技术领域

背景技术
在用于诸如婴儿配方奶粉、烟草、洗涤剂等产品的一次性容器的领域,不断需要通过最大限度地减少一次性容器的资源使用以及使容器可回收来减少此类产品的碳足迹。本文所指的一次性容器是具有由层压片材制成的管状主体的复合容器,该层压片材包括纸箱层,即主要由纤维素纤维制成的层。对于某些容器,容器的上边缘和下边缘包括连接到包装容器边缘的塑料边沿件。这为包装容器提供了令人愉悦且整洁的外观,并且容器顶部或底部也可以更耐磨。为了提供不含塑料部件的容器,容器的顶部部分和/或底部部分可替代地由管状主体的折入端部部分制成。然而,这种包装容器的外观在包装容器的底端处会稍微不那么吸引人并且耐磨性较差。

发明内容
上述目的可以通过根据权利要求12所述的制造复合纸板容器的方法、利用根据权利要求1所述的复合纸板容器来实现。本发明的进一步优点和有利特征在以下描述和从属权利要求中公开。

希望为诸如食品产品之类的敏感商品提供具有改进的可回收性而不牺牲被包装商品的持久性或包装安全性的包装。然而,由于边沿件是包括纸浆纤维的模制边沿件,因此与常规塑料边沿件相比,该结构的柔性会较低,并且还会具有更为不规则的表面,这会降低边沿件与管状纸板主体之间的粘附性并由此降低容器的刚性。因此,被包装商品的持久性或包装安全性会因为可能存在较小昆虫(诸如法老蚁)穿过管状主体与边沿件之间的空间的风险而降低。然而,本发明人出人意料地发现,通过将热塑性粘合剂的量增加到对于围绕边沿件所附接的容器开口周边每毫米从0.1mg起的量,可以实现令人满意的密封性,从而允许对诸如食品之类的敏感商品进行包装。
管状主体的端部部分可以在容器顶部开口处或者在容器底部开口处。
边沿件可以经由第一连接部分连接到管状主体的内表面或外表面。第一连接部分是围绕管状主体的整个周缘延伸的周缘连接部分。第一连接部分沿着管状主体的整个端部部分连接到管状主体。为了在边沿件与管状主体之间提供增强的附接和密封,管状主体可以在面向第一连接部分的表面上——诸如在管状主体的内表面和/或外表面上——设置有诸如聚乙烯或聚丙烯层之类的热塑性层。可替代地或附加地,边沿件可以在面向管状主体的表面上设置有热塑性层。热塑性层为边沿件提供了更为规则的表面,从而增强了密封性并提高了被包装货物的持久性或包装安全性。
作为边沿件的第一周向部分的第一连接部分可以具有第一远侧边缘,并且第一连接部分的第一远侧边缘可以位于离管状主体的端部边缘一段距离处,该距离从4mm起,可选地在4mm至50mm的范围内,优选地在5mm至40mm的范围内。边沿件的第一连接部分可以是面向管状主体的内表面或外表面的纵向延伸的周向轴环。由于边沿件是包括纸浆纤维的模制边沿件,因此与常规的塑料边沿件相比,该结构的柔性和稳定性会较低。已经发现,边沿件具有位于离端部边缘一段从4mm起、可选地为4mm至50mm的距离的第一连接部分,这通过管状主体的壁为边沿件的最脆弱部分——即该连接部分或多个连接部分——提供支撑而为边沿件提供了增强的形状稳定性。
管状主体的面对边沿件的第一连接部分的周向区域可以用第一粘合剂层覆盖,该周向区域从管状主体的端部边缘朝着当在纵向方向上观察时该管状主体的相对端部边缘延伸至少4mm、可选地至少10mm。这可以为边沿件的第一连接部分提供结构支撑。

边沿件的密度可以在0.2kg/dm3至1.5kg/dm3的范围内,可选地在0.2kg/dm3至1kg/dm3的范围内,可选地在0.4kg/dm3至0.8kg/dm3的范围内。根据本公开的边沿件是模制边沿件,并且因此需要具有结构耐久性,优选地类似于塑料边沿件的结构耐久性。对于要连接到附加的边沿部的边沿部件——诸如内边沿部件和外边沿部件,这些边沿部件需要具有一定的柔性并且能够在结构上是稳定的。

