Abstract

Background
With the increasing of the permeability of mobile phones and the rapid development of urban construction, the requirements of customers on network coverage rate are also continuously improved. Whether a new station is in the network or the wireless environment is changed, and the moving and the service withdrawal of the base station are caused, the coverage of the network is affected; the quality of network coverage has become a primary factor of network quality acceptance of operators in the mind of users, network weak coverage complaints are located at the first place of network quality complaints, and for operators, how to timely and accurately find out the weak coverage area in the network and quickly and effectively solve the weak coverage is one of the most critical difficult problems in influencing the quality experience of the client network.
However, the most serious place for weak coverage by operators is in the residential area, and the coverage solution of the residential area is: planning and optimizing personnel conduct planning construction of the coverage residential area through analysis of the user MR data and MDT data, such as the covering condition of the rasterized MR or MDT signals, or the field test condition of technicians. In this embodiment of the present application, when screening the target internet surfing record that meets the preset internet surfing feature condition, the preset internet surfing feature condition may be set to include some preset keywords and the corresponding suspected mobile phone number is immediately after the keywords. The internet surfing record which does not meet the conditions is filtered by utilizing the preset keywords and the rules of the combination number, so that the interference caused by irrelevant internet surfing records is effectively reduced, the accuracy of the acquired mobile phone user home internet surfing time period is further improved, and the acquisition accuracy of the real condition of the signal quality of the mobile phone of the user home is further improved.
In one embodiment, step S3 may include:
combining the MDT data and the position information of the broadband user account numbers to obtain a user home mobile phone signal condition table corresponding to each broadband user account number in the target area; each user home mobile phone signal condition table comprises signal intensity information and signal quality information of a plurality of service cells;
and summarizing all the signal condition tables of the home mobile phones of the users to obtain the signal network quality information of the home mobile phones of the users in the target area.
In the embodiment of the present application, it may be understood that a home address corresponding to one broadband account may have a plurality of service cells covered, so that a signal condition table of a user home mobile phone corresponding to each broadband user account corresponds to signal strength information and signal quality information of a plurality of service cells. In the embodiment of the application, for the same service cell in the signal condition table of the mobile phone of each user home, the average value of a plurality of measured signal values of different mobile phone users under the service cell is adopted as corresponding signal coverage information, so that the acquisition accuracy of the signal network quality information of the mobile phone of the user home is effectively improved.
Based on the above scheme, in order to facilitate better understanding of the method for acquiring quality information of the signal network of the mobile phone of the user home provided by the embodiment of the present application, the following is specifically described:
It should be noted that the prior art mentioned in the background art has the following problems:
1. the user complaints are used for finding out the house signals of the user or the quality is poor, the finding is delayed, the problem is passively solved, and the hidden danger of potential complaints exists.
2. The quality condition of the household signals of the user is found through traversal test, and the workload and the cost are high; the difficulty of the home test of the entering user is high (except the permission of the individual user), the entering user can only be replaced by the home gate or peripheral test data, and the face of each room can not be reached even if the entering user enters the home test; the test terminal may be different from the client terminal, and the test time is different from the network load condition, so that the real perception of the user cannot be reflected.
3. Separately tracking MR or MDT data of users, and cannot determine when the users are in the home of the users, if the users communicate and track one by one, the method is unrealistic; and the current scene of the user cannot be reproduced.
4. Requiring each user test report is impractical.
In order to solve the technical problems, the embodiment of the application provides a method for acquiring signal network quality information of a mobile phone of a user home, which integrates broadband network signaling service data, a wireless network MDT measurement report and wireless signaling data for analysis, analyzes the home gateway data acquired by an IHGU soft probe, the distance range of a cell where a broadband user corresponds to a mobile phone terminal MDT to the user home, integrates the internet surfing information of a user number subordinate to a broadband account IP address, and extracts the internet surfing time period information of the user number in the home. For a target area to be detected, taking each user broadband user account as a unit, the method mainly comprises the following steps:
(1) Extracting the most time period of the mobile phone terminal hung under the home gateway, acquiring the broadband user number and home position information from a broadband user database, screening the range of the home position of the residence community of the user number MDT from the home position, and determining the home surfing time period of the broadband user number;
(2) Analyzing broadband DPI service data, identifying the Internet surfing mobile phone number and time under the broadband account IP address through keywords, and converting the time period through a time sequence to obtain the home Internet surfing time period of the user number;
(3) And merging the acquired user number and the online time period, and correlating MDT measurement data of the mobile phone terminal in the period to obtain the signal quality portrait table of the mobile phone of the user house.
