In operation, the flow regulating personnel can dispatch the flow regulating task under the interface to the lower department through the management and control module 103 at different interfaces, and attach processing requirements. For streaming tasks that have been dispatched, no dispatch is performed.
The management and control terminal 12 is a device such as a mobile phone terminal which logs in the management module 10 by using the most downstream management and control account number, and is used by each street department which directly manages and controls personnel, and the management and control terminal 12 is connected with the management module 10 for information interaction. The duplicate checking unit 1011 mainly searches the identification card number of the person to be subjected to stream adjustment, searches the rest personal data, and analyzes the similarity. After the streaming personnel clicks to confirm the input, if the recorded streaming tasks with high similarity and the same multiple data exist, the check and repeat unit 1011 pops up a guide frame and attaches similarity analysis to allow the personnel to click to check whether the recorded streaming tasks are the same as the currently input streaming tasks or not, so that the phenomenon of repeatedly establishing the streaming tasks is avoided.
When a new flow regulation task is established, a person with a disease control center cannot confirm personal data of a person to be subjected to flow regulation at the first time, so that the flow regulation task is repeatedly established, and therefore, in the subsequent work of inputting information, whether the same flow regulation task exists or not needs to be continuously checked. In one embodiment, the information module 101 includes a retrieving unit 1012, configured to retrieve a certain general data in the recorded streaming task, and display the recorded streaming task with the certain general data; the streaming dispatch module 102 sends the presented streaming task related to the same general data to the streaming terminal 11.
The general data comprises information such as an incoming call unit, a place, a related case, a discovery path, a current place and the like of a person to be subjected to flow regulation, the general data is required to be filled in when a flow regulation task is newly established, and the general data can be supplemented in the subsequent information input process; the general data and the personal data are filled in different columns of the streaming task, are different from the personal data for reflecting unique personal information, are used for reflecting potential propagation behaviors of the person to be streamed, and can clearly know the action track of the person to be streamed by knowing the general data. In practical application, an operator can search keywords in the search field of the search unit 1012, and the search unit 1012 searches the general data of the already recorded streaming tasks to see whether the keyword content exists, finally lists the streaming tasks meeting the conditions in a list form, and arranges the streaming tasks which are recently established above the list in time sequence. If a train name is input by a dispatching personnel to search, the searching unit 1012 can find related keywords from the propagation path and list the corresponding dispatching tasks, the dispatching personnel can know that the personnel pointed by the dispatching tasks are logged in the train, and then compare the date information, and know the crowd logging in the train together in a certain period. In addition, the dispatching personnel can also search a certain region, and the searching unit 1012 is limited to search from the current location, so that the dispatching personnel can know how many dispatching personnel to be dispatched exist in a certain region, and uniformly dispatch the dispatching tasks to the account numbers and the terminals of local street personnel through the dispatching order module 102, thereby being convenient for the dispatching personnel to dispatch the dispatching personnel, and improving the working efficiency without dispatching the dispatching tasks singly.
In an embodiment, the information module 101 further includes a tracing unit 1013, where the tracing unit 1013 generates a venue record according to the general data of the streaming task, for recording each activity venue in a time-ordered form.
After the streaming is carried out, the recorded streaming information also comprises related places (activity places) related by the streaming personnel, namely travel tracks of the streaming personnel, when filling, a place and time are input in the corresponding selection box, a new selection box is added, and the next place and time are filled. The activity location information belongs to general data and is not filled into the management and control measure calculation column.
The information module 101 also has an activity place interface, after filling out the tone information, only the tone tasks corresponding to the positive personnel and the close personnel can be detected by the tracing unit 1013, the tracing unit 1013 retrieves and obtains the activity place information thereof, and displays all the involved regions in the activity place interface in a list form according to the form of one activity place list. The more closely spaced the time and the more closely spaced the forms are at the top of the list for ease of viewing by the disease control personnel. In an embodiment, the information module 101 further includes a progress unit 1014, where the progress unit 1014 is configured to set a reply period of the streaming task and alert the streaming task approaching the period and not being replied.
Each of the streaming tasks is established, and the progress unit 1014 marks a reply deadline for the streaming task, for example, the streaming personnel needs to reply and confirm the streaming task within three days. After filling out the tone information and dispatching the tone task to the street personnel, the progress unit 1014 also sets a period for the tone task, and the shorter the period for managing the personnel at greater risk of infection, the earlier the street personnel is required to find the personnel to isolate. When the processing period of the streaming task is about to expire and is not replied, the progress unit 1014 will send an alert message to the streaming terminal 11 or the management terminal 12 of the corresponding responsible unit, reminding the corresponding unit to process the streaming task as soon as possible.
In practical applications, a larger number of streaming tasks may need to be processed each day, and in order to further understand and balance the situation and processing capacity of each place, the progress unit 1014 counts the number of streaming tasks with processing efficiency and approaching deadlines of each place, so as to estimate the upper limit of the number of processing each day of each place and determine whether the area is a high-rise area. For example, if a certain average number of hundreds of people are managed every day, but hundreds of warning streaming tasks still exist every day, the area is judged to be a high-altitude area. In this case, the progress unit 1014 identifies the region to the processing load region column, facilitating the health control personnel to observe the processing conditions at each site. Further, the progress unit 1014 treats areas of the streaming task where no or a small number of alerts are present as areas of excess personnel. When the disease control center distributes the flow regulating tasks exceeding the daily processing quantity to a certain high-rise area in one day, the progress unit 1014 sends prompt information to the account number of the disease control personnel, the processing capacity of the area is warned to be exceeded, and the prompt information is attached with a spare area of personnel to recommend the personnel to be pulled from the area to support so as to balance the processing capacity of each place.
A method for the management of the information of the streaming in sudden public health events, a management module 10 of the information of the streaming in sudden public health events management system, comprising the steps of:
A. recording the collaborative information, and establishing a streaming task according to the collaborative information, wherein the streaming task comprises at least one item of information of an incoming unit, a affiliated place, a related case and a discovery path;
B. dispatching the streaming task to the streaming terminal 11 so that the streaming terminal 11 obtains streaming information of related people and inputs the streaming information to the streaming task; dividing types of streaming regulation tasks according to streaming regulation information, wherein the streaming regulation information comprises personnel type information;
C. dispatching the streaming task recording the streaming information to the control terminal 12 so that the control terminal 12 obtains the isolation information of the related crowd and inputs the isolation information to the streaming task; the isolation information includes at least one of an isolation location, an isolation time, and a time of the nucleic acid being made.
When a positive individual appears, investigation and management are required to be carried out on contact persons of the positive individual and other related persons at risk of infection, the health department sends out investigation assisting information to the management module 10 of the invention so as to quickly suppress the spread of the illness state, and meanwhile, the management module 10 of the invention receives investigation requirements initiated by mass telephones. That is, the collaboration information includes external platform information, collaboration letters and backup phones, the information module 101 creates a streaming task table according to relevant data of the collaboration information, records detailed information of the person to be streamed, including "call letters", "affiliated places", "associated cases" and "discovery paths", displays the established streaming task in the form of a list in the interface, and dispatches the established streaming task to the next department through the streaming dispatch list module 102 to perform the streaming task. The management and control terminal 12 is a mobile phone terminal and other devices logged in the management module 10 by the most downstream management and control account, street personnel receive the flow regulation task through the management and control terminal 12, different management and control measures are implemented for the flow regulation personnel according to the type of the flow regulation task, the more strict the management and control measures are for the personnel with higher infection risk, and finally the content of the management and control measures is fed back to the flow regulation task.
In one embodiment, step C further comprises the steps of:

