The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. in the process of realizing operation of the enterprise micro with the traditional plug-in, the invention avoids the mode of injecting a program similar to viruses and hijacking a memory, adopts a mode of simulating a real person to operate a computer to operate the enterprise micro in the whole process, and prevents the risk of sealing numbers due to triggering of the enterprise micro wind control management.
2. In the process of operating the enterprise micro-positioning friend relationship, the invention fully utilizes the enterprise micro-official unique identification information and simplifies the searching operation step length of a simulated personal operating computer, and accurately judges the friend relationship mechanism. The method shortens the steps of the general RPA operation, and simplifies a large number of IO transmission steps from the platform searching friend relation to the enterprise micro-execution searching, then to the screen information grabbing and finally to the platform end feedback judgment.
In the present specification, each embodiment is described in a progressive manner, and each embodiment is mainly described in a different point from other embodiments, and identical and similar parts between the embodiments are all enough to refer to each other.

Claims (6)

1. An enterprise micro-customization RPA operation interaction method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
performing information identification processing according to the unique identification returned by the micro-letter authorities of the micro-friends of the enterprises to obtain identification information;
the method comprises the steps of controlling an enterprise to automatically add WeChat friends by using a robot process automation technology;
based on the identification information, operating an enterprise micro-machine by utilizing a robot flow automation technology to send chat messages to the micro-letter friends;
and when the chat message is sent to the enterprise micro on the virtual machine, synchronizing the micro-letter message to the UIM of the corresponding enterprise micro account by utilizing a robot flow automation technology, and matching the corresponding micro-letter friend relationship.
2. The method for interaction of the RPA operation based on the micro-customization of the enterprise according to claim 1, wherein the method for processing the information identification according to the unique identification returned by the micro-letter authority of the micro-friends of the enterprise to obtain the identification information comprises the following steps:
identifying and positioning enterprise micro by utilizing an OCR technology, and simulating selected information to copy and extract to obtain extracted information;
acquiring customer contact information supported by micro-letter authorities of micro-friends of enterprises and modified through interfaces and terminals;
removing the information items with repeatability of the extracted information and the customer contact information, and taking the customer micro-signal userid obtained through authorities as the unique identification for identifying the customer contact person;
determining the identification information according to the excluded information and the unique identification; the unique identification occupies the first 18 bits of the identification information.
3. The method for interaction of enterprise-based micro-customized RPA operations of claim 1, wherein the controlling the enterprise-based micro-automated addition of WeChat friends using robotic process automation technology comprises:
the mobile phone number or UIM added WeChat friend operation distributed to the powder adding data from the powder adding automatic task, the virtual machine receives the response of the powder adding notification RAP, and simulates clicking of the enterprise WeChat;
clicking a friend adding button in a simulation manner;
filling and inputting the mobile phone number into a search box;
simulating clicking a search button;
selecting personal WeChat by default, simulating clicking an add button, and filling in calling information;
and finishing the adding, waiting for the client to confirm the code scanning and the friend adding, recording the friend adding finishing message, and finishing the friend adding operation.
4. An enterprise-based micro-customized RPA operational interaction method according to claim 3, further comprising, after said simulated clicking of the search button:
if the feedback interface can not search the WeChat friends of the mobile phone number, the information added by the UIM is prompted at the front end.
5. The method for interaction of enterprise-based micro-customized RPA operations of claim 1, wherein operating an enterprise micro-to send chat messages to the WeChat friends using robotic flow automation techniques based on the identification information comprises:
judging whether the unique identifier exists in the description information of the client detail information of the contact person when the UIM is used for sending the message to the contact person, if so, receiving the unique identifier of the WeChat contact person transmitted by the UIM, and filling the unique identifier in a search window;
judging whether a WeChat friend can be searched, after the WeChat friend is searched, simulating clicking the searched WeChat friend, and entering a chat page;
the message content paste to be sent is input into a message editing window;
and simulating clicking a sending button to send the chat message.

The method for interaction of enterprise micro-customized RPA operations according to claim 1, wherein when the chat message is sent to an enterprise micro on a virtual machine, synchronizing the micro-letter message to a UIM corresponding to an enterprise micro account by using a robot flow automation technology, and matching the corresponding micro-letter friend relationship, comprising:
the client sends a message to the enterprise micro, and the enterprise micro message prompt window displays a red dot message;
identifying a red dot message by using a robot flow automation technology, and displaying an unread message chat window by simulating clicking a shortcut key;
simulating a click history chat record by using a robot process automation technology, and copying the history chat record through OCR screenshot;
comparing the field of the message sender with historical data in a local SQLite library, judging whether a friend relation exists, obtaining a first judgment result, if the first judgment result is yes, directly informing a capability platform to call back the SCRM to display the corresponding friend message on the UIM, and finishing message receiving; if the first judgment result is negative, simulating to click on the customer name at the upper left corner of the chat window, displaying the customer personal information, judging whether the OCR identification has descriptive contents or not, obtaining a second judgment result, if the second judgment result is negative, copying the descriptive contents, identifying whether the descriptive contents are provided with unique identifiers of special symbols or not, obtaining a third judgment result, if the third judgment result is positive, comparing the unique identifiers of the descriptive contents with the contact person information stored in the local SQLite to confirm the identity of a message sender, and directly informing the capability platform of displaying corresponding friend messages on the SCRM, thereby completing message receiving; if the second judgment result or the third judgment result is negative, extracting a sender field in a message of the message, adding a special separator, copying to a pasting board, opening a personal information remark information modification popup window of the client by simulated clicking, and inserting and pasting the content of the pasting board to the forefront of the description information; receiving callback information events of an official modification client individual, and generating description information content keyword ID of modification description information MQ, callback capability platform and SCRM synchronous individual information; and displaying the corresponding friend information on the SCRM after receiving the information, and finishing the information receiving.