After obtaining the signal quality portrait table of the user home mobile phone corresponding to each broadband account user, the operator can conveniently master the real perception of the user home to the wireless network quality; the quick treatment of the user complaints is effectively supported, the on-site diagnosis and verification time of the technical personnel complaint treatment is saved, and the complaint treatment efficiency is improved; targeted planning, construction and optimization improvement are actively performed in advance, potential complaints are reduced, and customer satisfaction is improved; the construction of 5G can be guided, and the 5G split ratio is improved; the key point is to ensure the VIP user and avoid the loss of the VIP user; the operator can further master the real wireless propagation model through the longitude and latitude, the direction angle and the cell altitude of the service cell and the longitude and latitude and altitude information of the UE.
The flow of each step is described in detail below:
1. determining a home time period of a mobile phone user
Determining a home internet time period of a user mobile phone terminal, wherein the user mobile phone terminal (not necessarily the user) needs to be determined to be at home at the moment, and the internet service is also performed, and the method is realized by combining the following two aspects:
firstly, determining that a known broadband user account mobile phone terminal is at home in the time period by judging that the known broadband user account mobile phone terminal is connected with a home gateway to carry out internet surfing service with high probability and a base station cell which resides nearby a house;
secondly, searching a mobile phone terminal internet log of an IP address of a home broadband account from massive XDR data, which shows that a user mobile phone terminal in a home is in internet surfing service (comprising mobile phone terminals of home users, visitors and the like).
(1) Determining a home internet time period of a broadband user account mobile phone terminal
The intelligent home gateway soft probe periodically collects related data, including information such as reporting time, wifi access type hung under the gateway, number of mobile phone equipment hung under the gateway, extracts the time zone with the maximum number of mobile phone terminals hung under the home gateway all the day, and determines the time of the mobile phone terminal of the broadband user account with high probability that the mobile phone terminal is in internet service (suspected home internet time zone) through the broadband network.
Acquiring mobile phone terminal numbers and home position information (detailed addresses and longitudes and latitudes) of broadband users from a broadband user database, wherein the home position longitudes and latitudes information in the broadband user database is data recorded by an installation technician, has certain deviation, and does not influence the later judgment; further obtaining MDT data of the mobile phone number in a suspected home Internet surfing time period, screening corresponding resident base station cells, taking corresponding longitude and latitude information from a base station cell database, and calculating the distance between the base station cell and the home of a user.
Through screening, base station cells which are more than 300 meters (the threshold is adjustable) are filtered, only base station cells within the range of 300 meters of the home of the user are reserved, the time period corresponding to the reserved MDT data is re-carded, and the home internet surfing time period of the mobile phone user is determined.
The same operation may be repeated daily for a week according to the above procedure, leaving only resident cells for more than 3 days for a week, and re-carding the remaining MDT records.
(2) Determining a home internet time period of a broadband user account mobile phone terminal
And searching a mobile phone terminal internet surfing record of the IP address of the home broadband account from the massive XDR data, extracting the mobile phone terminal number and the internet surfing time period, and determining that the home of the broadband user has a person to perform broadband internet surfing service.
The broadband internet access is generally performed through the wifi network in the home, and the visitor can also use the wifi network in the home, but to enter the home wifi network, two conditions are required, one is that the mobile phone terminal is in the wifi network signal coverage range, and the other is that the account number password accessing the wifi network is needed to be known, so that the internet access record of the mobile phone terminal and the internet access time period are found out in the internet access data of the home broadband network, and the internet access terminal in the home in the corresponding time period can be determined. Specifically:
step 1) acquiring home broadband user internet surfing data in a port beam splitting mode, analyzing the data packet through DPI (deep packet inspection technology) to generate XDR data record.
