similarly, when a person passes through the door curtain, the human body sensor 14 controls the first driving motor 54 to reverse through an electric signal, so that the first sliding groove 52 and the second sliding groove 53 on the driving rod 51 drive the first guide pillar 43 and the second guide pillar 31 to move towards the middle of the driving rod 51, the scroll 4 and the synchronizing rod 3 synchronously move, and meanwhile, when moving, the transmission gear 42 drives the scroll 4 to reversely rotate, so that the door curtain 2 is unfolded, the distance between the scroll 4 and the adjacent supporting columns 13 and the space between the spaces between the adjacent driving gears 3 and the rotational circumferences of the scroll 4 are increased at equal intervals, and when the two synchronizing rods 3 are attached, the door curtain 2 is completely unfolded.
Further, in order to improve stability of the synchronizing rod 3 and the reel 4 in the sliding process, a guide groove is formed in the top of the bottom beam 12, and sliding blocks 6 matched with the guide groove are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the synchronizing rod 3 and the reel 4, so that the synchronizing rod 3 and the sliding blocks 6 at the bottom of the reel 4 synchronously slide along the guide groove in the sliding process.
In order to ensure that the rolled door curtain 2 can provide effective protection and avoid the folded door curtain 2 from being deformed or polluted due to impurities adhered to the surface of the door curtain 2, the front side and the rear side of the scroll 4 are respectively provided with a cover shell 44 which is coaxial with the scroll 4 and is connected between the traction block 41 and the sliding block 6, a gap for the door curtain 2 to pass through is formed between the two cover shells 44, a plurality of bristles 45 extending towards the door curtain 2 are uniformly distributed on the two sides of the cover shell 44, a space for accommodating the door curtain 2 after rolling is formed between the cover shell 44 and the scroll 4, and the door curtain 2 is prevented from being contacted with the outside through the cover shells 44 after the scroll 4 rolls up the door curtain 2, so that the door curtain is effectively protected; meanwhile, in the rolling process, the bristles 45 on the housing 44 are contacted with the front surface and the back surface of the door curtain 2, so that impurities adhered to the surface of the door curtain 2 are swept down, the phenomenon that the impurities are deformed or polluted along with rolling of the door curtain 2, which leads to folding of the door curtain 2, ensures that the door curtain is unfolded smoothly, and provides a better protection effect.
In order to prevent mosquitoes from entering a room while the door curtain is opened, the traditional mode is to arrange an air curtain machine on the door frame, and form an air barrier by blowing downwards, so that a barrier effect is achieved, however, the blowing range of the air curtain machine usually covers the whole width of the door frame, which means that most of blowing is wasted and a large amount of energy is consumed under the condition that the door curtain is not completely opened;
the air exhaust wheels 32 between the top beam 11 and the bottom beam 12 are arranged in the synchronizing rod 3, a plurality of air exhaust holes 33 are uniformly distributed on the side surfaces of the air exhaust wheels 32 at equal intervals, air outlets 34 are formed on the surfaces of the opposite sides of the two synchronizing rods 3, a second driving motor 35 for driving the air exhaust wheels 32 to rotate towards the outer side of the door frame 1 in the synchronizing rod 3 is further arranged on the back of the synchronizing rod 3, an air inlet channel 36 communicated with the air exhaust wheels 32 is formed at the top of the synchronizing rod 3, and a fan 37 communicated with the air inlet channel 36 is arranged on the back of the top beam 11;
specifically, the bottom of the exhaust wheel 32 is connected with the sliding block 6 at the bottom of the synchronizing rod 3 through a bearing, the top of the bottom of the exhaust wheel 32 is connected with the air inlet channel 36 through a bearing, and when the air conditioner is in use, the second driving motor 35 is connected with the top end of the exhaust wheel 32 through a belt and drives the exhaust wheel 32 to rotate towards the outer side of the door frame 1;
when the human body sensor 14 controls the first driving motor 54 to start, the fan 37 and the second driving motor 35 are started at the same time, so that the fan 37 inputs air flow to the exhaust wheel 32 through the air inlet channel 36, the air flow is output by the air outlet 33 and is discharged outwards through the air outlet 34, an air curtain is formed to play a blocking effect, mosquitoes are prevented from entering a room through a gap when the door curtain is opened, the second driving motor 35 drives the exhaust wheel 32 to rotate towards the door frame 1, a plurality of air flows which rotate outwards are formed, the effect of outwards driving is achieved, the difficulty of flying the mosquitoes is further enhanced, and the mosquito preventing effect is enhanced; and the air flow flows between the two synchronous rods 3, so that the air flow is fully utilized, and the energy waste is avoided.
The blower 37 is specifically configured to: the fan 37 comprises a fan cover 371 fixedly connected with the top beam 11, a wind wheel 372 is arranged in the fan cover 371, an air inlet 373 is formed in the top of the fan cover 371, the bottom of the fan cover 371 is communicated with the air inlet 36 through a flow guide pipe 374, and a third driving motor 375 for driving the wind wheel 372 to rotate is arranged at one end of the fan cover 371; the back of the top beam 11 is provided with a slideway 111 for the guide pipe 374 to slide left and right, when the human body sensor 14 controls the first driving motor 54 to start in use, the third driving motor 375 is started at the same time, so as to drive the wind wheel 372 to rotate, and external air flow is sucked by the air inlet 373 at the top of the fan cover 371 and is conveyed to the air inlet channel 36 by the guide pipe 374 at the bottom; simultaneously, as the synchronizing rod 3 slides along the guide rail 15, the guide pipe 374 synchronously slides along the slideway 111;
and the length of the fan cover 371 is equal to the distance between the two support columns 13, and the air inlet 373 is arranged along the length direction of the fan cover 371, so that sufficient air inlet quantity is ensured to be transmitted to the air inlet channel 36 through the guide pipe 374.
Referring to fig. 9, the air outlet 34 extends from the middle of the side of the synchronizing rod 3 to the outside of the door frame 1, and the diameter of each air outlet 33 is smaller than that of the air outlet 34, so that the air discharge wheel 32 is promoted to form a plurality of air flows which are diffused outwards from the middle of the door frame, and the effect of expelling mosquitoes outwards is achieved.
And, two the opposite side surfaces of synchronizing bar 3 all are equipped with magnetic path 38, and the magnetic path 38 is opposite to one side magnetic pole on two synchronizing bar 3, therefore when the curtain is in the closed condition, the magnetic path 38 on two synchronizing bar 3 mutually attracts each other, guarantees the closed condition of synchronizing bar 3, promotes the separation effect of indoor and outdoor air.
The top of the spool 4 is connected with the traction block 41 through a fixed bearing 46, and when the transmission gear 42 drives the spool 4 to rotate, the spool 4 rotates relative to the traction block 41 in the fixed bearing 46.
In order to facilitate disassembly, cleaning and replacement of the door curtain, accommodating grooves are formed in two sides of the scroll 4 and one side, connected with the door curtain 2, of the support column 13 and the synchronizing rod 3, and fixing rods 7 are arranged in the accommodating grooves; the curtain 2 both ends are connected with dead lever 7 winding respectively and are fixed through the connecting piece, and then when needing to install the curtain, pass the storage tank with curtain 2 one side and be in the same place with dead lever 7, fixed by the connecting piece at last, when dismantling, open the connecting piece to take off curtain 2 from dead lever 7 can, the simple operation is convenient.
