According to the intelligent security monitoring method provided by the invention, by means of the application of the monitoring extension seat, the network camera can translate forwards for a certain distance, and shielding caused by furniture when the lens of the network camera deflects downwards towards two sides is avoided, so that the area of the lower sides of the furniture can be monitored, and the monitoring range of the network camera is indirectly improved.