Step 2) acquiring an internet record of the user terminal through a wifi network;
step 3) aiming at URL and UserAgent fields in the Internet surfing record, according to the regular matching rule of the characteristic value of the mobile phone number, rule 1: judging the mobile phone number section of the carding operator, or determining rule 2: the characteristic value of the mobile phone number is a continuous 11-bit number at the beginning of 1, and the rest of the internet surfing records of the mobile phone terminal are filtered out, so that although the mobile phone number is not displayed in the internet surfing records, the internet surfing records of the mobile phone terminal can be also recorded, and only the internet surfing records with the suspected mobile phone number can be reserved because the mobile phone number cannot be judged; for example as shown in the following table:
Step 4) sorting out the internet log with the user account key words from the internet log with the suspected mobile phone number, and the internet log with the suspected mobile phone number consistent with the broadband user account, wherein the user account key words include the following key features, but are not limited to the following features, as shown in the following table:
step 5) extracting the mobile phone number behind the user account key from the internet surfing record containing the user account key and the mobile phone number characteristic value, and filtering the internet surfing record without the mobile phone number key and the mobile phone number; the resulting internet log is shown in the following table:
step 6), classifying the Internet surfing records according to the mobile phone numbers, sorting according to the time stamps, and connecting the time slots as time slots when the interval between every two time stamps is smaller than a threshold value (such as one minute), so as to finally obtain the family broadband account number, the Internet surfing mobile phone terminal number and the Internet surfing time slot information;
step 7) because the internet record with the mobile phone number is only a part of websites, the broadband internet service data can be acquired every day in consideration of the fact that the resident home position is fixed in a certain period, and according to the steps, the mobile phone terminal number and the internet time period of the home account subordinate to the mobile phone are acquired, and each terminal comprises a plurality of internet time periods, as shown in the following table:
(3) Integration of user mobile phone terminal home internet time period
Because the wireless cells occupied by different houses of the user house may be different, and the wireless cells occupied by different times may be different, the user terminal internet surfing time periods of the broadband user house obtained by the two methods are fused.
2. Obtaining MDT data of broadband user terminal number
Step 1) starting an MDT measurement report, and compared with a common Measurement Report (MR), the MDT (minimization of drive tests) technology MDT (Minimization of Drive-tests) can collect accurate position (longitude and latitude) information corresponding to a measurement result, can also support idle state terminal measurement data collection, support relevant measurement data collection during an abnormal event such as RLF and the like, and support measurement report of more measurement items. The method comprises the steps that a measurement report IMmedia MDT/connection MDT of the UE in a connection state is included, and a measurement report Logged MDT/idle MDT of the UE in an idle state is included;
step 2) MDT data parsing, generating a data set including a time stamp, MME UE S1AP ID, serving cell PCI, serving cell frequency point, serving cell RSRP (reference signal received power), serving cell RSRQ (reference signal received quality), UE longitude, UE latitude, UE height, etc.; the following table shows:
Here, the "serving cell information" in the idle state is the camping cell information, and the timestamp in the idle state uses the value of the parameter "measurement absolute time".
Step 3), the MME combines the wireless signaling data and the time window (home Internet time period) according to the allocated MME UE S1AP ID, can correlate to obtain the mobile phone number of the user, and completes the backfilling of the mobile phone number to obtain the MDT data with the mobile phone number.
