Furthermore, in the case that the rehabilitation training device is not matched with the limb of the disabled person, nursing staff such as the disabled person or family members of the disabled person are required to perform the rehabilitation training manually. Therefore, once the disabled person or the caregivers such as the family members of the disabled person lack the rehabilitation experience, the disabled person is very likely to have insufficient training intensity or over-high training intensity of the limb movements, so that the overall effect of the disabled rehabilitation training is poor.
Aiming at the problems, the control method for the disability rehabilitation training provided by the embodiment of the application comprises the steps of collecting the unique identity information of a user of rehabilitation training equipment and adapting the disability rehabilitation training data of the user according to the unique identity information; controlling the rehabilitation training device to run according to the disability rehabilitation training data so as to perform disability rehabilitation training on the user, and continuously collecting real-time state information of the user in the process of performing disability rehabilitation training; and adjusting the disability rehabilitation training data according to the real-time state information, and controlling the rehabilitation training device to operate according to the adjusted disability rehabilitation training data.
Namely, in the embodiment of the application, the unique identity of the user is collected through the rehabilitation training device, and then the exclusive disability rehabilitation training data of the user is adapted according to the unique identity; then, the rehabilitation training device runs according to the adaptive disability rehabilitation training data automatic control device, so as to start to carry out disability rehabilitation training on the user, and continuously acquire real-time state information of the user in the process of carrying out disability rehabilitation training on the user; finally, the rehabilitation training device flexibly adjusts the previously adapted disabled rehabilitation training data of the user according to the acquired real-time state information of the user, so that the operation of the automatic control device is continued according to the adjusted disabled rehabilitation training data until the rehabilitation training device finishes operating according to the disabled rehabilitation training data.
Therefore, compared with the traditional mode that rehabilitation training devices are manually controlled by nursing staff such as disabled persons or family members of disabled persons to perform rehabilitation training on disabled persons, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application can avoid dependence of use control of the existing rehabilitation training devices on rehabilitation therapy experience by using dedicated rehabilitation training data to automatically control the operation of the devices through the adaptive devices. In addition, the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application also can flexibly adjust the disabled rehabilitation training data by collecting the real-time state information of the user, so that the disabled rehabilitation training process of the disabled by the automatic control equipment for the actual state of the disabled can be adapted to, and the disabled limb can be ensured to obtain proper exercise training intensity. Therefore, the embodiment of the application can effectively improve the overall effect of the disabled rehabilitation training.
Further, based on the above hardware structure and the overall conception of the control method for rehabilitation training of disability provided by the embodiment of the application, various embodiments of the control method for rehabilitation training of disability are provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a first embodiment of a control method for rehabilitation training of disability according to an embodiment of the application.
It should be understood that although a logical sequence is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases the control method of rehabilitation training provided by embodiments of the present application may of course perform the steps illustrated or described in a different order than that shown herein.
In this embodiment, the control method for rehabilitation training of disability provided by the embodiment of the application may include the following steps:
step S10: collecting unique identity information of a user of rehabilitation training equipment, and adapting disability rehabilitation training data of the user according to the unique identity information;
in this embodiment, when the rehabilitation training device starts to operate, the unique identity information of the user of the rehabilitation training device at the current moment can be collected through the information collecting device configured by the rehabilitation training device, and then the rehabilitation training device can automatically adapt the disability rehabilitation training data specific to the user based on the collected unique identity information.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the rehabilitation training device may also establish a communication connection with a preset third party information acquisition device, so as to obtain unique identity information of the user of the rehabilitation training device at the current moment based on the communication connection. It should be appreciated that, based on different design requirements of the practical application, in different possible embodiments, the rehabilitation training device may use different information acquisition modes to obtain unique identification information of the user of the rehabilitation training device at the current moment.
For example, it is assumed that the rehabilitation training device integrally sets one image acquisition device on its own as an information acquisition device. Therefore, when the rehabilitation training device starts to run, the image acquisition device can acquire facial image information of a user of the rehabilitation training device at the current moment. Then, the rehabilitation training device can conduct recognition analysis on the collected facial image information to obtain unique identity information of a user of the rehabilitation training device at the current moment. Then, the rehabilitation training device can automatically adapt the disability rehabilitation training data specific to the user locally based on the unique identity information.
