Technical Field
The present disclosure relates generally to devices for improving the shape of a person's lower body, and more particularly to an all-in-one device that provides various body shape improvements, including but not limited to creating thigh gaps.
Background
Women are strongly in need of body shaping and beautifying products to replace traditional underwear and girdles. Studies have shown that most women and girls are not satisfied with their own body. In many cases, this dissatisfaction results in an unsafe feel for the body type, as well as concerns in achieving the desired body type and/or body and appearance improvements. Such dissatisfaction may be the result of lack of certain physical features or problematic areas or conditions, and/or physical challenges, which may include, but are not limited to, overlapping, touching and/or sagging thighs, lack of certain thigh gaps, visible genital prominences, sagging rear portions such as flat buttocks or sagging buttocks, goneversion (knee bumps), hip or apron abdominal distension, thigh or hip cellulite, disproportionate body size.
Underwear and body-shaping garments help improve body shape, as is well known in the art. However, these known devices often prove to be less effective than desired when worn inside clothing or as undergarments, and often produce unnatural appearance, ineffective, bulky, uncomfortable results to the lower torso of the wearer. Moreover, these known devices often fail to address more than one bodily challenge at a time and may result in moisture build-up due to lack of ventilation, often forcing the wearer to wear ineffective shaped products and/or several different shaped devices at the same time, trying to make up a expedient for themselves, which is often undesirable and unsatisfactory.
Attempts to meet socially established appeal criteria are common, however, many of these appeal criteria are not naturally available to most people. To meet these criteria, people may often rely on using unusual, and possibly even unhealthy, methods to attempt to change their appearance. It is mainly women and girls that want to achieve a so-called thigh gap, which is usually an open space, or channel, which may be an equilateral or triangular thigh gap, or a gap of any shape or size, or a space, opening or gap between the crotch and the upper thigh immediately below the hip area. Many, if not most, women and girls do not have thigh gaps, or spaces or any openings, but are highly desirous. In addition, some people have knees bent inward and out of alignment with their legs or may suffer knee bumps, overlapping or non-overlapping thighs, etc., which may prevent any openings, spaces, and/or gaps between the thighs or under the thighs, crotch, and under the hips. Many women and girls also experience genitals protruding through clothing, commonly referred to as "camel digits. Such genital projections are typically the result of shrinkage of the garment with bifurcated legs. Current genital protuberance concealing products have little improvement, are uncomfortable to wear, cannot remain in place, or can be seen through certain clothing, among other problems.
Known body-shaping articles, which may be underwear, corset, strap products, compression products, etc., often do not address the above-mentioned physical or appearance concerns, cravings, needs, and challenges in an effective manner, especially when wearing tight or fitted clothing. These products may cause undesirable effects such as protrusions, tight-lined pants lines, uneven stitching, hip collapse, all of which can be seen through the wearer's clothing. The wearer may also feel squeezed due to the close fitting or configuration of these products.
Existing options in the body-shaping, underwear and garment industries fail and fail to meet or solve these problems, or fail to provide a different but effective method to achieve certain desired body-shape improvements, which is a desirable and/or all-in-one solution for the public. Thus, there is a need for a new and improved body type improvement device for creating thigh gaps, lifting buttocks, thighs, and/or lower body (the lower body being the crotch region starting from the anterior pelvic region and ending near the anus), and eliminating genital prominences, which has not been addressed.
Disclosure of Invention
The present disclosure relates to a body type improving device for forming a space between thighs and/or under a crotch region and under buttocks while pulling, tightening, and separating buttocks and improving the volume and shape of the buttocks of a wearer. The body type improving device pulls and separates the thighs to improve the appearance, shape and contour of the lower body and the overall shape of the wearer. The body conformation-improving means provides genital protrusion concealment to help maintain modesty and improve the waviness and/or dishing of cellulite in the lateral areas of the hip. The body type improvement device may be worn with or without an undergarment, or incorporated into or attached to any bifurcated article of undergarment or garment, or device. The body shape improving device may be worn under or incorporated into a piece of clothing including, but not limited to, a shaped briefs, a drawstring, a short pants, an undergarment, a sock, a shaped garment, an athletic garment, a leg guard briefs, a swimsuit, a T-shirt, a turnout coat, a waistband, a tights, an undergarment, a sock hanging and shoulder straps, a swimsuit, a leg guard briefs, a tights, a jersey, pants, a jump suit, a skirt, a single line tights jump suit shoulder straps, knitted and/or sewn articles, a neck-in base or shoulder-in garment, or any garment or fabric worn in the vicinity of the crotch.
The body type improving device may be made of a range of materials and may or may not include several internal components that will be discussed in more detail in the detailed description. The body type improving means may comprise an elongated or curved body, wherein the elongated body is tapered and may be thickened to preferably a triangular rear protrusion and a triangular or sized rear side surface, although any shape of rear side or protrusion may be used. The body conformation improving device provides a contoured support for the wearer by separating the buttocks of the wearer, making the buttocks appear more compact, larger, and more upwarp. Furthermore, the body conformation-improving means provide the wearer with genital protrusion concealment by providing an imperceptible concealment barrier between the genitals of the wearer and their outer garment or undergarment, thereby forming a perfect seamless canvas underneath the wearer's undergarment and/or garment. In use, the body conformation improving means applies forces between the inner groin, pelvic region, lower body, and buttocks of the wearer, separating the inner groin from the buttocks, thereby creating a lifting effect on the buttocks, hips, and thighs, making them more symmetrical, lifted and separated.