Based on the step of obtaining the user home internet time period, the whole step flow of obtaining the true perception of the signal quality of the home mobile phone mainly comprises the following steps:
(1) Acquiring broadband user account information, and a broadband user database comprising broadband user account (mobile phone number), detailed location information (address, residential area name, building unit and room number);
(2) Extracting the number of a broadband user terminal and the Internet surfing time period by taking the broadband user as a unit;
(3) Screening MDT data records with mobile phone numbers by using the mobile phone numbers and the time period, namely, the mobile phone numbers are the same, and the time stamp of the MDT data records is in the log-on time period of a broadband user (corresponding to the mobile phone number), because when the mobile phone terminal performs broadband service through a home wifi network, the user terminal is in an idle state for a wireless large network;
(4) The MDT records are further classified by using a broadband account number and a service cell, the signal strength (RSRP) and the signal quality (RSRQ) of the same service cell are averaged by taking the service cell as a unit, one record of the broadband account number and the service cell is reserved, and one broadband account number can be covered by a plurality of cells;
(5) Finally, the longitude and latitude information in the database of the home broadband user is temporarily used for replacing (accurate to building) if the longitude and latitude information reported by the UE does not exist;
(6) The wireless cell signal portrait table for organizing resident houses comprises a broadband account number, a broadband account number detailed address, address longitude and latitude information, a wireless service cell number, wireless service cell signal strength and wireless service cell signal quality. The following table shows:
for address longitude and latitude information, firstly, manually-input longitude and latitude information in a broadband user database is acquired, some deviation is possible, only building can be achieved accurately, then the information is replaced by longitude and latitude information measured by a user terminal at home, if a plurality of longitude and latitude information exists, such as the vicinity of a southern room window or the vicinity of a northern room window, the longitude and latitude information can be averaged, and the longitude and latitude information can be achieved accurately to the home.
For the solution of the embodiment of the present application, the software implementation may include:
firstly, based on signaling business big data analysis of a home broadband user, internet surfing data with terminal mobile phone numbers in part of websites are fully mined, and mobile phone terminal numbers and internet surfing time periods are extracted through software programming according to mobile phone number characteristics.
And secondly, through analysis of wireless signaling data and MDT measurement report big data and combination of user identification (MME UE S1AP ID) and a time window distributed by a core network, the association of the user identification and the user mobile phone number is realized through software programming, and the MDT data record with the mobile phone number is obtained.
Finally, the method is realized through software programming, the time period of broadband service of the mobile phone terminal number under the home broadband account through a wifi network is extracted, then MDT records with the mobile phone terminal number are associated, and finally the detailed wireless service cell information, the wireless service cell signal intensity and the wireless service cell signal quality of the user home are obtained.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the application has the following beneficial effects:
1. the acquisition of the quality condition of the user home internet surfing signal can be realized without the participation of the user and the analysis and mining of the pure big data;
2. The real situation of the mobile phone signal quality of the user home is truly reflected, and the mobile phone signal quality is data reported by the user's own terminal, so that larger errors (due to different testing positions, different testing time and different testing terminals) caused by testing and evaluation of operators are avoided;
3. after the network is adjusted and changed, the condition of the wireless service cell and/or signal quality of the user home can be changed truly;
4. the wireless cell signal portrait of resident house is convenient for operators to process user complaints, shortens the on-site test and verification time, and greatly improves the complaint processing efficiency;

7. the operator can further master the real wireless propagation model through the longitude and latitude, the direction angle and the cell altitude of the service cell and the longitude and latitude and altitude information of the UE.

acquiring mobile phone user internet surfing information under a broadband user account according to broadband DPI service data, converting a time sequence in the mobile phone user internet surfing information into a time period, and acquiring home internet surfing time periods of a plurality of associated mobile phone users under the broadband user account;
and fusing the home internet time periods of the first mobile phone users and the home internet time periods of the plurality of associated mobile phone users to obtain the home internet time period information of each mobile phone user.

The method for obtaining quality information of a signal network of a mobile phone in a home of a user according to claim 2, wherein, for each broadband user account, a time period with a mobile phone terminal hung under a home gateway most according to the home gateway data is determined to be a suspected home internet time period of the first mobile phone user corresponding to the broadband user account, a home address and location information of the first mobile phone user are obtained according to a broadband network database, user residence base station cell information of the first mobile phone user is obtained according to the wireless network MDT measurement report, the suspected home internet time period is screened according to the home address and user residence base station cell information of the first mobile phone user, and the home internet time period of the first mobile phone user is determined, including:
for each broadband user account, determining the time period with the largest number of home gateway down-hanging internet surfing mobile phone users of the broadband user account as the suspected home internet surfing time period of the first mobile phone user according to the home gateway data;
acquiring a resident base station cell of the first mobile phone user in the suspected home networking time period according to the MDT record of the first mobile phone user in the suspected home networking time period;
Acquiring home address and position information of the first mobile phone user according to a broadband network database, calculating the distance between each resident base station cell and the home address of the first mobile phone user, and deleting MDT records corresponding to resident base station cells outside the preset range of the home address of the first mobile phone user based on a preset distance threshold;
repeating the above process in a preset continuous period, deleting MDT records corresponding to resident base station cells with the repeated occurrence times smaller than a preset threshold value, and determining and obtaining the home internet time period of the first mobile phone user based on the access time period corresponding to the reserved MDT records.