Step S20: controlling the rehabilitation training device to run according to the disability rehabilitation training data so as to perform disability rehabilitation training on the user, and continuously collecting real-time state information of the user in the process of performing disability rehabilitation training;
in this embodiment, after the rehabilitation training device collects the unique identification information of the user and adapts to the dedicated disability rehabilitation training data of the user according to the unique identification information, the rehabilitation training device can directly start to operate according to the automatic control device of the rehabilitation training data, so that the disabled limb of the user is subjected to the disability rehabilitation training based on the operation of the device. Then, the rehabilitation training device continuously collects real-time state information of the user in the rehabilitation training process of the disability through the information collecting device in the process that the automatic control device operates to perform the rehabilitation training of the disabled limb of the user.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, in addition to performing the disabled rehabilitation training on the disabled limb of the user through the operation of the automatic control device, the rehabilitation training device may perform the corresponding training operation on the whole limb of the user that needs to secure the basic muscle function according to the same principle as performing the disabled rehabilitation training on the disabled limb.
In addition, in this embodiment, as well as in other embodiments described below, the disability rehabilitation training data of the user may include: at least one of training mode, training intensity and training duration. Thus, the rehabilitation training device operates on the automatic control device according to the disability rehabilitation training data, namely: when the disability rehabilitation training data comprises a training mode, the control equipment directly operates the training mode, and when the disability rehabilitation training data does not comprise the training mode, the rehabilitation training equipment directly starts to operate in a default training mode. Meanwhile, when the disabled rehabilitation training data also comprises training intensity, the rehabilitation training device, namely the control device, directly runs the training mode or the default mode according to the training intensity, and if the disabled rehabilitation training data does not comprise training intensity, the rehabilitation training device, namely the control device, runs the training mode or the default mode according to the default training intensity. Furthermore, when the disability rehabilitation training data further includes a training duration, the rehabilitation training device runs the foregoing training mode or default mode with the foregoing training intensity or default training intensity until the entire running duration of the device reaches the training duration, and, similarly, if the disability rehabilitation training data does not include the training duration, the rehabilitation training device runs the foregoing training mode or default mode with the foregoing training intensity or default training intensity until the entire running duration of the device reaches the default duration.
Further, the training mode is any mode related to limb movements, such as shoulder lifting, arm rowing, hip bending and knee bending, and the specific type of the training mode is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The default mode can be any one or more of shoulder lifting, arm rowing, hip bending, knee bending and the like modes which are set when the rehabilitation training device leaves a factory. In addition, the training intensity may be higher or lower than the default intensity, and the training duration may be longer or shorter than the default duration.
Step S30: and adjusting the disability rehabilitation training data according to the real-time state information, and controlling the rehabilitation training device to operate according to the adjusted disability rehabilitation training data.
In this embodiment, after continuously acquiring real-time status information of a user in a process of performing disability rehabilitation training on a disabled limb of the user, the rehabilitation training device further adjusts the disabled rehabilitation training data of the user adapted at the start according to the real-time status information, thereby obtaining adjusted disabled rehabilitation training data, and continuously controlling the device to operate according to the adjusted disabled rehabilitation training data in a process of performing disabled rehabilitation training on the disabled limb of the user.
