The receiving statistics may include statistics of physical material entries, collecting information statistics, and overall receiving statistics. For a receiver, only whether the batch of germplasm materials are in line or not is judged, all the material types exist, and whether the material types are all registered or not is judged, so that whether other people finish receiving or not is not considered, the work handover link is reduced, and the judgment difficulty is reduced.
In order to further explain the method for receiving the woods and grass germplasm resources provided by the embodiment of the application, the embodiment of the application also provides a system for receiving the woods and grass germplasm resources, which is used for realizing the method for receiving the woods and grass germplasm resources, and referring to fig. 2, the receiving system can comprise a batch information module, an information acquisition module, a share information module, a module to be received, a received module, a search module and a receiving completion judging module.
In some embodiments, the batch information module is used for batch information management, and the batch information module can comprise a batch information input unit and a physical material input unit. The batch information input unit is used for inputting batch information of the forest and grass germplasm resources, and the material object input unit is used for inputting material object information of the forest and grass germplasm resources according to material types, wherein the material object information comprises acquisition numbers and the parts and the quantity of the material object materials.
In some embodiments, the acquisition information module is configured to receive the acquisition information entered by the user, and receive and display the information to be acquired sent by the search module, so that the user can enter the acquisition information according to the information to be acquired, and avoid missing the acquisition information entered into a certain acquisition number.
In some embodiments, the share information module is connected with the batch information module and is used for storing share information, and the share information module can generate receiving statistical information based on the share information of the same batch.
In some embodiments, the to-be-received module is connected with the acquisition information module and is used for generating and storing to-be-received information of the acquisition number according to the acquisition information of the acquisition information module. The to-be-received module can store to-be-received information of a plurality of acquisition numbers into the to-be-received information table.
In some embodiments, the received module is configured to store the received information of the acquisition number. The received module may store the received information for the plurality of acquisition numbers to a received information table.
In some embodiments, the retrieval module is connected with the share information module, the to-be-received module and the received module and is used for retrieving to-be-received information and received information of the acquisition number.
If the information to be received exists, the received information does not exist, the information which comprises the batch number, the material information of the real object and the information collecting state is submitted is generated, and the received information of the information collecting number is generated according to the information collecting state and the information to be received.
If the information to be received and the information to be received do not exist, generating the information which contains the batch number, the material information of the real object and the information to be acquired, wherein the information to be acquired is not submitted, generating the information to be acquired of the information to be acquired according to the information to be acquired, and updating the information to be acquired after receiving the information to be acquired.
If the information to be received does not exist, the received information exists, the batch number in the received information is the batch number, the receiving progress of the corresponding physical material of the batch information table is incomplete, and the information of the collection number and the received information are updated according to the physical material information.

In some embodiments, the receiving completion determining module is connected to the batch information module, and is configured to set an overall receiving progress item of the batch information table to be completed when the collected information state is that the submitted number is the same as the number of the lot information containing the batch number, and the receiving progress of the physical material corresponding to the physical material entry is completed.
Based on the above embodiment, taking the receiving process of the facility conservation library on a batch of forest grass germplasm resources X1 to X7 as an example, the overall receiving method of the forest grass germplasm resources provided in the embodiment of the present application can be referred to fig. 3. The facility conservation library receives seven parts of real materials with acquisition numbers of X1-X7 in three times, receives part of real materials with acquisition numbers of X1-X7 and X0 for the first time, and receives part of real materials with acquisition number of X3 for the second time, wherein X0 is the acquisition number of the last batch.
Referring to fig. 3, the overall receiving method for the woods and grass germplasm resources provided in the embodiment of the application may include the following steps:
step S201: batch information is entered.
In some embodiments, seeds, specimens and DNA materials are covered in X1-X7 physical materials received by a staff member of a facility repository (hereinafter referred to as a "user"), each physical material is provided with a tag, and the information contained in the tag may include an acquisition number, and the tags of a part of the seeds, specimens and DNA materials are identical, which indicates that a part of the woodland germplasm resources acquired a plurality of physical materials in the seeds, specimens and DNA materials.