The stream regulation information column also has a management and control measure calculation column, and after the stream regulation personnel completes stream regulation on a certain person to be stream regulated, stream regulation information is filled in the stream regulation task of the person to be stream regulated. the information module (101) is used for inputting the collaborative information, creating a streaming task according to the collaborative information, wherein the streaming task comprises at least one item of information of an incoming unit, a affiliated place, a related case and a discovery path;
a streaming dispatch list module (102) dispatches the streaming task to the streaming terminal (11) so that the streaming terminal (11) obtains streaming information of related people and inputs the streaming information to the streaming task; the streaming dispatch list module (102) divides the streaming task into types according to the streaming information; the streaming information comprises personnel type information;
the control module (103) dispatches the streaming task recording the streaming information to the control terminal (12) so that the control terminal (12) obtains the isolation information of the related crowd and inputs the isolation information to the streaming task; the isolation information includes at least one of an isolation location, an isolation time, and a time of the nucleic acid being made.
2. The system for the centralized management of sudden public health events according to claim 1, wherein the management module (10) further comprises a management detail module (104), the management detail module (104) generates a management report for a manager to refer to according to the centralized information, and the centralized information further comprises at least one of management condition, last contact date and management time.

The system for the streaming information management of sudden public health events according to claim 1, wherein the information module (101) comprises a duplication checking unit (1011), the duplication checking unit (1011) checks the personal data in the recorded streaming task, and pops up warning information and a guide frame according to the duplication checking result.

The system for the streaming information management of sudden public health events according to claim 1, characterized in that the information module (101) comprises a retrieving unit (1012) for retrieving a certain general data of the recorded streaming tasks and showing the recorded streaming tasks with a certain general data; the streaming dispatch module (102) sends the presented streaming task related to the same general data to the streaming terminal (11).

The system for the flow-regulated informatization management of sudden public health events according to claim 1, wherein said information module (101) comprises a tracing unit (1013), said tracing unit (1013) generating a place record according to the general data of the flow-regulated tasks for recording each activity place in a time-ordered form.

The system for the management of the streaming information of sudden public health events according to claim 1, characterized in that said information module (101) comprises a progress unit (1014), said progress unit (1014) being adapted to set a reply deadline for said streaming task and alert said streaming task approaching deadline and not being replied.
7. A method for the informationized management of the streaming in sudden public health events, a management module (10) of a system for the informationized management of the streaming in sudden public health events, characterized in that it comprises the steps of:

B. dispatching the streaming task to a streaming terminal (11) so that the streaming terminal (11) obtains streaming information of related people and inputs the streaming information to the streaming task; dividing the streaming task into types according to the streaming information, wherein the streaming information comprises personnel type information;
C. dispatching the streaming task recording the streaming information to a control terminal (12) so that the control terminal (12) obtains isolation information of the related crowd and inputs the isolation information to the streaming task; the isolation information includes at least one of an isolation location, an isolation time, and a time of the nucleic acid being made.
8. The method for the management of the flow control information of the sudden public health event according to claim 7, wherein the step C further comprises the steps of:
and generating a management report for reference of the manager according to the flow regulation information.
9. The method for the streaming information management of sudden public health events according to claim 7, further comprising the steps of:
