The connecting piece 220 serves to connect the earphone shell 210 with the slider 310, so that the earphone shell 210 can move left and right relative to the user's ear under the driving of the slider 310. The connecting piece 220 is provided with a mounting hole 220a, and the transmission part 322 is inserted and mounted in the mounting hole 220a, so that the transmission part 322 can move in the axial direction relative to the connecting piece 220, and meanwhile, limit of the transmission part 322 and the connecting piece 220 in the left-right direction is realized, and the transmission part 322 can drive the connecting piece 220 to move when moving close to or far away from the headband 100.
As an example, the reset element 330 may be installed in the installation hole 220a, and the reset element 330 may be interposed between the end of the transmission portion 322 and the bottom of the installation hole 220a, so as to provide an upward reset force to the transmission portion 322. In addition, the hole wall of the mounting hole 220a can play a role in guiding the resetting piece 330, so that reliability of the resetting piece 330 in the deformation process is ensured.
As an example, the elastic member 340 may be connected between the connecting member 220 and the fixing base 310, where the elastic member 340 applies a pulling force to the connecting member 220 in a direction away from the headband 100, and after the driving portion 321 is separated from the clamping groove 310b, the elastic member 340 can pull the connecting member 220 to move the earphone shell 210 in a direction away from the ear of the user.
Further, a limiting hole 310c is formed at the bottom of the fixing base 310, the connecting piece 220 extends from the earphone shell 210 to penetrate through the limiting hole 310c, a first limiting portion 221 is disposed at one end of the connecting piece 220, which is away from the earphone shell 210, and the first limiting portion 221 is in abutting connection with the inner wall of the fixing base 310.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the fixing base 310 is provided with the limiting hole 310c, so that the connecting piece 220 is inserted into the limiting hole 310c, limiting of the earphone shell 210 in the direction parallel to the headband 100 (the front-rear direction of the head of the user) is achieved, the end of the connecting piece 220 is provided with the first limiting portion 221, and limiting of the earphone shell 210 in the up-down direction is achieved through the abutting and limiting of the first limiting portion 221 and the inner wall of the fixing base 310.
It can be understood that the limiting hole 310c is a waist-shaped hole, and the extending direction of the limiting hole 310c is consistent with that of the sliding slot 310a, so that the limiting hole 310c can play a role in guiding the movement of the connecting piece 220, thereby further improving the reliability and smoothness of the earphone body 200 in the movement process and preventing jamming.
Alternatively, the connection member 220 may have a cylindrical structure, and as an example, the connection member 220 has a cylindrical structure, and the cylindrical outer surface can reduce friction with the fixing base 310 and reduce moving wear.
In an embodiment of the invention, referring to fig. 2 to 4 and fig. 6 and 7, the fixing base 310 includes two housings 311 and an upper cover 312 that are in butt joint, the two housings 311 are respectively disposed at two sides of the sliding member 320, and two opposite ends of the sliding member 320 are respectively slidably engaged with the two housings 311 and respectively extend out of the two housings 311.
In this embodiment, for illustrating the structure of the fixing base 310, two shells 311 are fixedly connected with the end portion of the headband 100, the two shells 311 are fixedly connected in a butt joint manner, the top is connected with the upper cover 312, the two shells 311 and the upper cover 312 enclose to form a relatively closed cavity, the connecting piece 220 of the earphone body 200 extends into the two shells 311 from the bottom, the transmission portion 322 of the sliding piece 320 is located in the cavity and connected with the connecting piece 220, and the driving portion 321 is connected with one end of the transmission portion 322 deviating from the connecting piece 220, so that the integrity of the appearance of the adjusting mechanism 300 is realized. For convenience of user operation, both ends of the driving part 321 protrude from opposite surfaces of the two housings 311, respectively, for user operation.
As an example, the side walls of the two housings 311 are provided with a sliding slot 310a and a clamping slot 310b, the driving portion 321 extends from the sliding slot 310a or the clamping slot 310b to the outside, and the clamping slot 310b is positioned on the upper side of the sliding slot 310b near one end of the headband 100, so that the user only needs to press the driving portion 321 downward to separate the driving portion 321 from the clamping slot 310b into the sliding slot 310 a.
As an example, the bottom of each housing 311 is provided with a groove 311a, and when the two housings 311 are abutted, the grooves 311a on the two housings 311 are abutted to form a limiting hole 310c, so as to sandwich the connector 220 of the earphone body 200 between the two grooves 311 a.
Alternatively, the two housings 311 are fixed to the headband 100 by screws.
Further, the inner wall of the upper cover 312 is provided with a second limiting portion 3121 for being clamped with the slider 310 when the earphone body 200 moves to the wearing position. In this embodiment, by providing the second limiting portion 3121 on the inner wall of the upper cover 312, the limiting effect on the slider 310 in the wearing position is further enhanced, and the structural reliability of the headset in normal use is ensured.
