Under the condition that the card changing object is not an account opening object of the social security card to be changed, acquiring target identity information provided by the card changing object. The target identity information is used for representing the identity information of the card changing object.

The target database also stores fingerprint information of the card changing object. And the terminal searches target fingerprint information corresponding to the target identity information in a target database according to the target identity information.

And the terminal compares the collected fingerprint information of the card changing object with the target fingerprint information. And under the condition that the fingerprint information of the card changing object is consistent with the target fingerprint information, determining that the target identity information provided by the card changing object belongs to the card changing object. And under the condition that the fingerprint information of the card changing object is inconsistent with the target fingerprint information, determining that the target identity information provided by the card changing object does not belong to the card changing object.

And the terminal generates alarm prompt information under the condition that the target identity information provided by the card exchange object is determined not to belong to the card exchange object. The card exchange object is not an account opening object of the social security card to be exchanged, false identity card information of a non-self person is provided, and the terminal generates alarm prompt information for reminding related operators to raise vigilance on the card exchange object so as to ensure the security of the social security card information.

Under the condition that the terminal determines that the target identity information provided by the card exchange object belongs to the card exchange object, the terminal indicates that the card exchange object provides legal and credible identity card information of the card exchange object, and the terminal executes the step of searching a stored contact link corresponding to the identity mark in the target database.

In this embodiment, by verifying the target fingerprint information corresponding to the target identity information provided by the card exchange object when the card exchange object is not the account opening object of the social security card to be exchanged, it is determined whether the target identity information provided by the card exchange object belongs to the card exchange object, the alarm prompt information is generated when the target identity information does not belong to the card exchange object, and the step of searching the stored contact link corresponding to the identity in the target database is performed when the target identity information belongs to the card exchange object. The method is beneficial to determining the validity of the identity card information of the card exchange object, and carrying out social security card exchange operation on the legal and credible card exchange object, thereby improving the security of the social security card information when the social security card is exchanged.

In one embodiment, before searching the target database for the target fingerprint information corresponding to the target identity information, the method further comprises: carrying out authenticity check on the target identity information; generating alarm prompt information under the condition that the inspection is not passed; in case the check passes, a step of searching the target database for target fingerprint information corresponding to the target identity information is performed.

Before searching target fingerprint information corresponding to the target identity information in a target database, the terminal performs authenticity check on the target identity information provided by the card exchange object, so as to determine whether the target identity information is the true legal identity card information of the card exchange object. Under the condition that the checking result of the authenticity checking indicates that the checking is not passed, the terminal determines that the target identity information provided by the card changing object is not the true legal identity card information of the card changing object, and the terminal generates alarm prompt information to prompt related operators to improve vigilance of the card changing object so as to ensure the safety of social security card information. In case the check passes, a step of searching the target database for target fingerprint information corresponding to the target identity information is performed.

In this embodiment, before searching for target fingerprint information corresponding to target identity information in a target database, performing authenticity inspection on the target identity information, generating alarm prompt information if the inspection fails, and performing the step of searching for target fingerprint information corresponding to the target identity information in the target database if the inspection fails. The method is beneficial to determining the validity of the target identity information provided by the card exchange object, and carrying out social security card exchange operation on the legal and credible card exchange object, thereby improving the security of the social security card information when the social security card is exchanged.

In one embodiment, determining whether the call object is an account opening object of a social security card to be replaced according to fingerprint information of the call object, face information of the call object, pre-stored fingerprint information and pre-stored face information includes: comparing the fingerprint information of the call object with pre-stored fingerprint information; comparing the face information of the call object with the pre-stored face information; and under the condition that the fingerprint information of the call object is consistent with the pre-stored fingerprint information and the face information of the call object is consistent with the pre-stored face information, determining that the call object is an account opening object of the social security card to be replaced.

