the third flange 131 of the front-side-beam rear-section connecting plate 13 is connected with the front-side-beam reinforcing plate patch 14 in the connecting area except the third connecting area 14A through one or more spot welds;
the safety mount reinforcing plate 10 may be made of steel material number HC340/590dp+z, and further, may have a thickness of 1.6mm or more.
In the structure of the safety installation reinforcing plate 10 in the shape of a Chinese character 'ji', the surfaces (the first connecting surface 107/the second connecting surface 108) can extend forward (namely, forward direction indicated by an arrow) under the condition that the envelope of the tyre is allowed, namely, the third connecting surface 109 moves forward as far as possible, the formed cavity is further enlarged, and the safety installation reinforcing plate 10 can participate in the stress earlier when the vehicle is subjected to the external force, so that the external force transmission and dispersion function are realized.
The safety installation reinforcing plate 10 extends outwards and backwards (namely outwards and backwards as shown by an arrow) on one or more surfaces or ribs 103 or the reinforcing characteristic surface 104 of the first connecting area 10A optionally so as to be attached to the side wall of the outer plate 12 of the A column, and the external force can be dispersed and transmitted through a larger force transmission area, so that the concentrated stress on the side wall connecting area (the second side wall connecting area 12A/the third side wall connecting area 12B) is reduced, and the structural stability is further enhanced;
the safety mount stiffener 10 extends on the second attachment area 10B with one or more faces or ribs 105 or reinforcing features 104 optionally extending inwardly and forwardly (i.e., inwardly and forwardly as shown by the arrows) to engage the front rail stiffener 14 except for the third attachment area 14A, and distributes and transmits external forces through a larger force transfer area, thereby reducing the concentrated stresses experienced by the sidewall attachment areas (the third attachment area 14A/the fourth attachment area 14B) and further enhancing structural stability.

the outer threshold (11) comprises a side wall connecting area I (11A) extending to the front end, and a flanging I (112) is arranged at the front end of the side wall connecting area I (11A);
the A-pillar outer plate (12) comprises a side wall connecting area II (12A) and a side wall connecting area III (12B) which are positioned at the front end, and flanges II (123) are arranged at the front edges of the side wall connecting area II (12A) and the side wall connecting area III (12B);
the front longitudinal beam rear section connecting plate (13) comprises a flanging III (131) positioned at the front end, and a flanging IV (132) is arranged at the outer side edge of the flanging III (131);
the front longitudinal beam reinforcing plate patch (14) comprises a connecting area III (14A) positioned in the middle of the front side and a connecting area IV (14B) positioned on the outer side;
the A column inner plate (15) comprises a side wall connecting area IV (15A), and a turnup V (152) is arranged at the front edge of the side wall connecting area IV (15A);
the inner side of the A-pillar outer plate (12) is connected with a side wall connecting area I (11A) extending in front of the outer threshold (11) through a side wall connecting area II (12A), the inner side of the A-pillar outer plate (12) is connected with a flanging I (112) of the outer threshold (11) through a flanging II (123), and the outer side of the A-pillar outer plate (12) is connected with a connecting area I (10A) of the safety installation reinforcing plate (10) through a side wall connecting area II (12A) and a side wall connecting area III (12B);
the outer side of the A column inner plate (15) is connected with a connecting area IV (14B) of a front longitudinal beam reinforcing plate patch (14) through a side wall connecting area IV (15A), a flanging IV (132) of a front longitudinal beam rear section connecting plate (13) and a connecting area II (10B) of a safety installation reinforcing plate (10);
the inner side of the front longitudinal beam reinforcing plate patch (14) is connected with a flanging III (131) of the front longitudinal beam rear section connecting plate (13) through a connecting area III (14A), and the outer side of the front longitudinal beam reinforcing plate patch (14) is connected with the safety installation reinforcing plate (10) through the connecting area III (14A).
