The system also comprises a patient inquiry module which is used for acquiring the disease data of the patient and recommending doctor consulting rooms according to the disease data.
The patient inquiry module comprises an intelligent inquiry unit and is used for receiving an intelligent inquiry request of a patient, performing voice interaction with the patient through the intelligent robot to obtain disease data of the patient, performing doctor diagnosis room matching according to the disease data, and recommending the matched doctor diagnosis room to the patient.
In one possible implementation, after the patient logs in the system, the patient has no concept on own diseases, does not know how to select a corresponding doctor's office, and the patient can initiate an AI intelligent inquiry function, perform voice interaction with the patient through a preset voice interaction robot to obtain disease data of the patient, perform doctor's office matching according to the disease data, and recommend the matched doctor's office to the patient.
In one exemplary scenario, the intelligent robot performs voice interaction with the user, inquires about information such as age, sex, current physical condition and the like of the patient, obtains user body description text information according to user answers, and then performs keyword extraction to obtain patient disease data.
And the autonomous consultation unit is used for receiving the disease data input by the patient, carrying out doctor consulting room matching according to the disease data, and recommending the matched doctor consulting room to the patient.
In one exemplary scenario, a user enters disease data at his own discretion, and doctor-room matching is performed based on the disease data entered by the user. The department and doctor's office can also be selected by oneself according to the previous experience of visiting.
In the process of matching a consulting room, the method comprises the following steps: obtaining department labels and disease labels corresponding to the diseases of the patients according to the disease data, inquiring doctor consulting rooms corresponding to the department labels and the disease labels, obtaining the states of the corresponding doctor consulting rooms and the grades of the doctor consulting rooms, sequencing the grades of the doctor consulting rooms from high to low according to the opened states, and recommending the doctor consulting rooms arranged in the first three as matched doctor consulting rooms to the patients.
Alternatively, if the grades of the doctor's offices are the same, the waiting number of the doctor's offices is obtained, and the offices with fewer waiting numbers are recommended to the patient.
The medical record management unit is used for acquiring the medical record information, the medicine prescription information, the physical examination archive information, the medical image information and other data of the patient, storing the related diagnosis and treatment data of the patient into the blockchain, and when the patient makes a consultation with different doctors, the medical record is not required to be repeatedly filled, the medical image is repeatedly shot, and the medical record data can be directly extracted from the patient consultation module and sent to the related doctors. By utilizing the characteristic of block chain decentralization, the user data has decentralization and is difficult to tamper, so that the user information is more real and reliable.
Fig. 3 is a patient inquiry module provided in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, including an intelligent inquiry unit, configured to perform AI inquiry when a patient does not determine own disease, so as to facilitate a user to select a suitable doctor's office. The medical record management system comprises an autonomous consultation unit which is used for a patient to select a proper doctor consulting room by himself, and a medical record management unit which is used for acquiring data such as medical record information, medicine prescription information, physical examination archive information and medical image information of the patient and storing relevant diagnosis and treatment data of the patient into a blockchain.
Through setting up patient inquiry module, can improve the convenience of user inquiry, improve the user and diagnose experience on line.
The system also comprises a hospital service module which is used for generating an online hospital according to the hospital registration information and carrying out appointment registration, medicine purchase and medicine logistics service according to the online hospital.

In one embodiment, a doctor's office may be hung under the name of a hospital, but the doctor may only be on-line in one hospital at a time. The patient can make online registration by reserving the hospital online and generating a registration sheet. Hospitals can give doctors and doctors ward, drug prescription, registration list and other rights under the name.
Fig. 4 is a hospital service module provided in an embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 4, the hospital service module includes an online hospital generating unit, configured to obtain registration information of a hospital and perform qualification audit, and if the qualification audit passes, generate an online hospital according to the registration information of the hospital. The system comprises a service unit for providing online registration service, medicine purchase service and medicine logistics service. Comprises a management unit for providing a hanging management of a doctor's office.
Through setting up online hospital, the patient of being convenient for carries out services such as medicine purchase, appointment registration, has improved patient's convenience greatly.
The system provided by the embodiment of the application can be connected with high-precision control equipment, and a doctor can conduct remote operation on a patient. The diagnosis and treatment data of the consulting room can be analyzed, the range of regional epidemic diseases is obtained, and the epidemic situation is informed, managed and controlled in advance.
The embodiment of the application aims at helping doctors to digitize and virtualize a real consulting room. Doctors and patients can carry out activities such as identity authentication, inquiry and social contact on both sides of doctors and patients under a trust system built by a blockchain. Doctor's consulting room has uniqueness, realism, independence and connectivity. The blockchain has two characteristics, and the data is difficult to tamper and decentralize, so that the information recorded by the blockchain is more real and reliable. The contents of inquiry, medical history of the patient, disease history of the patient, doctor's acceptance rate and the like can be completely put on a public chain, and the trust between the doctor and the patient can be increased. And doctors have independent consulting rooms, and the doctor consulting rooms can have the functions of independent assets, grade management, advertisement delivery, academic article publishing, joint consultation and the like, so that the viscosity of users is greatly increased, and the on-line diagnosis and treatment effect is improved.