The terminal compares the fingerprint information of the call object with the pre-stored fingerprint information, and compares the face information of the call object with the pre-stored face information. And under the condition that the fingerprint information of the call object is consistent with the pre-stored fingerprint information and the face information of the call object is consistent with the pre-stored face information, determining that the call object is an account opening object of the social security card to be replaced. In some embodiments, in the case that the call object is determined to be the account opening object of the social security card to be replaced, the face information of the call object is compared with the stored face password information. Under the condition that the face information of the call object is consistent with the stored face password information, the call object is determined to send out an alarm request, and the terminal controls the state of the social security card to be replaced to be a state of only paying, so that the resource safety of the social security card is ensured. And storing fingerprint information, facial information, identity card information, transacting social security card changing service time and other related information of the card changing object into a database, increasing a count value by a preset value, and setting the state of the card changing object as a risk state.

In this embodiment, the face information of the call object is compared with the pre-stored face information by comparing the fingerprint information of the call object with the pre-stored fingerprint information. And under the condition that the two comparison results are consistent, determining that the call object is an account opening object of the social security card to be replaced. The method for simultaneously determining whether the call object is the account opening object through the fingerprint information and the face information can automatically determine the identity of the call object, improves the identity authentication efficiency of the call object, and further improves the security of the social security card information when the social security card is replaced.

In one embodiment, the social security card changing method further comprises: under the condition that the identity card information and the identity mark provided by the card exchange object are inconsistent, prompting information is generated, and the prompting information is used for prompting the card exchange object to provide the identity card information of the account opening object.

Under the condition that identity card information provided by a card exchange object is inconsistent with the identity mark, the terminal generates prompt information which is used for prompting the card exchange object to provide the identity card information of an account opening object.

In this embodiment, the prompting information for prompting the card exchange object to provide the identity card information of the account opening object is generated under the condition that the identity card information provided by the card exchange object is inconsistent with the identity identification. The method ensures that the identification card information of the account opening object provided by the card exchange object can be authenticated later, and is favorable for verifying whether the card exchange object is an authorized object of the account opening object, thereby improving the security of the social security card information when the social security card is exchanged.

In order to describe the social security card changing method and effect in detail, the following description will use a most detailed embodiment:

the social security card changing system comprises fingerprint acquisition equipment, image acquisition equipment, video call equipment, identity card information acquisition equipment, social security card writing equipment and computer equipment. FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram showing the components of the social security card changing system. The computer device may be a social security card changing terminal. The fingerprint acquisition equipment is used for acquiring fingerprint information of the card changing object. The image acquisition device is used for acquiring the facial information of the card changing object. The video call device is used for carrying out video call with the call object. The identity card information acquisition equipment is used for acquiring information of the identity card provided by the card exchange object. The social security card information acquisition equipment acquires information of the social security card to be replaced. The social security card writing device is used for writing the information of the social security card to be changed into the target social security card. The computer device is used for executing the social security card changing method. Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a social security card changing method.

Under the condition that a social security card changing request initiated by a card changing object is received, the computer equipment acquires the identity card information provided by the card changing object, and acquires the social security card information to be changed according to the social security card changing request. The social security card information to be exchanged comprises an identity mark, pre-stored fingerprint information, pre-stored face information and pre-stored passwords.

Under the condition that the identity card information provided by the card changing object is consistent with the identity mark, the computer equipment acquires the fingerprint information and the face information of the card changing object. And comparing the fingerprint information of the card changing object with pre-stored fingerprint information, and comparing the face information of the card changing object with pre-stored face information. And under the condition that the fingerprint information of the card changing object is consistent with the pre-stored fingerprint information and the face information of the card changing object is consistent with the pre-stored face information, determining that the card changing object is an account opening object of the social security card to be changed. And under the condition that the fingerprint information of the card changing object is inconsistent with the pre-stored fingerprint information or the face information of the card changing object is inconsistent with the pre-stored face information, determining that the card changing object is not an account opening object of the social security card to be changed.

