In some embodiments, before executing the step of determining whether the candidate approval node meets the preset target approval condition according to the candidate approval person identifier, the processing unit 202 is further configured to:
determining a first candidate trial-free condition corresponding to the candidate trial-free personnel identifier from a plurality of preset first candidate trial-free conditions as the target trial-free condition according to the corresponding relation between the preset trial-free personnel identifier and the trial-free condition; or, determining a target flow version number of the target approval flow; and determining a second candidate review-free condition corresponding to the target process version number from a plurality of preset second candidate review-free conditions as the target review-free condition according to the corresponding relation between the preset process version number and the review-free condition.
In some embodiments, after performing the step of skipping the candidate approval node, the processing unit 202 is further configured to:
and sending, by the transceiver unit 201, an automatic approval notification to a terminal corresponding to the candidate approval personnel identifier, where the automatic approval notification indicates that approval of the candidate approval node has been skipped.
In some embodiments, the transceiver unit 201 is specifically configured to, when performing the step of receiving the target approval request: receiving the target approval request sent by the applicant client, wherein the target approval request comprises a target request type and a target post identifier of the applicant;
in some embodiments, the transceiver unit 201 is specifically configured to, when executing the step of updating the candidate approval node according to the approval result and the target approval process:
when the approval result is that the approval passes, updating the next approval node of the candidate approval node in the target approval process to be the candidate approval node; when the approval result is that the approval is not passed, the target approval request flow is transferred to a target reject node corresponding to the candidate approval node; and when the target reject node passes the examination, updating the next examination node of the target reject node in the target examination flow to be the candidate examination node.
The processing unit 202 is specifically configured to, when executing the step of determining the target approval process information based on the received target approval request:
determining a second examination and approval process information set corresponding to the target request type from a preset first examination and approval process information set, wherein the first examination and approval process information set comprises examination and approval process information sets respectively corresponding to a plurality of request types;
and taking the approval process information corresponding to the target post identifier in the second approval process information set as the target approval process information.
In summary, the processing apparatus 200 of the approval process in the embodiment of the present invention pre-determines whether the approval node meets the preset approval condition before the approval request is forwarded to the next approval node, and skips the approval node if the approval node meets the approval condition, without going through the approval of the approval node, thereby reducing the number of times of forwarding the request in the approval process, reducing redundant operations, and improving the approval efficiency.
It should be noted that, as those skilled in the art can clearly understand the specific implementation process of the processing device and each unit of the above-mentioned approval process, reference may be made to the corresponding descriptions in the foregoing method embodiments, and for convenience and brevity of description, details are not repeated here.
The processing means of the above-described approval process may be implemented in the form of a computer program which can be run on a computer device as shown in fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic block diagram of a computer device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The computer device 300 may be a terminal or a server.
With reference to FIG. 3, the computer device 300 includes a processor 302, a memory, and a network interface 305, which are connected by a system bus 301, wherein the memory may include a non-volatile storage medium 303 and an internal memory 304.
The non-volatile storage medium 303 may store an operating system 3031 and a computer program 3032. The computer program 3032 includes program instructions that, when executed, cause the processor 302 to perform a method of processing an approval process.
The processor 302 is used to provide computing and control capabilities to support the operation of the overall computer device 300.
The internal memory 304 provides an environment for the execution of the computer program 3032 in the non-volatile storage medium 303, which computer program 3032, when executed by the processor 302, causes the processor 302 to perform a method of processing an approval process.
The network interface 305 is used for network communication with other devices. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in FIG. 3 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present inventive arrangements and does not constitute a limitation of the computer device 300 to which the present inventive arrangements may be applied, and that a particular computer device 300 may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components.
Wherein the processor 302 is configured to execute a computer program 3032 stored in a memory to implement the following steps:
determining target approval process information based on the received target approval request, wherein the target approval process information comprises a target approval process formed by a plurality of approval nodes and approval personnel identifiers corresponding to the approval nodes;
determining candidate approval personnel identification of candidate approval nodes, wherein the candidate approval nodes are approval nodes which are currently required to be executed in the target approval process;
determining whether the candidate approval node accords with a preset target approval condition according to the candidate approval personnel identification;
if the candidate approval node meets the target exemption condition, skipping the candidate approval node, updating the next approval node of the candidate approval node in the target approval process to the candidate approval node, and returning to the step of executing the candidate approval personnel identification of the determined candidate approval node;
If the candidate approval node does not meet the target approval condition, the target approval request is circulated to the candidate approval node;
and acquiring an approval result of the candidate approval node, updating the candidate approval node according to the approval result and the target approval process, and returning to the step of executing the candidate approval personnel identification of the determined candidate approval node.
