A manufacturing process of a high-strength wiper arm head comprises the following steps: adopting steel coil stock, and then using a progressive die to punch on punching equipment to integrally form the steel coil stock; the process steps are as follows: blanking and forming the tail part of the head of the wiper arm, and continuously stretching and shaping the position of the taper hole; punching a taper hole at the tail part of the wiper arm head, forming the taper shape of the hole, and forming the whole contour of the wiper arm head by a reinforcing flanging at the tail part of the hole; bending and forming the appearance of the wiper arm head and flanging and forming the appearance; bending and forming a fixed clamping hook at the bottom of the wiper arm head, punching and shaping two holes of a drag hook rivet hole and a connecting hole at the head of the fixed clamping hook; shaping and rounding the angle of the fixed clamping hook; and finally, the high-strength finished product of the wiper arm head is manufactured by cutting and stripping the whole wiper arm head. The invention has the advantages of convenient manufacturing process, high production efficiency, light and thin whole wiper arm head finished product, good strength and small movement space, and the same shape is cheaper than a zinc alloy structure product, and the whole steel strength is better than the zinc alloy structure product.

The wiper arm assembly comprises a wiper arm head (also called a wiper joint) and an extension arm, the connecting structure of the wiper arm head is simple, and the wiper arm head is basically made of aluminum alloy and zinc alloy through die casting. The existing wiper arm head of the heavy truck is generally die-cast by zinc alloy, has molding height of more than 15mm in consideration of the problem of working strength, and is inconvenient to arrange when the space requirement of the hidden car body is high. The invention adopts DC04 type steel coil stock to manufacture the progressive die, the progressive die is integrally formed by stamping, no later machining treatment is needed, the integral molding height of the wiper arm head is controlled within 10mm (comprising a middle bending part), the molding is simple, the manufacturing process is convenient, the equivalent molding is cheaper than a zinc alloy structural product, and the integral strength of steel is better than that of the zinc alloy structural product. The invention can be applied to heavy commercial vehicles, the finished product of the wiper arm head is light and thin in whole, good in strength and small in movement space, and particularly, the invention is more suitable for vehicles with high requirements on the movement space of the vehicle body, and the progressive die stamping is integrated into a whole, so that the production efficiency is high.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the manufacturing process of the high-strength wiper arm head (also called a wiper joint) of the invention is as follows: firstly, steel coil stock is adopted, then a progressive die (3.6 m length) is used for stamping and integrally forming on stamping equipment (500 tons) through a plurality of procedures (34 procedures), and the procedures (eleven procedures) are as follows:
1. blanking and forming the tail part of the head of the wiper arm (1-3 procedures); 2. continuous stretching of the tail taper hole position of the head of the wiper arm (4-12 procedures); 3. shaping the tail taper hole position of the head of the wiper arm (13-16 procedures); 4. punching a tail taper hole 1a of the head of the wiper arm and forming the taper shape (17-19 steps); 5. the method comprises the steps of (1) forming the whole outline of the wiper arm head by a reinforced flanging at the tail part of the wiper arm head (20-22 steps); 6. bending and forming the shape of the wiper arm head (23-24 steps); 7. the outer shape of the wiper arm head is flanging and molded (25-28 procedures); 8. the fixed hooks 1b (three for fixing the wiper water outlet pipe) at the bottom (under the body) of the wiper arm head are bent and formed (29 steps); 9. punching and shaping two holes of a drag hook rivet hole 1c and a connecting hole (namely a bushing fixing hole) 1d of the head part of the wiper arm head (30-31 steps); 10. shaping and rounding the angle of the fixed hook 1b (three steps) and (32-33 steps); 11. and finally, the finished product of the high-strength wiper arm head (34 procedures) is obtained for integrally cutting and stripping the wiper arm head (semi-finished product). The model of the steel coil stock is DC04, and the thickness is 3-5mm. The overall molding height of the wiper arm head is controlled within 10mm (the seventh step is embodied).
As shown in fig. 1, a combination of a composite bushing and a pin is installed at one end (head part and left end part) of a high-strength wiper arm head 1 and at a joint with an extension arm through a connecting hole 1d, a drag hook rivet is installed at one end (head part) of the high-strength wiper arm head 1 and at a position close to the connecting hole through a drag hook rivet hole 1c, a taper hole 1a (used for connecting with a wiper output shaft) is arranged at the other end (tail part and right end part) of the high-strength wiper arm head 1, and a fixed clamping hook 1b (three parts) are arranged at the bottom (body part) of the high-strength wiper arm head 1 and used for installing a wiper outlet pipe, so that water outlet is hidden. The invention adopts DC04 type steel coil stock to manufacture progressive die stamping and integrally forms, does not need to carry out later machining treatment, controls the forming height of the wiper arm head within 10mm (comprising middle bending parts), has the same shape cheaper than zinc alloy structural products (about 5 yuan per piece), and has overall strength superior to zinc alloy structural products.
