and controlling the operation of the air pump assembly 4 according to the acquired real-time operation frequency and the interval value, and increasing the air pressure in the air cavity 3 or reducing the air pressure in the air cavity 3 so that the pressure of the air in the air cavity 3 reaches the target pressure corresponding to the real-time operation frequency.
It should be noted that, once the positions of the first pipe and the second pipe are determined, the foregoing distance value will be determined, and changing the pressure of the gas in the air chamber 3 only will theoretically enable the first connecting member 12 and the second connecting member 22 to have a tendency of relative movement, and since the positions of the first pipe and the second pipe are fixed, the magnitude of the pressure value will be directly converted into the overall rigidity of the pipe fixing device, thereby realizing rigidity adjustment of the fixing device.
The distance value between the first pipe and the second pipe can be input after manual measurement or can be automatically detected by a distance detection component, and the acquisition mode is not limited; the real-time running frequency of the compressor can be obtained by reading the related parameters in the air conditioner control module, or the corresponding rotation speed sensor can be used for detection, and the obtaining mode is not limited by the invention.
In some embodiments, the target pressure is obtained as follows: fixedly connecting a first pipe with a second pipe with a first interval by adopting an air conditioner external machine pipeline fixing device; operating the compressor to perform vibration test on the external machine; obtaining corresponding pipeline vibration response values of different compressor operating frequencies at a first interval; and (3) adjusting the gas pressure in the air cavity 3 by taking the minimum pipeline vibration peak value as a target, and recording the gas pressure corresponding to the minimum pipeline vibration peak value as the target pressure. The target pressure finally obtained by the method can enable the vibration peak value of the pipeline to be minimum when the gas in the gas cavity 3 is at the target pressure at the corresponding first interval, so that the vibration reduction effect is at the optimal level. It can be understood that the foregoing first interval is only a generalized description of the manner of obtaining the target pressure of the present invention, and in actual operation, the foregoing first interval may set a plurality of different interval values according to needs, and obtain corresponding target pressures for the different interval values respectively, and record and store the corresponding target pressures in the corresponding control components for subsequent control to perform corresponding control after corresponding query determination.
Referring to fig. 7, first, the external air conditioner pipe fixing device of the present invention is installed on two pipes to be damped, vibration test is performed on the external air conditioner, pipe vibration response values under different compressor operation frequencies are tested, pressure in the pipe fixing device is adjusted with minimum pipe vibration response peak as an optimization target, and a pressure data set in the pipe fixing device is obtained when the minimum pipe vibration peak is reached under different compressor operation frequencies. Then, when the air conditioner is used in normal operation, when the compressors are operated to different frequencies, the controller (namely the air pump control part 5) can automatically control the air pump (namely the air pump component 4) to pump out or pump in air to reach the pressure value (namely the target pressure) of the data set for the frequency, so that the better vibration reduction and noise reduction effects of the pipeline under different compressor operation frequencies are achieved.

Claims (11)

1. An air conditioner outdoor unit pipeline fixing device, comprising:
a first anchor ear assembly (1) having a first anchor ear for encircling a fixed first pipe and a first connector (12) for fixing the first anchor ear;
a second hoop assembly (2) having a second hoop for encircling a fixed second pipe and a second connector (22) for securing the second hoop;
the first connecting piece (12) and the second connecting piece (22) are connected in a sliding mode, and can be driven to move close to or away from each other along a straight line according to the real-time operating frequency of the compressor.
2. The outdoor unit pipe fixing apparatus of claim 1, wherein,
the air conditioner external pipe fixing device comprises a first connecting piece (12) and a second connecting piece (22), wherein one of the first connecting piece (12) and the second connecting piece (22) is a hollow rod, the other of the first connecting piece (12) and the second connecting piece (22) is inserted into a hollow cylinder of the hollow rod to form an air cavity (3) between the first connecting piece (12) and the second connecting piece (22), the air conditioner external pipe fixing device further comprises an air pump assembly (4), the air pump assembly (4) is operated to increase the air pressure in the air cavity (3) to drive the first connecting piece (12) and the second connecting piece (22) to be away from each other, or the air pump assembly (4) is operated to reduce the air pressure in the air cavity (3) to drive the first connecting piece (12) and the second connecting piece (22) to be close to each other.
