In some embodiments, when the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system is adjusted according to the actual temperature of the equipment and the target temperature of the equipment, calculating the difference between the actual temperature of the equipment and the target temperature of the equipment; and regulating the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system according to the difference value by a PID closed-loop control method until the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system meets the target temperature of the equipment.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a schematic diagram of adjusting the temperature of an air outlet of an air conditioning system according to an embodiment of the invention is shown. After the vehicle control equipment is adjusted to the full-coverage position of the air flow of the air outlet of the air conditioning system from the initial position, the actual temperature of the equipment and the target temperature of the equipment are obtained, the difference value between the actual temperature of the equipment and the target temperature of the equipment is calculated, the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system is adjusted through a PID closed-loop control method according to the difference value, the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system is conveniently and timely adjusted according to the change of the equipment in the temperature adjustment process until the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system meets the target temperature of the equipment, and the comfort level requirement of a user is met.
In some embodiments, the device comprises at least one of a seat, a handrail and a steering wheel, when the device is in the full air flow coverage position, the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system is adjusted according to the actual temperature of the device and the target temperature of the device, and when the device is a seat, the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system is adjusted according to the difference between the actual temperature of the seat and the target temperature of the seat; when the equipment is a handrail, the temperature of an air outlet of the air conditioning system is regulated according to the actual temperature of the handrail and the target temperature of the handrail; when the equipment is a steering wheel, the temperature of an air outlet of the air conditioning system is regulated according to the actual temperature of the steering wheel and the target temperature of the steering wheel; when the equipment is two or three of a seat, a handrail and a steering wheel, determining the priority order of equipment temperature adjustment according to the temperature adjustment instruction, and sequentially carrying out temperature adjustment on the equipment according to the priority order.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a schematic diagram of the temperature of an air outlet of an air conditioning system according to a seat according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. When the equipment is a seat, the temperature of an air outlet of the air conditioning system is regulated according to the difference between the actual temperature of the seat and the target temperature of the seat; fig. 6 is a schematic view showing a temperature of an air outlet of an air conditioning system according to an armrest according to an embodiment of the present invention. When the equipment is a handrail, the temperature of an air outlet of the air conditioning system is regulated according to the actual temperature of the handrail and the target temperature of the handrail; fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of adjusting the temperature of an air outlet of an air conditioning system according to a steering wheel according to an embodiment of the present invention. When the equipment is a steering wheel, the temperature of an air outlet of the air conditioning system is regulated according to the actual temperature of the steering wheel and the target temperature of the steering wheel; when the equipment is two or three of a seat, a handrail and a steering wheel, the priority order of equipment temperature adjustment is determined according to the temperature adjustment instruction, so that the equipment is sequentially subjected to temperature adjustment according to the priority order, and the personalized requirements of users are better met.
In some embodiments, determining a device with a highest priority order and a first target temperature corresponding to the device with the highest priority order; according to the first target temperature and the actual temperature of the equipment with the highest priority order, the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system is regulated until the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system meets the first target temperature corresponding to the equipment with the highest priority order; when the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system meets a first target temperature corresponding to equipment with highest priority, sequentially determining a second target temperature or a third target temperature corresponding to other equipment according to the priority order; and regulating the temperature of an air outlet of the air conditioning system according to the second target temperature and the actual temperature of the other equipment, or regulating the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system according to the third target temperature and the actual temperature of the other equipment until the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system meets the second target temperature or the third target temperature corresponding to the other equipment.
In an embodiment, when determining that the priority order is, for example, a seat, a steering wheel, or an armrest according to a user requirement, determining that the device with the highest priority order is the seat and a first target temperature corresponding to the seat, controlling the temperature of an air outlet of the air conditioning system to preferentially satisfy the first target temperature, and preferentially aligning an air outlet range of the air outlet of the air conditioning system to the seat to preferentially adjust the temperature of the seat, adjusting the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system according to a difference between the first target temperature and an actual temperature of the seat, and judging whether the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system satisfies the first target temperature, if the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system does not satisfy the first target temperature, continuing to adjust the temperature of the seat until the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system satisfies the first target temperature.
When the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system meets the first target temperature corresponding to the seat, determining that equipment with a second priority order is the steering wheel and the second target temperature corresponding to the steering wheel according to the priority order, adjusting the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system according to the difference between the second target temperature and the actual temperature of the steering wheel, judging whether the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system meets the second target temperature, and if the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system does not meet the second target temperature, continuing to adjust the temperature of the steering wheel until the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system meets the second target temperature.