边沿件可以包括L形连接部分,该L形连接部分包括第一侧壁区段和面向管状主体的端部边缘的底部区段。第一侧壁区段可以对应于第一连接部分,或者第一连接部分可以包括第一侧壁部分。底部区段与第一侧壁区段之间的拔模角可以在0度至10度的范围内,可选地在0度至5度的范围内。这有助于L形连接部分与管状主体的端部部分之间的紧密配合,从而提高了被包装货物的持久性和包装安全性。
底部区段与连接部分的远侧边缘之间的距离可以从3毫米起,可选地在7毫米至30毫米的范围内。这种连接部分有助于提高结构稳定性以及延长储存稳定性。
第一连接部分可以设置有距离元件,诸如在管状主体的纵向方向上延伸的肋,距离元件面向管状主体、诸如例如管状主体的内表面。第一连接部分可以设置有三个或更多个距离元件,诸如五个或更多个或者十个或更多个的距离元件,当在管状主体的周向方向上观察时这些距离元件平行布置。在将边沿件施加到管状主体的端部部分时,距离元件为粘合剂提供了通道并且提供了到管状主体的距离,从而在施加边沿件时防止从第一连接部分/管状主体的端部部分刮掉粘合剂,并由此有助于粘合剂的均匀涂覆。在这种情况下,在距离元件之间的位置处测量第一连接部分的拔模角。
第一连接部分可以包括第一侧壁区段和引导侧壁区段,引导侧壁区段从第一侧壁区段延伸。引导侧壁区段是与第一侧壁区段相比到管状主体的距离更大的区段。引导侧壁区段可以是倾斜壁区段,当从管状主体的端部边缘且沿管状主体的纵向方向观察时,该倾斜壁区段至管状主体的距离增加。
对于具有L形、U形或方U形横截面的边沿件,引导侧壁区段可以是倾斜壁区段,从管状主体的端部边缘且沿管状主体的纵向方向观察时,该倾斜壁区段到管状主体的距离增加。引导壁区段可以具有从2度至30度的拔模角。引导壁区段的拔模角可以大于第一侧壁区段的拔模角。

由于边沿件是由纸浆纤维制成的,因此该结构相较塑料边沿件更脆弱且柔性更小,并且还在边沿件与管状纸板主体之间产生更大的摩擦。为了降低在将粘合剂施加到第一连接部分时损坏边沿件或边缘部分的风险,边沿件可以包括从第一侧壁区段延伸的引导侧壁区段。附加地,这由于增强了用于施加粘合剂的喷嘴的通路而有助于向第一连接部分正确施加粘合剂。当将边沿件附接到管状主体时,这也是一个优点。当边沿件包括供管状主体的端部部分插入的U形或方边型U形的轨道部分时,这尤其是有利的。由于边沿件包括纸浆纤维的事实,因此需要在边沿件与管状主体之间施加增加量的粘合剂,以确保粘合剂充分填充在介于边沿件与轨道的侧壁之间的间隙中。引导部分还可以用作用于从间隙压出的粘合剂的储存器,从而保护容器的内部或外表面不被粘合剂弄脏。

此外应理解的是,步骤e)和f)可以组合进行,使得边沿件附接到端部部分并且使得包括有热塑性粘合剂的第一粘合剂层以在端部部分处每毫米容器开口周边从0.1mg起的量注入在介于管状主体的端部部分与边沿件的第一连接部分之间的间隙中。
边沿件的密度可以在0.2kg/dm3至1.5kg/dm3的范围内,可选地在0.2kg/dm3至1kg/dm3的范围内,可选地在0.4kg/dm3至0.8kg/dm3的范围内。

引导侧壁区段可以是倾斜壁区段,当从管状主体的端部边缘且沿管状主体的纵向方向观察时,该倾斜壁区段到管状主体的距离增加。引导壁区段可以具有从底部区段观察时成2度至30度的拔模角。引导壁区段的拔模角可以大于第一侧壁区段的拔模角。
在步骤d)中,第一连接部分可以设置有距离元件,诸如在管状主体的纵向方向上延伸的肋,距离元件面向管状主体、诸如例如管状主体的内表面。在将边沿件施加到管状主体的端部部分时,距离元件为粘合剂提供了通道并提供了到管状主体的距离,从而防止在施加边沿件时从第一连接部分/管状主体的端部部分刮掉粘合剂,并由此有助于粘合剂的均匀涂覆。

