Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of positioning, and particularly relates to a positioning device and an assembling method of a front slave plate seat and a rear slave plate seat of a railway vehicle.
Background
The working principle of the front slave board seat and the rear slave board seat of the railway vehicle is shown in fig. 1, a traction connecting and hanging device is arranged on a middle beam 2 of the railway vehicle, a coupler 15 receives impact load from a marshalling train in the processes of starting, accelerating, braking and stopping the vehicle, the load is transmitted to a buffer 18 through a coupler yoke 16 and a coupler yoke 17, and the buffer 18 transmits the received load to a front slave board seat 3 and a rear slave board seat 4 through a slave board 19, so that the load is transmitted to the railway vehicle; the positioning of the front slave plate seat 3 and the rear slave plate seat 4 determines the position of the traction coupling device in the length direction of the railway vehicle, and is the key point for ensuring that the clearance between the hook head of the coupler 15 and the impact seat 20 meets the requirement that the coupler 15 and the impact seat 20 do not contact when the railway vehicle makes a limit turn in the running process of the railway vehicle.

the two ends of the support frame are respectively provided with two first positioning surfaces, the distance between the two first positioning surfaces is a first positioning distance, positioning blocks are protruded from the upper parts of the two first positioning surfaces, and the bottoms of the positioning blocks are provided with second positioning surfaces;
the rod body is connected to the support frame at one end, the positioning head is connected to the other end of the rod body, the distance between the second positioning surface and the contact surface of the positioning head is a second positioning distance, and the distance between the center line of the positioning head and one first positioning surface far away from the positioning head is a third positioning distance;
the first, second, and third positioning distances are equal to the first, second, and third theoretical distances, respectively.

As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the present invention provides a positioning device of a front slave board seat and a rear slave board seat of a railway vehicle, an upper center plate 1, a front slave board seat 3 and a rear slave board seat 4 of the railway vehicle are connected to a center sill 2 of the railway vehicle, a distance between sides of the front slave board seat 3 and the rear slave board seat 4 which are close to each other is a first theoretical distance, a distance between a lower surface of the front slave board seat 3 and the rear slave board seat 4 and a lower surface of the upper center plate 1 is a second theoretical distance, and a distance between a side of the rear slave board seat 4 which is close to the upper center plate 1 and a center of a center hole of the upper center plate 1 is a third theoretical distance, the positioning device comprising:
the support frame, two ends of the support frame are respectively provided with two first locating surfaces 5, the distance between the two first locating surfaces 5 is a first locating distance, the upper parts of the two first locating surfaces 5 are protruded with locating blocks 6, and the bottoms of the locating blocks 6 are provided with second locating surfaces 7;
the rod body 8, one end of the rod body 8 is connected to the support frame, the other end of the rod body 8 is connected with the positioning head 9, the distance between the second positioning surface 7 and the contact surface of the positioning head 9 is a second positioning distance, and the distance between the center line of the positioning head 9 and one first positioning surface 5 far away from the positioning head 9 is a third positioning distance;
the first, second and third positioning distances are equal to the first, second and third theoretical distances, respectively.
In particular, in order to solve the problems that the positioning accuracy is poor and the assembly requirements are not met in the process of assembling a front slave plate seat and a rear slave plate seat, a clearance exists between a slave plate and the slave plate seat after the traction coupling device is assembled, and the positioning of a coupler buffer device is inaccurate, so that the longitudinal impact load absorption and transmission in the processes of starting, accelerating, braking and stopping a railway vehicle are affected.
Preferably, the first positioning surface 5 is arranged perpendicular to the second positioning surface 7, and the rod body 8 is arranged perpendicular to the positioning head 9.