When the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system meets the second target temperature corresponding to the steering wheel, determining that equipment with a third priority order is the handrail and the third target temperature corresponding to the handrail according to the priority order, adjusting the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system according to the difference value between the third target temperature and the actual temperature of the handrail, judging whether the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system meets the third target temperature, if the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system does not meet the third target temperature, continuing to adjust the temperature of the handrail until the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system meets the third target temperature, and stopping temperature adjustment so as to adapt to different requirements of users.
In some embodiments, after the equipment is controlled to be adjusted to the full-coverage position of the air flow of the air outlet of the air conditioning system from the initial position according to the temperature regulation instruction, the position relationship between the transverse fan blades and the longitudinal fan blades of the air outlet of the air conditioning system and the equipment is determined; determining the air outlet range of an air outlet of the air conditioning system according to the position relation; and controlling the transverse fan blades and the longitudinal fan blades of the air outlet of the air conditioning system to swing in the air outlet range according to the air outlet range.
In the embodiment, after the equipment is controlled to be adjusted to the full-coverage position of the air flow of the air outlet of the air conditioning system from the initial position according to the temperature regulation instruction, the vehicle calculates and analyzes the position relation between the blades of the air outlet of the air conditioning system, such as the transverse blade and the longitudinal blade, and the equipment, and determines the position relation between the transverse blade and the longitudinal blade of the air outlet of the air conditioning system and the equipment, and then determines the air outlet range of the air outlet of the air conditioning system according to the position relation, so that the transverse blade and the longitudinal blade of the air outlet of the air conditioning system are controlled to swing in the air outlet range according to the air outlet range, and the swinging directions of the transverse blade and the longitudinal blade can cover the equipment.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an air outlet of an air conditioning system according to an embodiment of the present invention. The air outlet of the air conditioning system comprises a transverse fan blade, a longitudinal fan blade, a motor 1 and a motor 2, when the equipment is a seat, the motor 1 controls the transverse fan blade to be in the y0 direction of the air flow full coverage position (x 0, y0, z 0) of the seat, as shown in fig. 9, and is a schematic diagram for controlling the longitudinal fan blade according to one embodiment of the invention. The motor 2 controls the longitudinal fan blade to swing, and the upper limit and the lower limit of the swing change angle can cover the whole seat.
When the device is a steering wheel, the motor 2 controls the direction of the z1 axis of the longitudinal fan blade to the full air flow coverage position (x 1, y1, z 1) of the steering wheel, and as shown in fig. 10, a schematic diagram of controlling the transverse fan blade according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The motor 1 controls the swing of the transverse blades, and the upper limit and the lower limit of the swing change angle can cover the whole steering wheel.
A temperature control method of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention is illustrated below with reference to fig. 11.
As shown in fig. 11, the method for controlling the temperature of the vehicle according to the embodiment of the present invention at least includes steps S11 to S18.
Step S11, a temperature adjustment instruction of equipment in the cab, which is in contact with a user, is received.
Step S12, the control equipment adjusts the air flow full coverage position of the air outlet of the air conditioning system from the initial position according to the temperature regulation instruction.
And S13, controlling the air quantity of a fan of the air conditioning system to be adjusted to a preset air quantity.
Step S14, determining the equipment with the highest priority order as a seat and a corresponding first target temperature, adjusting the temperature of an air outlet of the air conditioning system according to the difference between the first target temperature and the actual temperature of the seat, and controlling the transverse fan blades and the longitudinal fan blades of the air outlet of the air conditioning system to swing in the air outlet range.
Step S15, judging whether the temperature of an air outlet of the air conditioning system meets a first target temperature, if so, executing step S16; if not, step S14 is performed.
Step S16, determining equipment with a second priority order as a steering wheel and a corresponding second target temperature according to the priority order, adjusting the temperature of an air outlet of the air conditioning system according to the difference between the second target temperature and the actual temperature of the steering wheel, and controlling the transverse fan blades and the longitudinal fan blades of the air outlet of the air conditioning system to swing in the air outlet range.
Step S17, judging whether the temperature of an air outlet of the air conditioning system meets a second target temperature, if so, executing step S18; if not, step S16 is performed.
