Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of spline pair lubricating devices, in particular to a lubricating device for an accessory transmission gear box spline pair.
Background
The accessory drive gearbox is a key component of the aeroengine, random accessories of the aeroengine such as a starting/generator, a lubricating oil pump, a pump regulator, a blower and the like are mounted on the accessory drive gearbox, and torque transmission is realized through external splines on the accessory drive shaft and internal spline connection of a gear shaft inside the accessory drive gearbox. Because of the relative fretting wear of spline engagement, lubrication issues of spline pairs need to be considered in the structural design.
The spline pair is usually arranged in the gear shaft, the two ends of the gear shaft are supported in the bearing holes of the accessory case by bearings, the current lubrication of the spline pair mainly adopts an oil mist lubrication mode, the bottom of the bearing hole of the accessory case at the corresponding end of the spline pair is provided with a vent hole, the vent hole is communicated with the inner cavity of the accessory transmission gear box, and when the accessory transmission gear box is in operation, oil mist in the inner cavity of the accessory transmission gear box enters the inner hole of the gear shaft through the vent hole, so that the purpose of lubricating the spline pair is achieved. The spline pair adopts the lubrication mode, has simple structure, and can achieve better effect under the condition that the rotating speed of the spline pair is not high (< 10000 r/min).
Along with the development of the aviation turboshaft engine towards the direction of high power ratio, the input rotation speed of the accessory transmission system is promoted to be continuously improved, and the accessory mounted on the aviation turboshaft engine is miniaturized and high-speed, so that the rotation speed of a spline pair connected with an accessory transmission gear shaft of the accessory is greatly improved, and the rotation speed of the spline pair can reach 30000r/min. If the high-rotation-speed spline pair still adopts an oil mist lubrication mode, the lubrication of the spline pair is insufficient, the spline pair can wear and even break a shaft after working for a long time under the environment, and flight accidents are caused.
Therefore, research on a spline pair lubricating device with high rotation speed has become a problem to be solved urgently for the transmission gearbox of the accessory of the current aeroengine.
