Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an auxiliary hanging ring device, which is simple to operate, can effectively support and turn over a blood vessel, has stable and firm hanging needle and good anastomosis effect, reduces the operation difficulty and operation time of a doctor for hanging the blood vessel, and has strong clinical practicability.
To achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

the expansion assembly comprises a first adjusting piece and a first supporting piece, the first adjusting piece is arranged on the supporting rod in a sliding mode, two ends of the first supporting piece are respectively connected with the first adjusting piece and the vasodilation umbrella in a rotating mode, and the first adjusting piece is used for driving the first supporting piece and the vasodilation umbrella to be buckled or unfolded relative to the supporting rod;
the blood vessel overturning plate is rotationally connected with the outer edge of the blood vessel expanding umbrella;
the turnover assembly comprises a second adjusting piece and a second supporting piece, the second adjusting piece is arranged on the supporting rod in a sliding mode, two ends of the second supporting piece are respectively connected with the second adjusting piece and the blood vessel turnover plate in a rotating mode, and the second adjusting piece is used for driving the second supporting piece and the blood vessel turnover plate to be buckled relative to the supporting rod or turned towards the outer side of the blood vessel expansion umbrella.
As a preferable technical scheme of the auxiliary hanging ring device, the outer edge of the vasodilation umbrella is provided with a connecting piece extending along the circumferential direction, a plurality of blood vessel overturning plates are arranged, and the blood vessel overturning plates are rotationally connected with the connecting piece; the second support members are provided in plurality, and each of the vessel inversion plates is connected to at least one of the second support members.
As the preferable technical scheme of auxiliary hanging ring device, a plurality of vascular overturning plates are uniformly arranged at intervals on the connecting piece, and avoidance gaps are arranged between adjacent vascular overturning plates.
As the preferable technical scheme of auxiliary hanging ring device, first regulating part cover is located the bracing piece, second regulating part cover is located first regulating part.
As a preferable technical scheme of the auxiliary hanging ring device, the first adjusting piece is provided with a third positioning block and a fourth positioning block, and when the second adjusting piece is matched with the third positioning block, the blood vessel overturning plate is buckled relative to the supporting rod; when the second adjusting piece is matched with the fourth positioning block, the blood vessel overturning plate overturns to the outer side of the blood vessel expansion umbrella.
As a preferred technical scheme of the auxiliary hanging ring device, the first adjusting piece is provided with a first guide rib along the axial direction, the second adjusting piece is provided with a first guide groove, and the first guide groove can slide along the first guide rib.
As the preferable technical scheme of auxiliary hanging ring device, the third positioning block and the fourth positioning block are respectively arranged at two ends of the first guide rib, and the second adjusting piece can slide between the third positioning block and the fourth positioning block along the first guide rib.
As a preferable technical scheme of the auxiliary hanging ring device, a plurality of first supporting pieces are arranged, and the plurality of first supporting pieces are uniformly arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the vasodilation umbrella.
As a preferable technical scheme of the auxiliary hanging ring device, the supporting rod is provided with a first positioning block and a second positioning block, and when the first adjusting piece is matched with the first positioning block, the first supporting piece and the vasodilation umbrella are buckled on the supporting rod; when the first adjusting piece is matched with the second positioning block, the first supporting piece and the vasodilation umbrella are unfolded.
