When the device is used, due to the dislocation arrangement of the clamping plate 503 and the through holes 504 on the first disc plate 501 or the second disc plate 508, when the reel assembly 4 is installed between the positioning assembly 2 and the rotating box 3 through the rotating shaft 7, the positions of the through holes 504 and the clamping plate 503 do not need to be deliberately aligned to expose the two positions at which the steel wire ropes are conveniently threaded, so that the process of installing the reel assembly 4 is coarser and simpler, unnecessary alignment processes are omitted, the operation smoothness of installing the reel assembly 4 is improved, and convenient installation experience and a convenient rope threading structure are provided for a user; wherein, when effectively separating wire rope and first tray 501 or second tray 508 through first arris 507, avoid too much contact even friction between wire rope and the tray for the wire rope can both be in rolling or unreeling the in-process smoothly on reel main part 401.
In a third embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 7, the inner part 6 includes a nipple 601, a corner 602 is disposed at a position of an inner cavity edge of one end of the nipple 601 far away from the spool body 401, at least four short screw rods 603 are mounted on the corner 602 in a circular array thread, the nipple 601 is mounted on the first disk plate 501 in a threaded manner through cooperation of the short screw rods 603 and the inner ring plate 502, an external thread portion 604 is disposed on an outer surface of the nipple 601 and one end close to the spool body 401, the nipple 601 is mounted on the spool body 401 in a threaded manner through cooperation of the external thread portion 604 and the internal thread portion 406, and the second disk plate 508 is mounted on the spool body 401 in a threaded manner through cooperation of the nipple 601, and the rotating shaft 7 is mounted on the spool body 401 in a combined manner.
When the steel wire rope winding drum is used, under the cooperation of the short sleeve 601 and the short screw rod 603 arranged at the corner guide 602, the short sleeve 601 is used as an assembling medium, the first disc plate 501 or the second disc plate 508 can be arranged in the inner cavities of the left end and the right end of the winding drum main body 401 in a threaded mode, the winding drum main body 401 can be detached from the winding drum main body 401 by rotating the short sleeve 601 under the condition that the steel wire rope is seriously misplaced or knotted, and therefore the left side and the right side of the steel wire rope are exposed directly, and a user can further unwind or drag the steel wire rope conveniently.

Claims (1)

1. A lifting device having an anti-climbing rope structure, comprising:
the device comprises a bottom frame (1), wherein a rotating box (3) is mounted on the right side bolt of the upper end of the bottom frame (1), a driving motor (8) is arranged at the front end of the rotating box (3), the bottom of the driving motor (8) is mounted on the bottom frame (1) through the frame bolt, a rotating shaft (7) is mounted in the middle of the left side of the rotating box (3), and the driving motor (8) is mounted in a transmission manner with the rotating shaft (7) through the rotating box (3);
the positioning assembly (2) is arranged on the left edge of the upper end of the bottom frame (1) through bolts, and the left end of the rotating shaft (7) can be clamped on the bottom frame (1);
the reel assembly (4) is erected and installed right above the bottom frame (1) through a rotating shaft (7), and the rotating shaft (7) is installed in the middle of the inner side of the reel assembly (4) in a penetrating manner;
the winding drum assembly (4) comprises a winding drum main body (401), the winding drum main body (401) is assembled with the bottom frame (1) through matching of a rotating shaft (7), a positioning assembly (2) and a rotating box (3), and a layer of rope groove (402) is formed in the outer surface of the winding drum main body (401) in a spiral shape;
the outer surface of the winding drum main body (401) is spirally connected with two layers of rope groove ridges (407) which are used for providing a contact surface when a second layer of steel wire rope is wound on the winding drum main body (401) from right to left, and the two layers of rope groove ridges (407) are arranged in a dislocation manner with a layer of rope groove (402) on the winding drum main body (401);
the outer surface of the winding drum main body (401) is sequentially provided with a left three-layer rope belt (403), a middle three-layer rope belt (404) and a right three-layer rope belt (405) from left to right, the three layers are respectively arranged on the left side, the middle part and the right side of the outer surface of the winding drum main body (401), and the three layers are spirally and fixedly arranged on the ridge line of the two-layer rope groove ridge (407);
the disc plate assemblies (5) are symmetrically arranged at the left end and the right end of the winding drum assembly (4) and limit the winding position of the steel wire rope on the winding drum assembly (4);
the built-in piece (6) is arranged in the inner cavities at the left end and the right end of the winding drum assembly (4) in a threaded manner, one end, far away from the winding drum assembly (4), of the built-in piece (6) is arranged with the disc plate assembly (5) in a threaded manner, and the disc plate assembly (5) is assembled with the winding drum assembly (4) through the built-in piece (6);
the positioning assembly (2) comprises a lower plate frame (201) which is arranged at the upper end of the bottom frame (1) in a threaded manner, an upper cover plate (202) is arranged at the upper end of the lower plate frame (201), a bolt (203) is inserted into a position, connected with the lower plate frame (201), of the rear end of the upper cover plate (202), and the upper cover plate (202) is hinged with the lower plate frame (201) through the bolt (203);
the front end of the upper cover plate (202) is fixedly connected with a retaining ring (204), the middle part of the front end of the lower plate frame (201) is fixedly connected with a short sleeve (205), the middle part of the front end of the retaining ring (204) is fixedly connected with a fixed sleeve (206), a hexagonal screw rod (207) is arranged at the middle part of the fixed sleeve (206) in a threaded manner, and the upper cover plate (202) is assembled with the lower plate frame (201) in a positioning manner through the cooperation of the hexagonal screw rod (207) and the short sleeve (205);
the rotating shaft (7) is in limit installation with the lower plate frame (201) through the upper cover plate (202), semicircular shafts are fixedly installed at the joint parts of the lower plate frame (201) and the upper cover plate (202) and the rotating shaft (7), and the semicircular shafts are used for ensuring that the rotating shaft (7) can rotate on the upper cover plate (202) around the axis where the rotating shaft is located;
