s503, generating temporary transfer certificates according to the temporary limiting accounts.
The temporary limiting account can limit the transaction mode, for example, the temporary account can adopt an account number to be sold, but cannot store money, and only can adopt the limitation of total balance transfer, so that the temporary account sales processing is completed based on a transfer instruction, and the balance flexible transfer is effectively realized.
Further, in an embodiment of the present application, the step of logging off the corresponding account information according to the usage status of the temporary transfer certificate includes: when the temporary transfer certificate finishes the withdrawal operation, logging out the frozen account according to the associated monitoring identification; specifically, the method is a method of adopting a pin card to not pin a user, namely, a monitoring process is constructed according to a pin card instruction, and when the balance is monitored to be empty, the pin user processing is executed. The monitoring mark is a monitoring thread for triggering the pin user; of course, in actual working, those skilled in the art may also select a specific sequence of the sales user based on actual situations, which is not limited in the present application.
Referring to fig. 6, the application further provides a self-service card-selling device suitable for the bank card cancellation method, which comprises a rotation module, a card reading module, a card-selling module, a unidirectional transmission channel, a processing module and an input/output window; the card reading module is used for acquiring a bank card to be logged out provided by a user and reading account information of the bank card; the rotation module is connected with the card reading module and comprises a rotating disc and a card storage area which is obtained by separation of a plurality of partition boards; the rotating disc is used for rotating according to a preset period to enable different card storage areas to be in butt joint with the card reading module; the card storage area is used for storing the bank card to be logged out; the pin card module is connected with the rotation module through the unidirectional transmission channel and is used for destroying the bank card to be cancelled, which is transmitted by the unidirectional transmission channel, according to the received control instruction; the processing module is respectively connected with the card reading module, the rotation module, the card selling module and the input/output window and is used for obtaining input information provided by a user through the input/output window, generating a card swallowing log according to the input information, the account information and the rotating position of the rotating disc and providing the card swallowing log to a preset database; generating a control instruction and a recovery instruction according to the received card-selling request, controlling the rotation module to provide corresponding bank cards to the card-selling module through the unidirectional transmission channel by the control instruction to destroy and generate a destruction log, and providing the destruction log to a preset database; and restoring the rotation module to a controlled front state through the restoring instruction.
Specifically, in actual work, when the user selects to transact the function of canceling the bank card on the self-service device, the self-service card canceling device starts a cancellation mode, and referring to fig. 7, the process specifically includes:
1. inserting a bank card to be logged out;
2. identifying a bank card type, such as a credit card or a savings card:
3. the background analyzes whether the bank card has a bill or balance;
when the bill is not settled, a bill prompt is generated to inform the user of settlement of the bill (by means of cash deposit, mobile phone bank transfer and the like), and if the bill cannot be settled, a card returning instruction is generated to control the withdrawal of the bank card to be logged off.
When the balance exists in the bank card, generating a transfer link or a transfer certificate, and inputting an account to be deposited according to the transfer link to finish balance transfer; or printing the transfer certificate, and freely selecting time for balance transfer at the counter by the user.
The transfer certificate processing process can adopt to construct a temporary account, the temporary account adopts an account number to be sold, but cannot store money, and only can adopt the limitation of full balance transfer, so that the temporary account selling process is completed based on a transfer instruction; and the method can also adopt a mode of not selling the card or selling the user, namely, a monitoring process is constructed according to the card-selling instruction, and when the balance is monitored to be empty, the user-selling process is executed.
4. After balance or bill business verification is completed, the card reading module enters the card selling module to conduct card selling processing, card selling records are built according to card reading information and card selling completion information and registered into a preset card selling log, and customers are sold uniformly by the background according to the period.
Referring to fig. 8, in the case that the user's bank card is swallowed by the self-service card-selling device and cannot be read again, the following will be described:
1. acquiring a last six-bit number of the card which is swallowed and inputted by a user, and a card-swallowed password; (either manually input on an ATM device or receiving data provided by a user over an online via a web site)
2. Checking the information of the local card swallowed according to the number (according to screening and determining of a card swallow log stored by a local end), and extracting a complete card number according to a checking result;
3. verifying the identity information of the user according to the card number and the password, and obtaining the operation instruction provided by the user according to the verification result (taking out the swallowed card or destroying the swallowed card)
When the user selects to destroy the swallowed card, the process is as the previous step;
when the user selects to take out the swallowed card, the card returning process is entered to complete the card returning operation.
The card withdrawing process specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) Acquiring a user card number according to the received card returning instruction, and determining a card returning date according to the card number and a card returning log;
(2) Calculating according to the card swallowing date and the working period of the rotary slot to obtain a storage area of the swallowed card;
(3) Acquiring one or more bank cards to be swallowed according to the storage area, and transmitting the bank cards to a card reader one by one for card information reading;
(4) And obtaining a target bank card according to the reading result, and providing the target bank card to a user.
In an embodiment of the application, the rotation module may be disposed in a card-holding box, which is of a turntable structure, and the card-holding box is divided into a plurality of areas by a plurality of separators, each area corresponds to a cycle of card holding; for example, when the card is swallowed in the X area on the A date, when the card is swallowed in the A+1 date, the rotary groove rotates, the adjacent area Y of the X area is used as a card swallowing storage area, and by pushing the card swallowing storage area, the card swallowing classification can be carried out on n dates as a period, so that the efficiency of follow-up checking and card extracting is improved, wherein n is the number of the areas divided by the rotary groove.
Because the situation that a plurality of cards are swallowed in the same day or in the same day in different periods occurs, a card reading module in the card swallowing device of the self-service card selling device is required to be utilized for analyzing and determining a target card; therefore, in an embodiment of the application, the card-retaining box and the card-reading module are communicated to form a second channel, and the circulation that the bank card sequentially enters the card reader and returns is realized by utilizing the second channel and the first channel existing between the card-reading module and the card-retaining box to form circulation.
In order to prevent the registered destroying card from entering the pin card module to destroy the real object, the card reading module and the card withdrawing module have the function of bidirectional transmission, and the card reading module and the pin card module have the function of unidirectional transmission from the card reading module to the pin card module. That is, the card reading module and the card selling module can only transfer in one direction, and the card selling module can not transfer the bank card to the card withdrawing module. In the flow, after the card-selling record is constructed according to the card-reading information and the card-selling completion information and registered in a preset card-selling log, card-selling operation is started, and after the card-selling is completed, a corresponding mark is constructed on the corresponding record on the card-selling log, so that the fact that the bank card is destroyed is indicated.
The beneficial technical effects of the application are as follows: the card selling and handling time of the user can be effectively saved, and the use experience of the user is improved; meanwhile, the service efficiency of the self-service equipment is greatly improved, and resource waste caused by invalid operation of a user is avoided.