It should be appreciated that in embodiments of the present invention, the processor 302 may be a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), the processor 302 may also be other general purpose processors, digital signal processors (Digital Signal Processor, DSPs), application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASICs), off-the-shelf programmable gate arrays (Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGAs) or other programmable logic devices, discrete gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or the like. Wherein the general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the flow in a method embodying the above described embodiments may be accomplished by computer programs instructing the relevant hardware. The computer program comprises program instructions, and the computer program can be stored in a storage medium, which is a computer readable storage medium. The program instructions are executed by at least one processor in the computer system to implement the flow steps of the embodiments of the method described above.
Accordingly, the present invention also provides a storage medium. The storage medium may be a computer readable storage medium. The storage medium stores a computer program, wherein the computer program includes program instructions. The program instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform the steps of:
determining target approval process information based on the received target approval request, wherein the target approval process information comprises a target approval process formed by a plurality of approval nodes and approval personnel identifiers corresponding to the approval nodes;
determining candidate approval personnel identification of candidate approval nodes, wherein the candidate approval nodes are approval nodes which are currently required to be executed in the target approval process;
determining whether the candidate approval node accords with a preset target approval condition according to the candidate approval personnel identification;
if the candidate approval node meets the target exemption condition, skipping the candidate approval node, updating the next approval node of the candidate approval node in the target approval process to the candidate approval node, and returning to the step of executing the candidate approval personnel identification of the determined candidate approval node;
if the candidate approval node does not meet the target approval condition, the target approval request is circulated to the candidate approval node;
And acquiring an approval result of the candidate approval node, updating the candidate approval node according to the approval result and the target approval process, and returning to the step of executing the candidate approval personnel identification of the determined candidate approval node.
The storage medium may be a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or other various computer-readable storage media that can store program codes.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied in electronic hardware, in computer software, or in a combination of the two, and that the elements and steps of the examples have been generally described in terms of function in the foregoing description to clearly illustrate the interchangeability of hardware and software. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.
In the several embodiments provided by the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other manners. For example, the device embodiments described above are merely illustrative. For example, the division of each unit is only one logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation. For example, multiple units or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not performed.
The steps in the method of the embodiment of the invention can be sequentially adjusted, combined and deleted according to actual needs. The units in the device of the embodiment of the invention can be combined, divided and deleted according to actual needs. In addition, each functional unit in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units may be integrated in one unit.
The integrated unit may be stored in a storage medium if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention is essentially or a part contributing to the prior art, or all or part of the technical solution may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, comprising several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a terminal, a network device, etc.) to perform all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.
While the invention has been described with reference to certain preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and substitutions of equivalents may be made and equivalents will be apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the invention is subject to the protection scope of the claims.