As a preferable technical scheme of the auxiliary hanging ring device, the auxiliary hanging ring device further comprises a guide piece, wherein one end of the guide piece is connected with the outer side of the vasodilation umbrella and is coaxially arranged with the supporting rod; the outer diameter of the other end of the guide piece is smaller than the inner diameter of the blood vessel.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention provides an auxiliary hanging ring device, wherein the inner side of a vasodilation umbrella is coaxially provided with a supporting rod, so that the operation of a doctor is more convenient to hold by hand; the both ends of first support piece rotate with first regulating part and vasodilation umbrella respectively and are connected, and first regulating part slides and sets up in the bracing piece for control and drive first support piece and vasodilation umbrella are for bracing piece lock or expansion, so that the vasodilation umbrella changes constriction form and struts the form, has increased the action of supplementary link device, can arrange in the blood vessel more nimble stability, or dilate the blood vessel. The blood vessel overturning plate is rotationally connected with the outer edge of the blood vessel expansion umbrella and can axially overturn along the outer edge of the blood vessel expansion umbrella; the two ends of the second supporting piece are respectively connected with the second adjusting piece and the blood vessel turning plate in a rotating way, the second adjusting piece is arranged on the supporting rod in a sliding way and used for controlling and driving the second supporting piece and the blood vessel turning plate to be buckled relative to the supporting rod or to be turned outwards relative to the blood vessel expanding umbrella, and the blood vessel turning plate can be controlled to turn the blood vessel outwards, so that the operation is simple. When the auxiliary hanging ring device is in a contracted shape in the use process, the first supporting piece, the vasodilation umbrella, the second supporting piece and the vascular overturning plate are buckled on the supporting rod, the outer diameter of the auxiliary hanging ring device is reduced, and the auxiliary hanging ring device can be placed in a blood vessel; when the vasodilation umbrella arranged in the blood vessel is converted into a stretching shape, the second supporting piece is further operated to enable the blood vessel overturning plate to overturn relative to the vasodilation umbrella and used for overturning the blood vessel so as to be convenient for connecting with the anastomotic needle. The auxiliary hanging ring device can support the blood vessel and turn over the blood vessel until the blood vessel is stably and firmly hung with the anastomotic needle ring, has good anastomosis effect, can effectively support and reduce the operation difficulty and operation time of a doctor for hanging the blood vessel, and has strong clinical practicability.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention discloses an auxiliary hanging ring device, which comprises a vasodilation umbrella 1, a supporting rod 2 coaxially arranged with the inner side of the vasodilation umbrella 1, and a vascular overturning plate 4 rotatably connected with the outer edge of the vasodilation umbrella 1. The vasodilation umbrella 1 is used for supporting blood vessels, and the support rod 2 is arranged, so that the operation of a doctor can be more convenient; in order to conveniently convert the vasodilation umbrella 1 into a contracted shape and a spread shape, the auxiliary hanging ring device further comprises an expansion assembly 3, wherein a first adjusting piece 31 and a first supporting piece 32 are arranged, two ends of the first supporting piece 32 are respectively and rotatably connected with the first adjusting piece 31 and the vasodilation umbrella 1, the first adjusting piece 31 is slidably arranged on the supporting rod 2 and used for controlling and driving the first supporting piece 32 and the vasodilation umbrella 1 to relatively rotate, and the auxiliary hanging ring device is buckled or spread relative to the supporting rod 2, so that the auxiliary hanging ring device can be flexibly and stably placed in a blood vessel or dilate the blood vessel. The blood vessel overturning plate 4 can overturn along the outer axial direction of the blood vessel expanding umbrella 1; the auxiliary hanging ring device is provided with the overturning assembly 6 capable of controlling the blood vessel to be overturned outwards by the blood vessel overturning plate 4, the auxiliary hanging ring device comprises a second adjusting piece 61 and a second supporting piece 62, two ends of the second supporting piece 62 are respectively and rotatably connected with the second adjusting piece 61 and the blood vessel overturning plate 4, the second adjusting piece 61 is arranged on the supporting rod 2 in a sliding mode and is used for controlling and driving the second supporting piece 62 and the blood vessel overturning plate 4 to be buckled relative to the supporting rod 2 or overturned outwards relative to the vasodilation umbrella 1, and the operation is simple.
When the auxiliary hanging ring device is in a contracted state in the use process, the first supporting piece 32 and the vasodilation umbrella 1 are buckled on the supporting rod 2, meanwhile, the second supporting piece 62 and the vascular turnover plate 4 are buckled on the supporting rod 2, and at the moment, the external diameter of the auxiliary hanging ring device is minimum and can be placed in a blood vessel; when the endovascular umbrella 1 is converted into a stretched shape, the second support 62 is further operated to turn the vascular turning plate 4 relative to the endovascular umbrella 1 for turning the blood vessel so as to be convenient for connection with the anastomotic needle. The auxiliary hanging ring device can support the blood vessel and turn over the blood vessel until the blood vessel is stably and firmly hung with the anastomotic needle ring, has good anastomosis effect, can effectively support and reduce the operation difficulty and operation time of a doctor for hanging the blood vessel, and has strong clinical practicability.
