Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an inflation and deflation assembly, in particular to an inflation and deflation assembly used on a swimming pool.
Background
The inflatable swimming pool is generally provided with an inflatable cavity and a water storage cavity, and the inflatable cavity is inflated to realize that the water storage cavity can store a large amount of water, so that the inflatable swimming pool is used as the swimming pool. The SPA swimming pool realizes the functions of inflating and bubbling the water storage cavity on the basis of the swimming pool, thereby realizing wave making or massaging the human body.

a valve core is arranged in the valve body and rotates around the axial direction of the valve body under the action of a driving piece; when the valve core is positioned at the first position, a first channel on the valve core communicates the bubbling baffle through hole of the lower air pipe with the air inlet; when the valve core is positioned at the second position, a first channel on the valve core communicates the air suction baffle through hole of the lower air pipe with the air outlet; when the valve core is positioned at the third position, the first channel on the valve core is sealed by the lower air pipe; when the valve core is positioned at the fourth position, the first channel on the valve core communicates the inflation gear through hole of the lower air pipe with the air inlet.
In a preferred embodiment: when the valve core is positioned at the second position, the second channel on the valve core communicates the air inlet of the valve body with the air outlet of the valve body.
In a preferred embodiment: the exhaust port is provided with a one-way valve.
In a preferred embodiment: the valve core comprises a valve core body and a valve core reversing assembly; the side wall of the valve core body is provided with clamping teeth along the circumferential direction; the driving piece is a motor and a gear sleeved on an output shaft of the motor, and the gear is meshed with the latch.
In a preferred embodiment: the valve core reversing assembly comprises a reversing piece and a connecting rod, one end of the connecting rod is connected with the axle center of the reversing piece, and the other end of the connecting rod is inserted into the valve body and fixedly connected with the valve body; and the reversing sheet is provided with a through hole.
In a preferred embodiment: the valve body and the valve core body are combined to form a first chamber and a second chamber which are isolated from each other;
when the valve core is positioned at the first position, the through hole is communicated with the air inlet through the first cavity to form the first channel; when the valve core is positioned at the second position, the through hole is communicated with the air outlet through the second cavity to form the second channel, and the first cavity is communicated with the air inlet and the air outlet.
In a preferred embodiment: the lower air pipe is connected to one end of the valve body along the axial direction, a gear piece is arranged on one side, facing the valve body, of the lower air pipe, and the gear piece is provided with a bubbling gear through hole, an inflating gear through hole and an exhausting gear through hole along the circumferential direction, and a blind hole for sealing the first channel.
In a preferred embodiment: the lower air pipe is divided into an inner pipe and an outer pipe; the inner tube is communicated with the inflation gear through hole, and the outer tube is communicated with the bubbling gear through hole; the inner tube is used for connecting with the inflation chamber; the outer tube is used for being communicated with a water storage cavity of the swimming pool.

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention provides a multi-gear inflation and deflation assembly, which controls a valve core to rotate through a driving piece, so that a through hole of the valve core is communicated with different gear holes on a gear sheet to realize different functions, such as inflation, deflation, bubbling and water sealing. The assembly can achieve the purpose of multi-gear operation, is simple in structure, and solves the problem that an existing inflation and deflation assembly is single in function and complex in structure. And the inflation and deflation are divided into two different gears, the functions of each other are not affected, and only a proper gear is selected.

