As shown in fig. 1, in an aspect of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, an implementation environment includes: merchant terminal 101, credit service server 102, credit data storage platform 103.
Merchant terminal 101, which may be an IoT device, a cell phone, a personal computer, a tablet, an electronic book reader, a VR (Virtual Reality technology) -based information interaction device, a vehicle-mounted terminal, a wearable smart device, a laptop and desktop computer, etc., merchant terminal 101 may be installed with an application or browser.
The credit service server 102 may be a server, or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers, or a cloud computing service center; the server 102 of the credit service may be used to calculate test metrics for the credit service based on service parameters configured by the merchant terminal 101.
In this implementation environment, after a merchant inputs service parameters through a credit service configuration page displayed by a merchant terminal 101, a server 102 of a credit service obtains service parameters configured by the merchant for the credit service, and according to characteristics of the merchant and service characteristics of the credit service, sample credit data is screened in a credit data storage platform 103, after that, the server 102 of the credit service performs standardization processing on the sample credit data to obtain standardized credit data, and performs service testing of the credit service according to a test data set containing the standardized credit data and the service parameters to obtain a test result, and calculates service indexes of the credit service under the service parameters according to the test result, so that the merchant provides a user with a better service according to the service indexes.
One or more embodiments of a credit service test processing method provided in the present specification are as follows:
Referring to fig. 2, the method for testing credit services provided in this embodiment specifically includes steps S202 to S208.
Step S202, service parameters configured by merchants for credit services through an open interface of an access credit platform are obtained.
In practical application, when a merchant provides credit service, the merchant needs to know whether the service index of the credit service meets the requirements of the merchant under a certain service parameter, so that when the merchant provides the credit service, the credit platform performs service test on the credit service which can be provided by the merchant under the service parameter by accessing an open interface of the credit platform and transmitting the service parameter, and the merchant can evaluate the service quality of the credit service according to the test result of the service test.
The open interface in this embodiment refers to an interface provided by the credit platform to the merchant for submitting the configuration information of the merchant through the open interface. The service parameters comprise expected parameters of service provided by a merchant, and the merchant performs service test on credit service under the service parameters by inputting the service parameters when accessing the credit platform. For example, merchant configuration credit score is xx score.
The credit service is credit-based service provided by a credit platform for a merchant, and specifically, the credit platform tests service conditions of the merchant to a user under service parameters of the credit service configured by the merchant. The credit platform is a platform facing a merchant and providing credit service for the merchant, and comprises a credit wind control platform.
Step S204, acquiring a credit data set suitable for carrying out service test of the credit service from a data source according to merchant information of the merchant and service information of the credit service.
In the specific implementation process, after acquiring service parameters configured by a merchant for credit service through an open interface of an access credit platform, acquiring a credit data set suitable for service testing of the credit service from a data source according to merchant information of the merchant and service information of the credit service so as to perform subsequent data standardization operation on user credit data contained in the credit data set.
The merchant information includes characteristic information related to the merchant, such as the business scope of the merchant, the service user of the merchant, and the like, and optionally, the merchant information includes the type of the merchant. The service information comprises service information related to credit services, optionally, the service information comprises service features. The credit data set refers to a set consisting of one or more credit data.
After obtaining service parameters configured by a merchant, in order to make a service test result for the merchant more accurate, a credit data set suitable for performing the service test needs to be selected to perform the service test, specifically, after obtaining merchant information of the merchant and service information of credit service, a credit data set suitable for performing the service test of the credit service is obtained from a data source according to the merchant information and the service information, and specifically, in a process of obtaining the credit data set from the data source, in an alternative implementation manner provided in this embodiment, the credit data set suitable for performing the service test of the credit service is obtained from the data source by adopting the following manner:
Screening user credit data matched with the merchant type of the merchant and the service characteristics of the credit service from an internal data source of the credit platform according to the merchant type of the merchant and the service characteristics of the credit service, and constructing the credit data set based on the screened user credit data.
Optionally, the user credit data includes data generated during participation of the user in a credit-related service or project, and data related to the user's credit. The merchant type, including the type of credit service provided by the merchant, may be, for example, a merchant that provides credit escort borrowing treasury services. The service features include features of credit services provided by merchants, such as shared first service, deposit-exemption service, and the like.
Specifically, in the process of acquiring a credit data set for performing service testing of credit service, user credit data matched with a merchant type and service characteristics are screened from a data source of a credit platform providing an open interface according to the merchant type of a merchant and the service characteristics of the credit service, and the credit data set is constructed based on the screened user credit data.
