Mode for carrying out the invention
Hereinafter, the electric outlet dual-purpose safety plug provided by the present invention will be described in detail by way of examples with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 11, the safety plug 1 for both electric sockets provided by the present invention is configured as: including the cover 10, the base 20, the switch block 30, and the manner in which the protrusions 40 are inserted.
The cover 10 is formed to cover the base 20 in accordance with the shape of the base 20. The structure is as follows: an opening 11 is formed in the cover 10 at a position corresponding to a position of a safety block to be described later at which an inclined portion is formed, so that an insertion rod of a plug can be inserted.
A hole is formed in the cover 10 so that a switch projection of a switch block to be described later protrudes above the upper surface of the cover.
As shown in fig. 1, a recess corresponding to the ground terminal hole of the plug is formed in the cover. As shown in fig. 8, fastening projections 50 are formed on both sides of the cover portion so as to protrude outward. As shown in fig. 9, the fastening protrusion 50 is configured to be inserted into a groove of an electrical socket provided in a building or the like so that the safety plug 1 is stably fastened to the socket.
The base 20 is provided at the lower part of the cover.
The base 20 is provided with a safety block 21, an elastic portion 25, and a switch block 30.
The safety block 21 includes a blocking portion 22 and an inclined portion 23. The blocking portion 22 is formed at the bottom surface of the cut-out portion formed in the safety block 21 and at a position corresponding to the position of the insertion protrusion. The blocking portion 22 is formed to be narrower than the diameter of the plug insertion rod and to be larger than the diameter of a sharp tool such as chopsticks, and is configured to guide the insertion rod of the plug through the inclined portion and to block the insertion of the sharp tool such as chopsticks through the blocking portion.
The inclined portion 23 is formed in a horseshoe shape or a curved shape in a plan view on the periphery of the blocking portion 22. The inclined portion 23 is formed to be inclined downward toward the outside, and when the insertion rod of the plug is inserted, the insertion rod of the plug is guided by the inclined portion while being pressed downward, and the pair of safety blocks 21 formed with the inclined portion slide toward each other.
The safety block 21 slides through the elastic portion 25. The elastic portion 25 is formed of, for example, an elastic body spring, and the safety block 21 includes a receiving portion 24 for receiving one end of the elastic portion.
As shown in fig. 2, the accommodating portion 24 is formed by cutting a part of the safety block 21. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the housing portion 24 is preferably formed by cutting in a semicircular shape when viewed in cross section.
When the plug is inserted in order to use the home product, the portion for grounding formed beside the plug and the grounding portion attached to the existing socket are not sufficiently contacted because the safety plug is a safety device inserted into the inside of the existing general socket to be used, and thus the portion capable of grounding is reduced by an amount corresponding to the height of the safety plug.
Therefore, there is a drawback that, when the size of the conventional component is reduced while the cylindrical shape (i.e., the circular cross section) of the spring insertion shape provided in the conventional component is kept unchanged, the thickness of the component is too thin, and it is difficult to assemble the elastic portion in the elastic portion insertion hole provided in the slidable component.
In order to solve such a disadvantage, in the present embodiment, a cut portion of the receiving portion formed for inserting the elastic portion is formed in a semicircular shape in cross section.
As shown in fig. 11, the housing 24 formed as described above can be provided so as to be easily assembled. That is, after the safety block 21 on one side is provided, the elastic portion is inserted into the semicircular opening of the accommodating portion, and then the opposite side of the elastic portion is gently contracted with one hand, and then the safety block on the other side, which is the remaining component, is inserted in such a manner as to cover from above, so that the safety block can be easily assembled even if the size of the safety block is reduced to such an extent that it is difficult to grasp by hand.
As shown in fig. 1, a recess corresponding to the ground terminal hole of the plug is formed in the base. As shown in fig. 8, fastening projections 50 are formed to protrude outward from both sides of the base. As shown in fig. 9, the fastening protrusion 50 is configured to be inserted into a groove of an electrical socket provided in a building or the like so that the safety plug 1 is stably fastened to the socket.
An insertion protrusion 40 is protruded at a lower portion of the base 20.
The insertion protrusion 40 protrudes toward the lower portion of the safety plug and is inserted into an insertion terminal of an electrical outlet that has been provided in a building.
The insertion projection 40 has a hollow portion accommodating an insertion rod of a plug, into which the insertion rod of the plug can be inserted.
An energizing opening 41 is formed on one side of the hollow portion, and is configured to be capable of guiding an insertion rod of the plug inserted into the hollow portion to a terminal insertion groove of a socket to be in electrical communication with the socket.
The switch block 30 is provided on the base 20.
The switch block 30 is formed to be movable in a state of being mounted on the base 20. The switch block 30 includes a mounting portion 31 to be inserted into a movement groove 20a formed in the base, and insertion portions 32 integrally formed with the mounting portion are provided on both sides of the mounting portion 31.
The switch block 30 further includes a switch protrusion 33, and the switch protrusion 33 is formed to protrude upward so as to protrude upward from the upper surface of the cover.
When the user moves the switch protrusion 33 forward and backward, the mounting portion 31 of the switch block 33 integrally formed with the switch protrusion 33 moves forward and backward along the movement groove 20a, and the insertion portion 32 can be inserted between the pair of safety blocks 21.
When the user moves the switch protrusion 33 to the on (on) mode, the switch block 30 is inserted between the pair of safety blocks which are mutually spread by the elastic part, and the movement of the safety blocks is restricted.
When the user moves the switch protrusion 33 to the off (off) mode, the switch block 30 is disengaged from between the pair of safety blocks, so that the safety block 21 can be slid by insertion of the plug-in lever.
Thus, the switch block is operated to prevent foreign matter such as a plug, chopsticks, etc. from being inserted into the electric socket, thereby preventing an accident from occurring.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 4, the switch block of the present invention can be configured to be capable of switching operation by a magnet.
The switch block 30' shown in fig. 4 is disposed between the pair of safety blocks 21. The switch block 30' is disposed between the pair of safety blocks 21 in the same manner as the switch block 30, and an upper end thereof may protrude outward of the cover portion like the switch protrusion 33 or may be formed of a surface substantially identical to an upper surface of the cover portion.
The switch block 30' includes a plate or block formed of a magnet, and is configured such that the magnet is moved by a user from the outside to be pulled out of the cover portion by a magnetic force.
As shown in fig. 5, the switch block 30' includes a magnet block body 301 and a stopper 302. The magnet block body 301 is made of a metal material that reacts to the magnetic force of the magnet, and is provided at a position apart from the sliding path of the pair of safety blocks 21. The stopper 302 is formed substantially of polyurethane material, silicon material, or the like, and is formed larger than the magnet block main body 302, and is located between the sliding paths of the pair of safety blocks.
Thus, when the user pulls the switch block 30' by approaching the magnet in a state where the safety plug is inserted into the socket to ensure safety, the stopper 302 is positioned on the sliding path of the safety block 21 as shown in fig. 7, and blocks the movement of the safety block, and the safety block is blocked from sliding, thereby blocking the insertion of the plug itself.
When the switch block 30' is pressed from the outside of the cover portion, the stopper 302 is positioned at a position that is easily separated from the sliding path of the safety block 21, and the safety block 21 is placed in a slidable state, as shown in fig. 6, and then the plug can be inserted and used.
The present embodiment explicitly shows only a part of the technical ideas included in the present invention, and it is obvious that modifications and specific embodiments which can be easily inferred by those skilled in the art within the scope of the technical ideas included in the present specification are included in the technical ideas of the present invention.
