Claims (10)

1. A cleaning system for cleaning an automotive temperature sensor, comprising:
the automatic feeding device comprises a main body (1), wherein a feeding table (2), a discharging table (3), a pickling device (4), a blowing device (5), a drying device (6) and a lifting device (7) are arranged on the main body (1);
a hanging basket (8) is arranged on the feeding table (2), and the hanging basket (8) is used for storing objects to be cleaned;
the lifting device (7) is used for lifting the hanging basket (8), so that the hanging basket (8) is sequentially lifted to the pickling device (4), the blowing device (5), the drying device (6) and the blanking table (3).
2. The cleaning system of claim 1, wherein:
the top of the pickling device (4) is provided with an opening and closing mechanism (9);
when the opening and closing mechanism (9) is closed, the opening and closing mechanism (9) seals the pickling device (4).
3. The cleaning system of claim 2, wherein:
the opening and closing mechanism (9) is communicated with an induction device, and the induction device is used for detecting the distance between the lifting device (7) and the opening and closing mechanism (9);
when the distance between the lifting device (7) and the opening and closing mechanism (9) is smaller than or equal to a starting gap, the opening and closing mechanism (9) is opened;
when the distance between the lifting device (7) and the opening and closing mechanism (9) is larger than the starting gap, the opening and closing mechanism (9) is closed.
4. The cleaning system of claim 1, wherein:
the pickling device (4) is provided with a temperature control device, and the temperature control device can maintain the temperature of the pickling device (4) within a preset temperature range.
5. The cleaning system of claim 4, wherein:
the preset temperature range is 25+/-5 ℃.
6. The cleaning system of claim 1, wherein:
the immersion device (4) is provided with an organic solvent type cleaning agent, and the immersion device (4) further comprises an ultrasonic cleaning module.
7. The cleaning system of claim 6, wherein:
the drying temperature of the drying device (6) is lower than the flash point of the organic solvent type cleaning agent.
8. The cleaning system of claim 1, wherein:
an air suction channel (10) is further arranged on the main body (1), and an air suction opening of the air suction channel (10) is positioned above the drying device (6).
9. The cleaning system of claim 1, wherein:
the feeding table (2) and the discharging table (3) are respectively provided with a safety grating, and when the safety gratings detect that the artificial dangerous operation occurs, the pickling device (4), the blowing device (5), the drying device (6) and the lifting device (7) are suspended.
10. A cleaning method, characterized in that it uses a cleaning system according to any one of claims 1-9, comprising the steps of:
storing the object to be cleaned into a hanging basket (8), and placing the hanging basket (8) into the feeding table (2);
the lifting device (7) lifts a hanging basket (8) positioned on the feeding table (2) to the pickling device (4), and the pickling device (4) is used for pickling objects to be cleaned;
when the first time length is needed for immersion cleaning, the hanging basket (8) positioned in the immersion cleaning device (4) is lifted to the blowing device (5) by the lifting device (7), and the blowing device (5) blows off the cleaning agent on the surface of the object to be cleaned;
when the second time length is to be blown, the hanging basket positioned in the blowing device (5) is lifted to the drying device (6) by the lifting device (7), and the surface of the object to be cleaned is dried by the drying device (6);
when the third time length is to be dried, the hanging basket (8) positioned in the drying device (6) is lifted to the blanking table (3) by the lifting device (7).
