The connection sleeve 200 is in limit connection with the blade shaft 300, so that the blade shaft 300 is limited to rotate along the circumferential direction relative to the connection sleeve 200, and the limit connection relation between the connection sleeve 200 and the blade shaft 300 can be welding, threaded connection, clamping connection and the like, so that the application is not limited. In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, a second blade shaft hole 240 is provided on the connecting sleeve 200, a key slot 210 is provided on the side wall of the second blade shaft hole 240, and the blade shaft 300 passes through the second blade shaft hole 240 and cooperates with the key slot 210 on the side wall of the second blade shaft 300 through key positioning, so as to realize positioning connection between the blade shaft 300 and the connecting sleeve 200.
In the embodiment of the present application, the mounting base 100 includes a fixing flange 150, the mounting base 100 is provided with a connecting portion 110 fixedly connected to the blade fixing plate 400 as a bolt connecting through hole provided on the fixing flange 150, and the mounting base 100 is fixedly connected to the blade fixing plate 400 through a bolt.
The application also provides a wind tunnel fan with adjustable blade mounting angles, which comprises a blade fixing plate 400, a plurality of blades 800 and the fan blade fixing devices for fixing the blades 800, wherein the fan blade fixing devices are in one-to-one correspondence with the blades 800, the blades 800 are respectively arranged on the fan blade fixing devices, and the mounting seat 100 of the fan blade fixing devices is fixedly connected with the blade fixing plate 400. The structural form of the blade fixing plate 400 is not limited in the present application, and a user may perform an adaptive design according to different sizes of fans, circuit designs, internal structures, installation positions, etc. Because the fan blade fixing device provided by the application is adopted by the fan blade angle adjustable fan, when the fan blade angle adjustable fan is used, a user can quickly adjust each blade on the fan to the same installation angle, and the adjustment efficiency is improved.

1. A wind tunnel fan blade fixing device, characterized in that:
the device comprises a mounting seat (100), a connecting sleeve (200) and a blade shaft (300), wherein the connecting sleeve (200) is detachably connected with the mounting seat (100);
a first blade shaft hole and a connecting part (110) for fixedly connecting with a blade fixing plate (400) are arranged on the mounting seat (100);
one end of the blade shaft (300) is fixedly connected with the blade (800), the other end of the blade shaft is rotatably connected with the first blade shaft hole and is in positioning connection with the connecting sleeve (200), and the connecting sleeve (200) limits the blade shaft (300) to rotate along the circumferential direction of the connecting sleeve (200) relative to the connecting sleeve;
the device further comprises a plurality of first positioning parts (120) and a second positioning part (220), wherein one of the first positioning parts (120) and the second positioning parts (220) is arranged on the peripheral wall of the mounting seat (100) and positioned on the end face of the mounting seat (100) facing the connecting sleeve (200), and the other positioning part is arranged on the peripheral wall of the connecting sleeve (200) and positioned on the end face of the connecting sleeve (200) facing the mounting seat (100);
the first positioning parts (120) are circumferentially arranged, the circle center is positioned on the axis of the blade shaft (300), and the arrangement positions of the first positioning parts (120) correspond to the installation positions of the blades (800); the second positioning part (220) is matched with the first positioning part (120).

the number of the groups of the first threaded holes (130) is identical to that of the first positioning parts (120), and the central angle between every two adjacent groups of the first threaded holes (130) is identical to that of the two adjacent first positioning parts (120);
one of the first threaded hole (130) and the second threaded hole (230) is arranged on the end surface of the mounting seat (100) facing the connecting sleeve (200), and the other is arranged on the end surface of the connecting sleeve (200) facing the mounting seat (100);
the connecting sleeve (200) is detachably connected with the mounting seat (100) through the cooperation of the bolts, the first threaded holes (130) and the second threaded holes (230).

A wind tunnel fan blade fixing device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the blade shaft (300) further comprises a bearing (600), wherein a bearing installation sink (140) is arranged on the installation seat (100), the bearing (600) is installed in the bearing installation sink (140), and the other end of the blade shaft (300) further penetrates through a shaft hole of the bearing (600) and is rotationally connected with the bearing (600).
