕黑色,血管外出现混浊和不透明。
血管融解(L):CAM膜上小血管壁破裂,小血管融解消失。
记录以上三个毒性终点出现的程度(无:0分、轻度:1分、中度:2分、重度:3分),刺激评分ES=出血(H)+凝血(C)+血管溶解(L),根据表4评价急性眼刺激分类。

试验分析结果及结论:采取终点评价法,实施例1制得产品的各毒理终点前后鸡胚刺激对比图见图1,其中,图1a为产品作用前的鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜,图1b为产品作用后的鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜,两者无明显变化,由此可知,实施例1制得产品的眼刺激性结果为无/轻刺激性,本发明除螨组合物刺激性小,尤其适合眼部使用。
试验例2:产品除螨功效试验
参考NY/T 1151.2-2006《农药登记卫生用杀虫剂室内药效试验方法及评价第2部分:灭螨和驱螨剂》记载的方法对本发明实施例1-5和对比例1-4制得的添加剂的灭螨效果进行考察,每组选用的试验螨数为200只,作用48h时检查并记录死亡螨虫数,并计算出灭螨率,其中,灭螨剂的药效评价指标为:A级(灭螨率=100%),B级(灭螨率≥95%),产品样品的试验结果见表7。

由表5可知,本发明实施例制得添加剂的灭螨率均为100%,均达到A级;对比例2的灭螨率≥95%,达到B级;对比例1和对比例3-4的灭螨率<95%,除螨效果不佳。
试验例3:临床试用评价
对应用例1制得的眼部除螨棉片进行眼部除螨止痒效果临床试用评价。
试验方法:选取100名年龄为20-50岁的蠕形螨睑缘炎患者(蠕形螨睑缘炎其主要临床表现为反复发作的睑缘发红、眼干、痒、烧灼感、异物感、畏光及分泌物增多,严重者可伴有反复睫毛脱落;当炎性反应累及角膜时,可有视物模糊或视力下降),将患者随机分成5组,每组20人,分别使用实施例1和对比例1-4制备的添加剂制得的除螨棉片,分别记录连续使用7天后眼部主要症状是否改善、产品眼部使用刺激性以及对产品整体是否满意,进一步计算症状改善率和总体满意率,试验结果见表8。
产品使用方式:清洗双手,撕开包装取出并打开棉片,微闭双眼,在眼睑、眼周皮肤来回擦拭,早晚各一次。

临床试用结果表明:本发明实施例制得的除螨棉片对于蠕形螨睑缘炎的各类眼部症状均具有较好的改善效果,产品使用过程无刺激,产品的总体满意率达到100%,而对比例产品对于各类眼部症状也有改善,但是改善程度不足,总体满意度不佳。由此可知,本发明所述组合物具有较好的除螨止痒功效且刺激性小,非常适用于眼部除螨产品使用。
申请人声明,本发明通过上述实施例和应用例来说明本发明的除螨组合物、含有该组合物的除螨添加剂及其制备方法及应用,但本发明并不局限于上述实施例,即不意味着本发明必须依赖上述实施例才能实施。所属技术领域的技术人员应该明了,对本发明的任何改进,对本发明产品个别原料的等效替换及辅助成分的添加、具体方式的选择等,均落在本发明的保护范围和公开范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种除螨组合物,其特征在于,以重量份计,包括以下制备原料:
所述马应龙原粉为碳酸锌氢氧化物、琥珀粉、珍珠粉的混合物。
2.如权利要求1所述的除螨组合物,其特征在于,以重量份计,包括以下制备原料:
3.如权利要求1或2所述的除螨组合物,其特征在于,所述马应龙原粉中碳酸锌氢氧化物、琥珀粉、珍珠粉的用量比为(80~100):(0.1~2):(0.1~2)。
4.一种含有权利要求1~3任一项所述组合物的除螨添加剂,其特征在于,还包括多元醇1~80份、乳化剂0.1~20份、防腐剂0.1~2份、去离子水10~95份。
5.如权利要求4所述的除螨添加剂,其特征在于,所述多元醇选自甘油、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、丁二醇、山梨醇、双丙甘醇、戊二醇、癸二醇、辛二醇、辛甘醇中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求4所述的除螨添加剂,其特征在于,所述乳化剂选自聚山梨醇酯-20、聚山梨醇酯-80、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油/癸醇聚醚-7/PPG-26-丁醇聚醚-26、聚甘油-6辛酸酯/聚甘油-3椰油酸酯/聚甘油-4癸酸酯/聚甘油-6蓖麻醇酸酯中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求4所述的除螨添加剂,其特征在于,所述防腐剂选自苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、氯苯甘醚、羟苯甲酯、对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇中的至少一种。
8.一种权利要求4-7任一项所述除螨添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将冰片、薄荷醇、人工牛黄粉碎成细粉,与马应龙原粉一起加入乳化剂中,混合搅拌升温,溶解完全后降温,得第一混合物;
(2)将4-松油醇、山鸡椒(LITSEA CUBEBA)果油、丁香(EUGENIA CARYOPHYLLUS)花蕾提取物、欧百里香(THYMUS SERPYLLUM)提取物、印度楝(MELIA AZADIRACHTA)籽提取物加入到步骤(1)的第一混合物中,混匀得第二混合物;
(3)将多元醇、防腐剂加入到步骤(2)所得第二混合物中,搅拌均匀得第三混合物;
(4)将去离子水加入到步骤(3)所得第三混合物中,搅拌均匀即得除螨添加剂。
9.一种权利要求4-7任一项所述除螨添加剂的应用,其特征在于,所述添加剂在制备具有除螨功效的化妆品、消毒产品或日用品中的应用。
10.如权利要求9所述的应用,其特征在于,所述添加剂在制备眼部除螨产品中的应用。