1. An on-line office system, comprising:
the registration module is used for generating an information registration page of a hospital, a doctor or a patient and realizing user registration according to registration information input by a user;
the doctor consulting room module is used for generating an independent doctor consulting room according to the registration information of a doctor, managing the doctor consulting room and interacting with a patient according to the doctor consulting room;
the patient inquiry module is used for acquiring patient disease data and recommending the doctor consulting room according to the disease data;
and the hospital service module is used for generating an online hospital according to the hospital registration information and carrying out appointment registration, medicine purchase and medicine logistics service according to the online hospital.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the registration module further comprises:

3. The system of claim 1, wherein the doctor's office module comprises:
the doctor consulting room generating unit is used for acquiring registration information of a doctor and performing qualification audit, and if the qualification audit passes, generating a doctor consulting room according to the registration information of the doctor; the doctor consulting room generated for the first time is the lowest-level doctor consulting room, and the doctor consulting room comprises one or more department tags and disease tags;
a doctor consulting room grade management unit, configured to accumulate the consulting amount of the doctor consulting room, acquire evaluation information of the doctor consulting room, and update the grade of the doctor consulting room according to the consulting amount and the evaluation information;
the doctor consulting room state management unit is used for acquiring the online state of a doctor, setting the state of the doctor consulting room to be an open state under the condition that the doctor is online and the doctor actively opens the consulting room, and setting the state of the doctor consulting room to be a closed state under the condition that the doctor is offline.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein updating the doctor's office level based on the visit volume and the evaluation information comprises:
inputting the evaluation information into a pre-trained attitude detection model to obtain detected positive evaluation and negative evaluation;
counting the number of the front side evaluations, and calculating the doctor consulting room scores according to the consulting amount of the doctor consulting room and the number of the front side evaluations;
and obtaining updated doctor consulting room grades according to the mapping relation between the doctor consulting room scores and the doctor consulting room grades.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the doctor's office module further comprises:
the page management unit is used for generating the doctor consulting room interface, and the doctor consulting room interface comprises one or more of doctor profile information, consulting room grade information, consultation quantity information, doctor qualification information, department information, disease information, a patient message interface, a patient evaluation interface and an interactive consultation interface;
and the advertisement management unit is used for acquiring advertisement resources pulled by a doctor and displaying the advertisement resources on the doctor room interface.
6. The system of claim 5, wherein the doctor's office module further comprises:
the notification reminding unit is used for sending the message content of the doctor consulting room to the doctor mobile terminal; the system is used for reminding the doctor to carry out inquiry service according to the memorandum set by the doctor;
the joint consultation unit is used for generating a temporary consultation room by one key and inviting other doctors to join the temporary consultation room for joint consultation;
and the academic article management unit is used for uploading the academic articles in the doctor consulting room and setting one or more of viewing authority, public authority, downloading authority and article labels of the academic articles.
7. The system of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the doctor's office module further comprises:

the autonomous consultation unit is used for receiving the disease data input by the patient, carrying out doctor consulting room matching according to the disease data, and recommending the matched doctor consulting room to the patient;
and the medical record management unit is used for storing medical record information, medicine prescription information, physical examination file information and medical image information of the user into the blockchain.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein performing a doctor's office match based on the disease data, recommending the matched doctor's office to a patient, comprises:
obtaining department labels and disease labels corresponding to the diseases of the patients according to the disease data;
inquiring doctor consulting rooms corresponding to the department labels and the disease labels;
acquiring the state of the corresponding doctor consulting room and the grade of the doctor consulting room;
the doctor's offices in the first three rows are recommended to the patient as matching doctor's offices, ordered from high to low according to the rank of the doctor's offices in the open state.
10. The system of claim 1, wherein the hospital service module comprises:
the online hospital generation unit is used for acquiring registration information of a hospital and performing qualification audit, and if the qualification audit passes, the online hospital is generated according to the registration information of the hospital;
