Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an enzyme eluting method of indigo jean, belonging to the field of jean water washing and decoloring.
Background
The jean fabric is deeply favored by consumers in each layer due to the unique appearance and the solid wear-resistant wearing performance, and partial dye is removed through proper after-finishing, so that the jean fabric is uniformly decolorized or partially decolorized, and the jean fabric is endowed with a colorful style effect, so that the decolorization finishing of the jean fabric is particularly important.
Traditional physical method decolorization, such as stone mill finishing, has great damage to the fabric main body and even causes the damage of the fabric; the common chemical method for decoloring mainly utilizes strong oxidant or bleaching agent and the like to destroy indigo dye, so that the fabric is decolorized, the treated fabric is easy to yellow and embrittle, and the wearability of the jean is affected seriously; the enzyme washing finishing can effectively avoid the problems, and common washing decolorization finishing mainly comprises decolorization of cellulase, laccase and the like.
The cellulose enzyme can make the surface cellulose of the jean fabric shed under specific conditions, the indigo dye attached to the shed fibers can also be stripped off, and some shed dye can be deposited and attached to the surface of the fabric, so that the fabric is easy to return to staining after being treated by the cellulose enzyme, and the fabric is damaged by the cellulose enzyme. Laccase mainly acts on the indigo in the aqueous phase, so that the indigo fallen into the aqueous phase is decomposed, the indigo in the aqueous phase is prevented from being stained back on the jean, when the indigo acts on the jean independently, the stripping and polishing effects are poor, so that laccase is mostly used for treating the indigo dye in the wastewater, and seldom is independently used for decoloring the jean.

In order to solve the problems of low decolorizing efficiency, poor decolorizing effect and the like of the existing indigo dyed jean, the invention provides an energy-saving and environment-friendly decolorizing method, which particularly utilizes horseradish peroxidase/H 2 O 2 Soaking indigo dyed denim in a solution containing horseradish peroxidase/H at pH 5-7 2 O 2 Is taken out after full reaction in the buffer solution of the decoloring system, and can achieve better decoloring rate and lower decoloring rate after washing and dryingStrong damage.
A first object of the present invention is to provide an enzyme-eluting method of indigo jean, comprising the steps of:
immersing indigo jean in buffer solution with pH of 5-7, adding horseradish peroxidase, dissolving, and adding H 2 O 2 Uniformly mixing the solutions to obtain a mixture;
and heating and preserving heat for decoloring the mixture, and washing and drying after decoloring to obtain the decolored denim.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the bath ratio (mass ratio) of the indigo jean and the buffer is 1:10 to 40 percent.
In one embodiment of the invention, the buffer solution with the pH of 5-7 consists of acetic acid, acetate and penetrating agent or consists of sodium dihydrogen phosphate and sodium bicarbonate; wherein the mass ratio of the acetic acid to the acetate to the penetrating agent is (7-15): 3-9): 1; the penetrating agent is penetrating agent JFC.
In one embodiment of the invention, the addition amount of the horseradish peroxidase is 1-10% (owf); the enzyme activity is 30-60U/mg.
In one embodiment of the invention, the horseradish peroxidase is dissolved by stirring for 1-10 min.
In one embodiment of the invention, the H 2 O 2 The solution is H with the mass fraction of 30% 2 O 2 An aqueous solution; the concentration is 1-5 mL/L.
In one embodiment of the invention, the decoloring is carried out by heating to 20-50 ℃ according to the heating rate of 0.5-3 ℃/min, and carrying out heat preservation reaction for 60-80 min under the condition that the oscillation rate is 60-120 r/min.
The second object of the present invention is denim after decolorization prepared by the method of the present invention.
A third object of the present invention is the use of the decolorizing method according to the present invention in the textile field.
[ advantageous effects ]
The inventionProvides an enzyme elution color method for indigo dyeing Niu Bu by horseradish peroxidase/H 2 O 2 And the catalytic system decomposes the indigo dye to generate micromolecular colorless substances such as aniline, benzoic acid, toluene and the like, thereby achieving the purpose of decoloring. By screening and optimizing the formula of the working solution, H based on a specific proportion 2 O 2 And the synergistic effect of the horseradish peroxidase, acetic acid and acetate on the jean improves the decoloring efficiency of the jean, and achieves the purposes of efficiently decoloring and reducing the damage of the fabric. The jean after being treated by the method can realize the synchronous realization: high decoloring rate, low strength loss, short treatment flow, simple equipment, convenient operation and high production efficiency, and can be applied to industrialized production and processing:
specific:
(1) High decoloring rate and low strong damage: different decolorizing effects can be achieved by controlling decolorizing conditions, the decolorizing rate can reach more than 80%, the strong retention rate of the treated denim is 97.9%, the strong loss is small, and the method is obviously superior to other enzyme washing finishing methods;
(2) The treatment process is short, and the operation is convenient: compared with the traditional chemical agents, such as sodium hypochlorite, rongalite and other decolorizers, the decolorization method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the required temperature is low, only 20-50 ℃ is needed, the equipment requirement is low, and the required energy consumption is low;
(3) Economic benefit: in the decoloring method adopted by the invention, the related chemical reagents are fewer, the generated environmental pollution is low, and the method accords with the concept of environmental protection. Meanwhile, the process is simple and reliable, has low requirements on equipment, and is easy to realize industrial production.
