Description

Riser fixing device
Technical Field
The application relates to a marine riser fixing device, and belongs to the technical field of marine drilling riser fixing.
Background
The exploration and development of the human ocean oil and gas resources gradually goes from shallow water to deep water and ultra-deep water sea areas, and deep water drilling technology and equipment become development directions. The marine riser plays a role in isolating seawater, provides a channel for marine drilling operation, and is one of important fittings in marine drilling equipment, wherein the channel is communicated between the underwater blowout preventer stack and a drilling platform (or a ship body). The marine riser is generally arranged on the marine floating drilling platform (or the ship body) in three modes of horizontal placement, vertical placement, horizontal placement and vertical placement, and the horizontal placement and storage mode of the marine riser can effectively lower the center of gravity of the drilling platform (or the ship body). Under the influence of wind, wave and current of the ocean, the drilling platform (or the ship body) can shake in the navigation process, when the sea condition is severe, the platform (or the ship body) is large in transverse inclination and longitudinal inclination, and the marine riser is more required for deep sea exploration and development operation, so that the marine riser adopts a flat-laying mode. When the ship body shakes greatly, the marine riser at the top of the storage yard can slip due to the fact that the acceleration of the ship body is large and the buoyancy material outside the marine riser can not provide enough friction force. There is therefore a need to provide a solution to the problem of slippage of the top riser in a flat riser mode.

Detailed Description
In order to make the application more comprehensible, preferred embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
The present embodiment provides a riser fixture, see fig. 1, comprising: main deck 1, riser storage yard 2, horizontal baffle 3, single support 4, double support 5, in-ship support 6, spacing crossbeam 7, support bolt 8, tie ear plate 9, ligature area 10.
The middle part is provided with the midbody on main deck 1, and the midbody divides main deck 1 into port side and starboard side, and port side and starboard side are used for arranging riser storage yard 2 and horizontal baffle 3.
The marine riser yard 2 is a yard formed by stacking a plurality of layers of marine risers, the marine riser yard 2 is arranged on a deck, and the yards on a port side and a starboard side are required to be symmetrically arranged, so that the ship body is balanced left and right.
The lateral blocking piles 3 are fixed to both lateral sides of the riser yard 2 (in this embodiment, lateral refers to a left-right direction perpendicular to the ship length direction) and bear lateral loads of the riser yard 2. Referring to fig. 2, the horizontal blocking piles 3 support the riser yard 2 from the left and right sides, and for the riser yard 2 near the middle body, one side of the riser yard 2 near the middle body may be supported by the middle body without providing the horizontal blocking piles 3.
The tail part (near the stern direction) of the marine riser storage yard 2 is provided with a marine riser longitudinal fixing component, the marine riser longitudinal fixing component comprises a single support 4, a double support 5, a middle support 6, a limiting cross beam 7 and a support bolt 8, the single support 4 is fixed at the tail part of a transverse baffle pile 3 with the marine riser storage yard 2 on only one side, the double support 5 is fixed at the tail part of the transverse baffle pile 3 with the marine riser storage yard 2 on both sides, and the middle support 6 is fixed at the tail part of the middle body; the single support 4, the double supports 5 and the shipboard supports 6 are all supports for supporting the limiting cross beams 7, two ends of each limiting cross beam 7 are fixed on the supports, each layer of marine riser corresponding to the higher position of the marine riser yard 2 is correspondingly provided with one limiting cross beam 7, each limiting cross beam 7 is provided with an upper clamping groove and a lower clamping groove, and the upper side and the lower side of each limiting cross beam 7 are provided with stop lug plates and transverse and longitudinal reinforcing ribs, so that the marine riser yard is guaranteed to have enough strength and rigidity. The limiting cross beam 7 is positioned between two adjacent layers of marine risers, and the clamping grooves and the stop lug plates on the limiting cross beam 7 clamp the end flanges of the two adjacent layers of marine risers to bear the longitudinal load of the marine risers and limit the longitudinal sliding of the marine risers. The limiting cross beam 7 is arranged between two adjacent layers of marine risers, so that interference with various pipelines and connecting bolts on the marine risers can be avoided. In this embodiment, it is considered that the number of the riser layers exceeds five, and the limiting beam 7 is used for fixing.
After the two ends of the limiting cross beam 7 are arranged on the support, the limiting cross beam 7 is detachably fixed through the support bolt 8 to prevent the limiting cross beam 7 from being separated from the support, meanwhile, an adaptive number of limiting cross beams 7 can be arranged according to the situation of actually loading the marine riser, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, when the number of layers of the storage yard is smaller than five, the marine riser is considered to be free from longitudinal sliding, the limiting cross beam 7 is not required to be fixed at the tail, when the number of layers of the storage yard reaches five, the limiting cross beam 7 is required to be fixed at the tail, a clamping groove below the limiting cross beam 7 clamps a fifth marine riser, the two ends of the limiting cross beam 7 are fixed on corresponding transverse baffle piles 3 or midbody through a single support 4, a double support 5 or a middle support 6, then a sixth marine riser is continuously stacked, a layer of limiting cross beam 7 is continuously added, and the sixth marine riser is clamped through the two layers of limiting cross beams 7; and by analogy, every time a layer of marine riser is added, a layer of limiting cross beam 7 is continuously added, and stacking of the marine riser is completed.