According to the received woods and grass germplasm resources, inputting a creating instruction of a batch information table in a woods and grass germplasm resource receiving system, generating a batch number according to the creating instruction by the woods and grass germplasm resource receiving system, and generating a batch information table, wherein the batch number can be generated according to preset batch number rules, and the rules can be: year + sequence number, e.g. 2023001.
Referring to fig. 4, the batch information table may be provided with a batch information entry 301, a material category entry 302, a physical material entry 303, and an overall receipt progress entry 304, wherein the batch information entry 301, the material category entry 302, and the physical material entry 303 are all user-operable controls, and the overall receipt progress entry 304 is a user-inoperable control.
The user can enter batch information of the batch of woods and grass germplasm resources, such as information of a seed source, a collector, a collection unit and the like, through a batch information entry 301.
The user can select the corresponding material category item 302 according to the material category of the batch of forest and grass germplasm resources including seed category, specimen category and DNA material category, wherein after the material category item 302 is selected, the physical material entry item 303 corresponding to the material category item 302 can respond to the user operation to enter the information of the physical material, if the material category item 302 is not selected, the physical material entry item 303 corresponding to the material category item 302 does not respond to the user operation, the material category item 302 corresponding to the acquisition information is in a default selected state and can not be changed, and the acquisition information is required to be entered for each batch of forest and grass germplasm resources.
Step S202: and recording acquisition information of the physical material.
In some embodiments, after receiving a batch of woods and grass germplasm resources, the user submits a collection information table to the receiving system after the collection end performs identification of collection information. The collection information table may include collection numbers and identification information, which may include family, genus, species information.
In some embodiments, in order to improve the efficiency of inputting woods and grass germplasm resources, a person at an acquisition end can input acquired information to a part of resources in a batch of woods and grass germplasm resources, meanwhile, a person at a physical material end inputs physical materials to another part of resources in the batch of woods and grass germplasm resources, after the person at one end inputs, the person at the other end can supply the resource at the other end to realize multi-end collaborative input, and the input efficiency is improved. After receiving the collection information table, the receiving system reads the collection information from the collection information table to generate an information table to be received containing the collection information, the information table to be received further comprises a transfer history stock item, and the transfer history stock item is set according to a transfer history stock rule corresponding to the collection information. The table of information to be received can be seen in table 1:

As shown in table 1, the identification information of the physical material with the collection number X7 is matched with the rotation history stock rule corresponding to the collection information, the receiving system determines that the physical material is in need of rotation history stock according to the identification information, sets the rotation history stock item in the information table to be received as positive identification, and sets the rotation history stock cause item as recalcitrant seed. The identification information of the material object with the acquisition number of X1-X6 is not matched with the rotation history stock rule corresponding to the acquisition information, the receiving system judges that the material object does not need to rotate the history stock according to the identification information, and the rotation history stock item is set as a negative identification in the information table to be received.
Step S203: and classifying and inputting information of the physical material.
In some embodiments, after the batch information corresponding to the batch information entry 301 is entered, the user may enter the material information.
For a part of real material, according to the real material as a seed, a real material input item 303 corresponding to the seed category can be clicked, and the forest and grass germplasm resource receiving system responds to the triggering of the real material input item 303 corresponding to the seed category to generate and display a real material input interface corresponding to the seed; according to the specimen, the specimen material entry 303 corresponding to the specimen category can be clicked, and the forest and grass germplasm resource receiving system generates and displays a specimen material entry interface corresponding to the specimen in response to the triggering of the specimen material entry 303 corresponding to the specimen category; according to the physical material entry item 303 corresponding to the DNA material category can be clicked, and the forest and grass germplasm resource receiving system responds to the physical material entry item 303 corresponding to the DNA material category to be triggered, and generates and displays a physical material entry interface corresponding to the DNA material.