Specifically, the first support 32 is provided in plurality, so that the shape change of the vasodilating umbrella 1 can be better controlled and supported; the plurality of first supporting pieces 32 are uniformly arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the vasodilation umbrella 1, so that the stress of the vasodilation umbrella 1 is more uniform, and the dilating effect on blood vessels is better. Illustratively, the vasodilation umbrella 1 is made of flexible materials, has better strength and a certain deformation amount, can be operated and converted into a contracted shape and an expanded shape more laborsaving, protects the integrity of the vasodilation umbrella 1, and prolongs the service life of the auxiliary hanging ring device.
Further, a connector 11 extending in the circumferential direction is provided at the outer edge of the vasodilator umbrella 1 for attaching the vascular inversion plate 4. The plurality of vascular overturning plates 4 are arranged, the vascular overturning plates 4 are rotationally connected with the connecting piece 11, so that the vascular overturning plates 4 can be overturned along the axial direction of the connecting piece 11 more conveniently, the vascular overturning plates 4 are not directly arranged on the vasodilation umbrella 1, and the strength of the vasodilation umbrella 1 is prevented from being damaged; the second supporting members 62 are provided with a plurality of, and each vascular inversion plate 4 is rotationally connected with at least one second supporting member 62, so that all vascular inversion plates 4 can be controlled simultaneously, each vascular inversion plate 4 can be driven by the second supporting member 62, the rotation degree of the vascular inversion plates 4 is guaranteed to be consistent, and meanwhile, the vascular inversion plate is acted on blood vessels which need to be everted, and damage to the blood vessels caused by excessive deformation and pulling is reduced.
Illustratively, the second supporting members 62 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the vascular inversion plate 4, and the plurality of second supporting members 62 are symmetrically disposed around the second adjusting member 61, so that the vascular inversion plate 4 is ensured to be stressed more uniformly, the anastomosis position is more attractive, and healing can be better and faster in the process of moving the second adjusting member 61.
Specifically, the plurality of vascular inversion plates 4 are uniformly arranged on the connecting piece 11, so that the vascular is uniformly supported and stressed to finish eversion, and the quality of the everted vascular is improved; the interval is the same preset distance, is provided with between the adjacent vascular roll-over plate 4 and dodges clearance 5, more laborsaving convenience with vascular roll-over plate 4 lock in bracing piece 2 with place in the blood vessel, can also be used for dodging the anastomotic needle on the anastomotic needle ring when vascular roll-over plate 4 overturns the blood vessel, guarantees that auxiliary link device can not hinder the anastomotic needle and inserts, avoids the anastomotic needle to take place to damage and cause the inefficacy to improve anastomotic accuracy, make things convenient for anastomotic needle ring anastomotic vessel, and can adapt to the anastomotic needle ring of more specifications.
Preferably, the first adjusting member 31 is sleeved outside the supporting rod 2, the second adjusting member 61 is sleeved outside the first adjusting member 31, collision interference between the first adjusting member 31 and the second adjusting member 61 is prevented, the action of the auxiliary hanging ring device is affected, the first adjusting member 31 can drive the second adjusting member 61 to move, and the action amplitude and steps of an operator are saved.
Optionally, the outer wall of the first adjusting member 31 is provided with a first guide rib along the axial direction, the inner wall of the second adjusting member 61 is provided with a first guide groove, the first guide rib can be placed in the first guide groove, the first guide groove can slide along the first guide rib, the turning assembly 6 can be prevented from rotating, the angular displacement is generated, the blood vessel is reduced from being subjected to forces other than the everting force of the blood vessel turning plate 4, and mechanical damage is avoided. Similarly, in the process of vasodilation, in order to avoid the rotation of the first adjusting member 31 relative to the supporting rod 2 and further avoid the additional application of torsion force to the blood vessel by the vasodilation umbrella 1, the outer wall of the supporting rod 2 and the inner wall of the first adjusting member 31 may be respectively provided with a second guide rib and a second guide groove, so as to ensure that the first adjusting member 31 can only reciprocate along the axial direction of the supporting rod 2, thereby ensuring that the blood vessel can be smoothly expanded.
Illustratively, the outer edge of the vessel inversion plate 4 is provided with a rounded corner, when the vessel inversion plate 4 is used for inverting the vessel, the vessel is prevented from being under tension, the broken end of the vessel is contracted at the outer edge of the vessel inversion plate 4, the interaction with the sharp corner is reduced, and the fracture of the vessel is avoided.
