The structures, proportions, sizes, etc. shown in the drawings are shown only in connection with the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention, since any modification, variation in proportions, or adjustment of the size, etc. of the structures, proportions, etc. should be considered as falling within the spirit and scope of the invention, without affecting the effect or achievement of the objective. Also, the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "middle", and the like are used herein for descriptive purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention for modification or adjustment of the relative relationships thereof, as they are also considered within the scope of the invention without substantial modification to the technical context.
Referring to fig. 1, a dry paint mist filter includes a housing 1, an air flow channel passing through air flow is formed in the housing 1, and a filter assembly 2 and a filter back plate 3 are disposed in the air flow channel along the air flow direction. An inlet is formed in the upper portion of the shell 1, and the filtering backboard 3 is detachably arranged at the outlet portion of the shell 1. Air with oil mist enters an air flow channel of the shell 1 through an inlet, and the air flows along the air flow channel and is discharged from an outlet part of the shell 1 after passing through the filter assembly 2 and the filter backboard 3 in sequence to trap the oil mist.
As shown in fig. 2, the filter assembly 2 includes filter units 21 arranged in parallel at equal intervals in the air flow direction, the filter units 21 include a plurality of separation elements a arranged at equal intervals, adjacent separation elements a are arranged in a V-shape, and a venturi structure 4 is formed between the separation elements a. The number of the filtering units 21 is 6, and the filtering units are arranged in parallel at equal intervals. Each filter unit 21 includes 6 separation elements a, and adjacent separation elements a are arranged in a V-shape, so that an overall shape approximates to a shape of a plurality of fold lines of V-shapes arranged in sequence, and a total of 36 separation elements a. The centers of the separation elements a in the same filter unit 21 are equally spaced. The centers of the separation elements a of adjacent filter units 21 are also arranged at equal intervals, and the cross section of the separation element a is rectangular. Gaps for the passage of air flow are provided between the front-rear or left-right adjacent separating elements a.
The long sides of the adjacent separating elements A are surrounded into a large Venturi structure, so that the oil mist trapping amount on the surface where the long sides of the separating elements A are positioned is increased. The short sides of the adjacent separating elements A enclose a small Venturi structure, so that the oil mist trapping amount on the surface where the short sides of the separating elements A are positioned is increased. When the airflow is in the direction shown in fig. 2, the airflow direction is the direction of the airflow channel, after the airflow flows through the separating element a, the front surface of the separating element a starts to collect oil mist, the airflow continues to enter the small venturi structure through the gap between the separating elements a, the airflow enters the rear large venturi structure after being accelerated by the small venturi structure, after the front surface of the separating element a is full of the oil mist, the venturi effect occurs due to the inertia effect of the oil mist, the flow path of the airflow in the large venturi structure changes, part of the airflow flows to the back surface of the separating element a, and therefore the oil mist in the large venturi structure can be collected by the back surface of the separating element a, and the back part of the adsorption tube can also contain paint. The square venturi structure 4 has a larger space in which oil mist can be trapped more effectively due to mass inertia. The large venturi structures and the small venturi structures are alternately arranged in the airflow flowing direction, and the airflow accelerating and adsorbing effects can be repeatedly formed.

The separating elements B are positioned at the rear part between two adjacent separating elements a, the number of the separating elements B is 5, and the cross section of the separating elements B is rectangular. The separating elements a and B of the last row of filter units 21 form a venturi structure 4. The venturi effect is also generated between the separating element B and the separating element A of the last row, so that all separating elements can fully capture paint mist.
The filter backboard 3 adopts a replaceable structure, is subjected to pressure difference 1200pa, has no breakage and fracture, can quickly complete replacement in a short time, and reduces production and operation costs.
The separation element a and the separation element B are vertically arranged and are bypassed by a gas flow flowing in a horizontal direction. The separation elements A and B are adsorption tubes with net openings, and adsorption materials are filled in the adsorption tubes. The separating element A and the separating element B are arranged vertically, so that the air flow can effectively flow across the surfaces of the separating element A and the separating element B when flowing along the air flow channel. The materials in the adsorbent tube may be selected adaptively according to various paint properties, including cellulosic materials, cardboard materials, honeycomb cardboard, or other existing adsorbent materials, and will not be described in detail herein.
Be provided with on the shell 1 and hinder the cotton 5 of lacquer, hinder the cotton 5 of lacquer and be located filter component 2 left and right sides to be the clearance setting with filter component 2. The shell 1 is a plastic outer plate, and the 5 positions of the paint-resistant cotton are matched to provide better tightness and stability.

In example 2, as shown in fig. 3, 6 filter units are arranged in parallel at equal intervals. The first three filter units consist of 5 separation elements A, and the last three filter units consist of 6 separation elements A. It is also possible to form a venturi structure 4 similar to that of embodiment 1, thereby achieving the effect of trapping oil mist on the back surface of the separation element a.
In the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2, the separating elements with square or rectangular cross sections and other structures can be used to form the same or similar venturi structure 4, and the effect of trapping oil mist on the back can be achieved, which is not illustrated in the drawings.
Compared with the prior art, the dry paint mist filter provided by the invention has the advantages that the venturi effect is generated through the V-shaped arranged adsorption pipes filled with paint, so that the back of the adsorption pipes can collect oil mist, and the oil mist collection amount is increased.
The invention and its embodiments have been described above by way of illustration and not limitation, and the invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawings and described in the drawings in which the actual structure is not limited thereto. Therefore, if one of ordinary skill in the art is informed by this disclosure, the structural mode and the embodiments similar to the technical scheme are not creatively designed without departing from the gist of the present invention.
