Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of heating non-combustible cigarettes, in particular to a thermosensitive aroma release tube and an aerosol generating product containing the same.
Background
With consumer importance on health problems and the increasing demand for personalized experience of cigarette products, the tobacco industry is continuously responding to consumer demand upgrading, and various smoking articles with tar and harm reducing effects are developed. Wherein, the heating cigarette is different from the traditional cigarette product in the cigarette heating mode, so that the heating cigarette can provide healthier smoking experience while meeting the sensory requirements of consumers on the cigarette product.
Existing aerosol-generating articles typically comprise a smoke generating segment, a support segment, a cooling segment and a filter segment, the hollow tube being one commonly used form of cooling segment. Further, in order to improve the flavoring effect of the section on the smoke, the flavoring substance is directly coated on the inner wall of the hollow tube or is filled in the hollow tube cavity, but the flavoring substance is directly exposed in the hollow tube cavity, so that the flavoring substance is directly contacted with the hot smoke during the suction, the release of the fragrance is uneven, the slow release of the fragrance cannot be realized in the suction process, namely, the fragrance is thick in the early stage of suction, and the fragrance is not provided in the later stage of suction. In addition, as the flavoring substances are directly exposed in the hollow pipe cavity, some low-boiling point flavors are extremely volatile in the processing and transportation processes, so that the shelf life of the product is short, and the quality of the flavor is poor during suction.
Therefore, it is desirable to develop a cooling unit with a fragrance preserving and slow-release fragrance enhancing effect.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.

In a second aspect the present invention provides an aerosol-generating article comprising a heat-sensitive aroma tube according to the first aspect of the present invention for use in a support section and/or a cooling section.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the thermosensitive aroma release layer comprises a porous material, a gel material and a spice, wherein the porous material and the gel material jointly realize aroma preservation at low temperature and slow aroma release under heating of the spice, so that the thermosensitive aroma release effect is achieved.
The thermosensitive aroma release layer comprises a porous material, a gel material and a spice. The porous material has the following functions: the porous material can utilize the self pore structure to adsorb a large amount of perfume, and the adsorption performance and the release performance of the porous material are affected by temperature, and when the temperature is lower, the porous material has low release performance, so that the low-boiling-point essence can be better stored in the porous material in the processing or transportation stage after flavoring, thereby playing a role in fragrance preservation and improving the shelf life of products. And as the temperature in the heated sucking process rises, the perfume in the pore structure is slowly released, so that the slow-release perfume-enhancing effect is realized, and the smoke quantity and the perfume quality of the sucking front section and the sucking tail section are consistent.
The thickness of the sheet material of the pipe body 1 is 0.2-0.5mm; the thickness of the thermosensitive aroma release layer 2 is 0.5-2.5mm. The gel material used in the thermosensitive fragrance releasing layer has two functions: firstly, the storage and release of the perfume are realized through gel phase transition, when the temperature is low, the perfume is solid to realize the fragrance storage effect, and the phase transition is generated along with the temperature rise to become liquid, so that the perfume in the perfume is slowly released to play a role of slow-release fragrance enhancement. Secondly, the gel material can adjust the properties of the porous material and the spice mixture, so that the thermosensitive aroma-releasing mixture can be thickly coated on the pipe body sheet, the pipe body sheet coated with the thermosensitive aroma-releasing mixture is ensured to be curled into a pipe, and the thermosensitive aroma-releasing mixture on the inner wall is ensured not to fall off. If the porous material is used alone to adsorb the perfume, the porous material is solid powder, so that the porous material is difficult to be thick coated on the tube sheet after adsorbing the perfume, and only one layer of the porous material can be thin Bao Tufu, and even one layer of the thermosensitive perfume releasing mixture is thin Bao Tufu, the thermosensitive perfume releasing mixture on the inner wall can fall off and pollute the inside of a tube cavity in the tube forming process of the tube sheet. The gel material is added into the thermosensitive aroma release layer, and the thermosensitive aroma release layer can use the phase change function as a binder, so that the porous material after adsorbing the perfume can be better coated on the pipe body sheet, the pipe body sheet can be ensured to stably form a pipe shape, and the thermosensitive aroma release layer is ensured not to fall off powder. Therefore, the gel material can store fragrance and slowly release fragrance, and on the other hand, the porous material after adsorbing the fragrance can be better coated on the tube sheet, the tube sheet can be ensured to stably form a tube shape, and the thermosensitive fragrance release layer is ensured not to fall off powder, so the proportion of the porous material and the gel material is judged according to the property of the thermosensitive fragrance release mixture, and the thermosensitive fragrance release mixture can be coated on the tube sheet according to the application amount.
Therefore, the porous material and the gel material jointly realize the thermosensitive effect and the slow release effect of the spice so as to ensure the consistency of the aroma quality of the sucking front section and the sucking tail section.
2. In order to improve the cooling effect of the cooling and flavoring section, the prior aerosol generating product generally increases the dosage of the cooling and flavoring material filled in the cavity, but certainly increases the retention rate, thereby reducing the smoke quantity. In order to ensure the smoke flow path, only one layer of aroma-enhancing substance can be thinned Bao Tufu on the inner wall of the paper tube, but the aroma-enhancing effect is poor, and the aroma-enhancing substance is directly exposed to hot smoke, so that the quality of aroma is inconsistent in the stage before and after the suction. In order to solve the problem, the invention thinks that the perfume is adsorbed by the porous material and then coated on the inner wall of the paper tube, but in order to increase the application amount, the increase of the amount of the porous material can not lead to thick coating on the inner wall of the paper tube, so the invention further adds gel, and the perfume is applied on the inner wall of the paper tube by the gel and the porous material together, thereby ensuring the addition amount of the porous material and the thick coating of the perfume mixture on the inner wall of the paper tube.
When the thermosensitive aroma release tube is used in aerosol generating products, the thermosensitive aroma release tube is close to a tobacco core section, so that the thermosensitive aroma release tube can be baked by a smoking set in the heating process, essence is released from a porous material, meanwhile, the fluidity of a gel material is improved due to the higher temperature, a small amount of porous material and aroma carried by the gel material flow to the tobacco core section under the action of gravity, and the porous material and aroma are further released in the heating process of the tobacco core section, so that waste is avoided.
3. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a binder can be further added into the thermosensitive aroma-releasing mixture to improve the viscosity of the thermosensitive aroma-releasing mixture and ensure that the thermosensitive aroma-releasing mixture is coated on the pipe body sheet in a higher thickness.