The body type improving device may or may not include one or more lateral securing portions to help secure the device in place when worn with any undergarment or any garment in contact with the crotch of the wearer. Detailed Description
In the description below, like reference numerals designate identical or corresponding parts throughout the several views. Also in the description, it should be understood that the terminology used to identify elements of the disclosure is a convenient word and should not be interpreted as limiting terms. Certain modifications and improvements will occur to those skilled in the art upon a reading of the foregoing description. It should be understood that all such modifications and improvements have been deleted herein for the sake of brevity and readability, but are properly within the scope of the following claims. The present disclosure is described in detail in the following embodiments, which may represent one or more embodiments of the present disclosure.
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a body type improving device 1 for improving body type and enhancing physical challenges affecting the lower body of a wearer by creating a thigh inner space or gap, tightening, pulling, separating buttocks, and improving the appearance of the hip region. Furthermore, the body type improving device 1 conceals the genital folds, forming thigh folds (brown), which are folds between the thighs and the hips that occur when sitting down or kneeling, and improves and defines the overall lower body shape of the wearer's contour. The body type improvement device 1 may be incorporated into or onto any existing undergarment or garment or it may be manufactured and sold as an undergarment or garment in which the body type improvement device 1 is embedded.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body type improving device 1 preferably comprises an elongated and/or solidified body that can be placed on or removed from the crotch and hip area of a wearer at any time without the wearer having to take off their clothing or undergarments; and in one or more embodiments includes a plurality of supported internal components, such as flexible supports 22 at the core thereof, that enable the size improvement device to automatically support, hug, and snugly adhere to the lower torso (unremercarige) of the wearer. However, in some embodiments, there may or may not be at least one internal component that supports. The internal components of the support may be secured in place by means of attachment known in the art, such as with stitching or sewing, or adhesives, but are not limited to any type of securement, and may be unsecured.
Turning now to the drawings, fig. 1A, 1B and 2 illustrate perspective views of a body type improvement device 1 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, comprising an elongated body comprising a wide, flat pelvic anterior section 2 that is thickened in depth and narrowed in width toward a posterior base section 12, wherein the posterior base section 12 comprises a protrusion 10. The elongate body has a casing 3 comprising a top casing 3a secured to a bottom casing 3b at each of their respective outer edges, and a tab casing 3c, the tab casing 3c being an extension of the bottom casing 3b, the tab casing 3c surrounding an inner tab support 11 to form a tab 10.
Fig. 3 and 4 show a front view and a side view, respectively, of the body type improving device 1 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, showing an example of internal structural elements in broken lines. The internal structural elements include a flexible support 22, a shadow shield 28 and two corner support members 23 and 25. Wherein the inner flexible support 22 enables the body type improving device 1 to hold and retain the lower body and crotch region of the wearer with a high degree of flexibility, elasticity, engagement and stretchability. The concealing shield 28 is used to conceal the visibility of the internal components of the body type improving apparatus 1 and the genital contours of its wearer through the clothing of the wearer, while also conforming to the shape of the lower torso of the wearer, such that the concealing shield 28, the body type improving apparatus 1, or the internal components thereof, are not visible through the clothing of the wearer. The two corner support members 23 and 25 support and may fill the top corners of the pelvic front section 2 to create a seamless and invisible appearance under the clothing of the wearer of the body type improvement device 1 and may help create thigh folds and/or thigh upper inguinal folds and/or hip folds.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body type improving device may be manufactured as follows in embodiments with or without a detachable or subsequently attached securing portion, but is not limited to the configuration, sequence of this example, and may include fewer or more components and/or parts. Starting from a top casing 3a and a bottom casing 3b (wherein a protrusion casing 3c extends rearward from the bottom casing 3b and beyond the top casing 3 a), the outer edges of both the top casing 3a and the bottom casing 3b are arranged to overlap each other, and then the top casing 3a and the bottom casing 3b are partially attached to each other, from about 1/2 the length of the front section 2 to the middle section 4 of the body type improving device casing, the protrusion casing 3c extends from the bottom casing 3b beyond the top casing 3a. The tab housing 3c remains unconnected until the internal components are inserted. The top casing 3a and the bottom casing 3b may be joined by sewing, adhering, seamless circular knitting, special or custom stitching and/or mechanical, sealing or any attachment or connection means known in the art. Preferred attachment methods produce a seamless finish and/or structure resulting in a seamless, imperceptible finish and/or structure under the wearer's undergarment, garment or combination thereof. The top and bottom jackets 3a, 3b may first be partially joined or stitched together from the front section 2 to the middle section 4, approximately 1/2 of the length of the jackets, while the middle to rear tab jacket 3c is left unconnected to allow insertion of internal components, e.g. the concealment shields 28 may now be inserted between the partially joined jackets 3a, 3b and may be secured to the inner wall of the bottom jacket 3b of the front section 2 by self-adhesive means embedded thereon or other means known in the art. The shadow shield 28 (its preferred location is shown in phantom simplified form in fig. 3, and an exemplary structure thereof is shown by way of example in fig. 9.
Next, corner support members 23 and 25 may be inserted, positioned, and secured to the inside of each outer corner of the pelvic front section 2 of the jacket 3, on or near the top center of the previously inserted concealment shield 28, by any means known in the art. The corner support members 23 and 25 support and may fill the top outer corners of the pelvic front section 2 to create a seamless and invisible appearance under the clothing or undergarment of the wearer of the body type improvement device 1, and may also help create thigh folds. The corner support members 23 and 25 may be made of silicone or any other lightweight textile-like or fiber-like or combination thereof that is not visible below.
The first inner liner layer 30b may be layered over (and in some embodiments is optional to) the shadow shield 28. The flexible support 22 may then be inserted over the inner liner or, eventually, whatever is inserted into the outer sleeve 3, followed by a second inner liner layer 30a which is laminated over the flexible support 22. The inner tab support 11 may then be inserted adjacent to the tab housing 3c of the bottom housing 3 b. The tab jackets 3c comprise excess fabric extending from the bottom jacket 3b, which extends beyond the length of the top jacket 3a when the top jacket 3a and the bottom jacket 3b are overlapped. This excess fabric is folded up and lifted up over the inner raised support 11, covering the inner raised support 11, and secured to the rear of the top garment 3a by any means known in the art to form a tab 10, the tab 10 taking the shape of the inner raised support 11.