Step S18, determining equipment with a third priority order as an armrest and a corresponding third target temperature according to the priority order, adjusting the temperature of an air outlet of the air conditioning system according to the difference value between the third target temperature and the actual temperature of the armrest, and controlling the transverse fan blades and the longitudinal fan blades of the air outlet of the air conditioning system to swing in the air outlet range.
According to the temperature control method for the vehicle, after the temperature adjustment instruction of the equipment is received, the equipment is controlled to be adjusted to the position where the air flow at the air outlet of the air conditioning system is fully covered from the initial position, so that the equipment can be fully covered by the air flow at the air outlet of the air conditioning system when the equipment is subjected to temperature adjustment, namely, the equipment needing to be cooled is adjusted to the position where the temperature is optimally cooled, so that the temperature of the equipment is quickly reduced, the equipment temperature can quickly reach the target temperature of the equipment, the comfortable temperature requirement of the user on the equipment contacted with the user in a cab is met when the user enters the vehicle, and the user comfort is improved.
The temperature control device 2 of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 12.
As shown in fig. 12, a temperature control device 2 of a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a receiving module 21, an adjusting module 22 and a control module 23, wherein,
the receiving module 21 is used for receiving a temperature adjustment instruction of equipment in the cab, which is contacted with a user; the adjusting module 22 is used for controlling the equipment to adjust from an initial position to an air flow full-coverage position of an air outlet of the air conditioning system according to the temperature adjusting instruction; the control module 23 is configured to adjust the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system according to the actual temperature of the device and the target temperature of the device when the device is in the full air flow coverage position until the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system meets the target temperature of the device.
In an embodiment, the receiving module 21 establishes communication with a remote terminal device, and a user sends a temperature adjustment instruction of a device in the cab, which is in contact with the user, to the receiving module 21 through the remote terminal device, after the receiving module 21 receives the temperature control instruction, the temperature of the device in the cab, which is in contact with the user, is adjusted according to the temperature adjustment instruction, and when the user does not enter the vehicle, the device in the cab, which is in contact with the user, can be adjusted to a temperature that is comfortable for the user's body in advance by receiving the temperature adjustment instruction sent by the remote terminal device.
The adjusting module 22 selects the corresponding device in the cab, which is in contact with the user, according to the temperature adjusting instruction, and controls the corresponding device to adjust from the initial position to the air flow full coverage position of the air outlet of the air conditioning system, so as to ensure that the upper limit value and the lower limit value of the air flow of the air conditioning system can cover the corresponding device.
For example, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating the adjustment of the seat position according to the temperature adjustment command according to an embodiment of the invention. The initial position of the seat is recorded as (xi, yj, zk), the full-air-flow covering position is recorded as (x 0, y0, z 0), the vehicle machine adjusts the seat from the initial position (xi, yj, zk) to the full-air-flow covering position (x 0, y0, z 0) through the guide rail according to the temperature adjusting instruction, at the moment, the upper limit value of the air-out air flow and the lower limit value of the air-out air flow of the air-conditioner air outlet can cover the whole seat, and the temperature control of the seat by a user is met.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of adjusting a steering wheel position according to a temperature adjustment command according to an embodiment of the present invention. The initial position of the steering wheel is recorded as (xa, yb, zc), the full air flow covering position is recorded as (x 1, y1, z 1), the steering wheel is controlled by the vehicle according to the temperature adjusting instruction to adjust from the initial position (xa, yb, zc) to the full air flow covering position (x 1, y1, z 1), at the moment, the upper limit value of the air outlet air flow and the lower limit value of the air outlet air flow of the air conditioner can cover the whole steering wheel, and the temperature control of the steering wheel by a user is met.
The control module 23 adjusts the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system through PID control according to the actual temperature of the equipment and the target temperature of the equipment so as to adjust in real time according to different temperatures at different moments until the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system meets the target temperature of the equipment, and considers that the temperature of the equipment meets the comfort requirement of a user at the moment so as to improve the experience of the user.
According to the temperature control device 2 of the vehicle, after the temperature adjustment instruction of the equipment is received, the equipment is controlled to be adjusted from the initial position to the air flow full-coverage position of the air outlet of the air conditioning system, so that the equipment can be fully covered by the air flow of the air outlet of the air conditioning system when the equipment is subjected to temperature adjustment, namely, the equipment needing to be cooled is adjusted to the optimal cooling position, so that the temperature of the equipment is quickly reduced, the equipment temperature can quickly reach the target temperature of the equipment, the comfortable temperature requirement of the user on the equipment contacted with the user in a cab is met when the user enters the vehicle, and the user comfort is improved.