In addition, in order to improve service convenience and further improve service experience of a merchant, the service parameter can be reversely determined as a target service parameter according to the service constraint parameter configured by the merchant, so as to guide the merchant to provide services for users according to the target service parameter, and in an optional implementation provided by the embodiment, the target service parameter is obtained by adopting the following manner:
and calculating target service parameters of which the test indexes meet preset conditions in the service parameter value interval of the credit service according to the service constraint parameters configured by the merchant through the open interface.
Optionally, the service constraint parameter includes an upper limit of cost acceptable to the merchant, for example, the upper limit of cost configured by the merchant is xx element, credit of the service user of the merchant under the upper limit of cost is calculated to be xx by a linear programming algorithm, the wind control policy scheme is a risk scheme, and the merchant can perform actual service configuration according to the calculation result.
In practical application, the merchant also has the requirement of carrying out resource loss prediction, and for this, in the process of acquiring the credit data set suitable for carrying out service test of credit service from the data source according to the merchant information of the merchant and the service information of the credit service, the service policy combination configured by the merchant can be acquired, so that the resource loss of the merchant is predicted from the aspect of the service policy combination, the service test of the merchant according to a unified mode or standard is avoided, the use experience of the merchant is reduced, and the flexibility of the service test is improved.
Specifically, the merchant may select a service policy combination by itself, the service tests under different service policy combinations have different strictness degrees, and correspondingly, the test results are different, and in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, after the step of obtaining the service parameters configured for the credit service by the merchant through accessing the open interface of the credit platform is performed, and before the step of obtaining the credit data set suitable for performing the service test of the credit service from the data source according to the merchant information of the merchant and the service information of the credit service is performed, the method further includes:
and acquiring service policy combinations configured by the merchant for the credit service by accessing the open interface.
Optionally, the test data set contains the service policy combination; the service policy combination consists of at least one service policy or the service policy combination consists of at least one service policy and a risk level of the at least one service policy.
Specifically, after obtaining service parameters configured by a merchant for credit service through an open interface of a credit platform, obtaining service policy combinations configured by the merchant for credit service through an access open interface. The service policy combination comprises a policy combination formed by combining a policy tree or other combination modes. For example, there is a three-layer policy tree, the service policy of the first layer is a, the service policy of the second layer is b1, b2, the service policy of the third layer is c1, c2, c3, c4, wherein c1, c2 is connected with b1, c3, c4 is connected with b2, a service policy combination is composed of a, b1, c1, the corresponding operation risk is low, the service policy combination composed of a, b1, c2 is middle, and the service risk corresponding to the service policy combination composed of a, b2, c3 is high.
In order to make the test result of service test for the selection of the merchant more accurate, the embodiment provides two alternative embodiments for screening the data source of service test to obtain the credit data set so as to perform the service test of credit service according to the credit data set under the condition that the merchant selects the service policy combination and the service parameters to predict the management risk:
(1) Taking the user credit data and the external credit data of the target external data source as the credit data set
In the process of screening a data source to obtain a credit data set, if the data of the current merchant is sufficient, the best matched scene data is obtained by using a mode of matching and calculating merchant data and external scene data as the credit data set, and in an optional implementation provided in this embodiment, the credit data set suitable for performing service test of the credit service is obtained from the data source according to merchant information of the merchant and service information of the credit service in the following manner:
screening user credit data matching a merchant type of the merchant and a service feature of the credit service from an internal data source of the credit platform;
Matching calculation is carried out on the user credit data and the external credit data of at least one external data source of the credit platform, and a target external data source is determined according to a matching calculation result;
and taking the user credit data and the external credit data of the target external data source as the credit data set.
Specifically, first screening user credit data matched with merchant type and service characteristics from an internal data source of a credit platform, carrying out matching calculation on the user credit data and external credit data of at least one external data source of the credit platform, determining a target external data source according to a matching calculation result, and taking the user credit data and the external credit data of the target external data source as a credit data set.