a valve core 3 is arranged in the valve body 2, and the valve core 3 rotates around the axial direction of the valve body 2 under the action of a driving piece 23; when the valve core 3 is positioned at the first position, a first channel on the valve core 3 communicates the bubbling baffle through hole 41 of the lower air pipe 4 with the air inlet 21; when the valve core 3 is positioned at the second position, a first channel on the valve core 3 communicates the air suction baffle through hole 42 of the lower air pipe 4 with the air outlet 22; when the valve core 3 is positioned at the third position, a first channel on the valve core 3 is sealed by the lower air pipe 4; when the valve core is positioned at the fourth position, the first channel on the valve core 3 communicates the inflation gear through hole 47 of the lower air pipe 4 with the air inlet.
Thus, when a user needs to use the bubbling function, the valve core 3 can be moved to the first position through the driving piece 23, so that the purpose of bubbling the water storage cavity of the swimming pool is realized. When the user needs to use the deflation function, the valve core 3 can be moved to the second position through the driving piece 23, so that the deflation of the inflatable swimming pool is realized. When the user does not need to use the above function, the valve core 3 can be moved to the third position by the driving member 23 so that the first passage is sealed, and thus, the backflow of water or gas can be prevented. Ensure that the inflation and deflation assembly can be safely and stably used. When the user needs to inflate the swimming pool, the valve core 3 can be moved to the fourth position through the driving piece 23, so that the inflation of the inflated swimming pool is realized.
In this embodiment, in order to achieve the exhausting function, in addition to letting the air in the inflated swimming pool into the air pump set 1, it is necessary to exhaust the air that has entered the air pump set 1 to the outside atmosphere, and for this purpose, when the valve element 3 is in the second position, the second channel on the valve element 3 communicates the air inlet 21 of the valve body 2 with the air outlet 24 of the valve body 2.
This vent 24 is required to be plugged during normal use, or otherwise air leakage may occur. A check valve 25 is provided at the exhaust port 24.
In this embodiment, in order to implement the above-mentioned air path for inflating and deflating, the valve core 3 includes a valve core body 31 and a valve core reversing component 32; the side wall of the valve core body 31 is provided with a latch 33 along the circumferential direction; the driving piece 23 is a motor 231 and a gear 232 sleeved on the output shaft of the motor 231, and the gear 232 is meshed with the latch 33. Furthermore, the valve core reversing assembly 32 in this embodiment includes a reversing piece 321 and a connecting rod 322, wherein one end of the connecting rod 322 is connected with the axle center of the reversing piece 321, and the other end is inserted into the valve body 2 and fixedly connected with the valve body 2; the commutator segments 321 are provided with through holes 323.
In order to form the first and second passages, the valve body 2 and the spool body 31 are combined to form a first chamber and a second chamber isolated from each other; when the valve core 3 is located at the first position, the through hole 323 is communicated with the air inlet 21 through the first chamber to form the first channel; when the valve element 3 is in the second position, the through hole 323 communicates with the air outlet 22 through a second chamber to form the second passage, and the first chamber communicates with the air inlet 21 and the air outlet 24.
In order to provide the bubbling block through hole 41 and the air extraction block through hole 42, the lower air pipe 4 is connected to one end of the valve body 2 along the axial direction, a gear piece 46 is provided on one side of the lower air pipe 4 facing the valve body 2, and the gear piece 46 is provided with the bubbling block through hole 41, the air extraction block through hole 42 and the air extraction block through hole 47 along the circumferential direction, and a blind hole 43 for sealing the first channel.
In order to further realize the inflation function, the lower air pipe 4 is divided into an inner pipe 44 and an outer pipe 45; the inner tube 44 is communicated with the inflation stopper through hole 47, and the outer tube 45 is communicated with the bubbling stopper through hole 41; the inner tube 44 is used for connecting with an inflatable chamber, and the outer tube 45 is used for communicating with a water storage cavity of the swimming pool. Thus, the user can be connected with the inflation cavity of the swimming pool through the inner pipe 44 to realize the inflation function, and is connected with the water storage cavity of the swimming pool through the outer pipe 45 to realize the bubbling function.

The multi-gear inflation and deflation assembly of claim 1, wherein: the valve core comprises a valve core body and a valve core reversing assembly; the side wall of the valve core body is provided with clamping teeth along the circumferential direction; the driving piece is a motor and a gear sleeved on an output shaft of the motor, and the gear is meshed with the latch.