The inner protruding support 11 may comprise cardboard or any other malleable material having structural integrity, which may include biodegradable cork, plastic, such as polylactic acid (PLA), polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT), polybutylene succinate (PBS), polyhydroxyolefins (PHA), graphene, and/or starch mixtures. The inner protruding support 11 may be of various materials and/or shapes. In the embodiment shown in the figures, the internal protrusion support 11 is configured as a triangle, however, it is not limited to any particular shape or size, texture, weight or material, or pattern and/or assembly. The internal raised support 11 helps to improve and strengthen and maintain the shape and integrity of the raised portion 10 to withstand compression and insertion between the wearer's buttocks and the effects of body movement and to assist in supporting the lifting, tightening and separation of the wearer's buttocks. After the inner tab support 11 has been positioned inside the rear base section portion 12, between the jackets 3a and 3b, the remaining separated ends of the rear tab jacket 3c are then connected and the closure is completed for this embodiment. The body type improving device housing 3 is not limited to a three-section structure and may be constructed of more or fewer sections, but in some embodiments may have at least one section, or may be a single continuous housing rather than a housing that requires multiple sections to be joined together.
The shadow shield 28 is shown by way of example in fig. 3 (its preferred position is shown in simplified form in phantom) and fig. 9. The shadow shield 28 may be shaped like, but is not limited to, a tear drop with its curved end positioned near the pelvic anterior section 2 of the body conformation-improving device 1 and its tip terminating near the mid-section 4 of the body conformation-improving device 1. The concealing shield 28 may be made of silicone or felt, may or may not be lightly filled, and has a commercial grade of tackiness, such as a gel adhesive or double-sided tape or any known adhesive known in the art, or a combination thereof, or similar material, capable of concealing the visibility of the wearer's genital contours, smoothing and fusing any ridges, waves and/or irregularities that may appear through the wearer's clothing, while also conforming to the anatomical lower shape of the wearer such that the concealing shield 28 is not visible through the wearer's clothing or through the garment 3 of the body type improvement device 1, and is located inside the bottom side layer 3b, facing and adhered to the inside of the front section 2, and the middle section 4 of the garment 3b of the body type improvement device 1.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the preferred locations of the inner liners 30a and 30b, shown in simplified form in phantom in fig. 4, are configured to fit across the pelvic anterior and medial sections 2 and 4, but are not limited to, the body conformation-improving device 1. The inner liners 30a, 30b and/or in all-fiber embodiments are preferably but not limited to fibers such as fabrics, foam scrim, nonwoven fabrics, bamboo, organic cotton, viscose, bamboo, cellulose, and/or fabrics, including hemp, or bicomponent fibers made of polyethylene terephthalate may be used, and contain optically active particles and thermally active minerals that can increase the percutaneous oxygenation of the wearer, and the useful fibers are incorporated into the core of the body-size-improving device. RDA feathers may also be an option for use as a liner or filler or combination thereof within the body conformation-improving device. However, the inner liners 30a and 30b may be made of any material known in the art to provide cushioning or cushioning, and may be optionally used depending on the desired size of the body type improving device 1 and wearer. The flexible support 22 comprises a rounded top near the top edge of the pelvic front section 2 and two parallel arms extending from the rounded top towards the middle section 4 of the body conformation improving device 1, ending at and/or intersecting approximately the distal end of the inner protruding support 11.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body conformation-improving device 1 may comprise a flexible support 22 within its lumen, which flexible support 22 may provide flexible, self-retaining, contractibility, engagement, adhesion and retention to the lower torso of a wearer without the use of any support bands or cords. The flexible support 22 is strategically centered and positioned within the center of the body conformation-improving device 1 and may or may not need to be fixed in place. In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body type improvement device 1 is easily adaptable and self-adjusting to the body of the wearer, responsive to body movement and thus adjusted when positioned and when operated accordingly, regardless of whether the flexible support 22 is incorporated therein or not. In some embodiments, the flexible support 22 may not be included.
