The construction steel bar thread rolling machine according to claim 1, wherein the movable frame (8) is configured as a U-shaped frame, the number of the first stroke wheels (9) is two, the first stroke wheels are respectively rotatably arranged at two ends of the movable frame (8), the number of the second stroke wheels (12) is four, two groups of the second stroke wheels are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the two first stroke wheels (9).