Referring to fig. 5, the physical material input interface of seed, specimen and DNA materials is sequentially arranged from left to right. The physical material input interface can be provided with a material category item, a receiving date item, a receiving person item, a completion and storage item and a storage item, wherein the material category of the material category item is the material category corresponding to the physical material input item 303 clicked by a user, the receiving date is the date of the day, and the receiving person can manually input or select. The user can scan or manually input the label on the physical material of the woodland grass germplasm resource through the code scanning equipment, and the receiving system responds to the input of an acquisition number by the user to generate and display a piece of information, wherein the piece of information can comprise the material type, the acquisition number, the number of parts and the number. If the acquisition number is input for the first time under the material category, the number of parts and the number of the parts are defaulted to 1; if the acquisition number is the second input under the material category, the number is updated to 2, and the reasons for this include: one part of the material is packaged by two packaging bags, or the same collection number submits two parts of the material; if the acquisition number is the third entry under the material category, the number is updated to 3, and so on.
In some embodiments, in the process of inputting the physical material, if a part of the physical material is input, the physical material of the category is not completely input, the save item can be clicked to close the current physical material input interface and return to the batch information table, and the receiving system can set the receiving progress mark of the material category as incomplete according to the save item clicked by the user.
In some embodiments, in the process of inputting the real material, if a part of the real material is input, the real material of the category is completely input, the completion and storage item can be clicked to close the current real material input interface and return to the batch information table, and the receiving system can set the receiving progress mark of the category as complete according to the completion and storage item clicked by the user. In some embodiments, the input of the physical materials can be performed by a plurality of users at the same time, and after one user creates a batch information table for the seven physical materials with the acquisition numbers of X1 to X7, the user can perform the input of some physical materials in the batch information table, and other users can input batch number inquiry at the receiving system and open the batch information table to perform the input of other physical materials synchronously.
After each user inputs a part of the physical materials, according to the batch, the physical materials of the category are not input, a storage item can be clicked to close the current physical material input interface and return to the batch information table, the receiving system can store that the completion condition of the current physical materials is incomplete, and the user can click one physical material input item 303 in the batch information table again to enter the corresponding physical material input interface.
Step S204: and retrieving the information to be received and the received information corresponding to each acquisition number.
In some embodiments, after a user clicks on a save item or completes and saves the item at a physical material entry interface, the receiving system may retrieve the information to be received and the received information for the acquisition number entered by the user.
Step S205: if the information to be received is not received, generating the information, and combining the information to be received and the information to be received into the received information.
In some embodiments, if the received information of the collection number is not retrieved, the information to be received is retrieved, the part information may be generated based on the real material information of the collection number and the collection information status recorded this time, and the part information is added to the part information table associated with the lot number of the lot, and if the part information table is not created by the current lot number, the part information table is created and added, and the part information table may be referred to in table 2:

In Table 2, the total parts of the woodland herb germplasm resources are calculated according to the acquisition number of the material, wherein the total parts are 7 parts, the total parts are 4 parts, the total parts are 5 parts, the total parts are 4 parts, the total parts are 5 parts, the total parts are 6 parts, and the total parts are 6 parts.
The information list may also display whether the acquired information corresponding to each acquired number is received, if yes, the acquired information item is set to be submitted (indicated by 1), if not, the acquired information item is set to be not submitted (e.g. 0), wherein the acquired information state may be set to 1 based on the existence of the acquired number, and if not, the acquired information is set to 0, and may be updated to 1 after the information to be received is received. In some embodiments, after the share information of the collection number is generated, the share information of the collection number and the information to be received may be combined into one piece of received information in the received information table, and if the received information table is not currently created, the received information table is created and the received information is added. The received information table can be seen in table 3:

As shown in table 3, when the received information table is generated, the transfer history stock item and the transfer history stock cause item may be set according to a transfer history stock judgment rule corresponding to the share information.
Reading the content of the rotation history stock, automatically judging the rotation history stock at the position to be received by X7, storing the record when the received information is generated, and automatically judging the rotation history stock by the system because X5 and X6 are not provided with seeds, wherein the reason is no seed, and the other is no rotation history stock.
After the received information is generated, according to the history stock condition, the continuous follow-up flow of 'no' is the ending flow of 'yes'.
Step S206: and if the information to be received and the received information do not exist, generating the share information, and generating the received information containing the share information.