Fig. 11A to 11D illustrate a flow of a construction method of the body type improving device casing 3 of the present disclosure, and fig. 11A shows a top and bottom casing disassembled view. Fig. 11B shows the top and bottom jackets in line for initial partial interconnection and ready for insertion of the internal components (if any). Fig. 11C shows the top and bottom jackets 3a, 3b in line for connection to each other and the rear tab jacket sections folded over. Fig. 11D shows the top casing 3a and the bottom casing 3b aligned for inserting the protruding support 11 and keeping the casing top and bottom connected to each other, and the protruding sections folded up, then lifted up and over the inner protruding part 11 after insertion and the rear casing 3c ready for final attachment to the top casing 3a.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body type improving device 1 may be permanently or removably attached to any undergarment, outer garment, custom-made undergarment 300, or any bifurcated article to be worn on the lower body, such as, but not limited to, briefs 700 or socks 800, to further improve the shape of the wearer's lower body. The custom undergarment 300, or any undergarment, body shaping garment, or any bifurcated lower body garment, such as but not limited to briefs 700 or socks 800, can be of any length terminating at the wearer's approximate thigh, or ankle or knee, or calf or groin. Sock 800 may or may not be foot-free.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body conformation improving device 1 may be incorporated into a sock 800, which may be manufactured with advanced compression techniques. Sock 800 provides the same body shaping and improved features and benefits to the wearer as described above, and may wick away perspiration and moisture, be comfortable and not overly constricting, and may provide muscle recovery. Sock 800 may be manufactured wherein at least waistband 354 and the legs of the pant are each comprised of a single yarn and a high level and quality denier known in the art, such as, but not limited to, spandex. The second yarn may correspond to the nylon of construction and may be combined with other yarns for the waistband and/or the body and/or combinations thereof, wherein the body type improving device is incorporated and/or embedded in such an alternative sock 800 combination, respectively.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body conformation-improving device 1 may be attached to any He Nayi, outer garment, custom-made undergarment 300 or high-waist briefs 90 (which may include rear full-rear cover flaps 363, or other styles in some embodiments), or any briefs or undergarments or garments, or bifurcated lower body garments, such as briefs 700 or sock 800, but are not limited to any manner, shape, style, and/or desired or available adhesive manner known in the art. In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, by way of example only, the adhesive strips of the body type improving device 1, as shown in fig. 16, with two vertical centering lines 99 may indicate an example location at the bottom of the outer sleeve 5b, but the adhesive strips are not limited to this location or size, and may be variable, the manner of adhesion may depend on the desired fixation and/or effect. The means of attachment may include double sided tape, silicone grip (on top or bottom) and/or tape (also known for stimulating and promoting bodily circulation) or any other means of attachment or attachment known in the art, or a combination thereof.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body type improvement device 1 may be attached to any undergarment, garment, custom-made undergarment 300 or high-waist briefs 90, or any briefs or undergarment or garment, or a bifurcated lower body garment such as briefs 700 or sock 800, but is not limited to any style or configuration, and may or may not include a high waistband 354 (anywhere above the navel, near the chest) or a low waistband 356 (anywhere below the navel, near the pelvis).
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body type improvement device 1 may be inserted into a custom undergarment 300 or any body type enhancement coordination garment or undergarment embodiment through the pelvic pocket slot 56 of the custom undergarment 300 as shown by way of example in fig. 5 and 12. Once the body type improving device 1 is inserted into the custom undergarment 300, it can be slid all the way through a protective pocket 361 like a cavity, such as a double-sided gusset, sock barrier, or placed directly on top of the crotch area of the undergarment, positioned adjacent the crotch area of the undergarment using any means of adhesion known in the art such that the body type improving device 1 is aligned with the wearer's lower body, the pelvic front section 2 is adjacent the pelvis, the middle section 4 passes through the lower body, and terminates in the perianal protrusion 10.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body conformation-improving device 1 is permanently attached to a seamless undergarment that may be worn underneath a garment without negatively impacting the appearance of the wearer or the garment worn on the wearer. In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the form factor improving device 1 is permanently or removably attached to the briefs 90, which may or may not have a stiffening control upper with shaping and control characteristics, wherein the stiffening control upper may terminate above the waist area of the wearer, just below the chest or lower or mid-torso and/or waist of the wearer, and may have a knitted-in welt to provide shaping support to the wearer. The upper portion of enhanced control may extend down to near the crotch, thigh, knee, calf or ankle of the undergarment and at least far enough to provide support for the abdomen and pelvis, or more.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in the example of fig. 1A, the protrusions 10 protrude perpendicularly from the rear base section 12, however, it is extremely important to understand that the protrusions 10 are not limited to any shape, size, orientation, or how or where they protrude or not. When the body type improving device 1 is used, the protrusions 10 are inserted and positioned between the buttocks 70 and 72 of the wearer. The body conformation-improving device 1 provides different types of placement, positioning and construction than currently provided, and may enable body conformation improvement and/or improvement such as, but not limited to, pulling, separating, tightening buttocks, and being capable of creating thigh gaps 105 (in fig. 5, 6, 7, 8, 14 and 15, in various embodiments of the body conformation-improving device, the example shown on person 100 in front and rear views) and separating thigh inner sides 102 and 104 from overlap, and providing genital protrusion concealment for the wearer. In addition, it may also assist in lower body structural reconstruction and correction by widening, or modifying and/or training any of the hip abductor, psoas fossa, inguinal, buttock, femur and skeleton and/or combinations thereof. It is important to understand that the shape, or size, or space, or gap, and/or opening created by the thigh-space 105 and/or the body-shaping device when operated between the thighs of the wearer and/or under their buttocks is not limited to any one particular shape or size and will vary from wearer to wearer depending on the type, shape, and/or size of the wearer present. In operation, the top of the front section 2 is positioned over the pelvis of the wearer, pressed against the lower pelvis, and configured to contact the crotch skin of the wearer, the middle section 4 is positioned at the perineal axis and supports the lower body to help separate the thighs of the wearer, and the protrusion 10 is positioned between the buttocks 70 and 72 of the wearer when the rear base section 12 is positioned under the buttocks and around the anus, the body shape improving device creating a thigh gap or space 105 between the thighs of the wearer and/or under the crotch and buttocks of the lower body.