本发明的技术方案为:
一种碳原子数为16-20的异链烷烃作为信息素的载体溶剂的用途。
在上述的用途中,所述信息素和载体溶剂在加热状态下挥发至大气中。
在上述的用途中,所述信息素为猫F3类似物信息素。
在上述的用途中,所述猫F3类似物信息素为棕榈酸、油酸、亚油酸、硬脂酸、软脂酸甲酯、亚油酸甲酯、油酸甲酯、硬脂酸甲酯、壬二酸、庚二酸中的一种或多种。
在上述的用途中,所述加热是指电加热。
同时,本发明还公开了一种含猫F3类似物信息素的组合物,包括猫F3类似物信息素和载体溶剂;所述载体溶剂为碳原子数为16-20的异链烷烃。

先加入棕榈酸0.62%、软脂酸0.62%、软脂酸甲酯0.34%、亚油酸甲酯0.32%、油酸甲酯0.75%、硬脂酸甲酯0.35%、然后再加入异链烷烃(C20-C24)97%,在55℃水浴条件下加热15min,搅拌混匀,随后再冷却至20℃,溶液呈均一的淡黄色油状液体。此组合物命名为样品9。
性能测试
测试项目1挥发性测试
配置净含量38g的样品,灌至插电扩散剂的包材中,并配以加热器(加热温度为55℃)予以使用,实验周期为30天,检验其挥发速率。结果如表1;

有效性评价:插电扩散剂的动物实验评价
实验地点:广州某A、B、C动物医院
实验方案:由于4、5号样品不能完全溶解,故将其排除。将插电扩散剂1、2、3、6、7、8、9号样品,分别放至广州某A、B、C动物医院猫咪住院部进行实验,30天后反馈使用效果。其中每个医院均有2~3个住院部,评价标准依照CSS评分表。按照明显有效猫咪数量、有效果但不明显的猫咪数量、无效果喵咪数量计算有明显效果猫咪的占比

针对样品1的安全性评价
实验设计:
96只昆明小鼠(4周,20±2g,雌雄各半)随机分为样品1组和空白对照组,每组24只,经样品1组处理后,在第一周(1W),第二周(2W),第三周(3W)和第四周(4W)分别解剖每组12只小鼠,并进行肝肾的病理分析,以检测信息素的长期使用(每天使用信息素插电产品进行24小时处理,持续30d)对小鼠的肝肾是否有毒性作用。测试场景参考图1;

2、动物实验观察结果
在一个月的饲养实验中,经样品1组处理的小鼠未见中毒症状和未出现小鼠死亡现象。
3、肝、肾组织病理学染色结果
将肝脏和肾脏组织用4%多聚甲醛固定24h后,流水冲洗过夜,然后脱水、透明、浸蜡、包埋,将组织切片(4μm)固定在载玻片上,37℃展片台过夜,并用苏木精和伊红(HE)染色、中性树脂封片,用光学显微镜观察组织病理学变化。

综上:经组织病理学染色结果显示,公鼠和母鼠在经过信息素处理一个月后,肝脏和肾脏的组织病理学结果和对照组相比未见异常。证明样品1具有很高的安全性。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其它的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种碳原子数为16-20的异链烷烃作为信息素的载体溶剂的用途。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述信息素和载体溶剂在加热状态下挥发至大气中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用途,其特征在于,所述信息素为猫F3类似物信息素。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用途,其特征在于,所述猫F3类似物信息素为棕榈酸、油酸、亚油酸、硬脂酸、软脂酸甲酯、亚油酸甲酯、油酸甲酯、硬脂酸甲酯、壬二酸、庚二酸中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的用途,其特征在于,所述加热是指电加热。
6.一种含猫F3类似物信息素的组合物,其特征在于,包括猫F3类似物信息素和载体溶剂;所述载体溶剂为碳原子数为16-20的异链烷烃。
7.根据权利要求5所述的含猫F3类似物信息素的组合物,其特征在于,所述猫F3类似物信息素为棕榈酸、油酸、亚油酸、硬脂酸、软脂酸甲酯、亚油酸甲酯、油酸甲酯、硬脂酸甲酯中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求5所述的含猫F3类似物信息素的组合物,其特征在于,所述载体溶剂的含量不低于95wt%。