In some embodiments, if the information to be received corresponding to an acquisition number is not retrieved, and the received information corresponding to the acquisition number is not retrieved, which indicates that the acquired information corresponding to the acquisition number is not received, the received information corresponding to the acquisition number is not generated, at this time, the part information of the acquisition number may be generated based on the physical material information corresponding to the acquisition number, and the acquired information state in the part information is set to 0, and then the received information is generated based on the part information.
For example, it is detected that X2 has no information to be received, so the collected information state of X2 is 0, and the genus species is blank.
Step S207: and if no information to be received exists, generating information to be acquired.
In some embodiments, in step S204, no information to be received corresponding to an acquisition number is retrieved, and no received information corresponding to the acquisition number is retrieved, so as to generate a piece of information to be acquired of the acquisition number, and the acquisition end is used for recording the acquired information of the acquisition number according to the information to be acquired.
For example, it is detected that X2 has no information to be received, and a piece of information to be collected of the collection number is generated.
Step S208: and receiving acquisition information.
In some embodiments, after the acquisition end inputs the acquisition information corresponding to the information to be acquired in step S207, the acquisition information is sent to the receiving system, and the receiving system stores the acquisition information.
Step S209: information to be received is generated.
In some embodiments, the receiving system generates information to be received of the corresponding acquisition number from the acquisition information entered in step S208.
Step S210: updating the received information and the information.
In some embodiments, after the information to be received is generated, the status of the acquired information in the received information and the share information of the acquisition number is updated to committed according to the received information in which the acquisition number already exists.
For example, after the X2 submits the collected information, the information to be collected is saved as the collected information, and the information to be received is generated, and the received information, the share information and the batch information are updated sequentially, that is, the collected information at the location where the X2 has received the information is updated to 1, the identification information, the transfer history inventory information, and the like are supplemented.
Step S211: if the information to be received is not available, the received information is available, and whether the lot number of the received information is the lot number of the lot is judged.
In some embodiments, for an acquisition number, if there is no information to be received, there is received information, which indicates that the acquisition information corresponding to the acquisition number is already recorded, but the physical material corresponding to the acquisition number is not completely recorded, that is, the acquisition number lacks part of the physical material. For example, X3, the real material does not arrive at the same time in the same batch, the specimen and DNA material of X3 are received at the first time of receiving, and the seed of X3 is received at the second time of receiving, then before the second time of receiving, it is determined that the X3 has no seed received, therefore, after the seed information of other collection numbers is input through the real material input interface corresponding to the seed, the user clicks the save item, so that the seed receiving progress in the batch information is not completed, and the overall receiving progress item is not completed.
And after the seeds of X3 arrive, continuously receiving the seeds in the batch, generating information, retrieving the information to be received and the received information, finding that no information to be received has the received information, updating the received information, wherein the number of the seeds is 1, and converting the history stock into no.
Step S213: if not, generating the share information in the share information table of the batch, and updating the received information.
In some embodiments, if the lot number in the received information is not the lot number of the present lot but is a historical lot number, it may be determined whether the receiving progress of the corresponding real object material of the historical lot number is completed, if so, a piece of the information of the collection number is generated in the information table of the present lot, but the total number of the received lot is not counted, the received information of the collection number is updated, and the information table of the received lot of the historical lot is not updated, so as to avoid interference to the received data of the historical lot, resulting in confusion of the received data.
For example, when receiving the real materials of X1 to X7, the X0 real material information is recorded in the real material recording interface, the received information is searched that X0 exists, the lot number in the received information is the historical lot number, the overall receiving progress of the lot information table of the historical lot number is completed, the lot information of X0 can be generated in the lot information table corresponding to X1 to X7, that is, the lot information table associated with the lot information table of the present lot, and the lot number is set to the historical lot number in the lot information to distinguish the lot information from the lot information of X1 to X7. However, the total received fraction of the batch was still 7, and X0 was not counted in the total received fraction of the batch. And in the received information table, the received information of the acquisition number is updated correspondingly.
Step S214: and generating receiving statistical information according to the share information, updating batch information, and judging the completion of receiving.
Referring to fig. 6, a statistics information item 306 may be provided in the batch information table, where the statistics information item 306 is used to display received statistics information, and may include statistics information of the recorded copies of each physical material in the batch, total copies, and collected information. The reception statistics are not included in the information of the last lot.
