The operation and maintenance management platform in this embodiment performs a processing operation on the first data, where the processing method may be the data transmission method in the first embodiment or the data transmission method in the second embodiment, and the user may select the processing method according to an actual requirement.
According to the data acquisition method for the operation and maintenance system, the gateway platform receives the data calling instruction, the designated gateway is determined according to the gateway IP in the data calling instruction, the calling instruction is sent to the designated gateway after the designated gateway is determined, and the gateway platform only needs to send the data acquisition instruction to the designated gateway according to the instruction so that the corresponding designated gateway can acquire data, the data acquisition efficiency is improved, and the data acquisition steps are simplified.
And meanwhile, the designated gateway collects designated first data through a data center correspondingly bound by the designated gateway in a first communication mode after receiving the calling command, and sends the collected first data to the operation and maintenance management platform through the network management platform after the collection is completed. Because the gateway and the data center are in one-to-one binding relation, the corresponding data center and the corresponding data can be determined by determining the gateway, and when the designated gateway receives a data acquisition command, the designated gateway only needs to acquire the data to the binding data center, so that the operation is simple and the acquisition efficiency is directly improved.
The gateway platform in the embodiment periodically collects and sorts the data of each gateway at regular time, classifies and statistically uploads the collected data to the operation and maintenance management platform, and the data is saved by the database of the operation and maintenance management platform, so that data support is provided for the service system in each data.

Accordingly, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of an operation and maintenance management system provided by the present invention, where the operation and maintenance management system includes an operation and maintenance management platform 401 and a gateway platform 402;
wherein, the operation and maintenance management platform 401 is connected with the gateway platform 402 through a TCP protocol;
the operation and maintenance management platform 401 may execute any one of the above data transmission methods for an operation and maintenance management system, including the data transmission method for an operation and maintenance management system described in the first embodiment and the data transmission method for an operation and maintenance management system described in the second embodiment;
the operation and maintenance management platform 401 further includes an instruction receiving module 401A and a central service module 401B, where the instruction receiving module 401A is configured to receive and parse a data viewing instruction, receive and display the first data, and call a preset alarm rule to determine whether alarm information needs to be sent according to the first data, and if it is determined that the alarm information needs to be sent, send the alarm information to a specified first terminal according to the first data; the central service module 401B is configured to obtain a data call instruction and determine a corresponding first gateway, and send the data call instruction to the first gateway specified by the gateway platform after determining, so that the first gateway calls and feeds back the specified first data according to the data call instruction.
The gateway platform 402 may perform a data collection method for an operation and maintenance management system as described in any of the above.
The gateway platform 402 further includes a data acquisition module 402A and a data transmission module 402B, where the data acquisition module 402A is configured to receive and parse a data retrieval instruction from the operation and maintenance management platform, and acquire and retrieve first data from a corresponding data center according to a preset first communication mode; the data sending module 402B is configured to send the collected first data to the operation and maintenance management platform, so that the operation and maintenance management platform processes and displays the first data.
In summary, the present invention provides a data transmission method and an acquisition method for an operation and maintenance management system, which are applied to an operation and maintenance management platform of the operation and maintenance management system, by analyzing a received data viewing instruction, a corresponding data calling instruction is generated and a first gateway is determined, then the data calling instruction is sent to a first gateway designated by a gateway platform, so that the first gateway calls first data according to the data calling instruction and feeds back the first data to the operation and maintenance management platform, after the operation and maintenance management platform receives and displays the first data, the operation and maintenance management platform determines whether to send alarm information according to a preset alarm rule, and if yes, the corresponding alarm information is sent to a designated first terminal according to the first data. According to the invention, the data storage and the data retrieval are operated in the data center and the operation and maintenance system, so that the problem of reduced operation rate caused by excessive data storage of the operation and maintenance system is avoided; the data is subjected to repeated judgment processing through the alarm rule to determine the specific position of the fault, so that the fault removing efficiency of the operation and maintenance system is improved, and the working pressure of operation and maintenance personnel is reduced.

the operation and maintenance management platform receives a data viewing instruction, generates a data calling instruction according to the data viewing instruction, determines a corresponding first gateway, and then sends the data calling instruction to the first gateway appointed by the gateway platform, so that the first gateway can call and feed back appointed first data according to the data calling instruction;
the operation and maintenance management platform receives and displays the first data, judges whether alarm information needs to be sent according to preset alarm rules and the first data, and sends the alarm information to a designated first terminal according to the first data if the alarm information needs to be sent.