In some embodiments, the control module 23 is specifically configured to: and controlling the air quantity of a fan of the air conditioning system to be adjusted to a preset air quantity.
In some embodiments, the control module 23 is specifically configured to: calculating the difference between the actual temperature of the equipment and the target temperature of the equipment; and regulating the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system according to the difference value by a PID closed-loop control method until the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system meets the target temperature of the equipment.

In some embodiments, the control module 23 is specifically configured to: determining the position relationship between the transverse fan blade and the longitudinal fan blade of the air outlet of the air conditioning system and equipment; determining the air outlet range of an air outlet of the air conditioning system according to the position relation; and controlling the transverse fan blade and the longitudinal fan blade of the air outlet of the air conditioning system to swing in the air outlet range.
In some embodiments, the control module 23 is further specifically configured to: and controlling a fan of the air conditioning system to adjust to the maximum air quantity.

1. A temperature control method of a vehicle, characterized by comprising:
receiving a temperature regulation instruction of equipment in the cab, which is contacted with a user;
controlling the equipment to adjust from an initial position to an air flow full-coverage position of an air outlet of an air conditioning system according to the temperature regulation instruction;
and when the equipment is at the full-coverage position of the air flow, adjusting the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system according to the actual temperature of the equipment and the target temperature of the equipment until the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system meets the target temperature of the equipment.
2. The method according to claim 1, characterized by controlling the device to adjust from an initial position to an air flow full coverage position of an air conditioning system outlet, further comprising:
and controlling the air quantity of the fan of the air conditioning system to be adjusted to a preset air quantity.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein adjusting the temperature of the air conditioning system outlet according to the device actual temperature and the device target temperature comprises:
calculating a difference between the actual temperature of the device and the target temperature of the device;
and regulating the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system by a PID closed-loop control method according to the difference value until the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system meets the target temperature of the equipment.

A method of controlling the temperature of a vehicle according to claim 3, wherein the device includes at least one of a seat, a armrest, and a steering wheel, and adjusting the temperature of the air conditioning system outlet according to the device actual temperature and the device target temperature when the device is in the air flow full coverage position comprises:
when the equipment is the seat, adjusting the temperature of an air outlet of the air conditioning system according to the difference between the actual temperature of the seat and the target temperature of the seat;
when the equipment is the handrail, regulating the temperature of an air outlet of the air conditioning system according to the actual temperature of the handrail and the target temperature of the handrail;
when the equipment is the steering wheel, the temperature of an air outlet of the air conditioning system is adjusted according to the actual temperature of the steering wheel and the target temperature of the steering wheel;
and when the equipment is two or three of the seat, the armrest and the steering wheel, determining the priority order of equipment temperature adjustment according to the temperature adjustment instruction, and sequentially carrying out temperature adjustment on the equipment according to the priority order.
5. The method according to claim 4, characterized in that determining a priority order of device temperature adjustment, sequentially performing temperature adjustment on the devices in the priority order according to the priority order, comprises:
determining a first target temperature corresponding to equipment with the highest priority order;
adjusting the temperature of an air outlet of the air conditioning system according to the first target temperature and the actual temperature of the equipment with the highest priority order until the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system meets the first target temperature corresponding to the equipment with the highest priority order;
when the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system meets a first target temperature corresponding to equipment with highest priority, sequentially determining second target temperatures or third target temperatures corresponding to other equipment according to the priority order;
and regulating the temperature of an air outlet of the air conditioning system according to the second target temperature and the actual temperatures of the other devices, or regulating the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system according to the third target temperature and the actual temperatures of the other devices until the temperature of the air outlet of the air conditioning system meets the second target temperature or the third target temperature corresponding to the other devices.
6. The method according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising, after controlling the device to adjust from an initial position to an air flow full coverage position of an air conditioning system outlet according to the temperature adjustment instruction:
determining the position relationship between the transverse fan blade and the longitudinal fan blade of the air outlet of the air conditioning system and the equipment;
determining the air outlet range of the air outlet of the air conditioning system according to the position relation;
and controlling the transverse fan blades and the longitudinal fan blades at the air outlet of the air conditioning system to swing in the air outlet range according to the air outlet range.
7. A temperature control device for a vehicle, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a temperature regulation instruction of equipment in the cab, which is contacted with a user;