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body conformation improving device is capable of creating thigh gaps, shown by way of example only as 105 on person 100 in fig. 5, 6, 7B, 14 and 15, the position of the body conformation improving device being 1. The thigh space 105 formed by the body conformation improving device 1 may or may not be triangular, square, or even may be circular or quadrilateral, and may be any shape or size, depending on the wearer and not limited to any particular shape or size. The shape and/or size of the thigh gap 105 will depend on the natural shape characteristics of the individual wearer. The shape of the thigh gap 105 of the person 100 in fig. 5 (front view) and fig. 6 (rear view) is merely an example of which it is shown as a triangle, and should not be limited to any shape or size. The thigh gap 105 may be the same from the front and rear of the wearer or person 100 or may vary from front to rear. However, the protrusion 10 of the device 1 is to be worn on the back of the wearer by inserting it between the buttocks 70 and 72, as shown by person 100 in fig. 6, the front section 2 of the body type improving device 1 is to be worn with the front section 2 extending at the pelvis and under the entire vulva, the middle section 4 under the perineal axis, the rear base section 12 under the buttocks, and the protrusion 10 between the buttocks 70 and 72 of the wearer. Examples are shown on person 100 in fig. 5, 7B, 14 and 15.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body type improving device 1 is mainly made of disposable and/or recyclable materials capable of easily absorbing liquid. In one or more of these embodiments, the body type improvement device 1 may be used as a body type improvement sanitary napkin to provide body type improvement benefits to the wearer on the day that the wearer may be in the menstrual cycle. In these embodiments, the body type improving device 1 may or may not have lateral fixation portions 6 and 8. The lateral fixation parts 6 and 8 may be in the form of lateral extensions (or wing-like structures) which may have adhesive means on their underside to help provide stability when using these embodiments of the body conformation improving device 1. In some embodiments of the present invention, there are one or more lateral fixation portions 6 and 8 extending from at least one side edge of the body type improvement device 1. The adhesive means on the lateral securing portions 6 and 8 allow the wearer to attach these embodiments of the body conformation-improving device 1 to the clothing or undergarments of the wearer. In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure including lateral securing portions 6 and 8, lateral securing portions 6 and 8 may be removed from body conformation-improving device 1 by any means known in the art, which may include perforations. Embodiments may also include antimicrobial and hypoallergenic properties and/or skin or fiber protectants.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there may be a coating of antimicrobial, antifouling or deodorizing, preventive or protective, hypoallergenic or any combination thereof applied to and/or impregnated into the top casing 3a and the tab casing 3c, wherein the tab casing 3c covers and encloses the inner tab support 11 and becomes the tab 10, a. In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure including lateral fixtures 6 and 8, the coating may also be applied to and/or injected into the top surfaces of lateral fixtures 6 and 8. In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is another alternative protective covering in the form of a device facing that can be removably attached to the top casing 3a by any means of adhesion known in the art. The device cover may be used to provide protection against the release of bodily fluids and may be disposable, lightweight and skin friendly.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body type improvement device 1 may be an elongated body type, or a cylindrical shape 500 (the cylindrical device 1 is illustrated in fig. 20 for example), or any other shape, which may be inserted into a reusable or disposable sleeve 5, or into alternative embodiments, such as, but not limited to, accompanying or cooperating auxiliary embodiments, undergarments, and/or garments. As shown by way of example in fig. 16, the body type improving device 1 is protected from bodily fluid discharges and provides greater sanitary benefits to the wearer. The adhesion means of the device 1 may be accessible through the sleeve 5, through a slit 5c in the bottom 5b of the sleeve 5 or other opening body shape improving means. The sleeve 5 may detachably secure itself to the body type improving device 1 using an elastic band, or a stretchable elastic band, or any other fastener or adhering means known in the art. In embodiments of the present disclosure, sleeve 5 may have side openings 5e and 5d allowing lateral securing portions 6 and 8 (if they are present on such embodiments) to be accessed by the wearer through sleeve 5. The sleeve 5 may comprise one unit or may be a plurality of separate sections, which may or may not be required to be fastened after insertion of the body type improving device 1. The sleeve 5 may be disposable and/or reusable, may or may not include an adhesive strip 93 to aid in adhesion to the skin, may or may not be impregnated or coated with a coating agent as described above, such as an antimicrobial, stain-resistant, odor-resistant agent, to protect the sleeve 5 and/or the body-type improving device 1, and to keep the wearer feel and/or smell fresh, and may optionally be replaced and/or discarded frequently when the sleeve 5 may become wet due to bodily fluid drainage or any other type of drainage.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, fig. 8 illustrates one embodiment of the present disclosure without lateral fixtures 6 and 8. In embodiments of the present disclosure, the body type improving device 1 may comprise an absorbent material, such as cotton, synthetic fibers, polymer-based materials, polyester, rayon, cellulose, viscose, foam or a mixture of multiple materials. The materials selected may allow the body type improvement device 1 to be flushable and intended for use as a disposable product and may or may not include internal components.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body conformation-improving device 1 may be composed entirely of moldable material or combination of materials, self-shaping into the shape of a wearer. In one preferred embodiment of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the form factor improving device 1 is a concave structure, carried on the lower body of the wearer, however, in one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the form factor improving device 1 is a convex structure, wherein the sides of the form factor improving device 1 may be curved outwardly and downwardly towards the thighs of the wearer 6. The suitability of a concave or convex embodiment for a particular wearer of the body type improvement device 1 may be based on the shape, size, and shaping benefits desired by the wearer of the lower body. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the body type improving device 1 may be a combination of convex-concave structures and/or a shape and/or a combination thereof.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body type improvement device 1 may be composed entirely of moldable materials, primarily silicone, or have fibers that impart (stretch) and/or self-shape to accommodate the unique, individual shape, body type, and/or be composed of skin-friendly or hypoallergenic textiles, mats, foam pads, silicone, or combinations thereof.