s110: in response to the intelligent sensor and the container closure signal, the real-time attitude of the container is monitored.
The capping signal is a signal generated when the smart sensor is screwed onto the container. When the intelligent sensor receives the covering signal, the container can be monitored in real time through the gesture sensor so as to quantify the gesture of the container, and the man-machine interaction functions of switching, confirming, canceling, detecting parameters and the like of the display screen of the intelligent sensor are realized through monitoring different gestures of the container, such as shaking, inversion and the like.
In some embodiments, monitoring the real-time pose of the container includes: acquiring three-dimensional coordinates and rotation angles through a gesture sensor of the intelligent sensor; determining a quaternary function based on the three-dimensional coordinates and the rotation angle; determining an Euler angle according to the quaternary function, wherein the Euler angle comprises a first parameter, a second parameter and a third parameter, the first parameter represents front-back shaking information, the second parameter represents left-right shaking information, and the third parameter represents overturning information.
Specifically, the three-dimensional coordinates (x, y, z) and the rotation angle w detected by the attitude sensor are expanded to obtain a quaternary function q= (x, y, z, w).
Assume that = /> + /> + /> + />=1, the equation that converts the quaternary function into euler angles is:
;
wherein (roll, pith, yaw) is a first parameter, a second parameter and a third parameter of the euler angle;arcsinrepresenting the inverse of the sine function of the wave, atanrepresenting an arctangent function.
For example, the attitude sensor acquires the coordinates, angle and acceleration values of the device in real time, calculates the Euler angle, and calculates the Euler angle when the calculation result of the roll is larger thanOr less than->(i.e.)>>roll>/>) And the acceleration value is larger than 1g, and the whole container is considered to shake back and forth.
When the calculation result of yaw is larger thanOr less than->(i.e.)>>yaw>/>) And the acceleration value is larger than 1g, and the whole container is considered to shake left and right; when the calculation result of pith is greater than +.>Or less than->(i.e.)>>yaw>/>) The entire container is considered to be inverted.

The container state can be known from the state of the smart sensor because the smart sensor is already covered with the container. Optionally, the container may be a water cup, and the intelligent sensor may be an intelligent cup cover.
Preferably, the acceleration value obtained by monitoring the three-axis accelerometer of the attitude sensor is used as a reference value, the value of the three-axis gyroscope is used as a comparison value, kalman smoothing filter analysis is performed through covariance between the acceleration value and the value of the three-axis gyroscope, and Gaussian white noise is reduced to obtain a reliable Euler angle.
S120: and generating a control instruction according to the real-time gesture of the container.
Wherein, the control instruction comprises a water quality detection instruction.
The real-time gestures of the container state such as left-hand shaking, right-hand shaking, front-hand shaking, back-hand shaking, inversion and the like are respectively set as different trigger events, and the central processing unit executes corresponding operations according to the different states so as to trigger the water quality sensor to detect and display control instructions of the functions such as left-hand and right-hand switching, confirmation, cancellation and the like.
S130: when the water quantity in the detection cavity of the intelligent sensor reaches a preset value, generating a water quantity standard instruction.
When the water quantity in the detection cavity of the intelligent sensor reaches a preset value, generating a water quantity standard instruction. Optionally, in the process of detecting the water quality parameters, the TDS detection component of the intelligent sensor monitors in real time whether the water quantity in the detection cavity reaches the detection minimum, if the TDS detection parameter is 0, the water quantity is insufficient to cover various detectors, the detection is stopped, and the occurrence of detection errors caused by insufficient water quantity is prevented.

The chemical oxygen demand (Chemical Oxygen Demand, COD) reflects the pollution of organic matters and inorganic reducing matters in the water body, is an important parameter for measuring the quality of the water body, and is one of the most main pollution indexes in the water body.
Total dissolved solids (Total dissolved solids, TDS), indicating how much soluble solids are dissolved in water. The higher the TDS value, the more the dissolved substances contained in the water, and the inorganic salt content in the water can be seen, and the degree of softness of the reaction water can be seen.
The clear and clean water may also contain excessive organic matters and soluble inorganic matters, and the independent COD or TDS value cannot judge whether the water quality can be drunk or not, and the combination of the two can reflect the parameters of the organic matters in the water and the inorganic matters in the water and can accurately reflect the quality of the water quality.
In addition, too high water temperature can also affect human health. Optionally, when the temperature of the water in the container is higher than 55 ℃, the drinking water is too high in temperature and not suitable for drinking, and the display screen continuously displays a warning prompt of 'over high temperature and careful drinking prompt'.

The display screen can switch the display interface through touch sliding, meanwhile, the gesture sensor monitors the gesture state of the container in real time, the acceleration value obtained through monitoring by the three-axis accelerometer of the gesture sensor is used as a reference value, the value of the three-axis gyroscope is used as a comparison value, kalman smooth filtering analysis is carried out through covariance between the acceleration value and the value of the three-axis gyroscope, and Gaussian white noise is reduced to obtain a reliable Euler angle. And calculating each angular velocity of the three-axis gyroscope to respectively obtain three Euler angles, and quantifying the state of the equipment according to the obtained Euler angles and the acceleration values of the corresponding angles to detect the states of the equipment such as left-hand shake, right-hand shake, front-hand shake, back-hand shake, inversion and the like. And (3) the left hand swing enables the display interface to be circularly switched to the left for one time, the right hand swing enables the display interface to be circularly switched to the right for one time, and the container is inverted for water quality parameter detection.
The intelligent sensor detects that the container is only detected once when rotating from the normal position to the inversion, only detected once when inverting for a long time, multiple measurements when avoiding inversion are only detected when rotating from the normal position to the inversion again.
Above, container state monitoring is done using attitude sensors: the central processing unit reads the monitoring data output by the attitude sensor, the angles of the object in space, namely Euler angles, are obtained by carrying out inverse trigonometric function operation on the acceleration values of the two monitored shafts, the three-axis gyroscope calculates each angular velocity to obtain three Euler angles respectively, and the states of the equipment such as left-hand shake, right-hand shake, front-hand shake, back-hand shake, inversion and the like are detected by quantifying the states of the equipment according to the obtained Euler angles and the acceleration values of the corresponding angles.