(2) External credit data of target external data source as credit data set
In the process of screening a data source to obtain a credit data set, if the data of the current merchant is insufficient, merchant data of merchants similar to the current merchant are merged into the current merchant, matching calculation is performed by using the merged data and external scene data to obtain the credit data set, and in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, the credit data set suitable for performing service test of the credit service is obtained from the data source according to merchant information of the merchant and service information of the credit service in the following manner:
Screening user credit data matching the merchant type and the service feature from an internal data source of the credit platform, and obtaining similar credit data for a similar service of the credit service from the internal data source;
and matching the historical credit data and the similar credit data with external credit data of at least one external data source of the credit platform, determining a target external data source according to a matching calculation result, and taking the external credit data of the target external data source as the credit data set.
Specifically, first screening user credit data matched with the merchant type and the service characteristics from an internal data source of a credit platform, and acquiring similar credit data of similar service of the credit service from the internal data source; and carrying out matching calculation on the user credit data and the similar credit data and the external credit data of at least one external data source of the credit platform, determining a target external data source according to a matching calculation result, and taking the external credit data of the target external data source as a credit data set.
In addition, in order to further enhance the experience of the merchant, the parameters meeting the expected cost can be calculated according to the expected cost acceptable by the merchant, and in an alternative implementation provided by this embodiment, the following manner is adopted to obtain the target service parameters and the target service policy combination:
According to the service constraint parameters configured by the merchant through the open interface, calculating target service parameters enabling the test index to meet preset conditions in a service parameter value interval of the credit service, and enabling the test index to meet target service strategy combinations of the preset conditions in a strategy combination pool of the credit service.
Specifically, a merchant can set an upper limit of the resource loss acceptable for providing credit service for the merchant, and automatically screen out a target service parameter and a target service strategy combination meeting the upper limit of the resource loss according to merchant information and service information of the merchant.
Step S206, data standardization is carried out on the user credit data contained in the credit data set, and a test sample is obtained.
After acquiring the credit data set suitable for service testing of credit service from the data source, in order to make the credit data of the user contained in the credit data set more conform to the testing standard of the service testing, the testing efficiency of the service testing is further improved.
Detecting whether the data field of the user credit data contains standardized fields of the test sample;
If yes, taking the user credit data as the test sample;
if not, acquiring credit service data of the user to which the credit data of the user belongs from an external data source of the credit platform, extracting field contents of a missing field from the credit service data, merging the field contents into the credit data of the user, and acquiring the test sample;
optionally, the missing field is determined according to a data field of the user credit data and each standardized field of the test sample.
Specifically, screening the user credit data by detecting whether the data field of the user credit data contains all standardized fields of the test sample, and taking the user credit data as the test sample if the data field of the user credit data contains all standardized fields of the test sample; if the data field of the user credit data does not contain all standardized fields of the test sample, completing the sample data, specifically, acquiring credit service data of the user to which the user credit data belongs from an external data source of a credit platform, extracting field contents of the missing field from the credit service data, and merging the field contents into the user credit data to obtain the test sample. Wherein the external data source comprises a data source of a platform having similar functionality as the current credit platform.
For example, if the data field of the user credit data is xaaaxx, where aaa is a standardized field of the test sample, then xxaaaxx is taken as the test sample; if the data field of the user credit data does not contain the standardized field of the test sample, acquiring the credit service data of the user from an external data source, extracting aaa from the credit service data and merging the aaa into the user credit data to obtain the test sample.
And step S208, performing service testing of the credit service according to the testing data set containing the testing sample and the service parameters, and calculating the testing index of the credit service according to the obtained testing result.
And particularly, when the service test is carried out, carrying out the service test of the credit service according to the obtained standardized credit data and the service parameters configured by the merchant, and calculating the service index of the credit service under the service parameters according to the obtained test result.
The test data set refers to a set of data for testing, and optionally, the test data set includes a test sample, a service parameter, and a service policy combination. The test index refers to an index for evaluating a test result of a service test, such as a user access rate, an amount access rate, a resource loss, and the like.
In a specific implementation process, in order to make a service testing process more efficient, a service admission test is performed by constructing a test data set and introducing a test engine, and in an alternative implementation manner provided in this embodiment, the service testing of the credit service is performed according to the test data set including the test sample and the service parameter in the following manner:
and taking a credit access threshold value as an access parameter and the test sample as a test input, inputting the credit access threshold value and the test sample into a test engine to perform service access test of the credit service, and outputting a credit access result of the test sample under the service parameters of the credit service.
The credit admission threshold refers to an admission threshold of credit service of a merchant.
The credit admittance results include the admittance test results of the user under a certain credit admittance threshold, such as credit admittance passing and credit admittance failing.