应当理解的是,附图是示意性的并且诸如材料层和容器部件之类的各个部件不一定按比例绘制。
图中所示的复合纸板容器和形成复合纸板容器的方法中的步骤仅作为示例提供,而不应被认为是对本发明的限制。因此,本发明的范围仅由所附权利要求的范围来确定。

复合纸板容器1没有塑料部件——诸如塑料的边沿部件、盖部件或底部部件。
如剖面图所示的,边沿部9a包括方边型U形的轨道部分13,该轨道部分包括第一侧壁区段13a和第二侧壁区段13b以及面向管状主体2的端部边缘12的底部区段13c。边沿部9a的连接部分11包括第一侧壁区段13a。

图4和图5示出了于底端3处、在与管状主体2的顶端6处的容器顶部开口5相对的容器底部开口4上方封闭管状主体2的步骤c)。底部开口4通过在底端3处将纸板底盘18压入管中而被封闭。底盘18具有在纵向方向L上朝向底端3弯折的外周凸缘18a。弯折的外周凸缘18a可以例如通过焊接而附接到管状主体2的内表面7。纸板底盘18可以由包括纸箱基底层和热塑性焊接层的层压片材组成,可替代地或附加地,管状主体2可以在内表面7上设置有热塑性焊接层。热塑性焊接层可以包括金属粉末,可以是金属化的热塑性层,或者层压片材可以包含诸如铝箔之类的金属箔。
图6示出了形成模制边沿件9的步骤。模制边沿件通过在模制工具15中提供诸如纸浆液的形式的软木纸浆纤维而形成。模制工具15包括母模制工具部件15a和匹配的公模制工具部件15b,纸浆纤维被压在母模制工具部件15a与公模制工具部件15b之间而形成包括纸浆纤维的三维形状的边沿部件9。
图7A-7C示出了边沿与盖部件,其包括模制成一体并通过两个铰链部分9c相互连接的边沿部9a和盖部9b。如剖面图所见的,边沿部9a具有方边型U形的轨道部分13,该轨道部分13包括相对的第一侧壁区段13a和第二侧壁区段13b以及用于面对管状主体2的端部边缘12的底部区段13c。边沿部9a的第一连接部分11包括第一侧壁区段13a和引导侧壁区段13d,当边沿部9b施加到管状主体的端部边缘时,引导侧壁区段在管状主体的纵向方向上延伸。底部区段13c与第一侧壁区段13a之间的拔模角α在0度至10度的范围内,并且底部区段13c与引导壁区段13d之间的拔模角β在从2度至30度的范围内。引导壁区段13d的拔模角大于第一侧壁区段13a的拔模角。
第一侧壁区段13a设置有距离元件20,诸如当边沿件施加到管状主体上时在管状主体的纵向方向L上延伸的肋。
图8示出了将包括热塑性粘合剂的第一粘合剂层14施加到第一连接部分11(在该图中也对应于第一侧壁区段13a)的步骤。第一粘合剂层14围绕边沿件的第一连接部分11的整个周缘施加,当被施加到管状主体时,第一连接部分11围绕管状主体的端部部分的整个周缘延伸。
图9示出了将包括边沿部9a和盖部9b的边沿部件9附接到管状主体2的端部部分10的最后步骤。粘合剂层14布置成面向管状主体2的内表面7。

Claims (17)