As shown in fig. 6, to facilitate the user to view the entered data, when the user clicks the save item on the physical material information entry interface for the first time or completes and saves the item, the receiving system generates the share information, and may generate the receiving statistical information according to the share information, and display the receiving statistical information in the batch information.
The batch information table may also display view share information items 305, and the user clicks on the view share information items 305, and the display system may display the share information table.
In fig. 6, the date of receipt of the batch information is shown as the last completed date of receipt, and if the recipients are the same recipients, the recipients are unchanged, and the two recipients are accumulated for different recipients.
After the batch information table is updated, the receiving statistical information in the batch information table is correspondingly updated.
In some embodiments, according to the number of acquisition numbers in the received information table, in which the acquisition information items are the submitted identifications, the submitted number of the acquisition information is updated in the batch information table, and the uncommitted number of the acquisition information is calculated according to the difference between the total number of copies and the submitted number, if the uncommitted number is 0 and the receiving progress of the physical materials is complete, the receiving is determined to be complete, and if the uncommitted number is not 0 or the receiving progress of at least one physical material is incomplete, the receiving is determined to be incomplete.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the present application realizes the automatic processing of the woodland and grass germplasm resource receiving flow, the received data is directly input into the database, paper or electronic forms do not need to be filled in, and then the data is imported into the database, so that links such as intermediate data input, arrangement, checking and importing are reduced, labor is saved, and work efficiency and accuracy are improved; the method and the device synchronously generate batch information and share information by scanning codes or inputting acquisition numbers, and automatically summarize check data; according to the method, after the raw ingredient information is generated, the unreceived and received information is firstly searched, and the receiving conditions of standard receiving, information acquisition missing, incomplete receiving, material feeding and the like are distinguished, so that almost all unexpected conditions which can be met when the germplasm material is received are covered, and different data statistics schemes are set according to different conditions, so that the data can be ensured to be correct under any conditions; all material types selected by the method are received, all the systems with the consistent collection information quantity and collection number quantity automatically identify that the receiving is completed, and whether the receiving is completed or not is not required to be judged manually; the method can generate the received information when the information is not acquired, does not influence the subsequent processing flow, ensures that all received germplasm resources can be processed in time, and updates the data supplemented by the acquired information in time through the updating function of the received information; the method and the device realize automatic identification and summarization of the acquired information, the acquired information is identified as 1, the non-acquired information is identified as 0, the updated acquired information is updated as 1 after the supplement, and the received information and the batch information are automatically updated after the supplement. The presence or absence of the collected information and the amount of the collected information do not need to be manually checked.

responding to the triggering instruction of the batch information entry, and receiving and storing batch information of the forest and grass germplasm resources;
responding to a triggering instruction of the physical material entry, and receiving and storing physical material information of the forest and grass germplasm resources, wherein the physical material information comprises an acquisition number;
retrieving information to be received and received information of the acquisition number, wherein the information to be received is generated according to the received information of the acquisition number, and deleting the information after the received information of the acquisition number is generated;
if the information to be received exists and the received information does not exist, generating batch numbers, real material information and information collecting states of the batch information table as submitted share information, and generating the received information of the collecting numbers according to the share information and the information to be received;
If the information to be received and the information to be received do not exist, generating information which contains the batch number, the material information of the real object and the information to be acquired, wherein the information to be acquired is not submitted, generating the information to be acquired of the information to be acquired according to the information to be acquired, and updating the information to be acquired after receiving the information to be acquired;
if the information to be received does not exist, the received information exists, the batch number in the received information is the batch number, the receiving progress of the corresponding physical material of the batch information table is incomplete, and the information of the collection number and the received information are updated according to the physical material information;

setting receiving statistical information of the forest and grass germplasm resources in the batch information table according to the lot information containing the batch number, wherein the receiving statistical information comprises the number submitted by the collection information state and the lot information containing the batch number;
And when the information collection state is that the submitted quantity is the same as the quantity of the lot information containing the lot number and the receiving progress of the physical material corresponding to the physical material entry is finished, setting the overall receiving progress item of the lot information table as finished.