The method for obtaining quality information of a signal network of a mobile phone in a home of a user according to claim 2, wherein obtaining the internet surfing information of the mobile phone user under the broadband user account according to the broadband DPI service data, converting a time sequence in the internet surfing information of the mobile phone user into a time period, and obtaining the home internet surfing time periods of a plurality of associated mobile phone users under the broadband user account includes:
acquiring a mobile phone terminal internet surfing record with a suspected mobile phone number under the broadband user account according to broadband DPI service data, and screening a target internet surfing record which accords with a preset internet surfing characteristic condition from the mobile phone terminal internet surfing record;
Classifying the target internet surfing records according to the classification basis of the mobile phone numbers, sequencing the target internet surfing records according to the time stamps, connecting the target internet surfing records with the time stamps smaller than a preset time threshold value between every two target internet surfing records as a section, and generating an associated mobile phone user internet surfing record information table for obtaining the broadband user account;
and acquiring the home internet time periods of a plurality of associated mobile phone users of the broadband user account according to the internet record information table of the associated mobile phone users.

The method for obtaining quality information of a signal network of a mobile phone in a home of a user according to claim 4, wherein obtaining a network surfing record of a mobile phone terminal with a suspected mobile phone number under the broadband user account according to broadband DPI service data, and screening out a target network surfing record meeting a preset network surfing characteristic condition from the network surfing records of the mobile phone terminal comprises:
acquiring a mobile phone terminal internet log with a suspected mobile phone number under the broadband user account according to broadband DPI service data;
screening out target internet surfing records which accord with preset internet surfing characteristic conditions from the internet surfing records of the mobile phone terminal; when the mobile phone terminal internet surfing record is judged to contain a preset keyword and the preset keyword is connected with a suspected mobile phone number, the mobile phone terminal internet surfing record is judged to be a target internet surfing record which accords with a preset internet surfing characteristic condition.
6. The method for obtaining signal network quality information of a user's home handset according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining signal network quality information of the user's home handset in the target area by combining the MDT data and the location information of the broadband user account includes:
combining the MDT data and the position information of the broadband user account numbers to obtain a user home mobile phone signal condition table corresponding to each broadband user account number in the target area; each user home mobile phone signal condition table comprises signal intensity information and signal quality information of a plurality of service cells;
and summarizing all the signal condition tables of the home mobile phones of the users to obtain the signal network quality information of the home mobile phones of the users in the target area.
7. The method for obtaining quality information of signal network of mobile phone of home of user according to claim 6, further comprising:
for the same service cell in the signal condition table of the home mobile phone of each user, obtaining a plurality of signal strength measurement values and a plurality of signal quality measurement values of different mobile phone users under the service cell according to the MDT data;
Respectively carrying out average calculation on the plurality of signal strength measurement values and the plurality of signal quality measurement values to obtain a first average value and a second average value;
and taking the first average value as the signal intensity information of the serving cell and the second average value as the signal quality information of the serving cell.
8. The device for acquiring the signal network quality information of the home mobile phone of the user is characterized by comprising the following components:
the home period acquisition module is used for acquiring home gateway data under each broadband user account and cell information of a user resident base station based on broadband network signaling service data and wireless network MDT measurement reports in a target area, extracting mobile phone user internet surfing information under each broadband user account, and calculating to obtain home internet surfing time period information of each mobile phone user;
the MDT data association module is used for associating and acquiring MDT data of each mobile phone user in a corresponding home internet time period;
and the signal quality acquisition module is used for acquiring the signal network quality information of the user home mobile phone in the target area by combining the MDT data and the position information of the broadband user account.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor and a memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method for obtaining quality information of a signal network of a user's home handset according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program when executed by a processor carries out the steps of the method for obtaining signal network quality information of a user's home handset according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