In the process of carrying out service admission test of credit service through the test engine, inputting the credit admission threshold value as an admission value and the test sample data as a test sample into the test engine to carry out service admission test of the credit service, and outputting the admission test result of the test sample in the credit service.
For example, after obtaining a credit data set from a data source according to merchant information of a merchant and service information of credit service and normalizing the data, obtaining a test samples, inputting the credit score xx and the a test samples into a test engine to perform service admittance test, and outputting respective admittance test results of the a test samples when the credit admittance threshold is xx by the test engine.
Further, after obtaining credit admittance results of each test sample according to the test sample and the credit admittance threshold, in order to improve the perception degree of the service test of the credit service, in an alternative implementation manner provided in this embodiment, the test index of the credit service is calculated according to the obtained test results in the following manner:
calculating a service admission index of the credit service under the credit admission threshold according to the credit admission results of the test samples;
and calculating an amount admittance index of the credit service under the credit admittance threshold according to the credit admittance result as the order amount of the test sample passing the credit admittance.
The test indexes comprise a service admittance index and an amount admittance index, wherein the service admittance index refers to a judging index for whether a user admittes the service of a merchant, for example, the service of the merchant admits to the user a and does not admit to the user b. The monetary admittance index refers to admittance criteria of the user's order monetary admittance, for example, order admittance with order monetary amount higher than a is set.
Specifically, after the credit access result of each test sample is obtained, on one hand, service access indexes of credit service under a credit access threshold are calculated according to the credit access result of each test sample, for example, when the credit access threshold is xx, a1 test samples in a test samples are credit access passing, a2 test samples are credit access failure, and the service access index of the available credit is a1/a. The service admission index comprises a service admission rate. On the other hand, according to the credit access result, the order amount of the test sample passing through the credit access and the preset amount threshold, the amount access index of the credit service under the credit access threshold is calculated, if the preset amount is x, the order amount of each of the a1 test samples passing through the credit access is compared with x, and the quotient of the test sample number with the order amount higher than x and the a1 is used as the amount access index.
After the service policy combination configured by the merchant for the credit service through the access open interface is obtained, in order to improve the test precision when the service test is performed on the test data set, different test modes are provided according to the data volume of the merchant or the severity of the service test, and the test precision of the service test needs to be improved for the condition that the severity of the service test is low, namely, the test precision is improved through the corresponding test mode; aiming at the situation that the data volume of a merchant is insufficient, an appropriate test mode needs to be selected to solve the problem of insufficient test precision caused by the insufficient data volume of the merchant, and in an alternative implementation provided by this embodiment, service test is performed on a test sample and a test data set of service parameters by adopting the following modes:
Determining a test mode for carrying out service test on the credit service according to the merchant information and the service information;
and taking the service policy combination and the service parameters as input parameters for executing the test mode, taking the test sample as test input for executing the test mode, and executing the test mode to perform service test of the credit service.
Specifically, a test mode for carrying out service test on credit service is determined according to merchant information and service information, service policy combination and service parameters are taken as parameters for executing the test mode, a test sample is taken as test input for executing the test mode, and the service test of the credit service is carried out by executing the test mode. The investment loss generated by the threshold score and strategy selected by the merchant is predicted, for example, by a best-match Y-label cross prediction or intelligent prediction model method.
In specific implementation, under the condition that a merchant selects a service policy combination by himself, the overdue probability prediction of a test sample is performed for service parameters input by the merchant, and this embodiment provides two manners of predicting overdue probability, on one hand, for the case that the service test is low in strictness, by predicting the expected probability, selecting the overdue sample with the expected probability greater than a preset expected probability threshold to calculate the expected cost, in an alternative implementation provided in this embodiment, the service test of the credit service is performed according to a test data set including the test sample and the service parameters by adopting the following manner:
Predicting the overdue probability of the user to which the test sample belongs under the combination of the service parameters and the service policies of the credit service;
selecting a overdue sample with overdue probability larger than a preset overdue probability threshold value from the test samples;
correspondingly, the calculating the test index of the credit service according to the obtained test result comprises the following steps:
and calculating the expected resource loss of the merchant under the combination of the service parameters and the service strategies of the credit service according to the order amount of the overdue sample.
Specifically, the overdue probability of a user to which the test sample belongs under the combination of the service parameters and the service strategies of the credit service is predicted, and overdue samples with the overdue probability larger than a preset overdue probability threshold are selected from the test samples; correspondingly, the expected cost of the merchant under the combination of the service parameters and the service policy of the credit service is calculated according to the order amount of the overdue sample.