Claims (10)

1. The method for processing the approval process is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining target approval process information based on the received target approval request, wherein the target approval process information comprises a target approval process formed by a plurality of approval nodes and approval personnel identifiers corresponding to the approval nodes;
determining candidate approval personnel identification of candidate approval nodes, wherein the candidate approval nodes are approval nodes which are currently required to be executed in the target approval process;
determining whether the candidate approval node accords with a preset target approval condition according to the candidate approval personnel identification;
if the candidate approval node meets the target exemption condition, skipping the candidate approval node, updating the next approval node of the candidate approval node in the target approval process to the candidate approval node, and returning to the step of executing the candidate approval personnel identification of the determined candidate approval node;
if the candidate approval node does not meet the target approval condition, the target approval request is circulated to the candidate approval node;
and acquiring an approval result of the candidate approval node, updating the candidate approval node according to the approval result and the target approval process, and returning to the step of executing the candidate approval personnel identification of the determined candidate approval node.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the target leave-on condition is a first leave-on condition; the determining whether the candidate approval node meets the preset target approval condition according to the candidate approval personnel identification comprises the following steps:
determining whether the candidate approver identification is the same as the last approver identification of the last approver of the candidate approving node;
if the candidate approver identification is the same as the last approver identification, determining that the candidate approving node accords with the first no-review condition;
and if the candidate approver identification is different from the last approver identification, determining that the candidate approving node does not accord with the first no-examination condition.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the target leave-on condition is a second leave-on condition; the determining whether the candidate approval node meets the preset target approval condition according to the candidate approval personnel identification comprises the following steps:
determining whether the candidate approver identifier is the same as any historical approver identifier of a historical approver node, wherein the historical approver node is an approved approver node in the target approval process;
If the candidate approver identification is the same as any one of the historical approver identifications, determining that the candidate approving node accords with the second exemption condition;
and if the candidate approver identifications are different from all the historical approver identifications, determining that the candidate approving node does not accord with the second no-review condition.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the target leave-on condition is a third leave-on condition; the determining whether the candidate approval node meets the preset target approval condition according to the candidate approval personnel identification comprises the following steps:
determining a target review node identification set corresponding to the candidate approver identification from a plurality of preset review node identification sets;
determining whether the candidate node identification of the candidate approval node is included in the target review-free node identification set;
if the candidate node identification is included in the standard review-free node identification set, determining that the candidate review node meets the third review-free condition;
and if the candidate node identification is not included in the standard review-free node identification set, determining that the candidate review node does not accord with the third review-free condition.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to determining whether the candidate approval node meets a preset target leave-in condition based on the candidate approval person identification, the method further comprises:
determining a first candidate trial-free condition corresponding to the candidate trial-free personnel identifier from a plurality of preset first candidate trial-free conditions as the target trial-free condition according to the corresponding relation between the preset trial-free personnel identifier and the trial-free condition; or alternatively, the first and second heat exchangers may be,
determining a target flow version number of the target approval flow;
and determining a second candidate review-free condition corresponding to the target process version number from a plurality of preset second candidate review-free conditions as the target review-free condition according to the corresponding relation between the preset process version number and the review-free condition.
6. The method of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the updating the candidate approval node according to the approval result and the target approval process comprises:
when the approval result is that the approval passes, updating the next approval node of the candidate approval node in the target approval process to be the candidate approval node;
When the approval result is that the approval is not passed, the target approval request flow is transferred to a target reject node corresponding to the candidate approval node;
and when the target reject node passes the examination, updating the next examination node of the target reject node in the target examination flow to be the candidate examination node.
7. The method of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the determining target approval process information based on the received target approval request comprises:
receiving the target approval request sent by the applicant client, wherein the target approval request comprises a target request type and a target post identifier of the applicant;
determining a second examination and approval process information set corresponding to the target request type from a preset first examination and approval process information set, wherein the first examination and approval process information set comprises examination and approval process information sets respectively corresponding to a plurality of request types;
and taking the approval process information corresponding to the target post identifier in the second approval process information set as the target approval process information.
8. A device for processing an approval process, comprising:
The receiving and transmitting unit is used for receiving the target approval request;
the processing unit is used for determining target approval process information based on the received target approval request, wherein the target approval process information comprises a target approval process formed by a plurality of approval nodes and approval personnel identifiers corresponding to the approval nodes; determining candidate approval personnel identification of candidate approval nodes, wherein the candidate approval nodes are approval nodes which are currently required to be executed in the target approval process;
the processing unit is used for determining whether the candidate approval node accords with a preset target approval condition according to the candidate approval personnel identification; if the candidate approval node meets the target exemption condition, skipping the candidate approval node, updating the next approval node of the candidate approval node in the target approval process to the candidate approval node, and returning to the step of executing the candidate approval personnel identification of the determined candidate approval node; if the candidate approval node does not meet the target approval condition, the target approval request flow is transferred to the candidate approval node through the receiving and transmitting unit; and acquiring an approval result of the candidate approval node through the receiving and dispatching unit, updating the candidate approval node according to the approval result and the target approval process, and returning to the step of executing the candidate approval personnel identification of the determined candidate approval node.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements a method of processing an approval process according to any of claims 1-7 when the computer program is executed.
10. A storage medium storing a computer program comprising program instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform the method of processing an approval process according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