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the pelvic anterior section 2 of the body conformation-improving device 1 may have various dimensions or thicknesses and/or shapes, such as rectangular, trapezoidal, square, circular, triangular, or any other shape, but is not limited to any particular shape or dimension. In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure including lateral fixation portions 6 and 8, lateral fixation portions 6 and 8 may further include fixation elements 14, 16, 18, 20 for securing lateral fixation portion 6 to lateral fixation portion 8 or for securing lateral fixation portions 6 and 8 to a garment or undergarment of a wearer. The securing elements 14, 16, 18, 20 may be hooks and loops, snaps, strings, ties, buttons, magnets, sleeves, wings, side clips (such as flexible nose cup aluminum used on medical masks) and loops, or double-sided tape or any alternative retainer portion, or means known in the art for attaching and securing, and/or attaching and securing the body conformation-improving device 1 in place.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown by way of example in fig. 12, the body type improvement device 1 is incorporated into a custom undergarment 300. In fig. 12, an example of a custom undergarment 300, in this case a T-pant undergarment, includes a double sided crotch portion, as in the example of fig. 12, shown as a protective pouch 361, which is an interior cavity for a securing, protecting and positioning body type improving device, one or more of the coordination straps 350, 352, 358, 360 and/or lifting straps 307. The custom undergarment 300 can have a waistband 354, the waistband 354 being located high on the wearer's body, about the navel, or higher, or can have a low waistband 356 located lower on the abdomen, closer to the beginning of the wearer's yin knitting. The pelvic pouch slot 56 (example shown in fig. 5) may be inserted as the body type improving device 1 and then passed through the opening of the protective pouch 361. The waistband 354 or hip straps 350, 352, 358, 360 may be placed on the upper, higher or lower side of the wearer, i.e., the hip of the person 100.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the lifting chain hooks 307 of the size improvement device 1 may also be incorporated into the briefs 700 or socks 800, but are not limited to, providing additional lifting benefits to the wearer when used in conjunction and/or in conjunction with the waistband 354 to lift and pull the wearer's lower body up to a desired level, further helping to create a larger thigh gap. The wearer will be able to adjust the pull level by means of adjustable means known in the art, such as with slider adjustment means. In at least one embodiment, the body type improving device may include an adjustable zipper lifting hook 307 known in the art, such as, but not limited to, a slider-equipped adjustment device. In addition, custom undergarment 300 can be manufactured in a conventional manner from conventional knitted fabrics, such as nylon, Spandex, polyester, silk, cotton, combinations thereof or any preferred seamless fiber or textile known in the art, or combinations thereof. The custom undergarment 300 and/or sock can be manufactured on a circular sock knitting machine using a circular sock knitting process to achieve some or all of "seamless," or in some embodiments using a tricot machine, with covering yarns and compound needles at 7 and 32 gauge, or with a combination of different components as desired, or can be manufactured using alternative knitting machines known in the art. Seamless garments or undergarments reduce potential discomfort, conceal the appearance of the protrusions and their visibility, and may also provide satisfactory and comfortable support underneath the garment. The seamless underwear can smooth the body and make the skin feel comfortable. Endpoints composed of seamless knitting and fabrics generally help minimize bulging. The body type improving device 1 custom-made undergarment 300, sock 800, briefs 700, or any alternative fitting, mating garment or undergarment may include circular knit fabric or the like.
As described above, in more or more embodiments of the present disclosure, instead of using elastic, custom undergarment 300 is knitted into the welt at the waist termination area and the groin or leg termination area during the knitting process. This enables the garment to be manufactured in one continuous weaving process, rather than performing an additional manufacturing process after the weaving process has been performed, in order to attach the elastic to obtain a more seamless, comfortable and smooth appearance. Circular knitting machines and processes are well known. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that any alternative embodiment of the custom undergarment 300 or the form factor improvement device 1 or manner in which the form factor improvement device 1 may be incorporated or manufactured therein, uses such machines and processes or other methods known in the art.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body conformation-improving device 1 may be inflatable. In these and other embodiments of the present disclosure, the outer jackets 3a, 3b, and 3c include special external configurations that are compatible with and removable from the inflatable embodiments. Hot melt welding techniques may be used to construct these embodiments. In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body type improving device 1 may be devoid of any internal structural components.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body conformation improving device 1 may comprise an electronic textile, which may include techniques for tracking certain indicators of the wearer, such as body weight, fat burning, calories burned, sleep quality, stress level, temperature, electrocardiogram, or number of steps taken over intelligent techniques using a pedometer or accelerometer, etc. These types of technologies are preferably implemented by embedded sensors in or on the surface of the body type device 1 that is in direct contact with the skin of the wearer. The techniques may be configured to share tracking data with other devices (e.g., mobile devices, tablet computers, or desktop computers) using wireless and/or Bluetooth or satellite communication networks (e.g., bluetooth or the internet). This sharing feature allows a third party such as a wearer or healthcare professional to be alerted if an abnormal deviation in the individual's index occurs. Many believe that advances such as these can improve compliance and lead to better healthcare results. Intelligent technology is often incorporated into undergarments and garments, making the body-modifying device 1 well suited for intelligent garment or intelligent device embodiments. Smart garment technology is very useful in, for example: monitoring, diagnosing or assessing a health mode (e.g. temperature), providing wake-up alarms, including built-in fatigue monitoring, muscle recovery, connecting to smart home systems, doing something like changing thermostats when your body is cold (or hot); measuring vital sign health, safely monitoring and tracking heart rate and body temperature, reminding people when to take insulin, when oxygenation is low and drinking cup water is needed; the fitness progress is tracked by magnetic pulses, stimulating and oxygen the wearer. Tracking how many steps the wearer has taken today and how much calories the wearer has consumed in doing so; providing an emergency alert to immediately obtain assistance; and more.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, in a preferred embodiment of the body type improving device 1, a seamless closure (no thread stitch, or a dark needle stitch, a seamless knit stitch) may also be included, with stitches in a special invisible edge, or a seam may be used. Such seamless closure can be achieved by using a waterproof adhesive or a hot melt adhesive, improving the breathability and comfort of the body type improving device 1. The seamless closure makes the material more comfortable, lighter and less noticeable.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body type improving device 1 may include only the middle section 4 and the protrusion 10, and the rear base section 12. In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body conformation improving device 1 may comprise only the pelvic anterior section 2 and the middle section 4, and depends on the desired functions and advantages. Many alternatives, variations and configurations will be apparent to those skilled in the art.