For example, in the process of performing disability rehabilitation training on the disabled limb of the user, the rehabilitation training device continuously acquires the facial image information of the user through the image acquisition device, so as to further perform recognition analysis on the facial image information to obtain real-time state information capable of expressing the actual use state of the user in the current rehabilitation training state (such as confirming that the actual use state of the user currently uses the rehabilitation training device is comfortable, tired, uncomfortable, and the like based on the character expression in the recognized facial image information), and then based on the real-time state information, the rehabilitation training device can flexibly adjust the training mode, the training intensity, and/or the training duration in the dedicated disability rehabilitation training data adapted to the user at the beginning of the device to obtain adjusted disabled rehabilitation training data (such as appropriately increasing the training intensity in the original disabled rehabilitation training data based on the real-time state information indicating that the actual use state of the user currently uses the rehabilitation training device is comfortable). Then, the rehabilitation training device immediately operates according to the adjusted disabled rehabilitation training data to automatically control the device, so that disabled limbs of a user can be continuously subjected to disabled rehabilitation training. Thus, the rehabilitation training device continuously controls the operation of the device according to the process until the whole operation time of the device reaches the training time or the default time in the adjusted disability rehabilitation training data.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment and other embodiments described later, the rehabilitation training device may control the device to end operation according to the training duration or the default duration in the disability rehabilitation training data, and may of course control the device to stop operation based on receiving an instruction for instructing the device to stop operation (triggered by the user or the medical staff such as the family of the user).
Further, in a possible embodiment, the step of adjusting the disability rehabilitation training data according to the real-time status information in the step S30 may specifically include:
step S301: inputting the real-time state information into a preset disability rehabilitation training effect evaluation model to obtain a model calculation result;
in this embodiment, after continuously acquiring real-time state information of a user in a process of performing disability rehabilitation training on an incomplete limb of the user, the rehabilitation training device may use the real-time state information as input of a preset disability rehabilitation training effect evaluation model, so as to calculate according to the real-time state information based on the disability rehabilitation training effect evaluation model to obtain a model calculation result.
It should be noted that, the preset disability rehabilitation training effect evaluation model may be obtained by machine learning model training by pre-constructing sample data by a rehabilitation training device.
Step S302: switching the training mode, increasing or decreasing the training intensity, and/or increasing or decreasing the training duration according to the model calculation result.
In this embodiment, after inputting real-time state information of a user into a preset disability rehabilitation training effect evaluation model, so as to obtain a model calculation result, the rehabilitation training device may switch a training mode in the disability rehabilitation training data, increase or decrease a training intensity in the disability rehabilitation training data, and/or increase or decrease a training duration in the disability rehabilitation training data, according to the model calculation result, for the disability rehabilitation training data of the user adapted when the device starts running, so that the rehabilitation training device may obtain the disability rehabilitation training data adjusted for the disability rehabilitation training data.
For example, it is assumed that, during the operation of the automatic control device to perform the disabled rehabilitation training for the disabled limb of the user, the real-time status information of the user continuously acquired by the information acquisition device configured by itself includes: facial image data information, brain wave data information, limb movement trajectory information, and/or electromyogram data information. In this way, the rehabilitation training device inputs the face image data information, the brain wave data information, the limb movement trace information, and/or the electromyogram data information into the disability rehabilitation training effect evaluation model obtained by performing model training based on machine learning in advance on the general type sample data, to perform model calculation based on the face image data information, the brain wave data information, the limb movement trace information, and/or the electromyogram data information by the disability rehabilitation training effect evaluation model, and to output a model calculation result.
Then, the rehabilitation training device can determine whether the actual use state of the user for carrying out the disability rehabilitation training on the disabled limb by using the rehabilitation training device at present is comfortable, tired or uncomfortable according to the model calculation result (for example, the actual use state of the user is determined to be comfortable if the model calculation result is 1), so that the rehabilitation training device can further flexibly adjust the training mode, the training intensity and/or the training duration in the special disability rehabilitation training data adapted to the user when the device starts based on the determined actual use state of the user, and the adjusted disability rehabilitation training data are obtained, for example, the training intensity is properly increased based on the determined actual use state of the user for using the rehabilitation training device at present is "comfortable"; or based on the determined actual use state of the rehabilitation training device currently used by the user is tired, switching the currently running training mode to a mode which consumes lower physical energy of the user, properly reducing training intensity and/or properly shortening training time; or, based on the determined actual use state of the rehabilitation training device currently used by the user is 'hard', the training duration is directly adjusted to 0 so as to control the device to stop running.