1.一种用于散装固体的复合纸板容器(1),所述复合纸板容器(1)包括管状主体(2),所述管状主体于底端(3)处、在与所述管状主体(2)的顶端(6)处的容器顶部开口(5)相对的容器底部开口(4)上方被封闭,所述管状主体(2)具有面向所述管状主体(2)的内部的内表面(7)和背向所述管状主体(2)的内部的外表面(8),所述管状主体(2)沿纵向方向(L)在所述底端(3)与所述顶端(6)之间延伸,所述复合容器(1)包括围绕所述容器顶部开口(5)和/或所述底部开口(4)的边沿件(9),所述容器顶部开口(5)具有顶部开口周边(pt)且所述容器底部开口(4)具有底部开口周边(pb),所述边沿件(9)通过所述边沿件(9)的第一连接部分(11)沿着所述管状主体(2)的端部边缘(12)附接到所述管状主体(2)的端部部分(10),所述管状主体(2)由包括纸箱基底层的层压片材(8)制成,其特征在于,所述边沿件(9)为包括纤维的模制边沿件(9),所述纤维是纸浆纤维、诸如软木纸浆纤维,所述边沿件(9)通过第一粘合剂层(14)连接到所述管状主体(2),所述第一粘合剂层(14)包括热塑性粘合剂并且布置在介于所述边沿件(9)的所述第一连接部分(11)与所述管状主体(2)的所述端部部分(10)之间的第一间隙中,所述第一粘合剂层(14)以在所述管状主体(2)的端部部分(10)处每毫米所述容器开口周边(pt,Pb)从0.1mg起的量包括热塑性粘合剂或由热塑性粘合剂组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合纸板容器(1),其中,所述边沿件(9)的所述第一连接部分(11)具有第一远侧边缘(11a),并且所述第一连接部分(11)的所述第一远侧边缘(11a)位于与所述管状主体的端部边缘(12)相距一段距离处,所述距离(d)在从5mm至50mm的范围内,可选地在从5mm至40mm的范围内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合纸板容器(1),其中,所述管状主体(2)的面向所述边沿件(9)的所述第一连接部分(11)的并且从所述管状主体(2)的所述端部边缘(12)朝向相对的端部边缘延伸至少4mm、可选地至少10mm的周向区域由所述第一粘合剂层(14)覆盖。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的复合纸板容器(1),其中,所述第一连接部分(11)面向所述管状主体(2)的内表面(7),并且所述边沿件(9)包括面向所述管状主体(2)的外表面(8)的第二连接部分,所述边沿件(9)还通过施加在所述管状主体(2)的外表面(8)上的第二粘合剂层连接到所述管状主体(2),所述第二粘合剂层包括热塑性粘合剂或由热塑性粘结剂组成,所述第二粘合剂层布置在介于所述边沿件的第二连接部分(9)与所述管状主体(2)的外表面(8)上的端部部分(10)之间的第二间隙中。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的复合纸板容器(1),其中,所述边沿件(9)围绕所述容器顶部开口(5),并且是包括边沿部(9a)和盖部(9b)的边沿部件,其中,所述边沿部(9a)和所述盖部(9b)模制成一体,所述边沿部(9)经由铰链部分(9c)连接到所述盖部(9b)。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的复合纸板容器(1),其中,所述复合纸板容器(1)不含塑料部件——诸如塑料的边沿部件、盖部件或底部部件。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的复合纸板容器(1),其中,所述边沿件(9)的密度在0.2kg/dm3至1.5kg/dm3的范围内,可选地在0.2kg/dm3至1kg/dm3的范围内,可选地在0.4kg/dm3至0.8kg/dm3的范围内。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的复合纸板容器(1),其中,所述边沿件(9)包括U形或方边型U形的轨道部分(13),所述轨道部分包括第一侧壁区段(13a)和第二侧壁区段(13b)以及面对所述管状主体(2)的端部边缘(12)并连接所述第一侧壁区段(13a)与所述第二侧壁区段(13b)的底部区段(13c),并且其中,所述底部区段(13c)与所述第一侧壁区段(13a)之间的拔模角(α)在0度至10度的范围内,可选地在0度至5度的范围内。

12.生产根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的用于散装固体的复合纸板容器(1)的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:

f)将所述边沿件(9)提供到所述端部部分(10),从而将所述边沿件(9)粘合地附接到所述管状主体(2)。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其中,所述边沿件(9)的密度在0.2kg/dm3至1.5kg/dm3的范围内,可选地在0.2kg/dm3至1kg/dm3范围内,可选地在0.4kg/dm3至0.8kg/dm3的范围内。
