Then, the electric control reel 14 drives the lifting piston plate 4 to ascend again, water in the water storage area 102 is pumped into the lower cavity 202 through the communicating pipe 21, meanwhile, the water level in the water storage area 102 descends, the electromagnetic valve 34 is started, and water is replenished in the water storage area 102.