3. The outdoor unit pipe fixing apparatus of claim 2, wherein,
the hollow rod is provided with a mounting hole, the air pump assembly (4) is assembled in the mounting hole, and the mounting hole is close to the bottom wall of the air cavity (3) and communicated with the air cavity (3).
4. The outdoor unit pipe fixing apparatus of claim 2, wherein,
the air pump control device is characterized by further comprising an air pump control part (5), wherein the air pump control part (5) is used for acquiring the real-time operation frequency of the compressor and controlling the operation of the air pump component (4) according to the acquired real-time operation frequency so that the rigidity of the air conditioner external machine pipeline fixing device corresponds to the acquired real-time operation frequency.
5. The outdoor unit pipe fixing apparatus of claim 1, wherein,
the first hoop comprises a first hoop body (111) and a second hoop body (112), the first hoop body (111) and the second hoop body (112) are oppositely arranged to form a first encircling through hole capable of accommodating and fixing the first pipe, and the first hoop body (111) and the second hoop body (112) can relatively approach or keep away from sliding along a straight line; and/or, the second hoop comprises a third hoop body (211) and a fourth hoop body (212), the third hoop body (211) and the fourth hoop body (212) are oppositely arranged to form a second encircling through hole capable of accommodating and fixing the second pipe, and the third hoop body (211) and the fourth hoop body (212) can relatively approach or separate from each other along a straight line to slide.
6. The outdoor unit of claim 5, wherein,
the first hoop further comprises a first mounting plate (113), the first mounting plate (113) is detachably connected with one end of the first connecting piece (12), a first slideway (114) is formed on the first mounting plate (113), and one ends, corresponding to the first hoop body (111) and the second hoop body (112), of the first hoop body are slidably connected in the first slideway (114); and/or, the second anchor ear further comprises a second mounting plate (213), the second mounting plate (213) is detachably connected with one end of the second connecting piece (22), a second slideway (214) is configured on the second mounting plate (213), and one ends corresponding to the third hoop body (211) and the fourth hoop body (212) are slidably connected in the second slideway (214).
7. The outdoor unit of claim 6, wherein,
the first hoop further comprises a first limiting assembly, wherein the first limiting assembly comprises a first bolt (1151) capable of bolting the first hoop body (111) and the second hoop body (112), a first nut (1152) and a first elastic piece (1153) sleeved on the first bolt (1151) and clamped between the first hoop body (111) and the second hoop body (112); and/or, the second anchor ear further comprises a second limiting component, the second limiting component comprises a second bolt (2151) capable of bolting the third hoop body (211) and the fourth hoop body (212), a second nut (2152) and a second elastic piece (2153) sleeved on the second bolt (2151) and clamped between the third hoop body (211) and the fourth hoop body (212).
8. The outdoor unit of claim 5, wherein,
an elastic gasket is arranged on the hole wall of the first encircling through hole; and/or the hole wall of the second encircling through hole is provided with an elastic gasket.
9. An air conditioner comprising an external unit having a first tube and a second tube, the first tube and the second tube being secured by the air conditioner external unit pipe fixing device according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A control method of the external pipe fixing device according to any one of claims 2 to 8, comprising the steps of:
acquiring real-time operating frequency of the compressor and a distance value between the first pipe and the second pipe;
and controlling the operation of the air pump assembly (4) according to the acquired real-time operation frequency and the interval value, and increasing the air pressure in the air cavity (3) or reducing the air pressure in the air cavity (3) so that the pressure of the air in the air cavity (3) reaches the target pressure corresponding to the real-time operation frequency.
11. The control method according to claim 10, characterized in that the target pressure is obtained by:
fixedly connecting a first pipe with a first space with a second pipe by adopting the air conditioner external machine pipeline fixing device;
operating the compressor to perform vibration test on the external machine;
obtaining corresponding pipeline vibration response values of different compressor operating frequencies at a first interval;
and adjusting the gas pressure in the air cavity (3) by taking the minimum pipeline vibration peak value as a target, and recording the gas pressure corresponding to the minimum pipeline vibration peak value as the target pressure.
