the fastening clamp comprises an inner ring, an outer ring and a tail part, a ring groove for being embedded with the inner cylinder body of the metal BOSS structure is formed between the inner ring and the outer ring, a sealing ring is arranged in the ring groove, a locking structure and an external thread section are sequentially arranged on the inner surface of the ring groove from top to bottom from the end head, and the locking structure and the external thread section are respectively matched with a locking hole and the internal thread section on the inner surface of the inner cylinder body; an interference fit is formed between the outer ring end of the fastening clip and the neck end of the plastic inner container, and the tail part of the fastening clip is provided with a sealing groove and is matched with the base of the metal BOSS structure to clamp the shoulder part of the plastic inner container.

The high-performance bottle mouth sealing structure for the IV-type hydrogen storage bottle according to claim 2, wherein the cross section of the end of the neck of the plastic inner container is designed into a hook-shaped structure, and the cross section of the conical structure of the outer ring of the fastening clip is trapezoidal and is tightly matched with the hook-shaped structure of the neck of the plastic inner container.

7. The high-performance bottle mouth sealing structure for the IV-type hydrogen storage bottle according to claim 1, wherein the inner surface of the ring groove of the fastening clamp is a smooth surface, and the fastening clamp is tightly contacted with the outer surface of the inner cylinder.

The high-performance bottle mouth sealing structure for the IV-type hydrogen storage bottle of claim 1, wherein a BOSS is arranged on the shoulder of the plastic liner and is matched with a groove on the inner surface of the base of the metal BOSS structure, so that the rotation of the plastic liner is stopped.

The high-performance bottle mouth sealing structure for the IV-type hydrogen storage bottle according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the locking structure comprises a lock head, a lock handle and a spring, the lock handle is fixedly connected with the lock head and is embedded in a blind hole formed in the end head of the inner surface of the annular groove of the fastening clamp, and the spring is arranged in the blind hole and is used for pushing the lock head into the locking hole on the inner cylinder body to lock the fastening clamp.
10. The high-performance bottle mouth sealing structure for the IV-type hydrogen storage bottle according to claim 9, wherein the lock head of the locking structure can be completely pressed down into the blind hole of the ring groove of the fastening clamp, and the screwing process of the fastening clamp is not affected before the lock head reaches the locking hole.