In the embodiment of the application, when the rehabilitation training device starts to operate, the control method for the disability rehabilitation training provided by the embodiment of the application firstly collects the unique identity information of the user of the rehabilitation training device at the current moment through the information collection device configured by the rehabilitation training device, and then the rehabilitation training device can automatically adapt the disability rehabilitation training data dedicated for the user to the user based on the collected unique identity information. Then, the rehabilitation training device can directly start to operate according to the automatic control device of the rehabilitation training data, so that the disabled limb of the user is subjected to disabled rehabilitation training based on the operation of the device. Then, the rehabilitation training device continuously collects real-time state information of the user in the rehabilitation training process of the disability through the information collecting device in the process that the automatic control device operates to perform the rehabilitation training of the disabled limb of the user. Finally, the rehabilitation training device adjusts the disability rehabilitation training data of the user adapted at the starting time according to the real-time state information, so as to obtain adjusted disability rehabilitation training data, and continuously controls the device to operate automatically according to the adjusted disability rehabilitation training data in the process of performing disability rehabilitation training on the disabled limb of the user.

Further, based on the first embodiment of the control method for rehabilitation training provided by the embodiment of the present application, a second embodiment of the control method for rehabilitation training is provided.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a second embodiment of a control method for rehabilitation training of disability according to the present application. In this embodiment, the control method for rehabilitation training of disability provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include:
Step S40: acquiring respective use feedback information and real-time use state information of a plurality of users of the rehabilitation training device, and constructing training sample data and verification sample data according to the plurality of use feedback information and the plurality of real-time use state information;
in this embodiment, the rehabilitation training device may also obtain, in advance, use feedback information after the rehabilitation training device itself is used by a plurality of other users to perform the disability rehabilitation training, and obtain real-time use state information of each of the plurality of users during the disability rehabilitation training process, before performing the operations of each of the steps described in the first embodiment. In this way, the rehabilitation training device can construct and obtain the training sample data (including the same amount of the feedback information and the real-time state information) and the verification sample data (including the same amount of the feedback information and the real-time state information, and the feedback information and the real-time state information included in the verification sample data are not the same as the same amount of the feedback information and the real-time state information included in the training sample data), so that the model accuracy of training convergence is higher.
Step S50: and performing machine learning training according to the training sample data to obtain an initial training effect evaluation model, and verifying the initial training effect evaluation model according to the verification sample data until the model converges to obtain the disability rehabilitation training effect evaluation model.
In this embodiment, after the training sample data and the verification sample data are constructed, the rehabilitation training device may further perform model training for machine learning with respect to an initial machine learning model by using the training sample data, so as to obtain an initial training effect evaluation model. And then, the rehabilitation training device further uses the verification sample data to verify the initial training effect evaluation model, and when the initial training effect evaluation model is verified to not be converged, the training sample data is continuously used for carrying out iterative training on the initial training effect evaluation model, and then the verification sample data is used for verifying the initial training effect evaluation model after a new round of iterative training, and the cycle is carried out until the initial training effect evaluation model is verified to be converged. Thus, the rehabilitation training device can use the training convergence model as the disability rehabilitation training effect evaluation model used in the first embodiment.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure the model for evaluating the effect of rehabilitation training for disability obtained by machine learning training, the actual use state of the rehabilitation training device for the user can be accurately determined based on the model calculation result calculated and output by the real-time state information of the user, that is, the real-time use state information of a plurality of users in the training sample data for machine learning model training needs to be ensured, which is the same as the real-time state information of the user in the first embodiment. For example, the real-time status information of the user includes: in the case of the face image data information, the brain wave data information, the limb movement trajectory information, and the electromyography data information, the real-time use state information of each of the plurality of users acquired by the rehabilitation training device also includes: facial image data information, brain wave data information, limb movement trace information, and electromyogram data information. Similarly, the feedback information of the use of the plurality of users is the same as the actual use state of the rehabilitation training device of the user, namely comfort, tiredness and difficulty.
Further, the real-time status information of the user includes: in the case of facial image data information, brain wave data information, limb movement track information, and/or electromyographic data information, in the step S20, the step of continuously collecting real-time status information of the user during the rehabilitation training process of disability may specifically include:
Step S201: continuously acquiring facial image data, brain wave data, limb movement track and/or electromyography data of the user in the process of controlling the rehabilitation training device to run according to the disability rehabilitation training data so as to perform disability rehabilitation training on the user;
in this embodiment, the rehabilitation training device continuously collects facial image data, brain wave data, limb movement track and/or electromyographic data of the user through an information collection device configured by the rehabilitation training device and/or an information collection device of an external third party in the process of performing the rehabilitation training on the disabled limb of the user according to the disabled rehabilitation training data adapted to the user when starting the operation.