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body type improvement device 1 may be incorporated and/or embedded in any garment, lower body, undergarment, or any crotch area of a garment, or any garment that is bifurcated, such as, but not limited to, briefs, jeans, pants, jumpsuits, sportswear, shapewear, or any wearable lower body. It should be appreciated that the body type improving device 1 may have different configurations and may be used with or without custom-made garments. It should be appreciated that one of ordinary skill in the art may select different embodiments to further enhance performance, features, benefits and also to provide customization and meet the preferences of the wearer. The body type improving device 1 may have various sizes to accommodate various sizes, body types, sexes, body weights and types of wearers. There may be at least one size available, but there may also be a variety of sizes, such as, but not limited to, X-Small, small, medium, large, X-Larges, XX-Larges, and/or buttocks elevation levels "1",2"," 3"," 4"," 5", or" 6", where the" elevation level "may be a thigh gap or space, or level of opening 105 and/or level of lower body and/or buttocks elevation level the wearer wants to reach. It should be understood that various configurations, combinations, and options are possible. Customization will be available to the body type improvement device 1 and its various configurations, embodiments, accessories, coordinated articles, undergarments, garments, and/or combinations thereof.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the external and/or internal components of the body type improving device 1 may be coated with or include therapeutic essential oils that may aid a skin-sensitive wearer and may provide soothing, therapeutic, and calm comfort as well as avoiding potential allergens, or fabric stains and/or odors.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the external and/or internal composition of the body type improving device 1 may be coated or permanently infused with silver to the surface of the fibers to inhibit the growth of bacteria that may grow or survive thereon, thereby eliminating the factors that cause odor during the useful life of the undergarment or garment. The underwear or clothing remains fresh for a longer period of time even after multiple washes. And may include fragrances, essential oils, CBD oils, or combinations thereof, which may assist the wearer in emitting fragrance and comfort, in removing odors and/or scale odors that may come into contact with perspiration or other bodily fluids released or contained by the fibers, and in counteracting such undesirable and embarrassing fiber soils.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the outer garment 3a, 3b, 3c, undergarment, garment, sleeve, device liner, or combination thereof, can be or include a combination of scrim. Hemp is an extremely durable and versatile fabric with a 50% reduction in water usage compared to cotton.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the level of lifting that the size improvement device 1 may provide may depend on what the size improvement device 1 may be attached to. In embodiments of the present disclosure, the body type improving device 1 is incorporated into custom-made undergarments, briefs or hosiery and may provide greater lifting capability to the lower body of the wearer, as well as create thigh gaps when in use, and the garment or undergarment is wrapped all the way over the hip bone of the wearer. The preferred fibrous article for the body type improving device 1 (including the combination of clothing and underwear) is fit, comfortable, providing a perfect amount and comfortable hold without causing lifting or binding to the body of the wearer. The body type improving device 1 may be incorporated or attached or embedded into any He Nayi, swimsuit, adult diaper, tights, feminine hygiene, shoulder or neck garment or article of manufacture. The body type improving device 1 may also exist and function alone, with or without any underwear, clothing, or with or without any internal components.
If the body type improving device 1 is attached to a waistcoat, the body type improving device 1 may have the advantageous effects of the waistcoat or reinforcing the coat, as well as the advantageous effects of lifting, tightening, shaping thigh gaps, pudendum protrusion concealment, and overall body type improvement of the body type improving device 1. The present rules may be applied to all articles connected to or inserted under, or used with, or manufactured with, the body type improvement device 1.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body type improvement device 1 provides a reconfiguration benefit in operation and through its strategic placement, structure (anatomically designed to fit and engage with a wearer) and design, which may help correct or improve thigh overlap or contact immediately and during long-term use of the body type improvement device 1. In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body conformation improving device 1 also provides for shaping, structural modification of the lower body of the wearer by inserting protrusions 10 between the buttocks of the wearer, lifting the buttocks and thighs apart, widening the inguinal inner muscles, modifying, strengthening and training the lower body muscles and bones of the wearer. When the body type improving device 1 is coupled between the buttocks, groin and legs of a wearer, forces from the placement, structure and shape of the body type improving device push the buttocks, thigh, hip, groin and muscles apart, causing thigh gaps to develop and skeletal groin and muscles and hip areas to expand; this may also help to make the legs look more neat. In addition, when the buttocks and hips widen, they will look proportionally thinner to the waist of the wearer, so that when the ratio between the hips, buttocks, thighs and waist is changed, they now have a more attractive, more pleasing profile with a more curved lower body and waist section.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the body type improving device 1 may include a substantially planar front section 2, as well as an ergonomically curved middle section 4, which may be permanently connected to a rear base section 12, which rear base section 12 may have a substantially sized protrusion 10, which may be any shape and/or size and at least one half inch high and one half inch wide. The components of these embodiments may be detachably connected. The body type improving device 1 may be made of a moldable and self-forming, adjustable textile or fibrous product, or a silicone or a combination thereof, which may be surrounded by an outer sleeve 3, the outer sleeve 3 may be a single continuous outer sleeve 3 ergonomically designed to fit the lower torso of the wearer and be capable of automatically supporting, hugging and positioning itself against the lower torso of the wearer without any internal parts and having various cut-outs, widths, thicknesses and shapes. All features, coatings, sleeves, adhesive means, clothing and/or combinations thereof are applicable to this and any embodiment of the body type improving device 1.
In one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, a method of using a body conformation improving device includes: placing the front section 2 over the pelvic region of the wearer, wherein the front section 2 presses against the genitals of the wearer, wherein it smoothes the pelvic torso of the wearer and conceals the genital protrusions; placing the medial section 4 about the perineal axis with the medial section snugly fitting between the lower thigh inner groins of the wearer and expanding the inner groins and hips to help separate the thigh inner 102 and 104; and placing the tab 10 between the wearer's buttocks 70 and 72, wherein the tab 10 pulls, separates and tightens the buttocks by pushing the buttocks apart and affects the wearer's ability to form a thigh gap 105 between their lower body, buttocks, under the natal cleft, and between the thigh inner sides 102 and 104.