Further, the supporting rod 2 is provided with a first positioning block and a second positioning block, when the first adjusting piece 31 is matched with the first positioning block, the first supporting piece 32 and the vasodilating umbrella 1 are buckled on the supporting rod 2, and the vasodilating umbrella 1 can be stably in a contracted shape, so that accidental opening of the vasodilating umbrella in a blood vessel arranging process is reduced; when the first adjusting piece 31 is matched with the second positioning block, the first supporting piece 32 and the vasodilation umbrella 1 are unfolded, the vasodilation umbrella 1 is in an unfolded state, the auxiliary hanging ring device can be more conveniently placed in a blood vessel by adding the first positioning block and the second positioning block, the expanding action of the blood vessel is more accurate and in place, the operation is more convenient and simple, the relative displacement of the first adjusting piece 31 and the supporting rod 2 can not be caused by the tension of the blood vessel, and the auxiliary hanging ring device is unstable to control and expand the blood vessel better.
Specifically, the first adjusting piece 31 is provided with a third positioning block and a fourth positioning block, when the second adjusting piece 61 is matched with the third positioning block, the vascular overturning plate 4 can be buckled relative to the supporting rod 2, so that the vascular overturning plate 4 is conveniently placed in a blood vessel; when the first adjusting piece 31 is matched with the first positioning block, but the second adjusting piece 61 is not matched with the third positioning block, the vascular overturning plate 4 can be buckled on the supporting rod 2 but not completely and stably because of being connected with the vasodilating umbrella 1, so that the third positioning block can enable the vascular overturning plate 4 to be buckled more completely and stably, and reduce the risk of angiogenesis damage; in order to turn the vascular turning plate 4 to the outer side of the vasodilator umbrella 1, when the first adjusting piece 31 is matched with the second positioning piece, the vasodilator umbrella 1 is in a spread state, and at the moment, the second adjusting piece 61 can be matched with the fourth positioning piece, so that the vascular turning plate 4 is just turned until the blood vessel is completely matched with the anastomotic needle ring. Through increasing third locating piece and fourth locating piece, further make supplementary link device place in the blood vessel steadily, and operate smoothly and once can place in place, to the upset action of blood vessel more accurate in place, can better control and evert the blood vessel, more conveniently link the blood vessel, the technical difficulty and the speed of anastomotic vessel in the greatly reduced operation.
Further, the third positioning block and the fourth positioning block are respectively arranged at two ends of the first guide rib, the second adjusting piece 61 can slide between the third positioning block and the fourth positioning block along the first guide rib, so that the second adjusting piece 61 can realize positioning while sliding, and the operation is simpler and more convenient. The blood vessel overturning plate 4 can be overturned in place once and does not rotate relative to the supporting rod 2, so that the blood vessel anastomosis effect is further improved.
Preferably, the two ends of the first supporting member 32 are respectively provided with a reinforcing block for being connected with the inner side of the vasodilation umbrella 1 or the first adjusting member 31, so as to improve the strength of the connection part of the two ends of the first supporting member 32, prevent the first supporting member 32 from being damaged and falling off due to stress, and ensure the action stability and reliability of the auxiliary hanging ring device.
Optionally, the auxiliary hanging ring device further comprises a guide piece 7, wherein one end of the guide piece 7 is connected with the outer side of the vasodilation umbrella 1 and is coaxially arranged with the support rod 2; the other end of the guide 7 has an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the blood vessel so that the guide 7 can be easily placed in the blood vessel to perform a predetermined positioning and guiding function on the blood vessel. The guide 7 may be provided in a cylindrical shape, for example.
In this embodiment, the guide member 7 is configured to be a circular truncated cone, the large end of the guide member 7 is connected with the vasodilation umbrella 1, the outer diameter of the small end of the guide member 7 is smaller than the diameter of a blood vessel, the guide member 7 can be placed in the blood vessel in advance, the subsequent operation is more convenient, the auxiliary vasodilation umbrella 1 is further positioned in the blood vessel when being contracted, and the circular truncated cone-shaped guide member 7 can better play a role in guiding and supporting the blood vessel compared with the cylindrical guide member 7.