For example, in the above-mentioned rehabilitation training data according to the disability of the user, the automatic control device is operated to continuously collect facial image data of the user through the self-configured image information collecting device, and continuously collect brain wave data, limb movement track and electromyogram data of the user during the rehabilitation training according to the externally-connected brain wave signal collecting device, moving camera and electromyogram signal collecting device, respectively.
Step S202: performing image recognition processing on the acquired face image data to obtain the face image data information, analyzing the acquired brain wave data to obtain the brain wave data information, analyzing the acquired limb movement track to obtain the limb movement track information, and/or analyzing the acquired electromyogram data to obtain the electromyogram data information.
In this embodiment, after continuously acquiring face image data, brain wave data, limb movement track and/or electromyographic data of a user in the disability rehabilitation training process, the rehabilitation training device may perform image recognition processing on the acquired face image data to obtain face image data information of the user in the disability rehabilitation training process, analyze the acquired brain wave data to obtain brain wave data information of the user in the disability rehabilitation training process, analyze the acquired limb movement track to obtain limb movement track information of the user in the disability rehabilitation training process, and/or analyze the acquired electromyographic data to obtain electromyographic data information of the user in the disability rehabilitation training process.
Further, based on the first embodiment and/or the second embodiment of the control method for rehabilitation training provided by the embodiment of the present application, a third embodiment of the control method for rehabilitation training is provided.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a third embodiment of a control method for rehabilitation training of disability according to the present application. In this embodiment, the unique identity information of the user acquired by the rehabilitation training device includes: face image information, voice voiceprint information and/or account password information. In this case, in the step S10, the step of adapting the disability rehabilitation training data of the user according to the unique identification information may specifically include:
step S101: determining unique identity information of the user according to the face image information, the voice voiceprint information and/or the account password information;
in this embodiment, when the rehabilitation training device automatically adapts its dedicated disability rehabilitation training data for the user based on the collected unique identity information of the user, if the unique identity information of the user is any one or more of face image information, voice voiceprint information and/or account password information, the rehabilitation training device determines the unique identity information of the user based on the face image information, the voice voiceprint information and/or the account password information.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the voice voiceprint information may be acquired by a voice signal acquisition device built in or externally connected to the rehabilitation training device. The account password information can be acquired by a touch screen built in the rehabilitation training device or an external control terminal device.
Step S102: determining one or more target training data corresponding to the unique identity information from a plurality of to-be-selected disability rehabilitation training data locally stored in the rehabilitation training device, and taking the target training data as the disability rehabilitation training data of the user;
in this embodiment, the rehabilitation training device may store the foregoing one or more disability rehabilitation training data in a local memory, and when the rehabilitation training device stores the one or more disability rehabilitation training data in the local memory, a mapping association relationship between each of the one or more disability rehabilitation training data and one or more user identity information is also established. In this way, after the unique side information of the user is determined, the rehabilitation training device can further determine one or more target training data (such as training mode, training intensity and/or training duration) corresponding to the unique identity information from the multiple pieces of the to-be-selected disability rehabilitation training data stored locally, so that the target training data is used as the disability rehabilitation training data of the current user.
Step S103: medical data corresponding to the unique identity information is obtained from a preset medical data platform, and disability rehabilitation training data of the user are generated according to the medical data.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the preset medical data platform may be a data center platform of a hospital or a data platform of another rehabilitation center.
In this embodiment, the rehabilitation training device may further be directly connected to the above-mentioned medical data platform in a communication manner, so that when medical data recorded with the unique identity information of the user as an index exists on the medical data platform, the rehabilitation training device may determine the unique side information of the user, and then, the medical data corresponding to the unique identity information on the medical data platform. Then, the rehabilitation training device can generate the disability rehabilitation training data of the user according to the medical data.