It will be appreciated that in the region of the body type improving device 1 where the thigh gap 105 can be created, it is located under the lower torso and buttocks of the wearer and between the medial side and the thigh natal cleft, directly under the perineal axis.
Although the present disclosure has been described with reference to illustrative embodiments thereof, many changes and modifications of the disclosure will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the disclosure. Accordingly, it is intended to include within the present disclosure all such changes and modifications that may be reasonably and properly included within the scope of the contribution of the present disclosure to the art. Benefits, other advantages, and solutions to problems have been described above with regard to specific embodiments. The benefits, advantages, solutions to problems, and any other element(s) that may cause any benefit, advantage, or solution to occur or become more pronounced, however, are not to be construed as a critical, required, or essential feature or element of any or all the claims.
As used herein, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, apparatus or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements, boundary ranges, alternative embodiments, or combinations of such processes, methods, articles, apparatus, manufacture, or apparatus improvements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, apparatus. 1. A body shape improving device adapted to cover a lower body of a wearer from a front pelvic region to a perianal stop, the body shape improving device comprising:
a) A top jacket and a bottom jacket, wherein the bottom jacket extends into a rear jacket, the rear jacket configured to cover the protrusions, the top jacket, the bottom jacket, and the protrusion jacket being coupled along respective outer edges of each of the top jacket, the bottom jacket, and the rear jacket to form a single jacket having a single outer edge;
b) The front section includes a first outer corner opposite a second outer corner, wherein the front section is wider than the middle section;
c) The middle section is laterally disposed between the front section and the rear base section and tapers from the middle section to the rear base section, wherein the rear base section includes a protrusion; and
d) Wherein the single outer edge comprises, in part, two side edges extending from the front region to the rear base section, each side edge having a center section about the center of each side edge.
2. The body conformation improving device of claim 1, wherein the protrusions of the rear base section extend vertically from the top of the rear base section, and further comprising internal protrusion supports within the protrusions for forming the shape of the protrusions, the protrusions and internal protrusion supports being adapted and capable of forming thigh gaps between thighs of a wearer.
3. The body conformation improving apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a cushion disposed between the top garment and the bottom garment.
4. The body conformation improving apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising corner support members in the first outer corner and the second outer corner of the front section for supporting the first outer corner and the second outer corner of the front section.
5. The body conformation improving apparatus of claim 1, further comprising adhesive means disposed laterally along a longitudinal axis of the bottom garment for securing the body conformation improving apparatus to an undergarment or garment.
6. The body conformation improving device of claim 1, further comprising a silicone material disposed laterally along a longitudinal axis of the top garment or sleeve top, configured to adhere to the skin of a wearer.
7. The body conformation improving apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a sleeve removably connected to an outer sleeve of the body conformation improving apparatus.
8. The body type improving device of claim 5, further comprising a sleeve removably attached to the outer cover of the body type improving device, wherein the sleeve further comprises a slit at the bottom of the sleeve for accessing the adhering means of the body type improving device.
9. The body type improving device of claim 1, further comprising an antimicrobial fabric or coating to prevent the body type improving device from emitting odors or soiling fabrics.
10. The body conformation improving device of claim 1, further comprising a flexible support disposed between the top garment and the bottom garment, wherein the flexible support extends laterally inward from the front section toward the rear base section, the flexible support allowing the body conformation improving device to resiliently retract, engage, cradle and rest against a lower torso of a wearer.
11. The body conformation improving apparatus of claim 10, further comprising a concealing shield disposed between the flexible support and the bottom garment, allowing the body conformation improving apparatus to conceal the genitals and the visibility of the internal components of the body conformation improving apparatus through the clothing of a wearer.
12. The body conformation improving device of claim 1, further comprising one or more lateral fixation portions extending outwardly from a mid-section of at least one lateral edge of the body conformation improving device.
13. The body conformation improving device of claim 12, wherein the one or more lateral fixation sections are wing-shaped.
14. The body conformation improving device of claim 12, wherein the one or more lateral fixation sections further comprise one or more fixation elements for attaching the one or more lateral fixation sections to each other or to a garment or undergarment of a wearer.
15. The body type improvement device of claim 12 wherein the body type improvement device is permanently attached to the crotch section of an undergarment.
16. The body conformation improving device of claim 1, wherein the body conformation improving device is permanently attached to a crotch section of a garment.
17. The body type improvement device of claim 12 wherein the body type improvement device is removably attached to the crotch section of an undergarment.
18. The body type improvement device of claim 1 wherein the body type improvement device is removably attached to a crotch section of a garment.
19. The body type improvement device of claim 1 further comprising a removable and disposable facing configured to be attached to the top garment to protect the body type improvement device from body fluids.
20. A body shape improving device adapted to cover a lower body from a front pelvic region to a perianal stop, the body shape improving device comprising: e) A top jacket and a bottom jacket, wherein the bottom jacket extends into the rear jacket, the top jacket, the bottom jacket, and the rear jacket being joined along respective outer edges of each of the top jacket, the bottom jacket, and the rear jacket to form a single jacket having a single outer edge;
A front section, wherein the front section is wider than the middle section;
g) The intermediate section being laterally disposed between the front section and the rear base section and tapering from the intermediate section to the rear base section, wherein the rear base section includes a protrusion;
h) A flexible support disposed between the top garment and the bottom garment, wherein the flexible support extends laterally inward from the front section to about the protrusions of the interior of the rear base section, the flexible support allowing the size improvement device to resiliently retract, engage, cradle and rest against the lower torso of the wearer;
i) Wherein the protrusions are disposed between the buttocks of the wearer and are capable of forming thigh gaps between the buttocks and under the crotch of the wearer.
