Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made more apparent and fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which some, but not all embodiments of the invention are shown. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a chair back 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is adapted to be assembled to a seat 2 to form a chair 3. The chair back 1 comprises a frame 10, two support legs 20 and a support plate 30.
The frame 10 is integrally formed and may include two side frame portions 11 and a bottom frame portion 12. The two side frame parts 11 are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the chair back 1 and two opposite ends of the bottom frame part 12. Opposite ends of the bottom frame portion 12 are respectively connected to two side frame portions 11. The two side frame portions 11 and the bottom frame portion 12 together form an accommodation space S. The material of the frame 10 includes, but is not limited to, nylon (such as, but not limited to, PA 66) and fiberglass, and the glass fiber content of the frame 10 is 7-30 weight percent, such as, but not limited to, 10, 16, 20, 24 or 28 weight percent.
The two support legs 20 are joined to the frame 10 by injection molding. Specifically, the two supporting legs 20 are also respectively located at two opposite sides of the chair back 1, and each supporting leg 20 is formed at the joint of the side frame 11 and the bottom frame 12 on the same side. Each support leg 20 is provided with a fixing groove 21 recessed in the end surface of the end far from the frame 10 for inserting the plug-in P of the seat 2. The support feet 20 have a higher stiffness than the frame 10. The material of the support leg 20 includes nylon (such as PA66, but not limited to) and fiberglass, and the content of fiberglass of the support leg 20 is 7-50 weight percent, such as 20, 30, 35, 40 or 45 weight percent, but not limited to. Thus, the support feet 20 are configured to support the entire seat back 1 and are removably assembled to the seat 2. The supporting leg has better chemical property, dimensional stability, heat resistance and aging resistance even the fatigue resistance can be improved by 2.5 times compared with the supporting leg without glass fiber by matching 30 weight percent of glass fiber in 70 weight percent of nylon. And the higher the glass fiber content of the support foot, the higher the hardness of the support foot.
The receiving piece 30 is integrally formed by injection molding and is joined to the side frame portions 11 and the bottom frame portion 12 of the frame 10 so as to be positioned in the accommodation space S. Specifically, the bearing sheet 30 has two opposite second inner side surfaces 31 and one second inner bottom surface 32 connecting the two second inner side surfaces 31. The two second inner sides 31 of the bearing piece 30 respectively engage the two first inner sides 13 of the side frame 11 of the frame 10. The second inner bottom surface 32 of the bearing piece 30 is engaged with a first inner bottom surface 14 of the bottom frame 12 of the frame 10. The first inner bottom surface 14 of the bottom frame portion 12 connects the two first inner side surfaces 13 of the side frame portions 11. Thus, the support plate 30 can be supported by the frame 10 for support by a user's back. The bearing sheet 30 may be selected from a material having a lower stiffness but a higher tensile strength and elasticity than the frame 10, such as, but not limited to, nylon (e.g., but not limited to, PA 66), thermoplastic polyurethane, or a combination thereof. Therefore, when the body of the user is supported by the support piece 30, the support piece 30 is slightly deformed by the force, so as to slightly cover the back of the user, thereby supporting the back of the user and providing a proper cushioning effect. Therefore, the device can be more in accordance with the ergonomic design, and the comfort of a user in riding is improved.
Furthermore, in the present embodiment or some embodiments, the first inner side 13 of each side frame 11 may extend out of one extension 15. The two extensions 15 extend in opposite directions. The two second inner sides 31 of the support plate 30 are each provided with a recess 33. The two recesses 33 correspond to the two extensions 15, respectively. Since the two extending portions 15 have a hardness higher than that of the surrounding bearing piece 30 and the positions of the two extending portions 15 correspond to the positions of the two sides of the lower back of the user, the supporting effect on the lower back of the user can be enhanced.
In the present embodiment or some embodiments, at least one of the two side frame parts 11 may be provided with at least one first ventilation hole 16. For example, the extending portions 15 of the two side frame portions 11 each have a plurality of first ventilation holes 16. Thereby, the ventilation property of the seatback 1 at the lower back can be enhanced.
In this embodiment or some embodiments, the bearing plate 30 may be provided with a grid structure having a plurality of second ventilation holes 34. The grid structure can make the bearing piece 30 more elastic and cushioning. The second ventilation holes 34 of the grid structure are distributed at the upper back and the lower back of the chair back 1, so that the ventilation property of the chair back 1 in the area corresponding to the positions of the upper back and the lower back can be improved. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. In another embodiment, the leaning piece 30 can be changed to have only one second ventilation hole 34.
Although the two support legs 20 of the above embodiments are each provided with a fixing slot 21 for the insertion of the insert P of the seat 2, the present invention is not limited to this engaging embodiment. In other embodiments, the two support legs 20 may be replaced by inserts for insertion into the two fixed slots of the seat 2.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather to enable any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement or the like to be made within the spirit and principles of the invention.
