As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the outer pressure-clamping mechanism 10 includes an arc-shaped pressure-clamping member 32, a second electric push rod 33 and a hinge rod 34, a support plate 35 is arranged on the frame 2, a hinge shaft 36 is arranged on the support plate 35, the arc-shaped pressure-clamping member 32 is symmetrically arranged on the hinge shaft 36 in a rotating manner, a first tension spring 37 is arranged between two groups of symmetrically arranged arc-shaped pressure-clamping members 32, the second electric push rod 33 is symmetrically hinged on the frame 2, two ends of the hinge rod 34 are respectively hinged with the side wall of the arc-shaped pressure-clamping member 32 and the end part of the second electric push rod 33, the arc-shaped pressure-clamping member 32 is driven to rotate to adjust an included angle and a distance through the expansion and contraction of the second electric push rod 33, so that the arc-shaped pressure-clamping member 32 is convenient to adapt to the processing of metal barrels with different sizes, and the first tension spring 37 pulls the arc-shaped pressure-clamping member 32 to be close to each other to the metal barrels, and applies pressure to the metal barrels from the outer side.
Referring to fig. 8, the inner support mechanism 8 includes a middle sleeve 38, an electric push rod III 39, a telescopic rod 40, an arc inner support 41, an inner support hinge 42 and a driving disc 43, the middle sleeve 38 is fixedly connected to the bottom wall of the top fixing platform 5, the electric push rod III 39 is arranged inside the middle sleeve 38, a driving shaft 44 is slidably arranged at the lower end of the middle sleeve 38, a tension spring II 45 is arranged between the driving shaft 44 and the end of the electric push rod III 39, the driving disc 43 is coaxially fixedly connected to the lower end of the driving shaft 44, the telescopic rod 40 is circumferentially distributed on the bottom side wall of the middle sleeve 38, the arc inner support 41 is fixedly connected to the end of the telescopic rod 40, two ends of the inner support hinge 42 are respectively hinged to the side wall of the driving disc 43 and the side wall of the arc inner support 41, the electric push rod III 39 contracts to pull the driving shaft 44 to move upwards along the middle sleeve 38 through the tension spring II, the driving disc 43 moves upwards and is close to the middle sleeve 38, the driving disc 43 pushes the arc inner support 41 to move outwards through the inner support 42, the telescopic rod 40 stretches the movement of the arc inner support 41, the telescopic rod 45 always applies an inward pushing force to the arc inner support 41, and the arc inner support 41 always applies an inward pushing force to the arc inner support 41.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the linear driver 3 is in the prior art, the linear driver 3 comprises a sliding rail, a screw rod, a screw seat, a translation sliding seat and a lifting motor, the sliding rail is symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the frame 2, fixed seats are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the side wall of the frame 2, the screw rod is rotationally arranged on the fixed seats, the screw rod is parallel to the sliding rail, the screw seat is in threaded connection with the screw rod, the side wall of the translation sliding seat is provided with a sliding block, the translation sliding seat is slidably arranged on the sliding rail through the sliding block, the translation sliding seat is fixedly connected with the screw seat, the bottom supporting seat 4 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the translation sliding seat, the lifting motor is arranged on the side wall of the frame 2, the lifting motor is coaxially connected with the screw rod, and the lifting motor drives the translation sliding seat to vertically slide along the sliding rail through the screw rod and the screw seat.
When the metal barrel to be curled is concretely used, firstly, an unsealed metal barrel to be curled is sleeved outside the clamping mechanism 9, then, the electric push rod I25 is started, when the inner supporting mechanism 8 to be close to the curling wheel 7, when the upper wall of the barrel to be curled is attached to the curling wheel 7, the linear driver 3 is controlled to stop moving, then the electric push rod II 33 is controlled to extend and the electric push rod III 39 is controlled to shrink, when the electric push rod II 33 extends, the tension spring pulls the arc-shaped clamping and pressing piece 32 to close to each other and attach to the metal barrel, pressure is applied to the metal barrel from the outer side, the electric push rod III 39 shrinks and pulls the driving shaft 44 to move upwards along the middle sleeve 38 through the tension spring II 45, so that the driving disc 43 moves upwards and approaches the middle sleeve 38, the driving disc 43 pushes the arc-shaped inner supporting piece 41 to move outwards through the inner supporting hinge rod 42, the expansion rod 40 extends to adapt to the movement of the arc-shaped inner supporting piece 41, the tension spring II 45 always exerts an upward pulling force on the driving disc 43, so that the arc-shaped inner supporting piece 41 always exerts an outward pushing force on the inner wall of the metal barrel, then the linear driver 3 is started again and the rotating motor 29 is started, the linear driver 3 drives the metal barrel to move upwards continuously, the rotary motor 29 drives the driven toothed ring 28 to rotate through the driving gear 30, the driven toothed ring 28 drives the clamping mechanism 9 to rotate, the clamping mechanism 9 drives the metal barrel to rotate rapidly, the metal barrel moves upwards along with the metal barrel, the edge curling wheel 7 presses the upper edge of the metal barrel to press and curl the metal barrel to form, the arc-shaped clamping clamping part 53, the first limiting wheel 71 facilitates the pulling out of the edge rolling part, when the edge rolling part is pulled out, the first elastic bag body 55 deforms to recover to generate negative pressure, the first check valve 57 is closed, the second check valve 61 is pressed to open, the elastic bag body 55 is pumped into the cleaning agent elastic bag body 55 in the cleaning agent bottle 59 through the liquid conveying hose 60 to be convenient to wind up for next time, and the coil spring 76 is pulled back to the coil winding 76.