For example, the rehabilitation training device may specifically parse and extract, from medical data of a user on the medical data platform, a condition description of the medical staff for an incomplete limb of the user, a nursing order and other contents, so as to automatically generate disability rehabilitation training data including a training mode, training intensity and/or training duration based on the condition description and the nursing order.
In some possible embodiments, in addition to determining the user-specific disability rehabilitation training data based on the unique identity information of the user, the rehabilitation training device may also obtain the user-specific disability rehabilitation training data by directly analyzing the physiological state of the user.
Based on this, the control method for rehabilitation training of disability provided by the embodiment of the application may further include:
step S60: acquiring physiological state analysis data of the user, and acquiring conventional training data from a data sharing platform associated with the rehabilitation training device;
step S70: adjusting the conventional training data according to the physiological state analysis data to generate disability rehabilitation training data of the user;
in this embodiment, when the rehabilitation training device adapts dedicated disability rehabilitation training data for the user at the start, the rehabilitation training device may also perform scan analysis on the body of the current user through a data analysis device configured or externally connected to the rehabilitation training device, so as to obtain physiological state analysis data of the user, such as a muscular atrophy condition. And acquiring conventional training data uploaded by other users or by developers of the rehabilitation training device from a data sharing platform which is associated with and connected with the rehabilitation training device.
In the present embodiment, the conventional training data is data that can be generally applied to rehabilitation training of disabled limbs by most disabled people.
And finally, the rehabilitation training device uses physiological state analysis data obtained by body scanning analysis aiming at the current user to adaptively adjust the obtained conventional training data, so that the conventional training data is changed into dedicated disability rehabilitation training data suitable for rehabilitation training of the disabled limbs of the current user.
For example, if the above-described conventional training data is the data for performing rehabilitation training on the leg limbs of a partially disabled person based on the physical state of a disabled person group who is 30 to 40 years old and has a disabled leg limb, for example, the developer of the rehabilitation training apparatus. When the rehabilitation training device scans and analyzes the body of the current user to find that the user is a disabled person with age of 50 years and disabled lower leg limbs, the rehabilitation training device performs proper reduction or shortening treatment on the training intensity and training duration in the obtained conventional training data, so that the special disabled rehabilitation training data which is suitable for the current user to perform rehabilitation training on the leg limbs after adjustment is obtained.
In some possible embodiments, the rehabilitation training device may further adjust currently used disability rehabilitation training data in real time based on feedback information made by a user during the disability rehabilitation training process using the rehabilitation training device.
Based on this, the control method for rehabilitation training of disability provided by the embodiment of the application may further include:
step S80: and acquiring feedback information of the user aiming at the disability rehabilitation training process, and adjusting the disability rehabilitation training data and/or the adjusted disability rehabilitation training data according to the feedback information.
In this embodiment, the rehabilitation training device acquires the feedback information of the user for the disability rehabilitation training process according to the disability rehabilitation training data adapted to the user at the time of starting and/or uses the disability rehabilitation training data adjusted based on a certain operation in the process of one or several embodiments, and the automatic control device operates to continuously acquire the real-time state information of the user in the disability rehabilitation training process in addition to continuously acquire the real-time state information of the user in the disability rehabilitation training process in the process of performing the disability rehabilitation training, so that the rehabilitation training device can adjust the disability rehabilitation training data according to the feedback information and further continuously control the operation of the device or stop the operation of the control device according to the adjusted disability rehabilitation training data.
For example, if the rehabilitation training device obtains feedback information for increasing and adjusting the training intensity by the user through the voice signal acquisition device configured by the rehabilitation training device in the process that the automatic control device operates to perform the disabled rehabilitation training on the disabled limb of the user, the rehabilitation training device directly increases the training intensity in the disabled rehabilitation training data currently used, and continues to control the operation of the device according to the disabled rehabilitation training data after the training intensity is increased. the step of adjusting the disability rehabilitation training data according to the real-time state information comprises the following steps:
inputting the real-time state information into a preset disability rehabilitation training effect evaluation model to obtain a model calculation result;