The method for data transmission for an operation and maintenance management system according to claim 1, wherein the operation and maintenance management platform receives a data viewing instruction, generates a data retrieving instruction according to the data viewing instruction, and determines a corresponding first gateway, specifically:
receiving and analyzing a data viewing instruction from a user, obtaining a first data type of first data to be viewed by the user, and determining a corresponding first gateway according to the first data type;
and combining the first gateway with a call instruction for the first data to generate the data call instruction.
3. The method for data transmission for an operation and maintenance management system according to claim 1, wherein the operation and maintenance management platform receives and displays the first data, specifically:
the operation and maintenance management platform receives the first data, invokes a preset relationship identification technology to identify the relationship of the first data, and determines the data with the association relationship in the first data;
and correlating the data with the incidence relation according to the determined incidence relation, and generating a CMDB view according to the correlated first data through a visualization technology and displaying the CMDB view in a centralized manner.
4. The method for transmitting data to an operation and maintenance management system according to claim 1, wherein the sending the alarm information to the designated first terminal according to the first data specifically comprises:
and determining the first terminal corresponding to the appointed processing according to the associated first data, determining the corresponding alarm information according to the first terminal, and transmitting the alarm information to the corresponding first terminal according to a preset first transmission mode.
5. The data acquisition method for the operation and maintenance management system is characterized by being applied to a gateway platform of the operation and maintenance management system; the gateway platform comprises a plurality of gateways including a first gateway;
the data acquisition method comprises the following steps:
a first gateway of the gateway platform receives and analyzes a data calling instruction from the operation and maintenance management platform, and first data are collected and called from a corresponding data center according to a preset first communication mode; the operation and maintenance management platform is used for receiving data access instructions from the data access platform, wherein the data access instructions are generated by the operation and maintenance management platform according to the received data access instructions;
the gateway platform sends the first data acquired by the first gateway to the operation and maintenance management platform so that the operation and maintenance management platform displays the first data, judges whether alarm information needs to be sent according to preset alarm rules and the first data, and sends the alarm information to a designated first terminal according to the first data if the alarm information needs to be sent.
6. The method for data collection of an operation and maintenance management system according to claim 5, wherein the preset first communication mode is one of the following communication protocols:
agent interaction protocol, simple network management protocol, JMX protocol or IPMI protocol.
7. The method for data collection of an operation and maintenance management system according to claim 5, wherein the data type of the first data is one of the following data:
server data, middleware data, database data, network device data, virtual resource data, or application data.
8. The operation and maintenance management system is characterized by comprising an operation and maintenance management platform and a gateway platform;
the operation and maintenance management platform is connected with the gateway platform through a TCP protocol;
the operation and maintenance management platform can execute a data transmission method for an operation and maintenance management system according to any one of claims 1-4;
the gateway platform may perform a data collection method for an operation and maintenance management system according to any one of claims 5-7.
9. The operation and maintenance management system according to claim 8, wherein the operation and maintenance management platform comprises an instruction receiving module and a central service module;
the instruction receiving module is used for receiving and analyzing a data viewing instruction, receiving and displaying the first data, calling a preset alarm rule to judge whether alarm information needs to be sent according to the first data, and sending the alarm information to a designated first terminal according to the first data if the alarm information needs to be sent;
the central service module is used for obtaining a data calling instruction and determining a corresponding first gateway, and sending the data calling instruction to the first gateway appointed by the gateway platform after the data calling instruction is determined, so that the first gateway can call and feed back appointed first data according to the data calling instruction.
10. The operation and maintenance management system according to claim 8, wherein the gateway platform comprises a data acquisition module and a data transmission module;
the data acquisition module is used for receiving and analyzing a data calling instruction from the operation and maintenance management platform, and acquiring and calling first data from a corresponding data center according to a preset first communication mode;
the data sending module is used for sending the collected first data to the operation and maintenance management platform so that the operation and maintenance management platform processes and displays the first data.