For example, through statistical methods such as Pearson index, the overdue samples are screened from the whole Y-scale list, and the threshold score selected by the merchant and the expected resource loss under the strategy are calculated according to the order amount of the overdue samples.
In addition, for the situation that the data volume of the merchant is insufficient, the overdue prediction model is introduced to predict overdue probability, and the calculated overdue proportion is corrected to obtain a service index, and in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, the performing the service test of the credit service according to the test data set including the test sample and the service parameter includes:
Inputting the test sample into a overdue prediction model of the credit service to predict overdue probability, outputting overdue probability of a user to which the test sample belongs, and calculating overdue proportion that the overdue probability is larger than a preset overdue probability threshold;
correspondingly, the calculating the test index of the credit service according to the obtained test result comprises the following steps:
determining a correction coefficient of the credit grading mapping according to the credit grading of the credit admission threshold;
and correcting the overdue proportion according to the correction coefficient, and taking the corrected overdue proportion as the test index.
Specifically, the overdue probability of the user to which the test sample belongs is obtained by inputting the test sample into a overdue prediction model of credit service for overdue probability prediction, and the overdue proportion that the overdue probability is larger than a preset overdue probability threshold is calculated; correspondingly, calculating the test index of the credit service according to the obtained test result comprises the following steps: and determining a correction coefficient of the credit classification map according to the credit classification of the credit admission threshold, correcting the overdue proportion according to the correction coefficient, and taking the corrected overdue proportion as a service index.

In this specification, each embodiment is described in a progressive manner, and the same or similar parts of each embodiment are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from other embodiments, for example, an apparatus embodiment, and a storage medium embodiment, which are all similar to a method embodiment, so that description is relatively simple, and relevant content in reading apparatus embodiments, and storage medium embodiments is referred to the part description of the method embodiment.
The foregoing describes specific embodiments of the present disclosure. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims can be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. In addition, the processes depicted in the accompanying figures do not necessarily require the particular order shown, or sequential order, to achieve desirable results. In some embodiments, multitasking and parallel processing are also possible or may be advantageous.
In the 30 s of the 20 th century, improvements to one technology could clearly be distinguished as improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements to circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) or software (improvements to the process flow). However, with the development of technology, many improvements of the current method flows can be regarded as direct improvements of hardware circuit structures. Designers almost always obtain corresponding hardware circuit structures by programming improved method flows into hardware circuits. Therefore, an improvement of a method flow cannot be said to be realized by a hardware entity module. For example, a programmable logic device (Programmable Logic Device, PLD) (e.g., field programmable gate array (Field Programmable Gate Array, FPGA)) is an integrated circuit whose logic function is determined by the programming of the device by a user. A designer programs to "integrate" a digital system onto a PLD without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. Moreover, nowadays, instead of manually manufacturing integrated circuit chips, such programming is mostly implemented by using "logic compiler" software, which is similar to the software compiler used in program development and writing, and the original code before the compiling is also written in a specific programming language, which is called hardware description language (Hardware Description Language, HDL), but not just one of the hdds, but a plurality of kinds, such as ABEL (Advanced Boolean Expression Language), AHDL (Altera Hardware Description Language), confluence, CUPL (Cornell University Programming Language), HDCal, JHDL (Java Hardware Description Language), lava, lola, myHDL, PALASM, RHDL (Ruby Hardware Description Language), etc., VHDL (Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language) and Verilog are currently most commonly used. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that a hardware circuit implementing the logic method flow can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flow into an integrated circuit using several of the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer readable medium storing computer readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC), programmable logic controllers, and embedded microcontrollers, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, atmel AT91SAM, microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic of the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller in a pure computer readable program code, it is well possible to implement the same functionality by logically programming the method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers, etc. Such a controller may thus be regarded as a kind of hardware component, and means for performing various functions included therein may also be regarded as structures within the hardware component. Or even means for achieving the various functions may be regarded as either software modules implementing the methods or structures within hardware components.
The system, apparatus, module or unit set forth in the above embodiments may be implemented in particular by a computer chip or entity, or by a product having a certain function. One typical implementation is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smart phone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being functionally divided into various units, respectively. Of course, the functions of each unit may be implemented in the same piece or pieces of software and/or hardware when implementing the embodiments of the present specification.