And the computer equipment acquires the target identity information provided by the card exchange object under the condition that the card exchange object is not an account opening object of the social security card to be exchanged. And carrying out authenticity inspection on the target identity information, and generating alarm prompt information under the condition that the inspection is not passed. And searching target fingerprint information corresponding to the target identity information in a target database under the condition that the checking is passed, and determining whether the target identity information provided by the card exchange object belongs to the card exchange object according to the fingerprint information of the card exchange object and the target fingerprint information. And generating alarm prompt information under the condition that the target identity information provided by the card exchange object does not belong to the card exchange object. And searching a stored contact link corresponding to the identity in a target database under the condition that the target identity information provided by the card exchange object belongs to the card exchange object. And under the condition of searching, initiating a video call according to the stored contact link. Fingerprint information and face information of a call object during a video call are acquired. The fingerprint information of the call object is compared with the pre-stored fingerprint information, and the face information of the call object is compared with the pre-stored face information. And under the condition that the fingerprint information of the call object is consistent with the pre-stored fingerprint information and the face information of the call object is consistent with the pre-stored face information, determining that the call object is an account opening object of the social security card to be replaced.

Under the condition that the communication object is determined to be an account opening object of the social security card to be replaced and an alarm request of the account opening object is received, the terminal searches stored face secret number information corresponding to the identity mark from the target database, compares the face information of the communication object with the stored face secret number information, if the face information is consistent with the stored face secret number information, determines that the account opening object sends the alarm request, performs only payment-free limiting processing on the social security card account to be replaced, and terminates the card replacing service.

The method comprises the steps that when a communication object is determined to be an account opening object of a social security card to be replaced, and an alarm request of the account opening object is not received, the computer equipment obtains an input password of the card replacing object, and when the input password is consistent with a pre-stored password, information of the social security card to be replaced is written into a target social security card.

And the computer equipment acquires the input password of the card changing object under the condition that the card changing object is determined to be the account opening object of the to-be-changed social security card, and writes the to-be-changed social security card information into the target social security card under the condition that the input password is consistent with the prestored password.

Under the condition that the identity card information provided by the card exchange object is inconsistent with the identity mark, the computer equipment generates prompt information which is used for prompting the card exchange object to provide the identity card information of the account opening object.

According to the social security card changing method, under the condition that the social security card changing request initiated by the card changing object is received, the identity card information provided by the card changing object is obtained, and the social security card information to be changed is obtained according to the social security card changing request. Under the condition that the identity card information provided by the card exchange object is consistent with the identity mark in the social security card information to be exchanged, determining whether the card exchange object is an account opening object of the social security card to be exchanged according to the fingerprint information of the card exchange object, the face information of the card exchange object, the pre-stored fingerprint information and the pre-stored face information in the social security card information to be exchanged. When the card exchange object provides the identity card information of the account opening object, the method for further determining whether the card exchange object is the account opening object or not according to the fingerprint and the face information of the card exchange object is beneficial to improving the security of social security card information. Under the condition that the card exchange object is not an account opening object of the social security card to be exchanged, initiating a video call according to the stored contact link corresponding to the identity mark searched in the target database, and determining whether the call object is the account opening object of the social security card to be exchanged according to fingerprint information, face information, pre-stored fingerprint information and pre-stored face information of the call object. Under the condition that the card changing object is not an account opening object, whether the call object is the account opening object or not is determined through the fingerprint and the face information of the video call object corresponding to the identity mark, so that the security of social security card information is further improved. And under the condition that the call object is an account opening object of the social security card to be replaced, acquiring an input password of the card replacing object, and under the condition that the input password is consistent with a prestored password, writing the information of the social security card to be replaced into the target social security card. When the communication object is determined to be the account opening object, the information of the social security card to be replaced is written into the target social security card by verifying the input password of the card replacement object, so that the security of the social security card information during the social security card replacement is improved.

It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments described above are sequentially shown as indicated by arrows, these steps are not necessarily sequentially performed in the order indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the flowcharts described in the above embodiments may include a plurality of steps or a plurality of stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of the steps or stages is not necessarily performed sequentially, but may be performed alternately or alternately with at least some of the other steps or stages.

Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides a social security card changing device for realizing the social security card changing method. The implementation scheme of the solution provided by the device is similar to the implementation scheme described in the above method, so the specific limitation in the embodiments of the social security card changing device or devices provided below may refer to the limitation of the social security card changing method hereinabove, and will not be repeated herein.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided a social security card changing device, including: acquisition module 110, determination module 120, lookup module 130, determination module 140, and card writing module 150, wherein:

the obtaining module 110 is configured to obtain, when receiving a social security card changing request initiated by a card changing object, identification card information provided by the card changing object, and obtain social security card information to be changed according to the social security card changing request; the social security card information to be exchanged comprises an identity mark, pre-stored fingerprint information, pre-stored face information and pre-stored passwords.

The determining module 120 is configured to obtain fingerprint information and face information of the card changing object when the identity card information and the identity identifier provided by the card changing object are consistent; and determining whether the card changing object is an account opening object of the social security card to be changed according to the fingerprint information of the card changing object, the face information of the card changing object, the pre-stored fingerprint information and the pre-stored face information.

The searching module 130 is configured to search the target database for a stored contact link corresponding to the identity if the card exchange object is not an account opening object of the social security card to be exchanged.

A determining module 140, configured to initiate a video call according to the stored contact link if the video call is found; acquiring fingerprint information and face information of a call object during video call; and determining whether the call object is an account opening object of the social security card to be replaced according to the fingerprint information of the call object, the face information of the call object, the pre-stored fingerprint information and the pre-stored face information.

The card writing module 150 is configured to obtain an input password of the card changing object when the call object is an account opening object of the social security card to be changed, and write the information of the social security card to be changed into the target social security card when the input password is consistent with the prestored password.

According to the social security card changing device, under the condition that the social security card changing request initiated by the card changing object is received, the identity card information provided by the card changing object is obtained, and the social security card information to be changed is obtained according to the social security card changing request. Under the condition that the identity card information provided by the card exchange object is consistent with the identity mark in the social security card information to be exchanged, determining whether the card exchange object is an account opening object of the social security card to be exchanged according to the fingerprint information of the card exchange object, the face information of the card exchange object, the pre-stored fingerprint information and the pre-stored face information in the social security card information to be exchanged. When the card exchange object provides the identity card information of the account opening object, the method for further determining whether the card exchange object is the account opening object or not according to the fingerprint and the face information of the card exchange object is beneficial to improving the security of social security card information. Under the condition that the card exchange object is not an account opening object of the social security card to be exchanged, initiating a video call according to the stored contact link corresponding to the identity mark searched in the target database, and determining whether the call object is the account opening object of the social security card to be exchanged according to fingerprint information, face information, pre-stored fingerprint information and pre-stored face information of the call object. Under the condition that the card changing object is not an account opening object, whether the call object is the account opening object or not is determined through the fingerprint and the face information of the video call object corresponding to the identity mark, so that the security of social security card information is further improved. And under the condition that the call object is an account opening object of the social security card to be replaced, acquiring an input password of the card replacing object, and under the condition that the input password is consistent with a prestored password, writing the information of the social security card to be replaced into the target social security card. When the communication object is determined to be the account opening object, the information of the social security card to be replaced is written into the target social security card by verifying the input password of the card replacement object, so that the security of the social security card information during the social security card replacement is improved.

In one embodiment, according to the fingerprint information of the card exchange object, the face information of the card exchange object, the pre-stored fingerprint information and the pre-stored face information, the determining module 120 is further configured to: comparing the fingerprint information of the card changing object with pre-stored fingerprint information, and comparing the face information of the card changing object with pre-stored face information; under the condition that the fingerprint information of the card changing object is consistent with the pre-stored fingerprint information and the face information of the card changing object is consistent with the pre-stored face information, determining that the card changing object is an account opening object of a social security card to be changed; and under the condition that the fingerprint information of the card changing object is inconsistent with the pre-stored fingerprint information or the face information of the card changing object is inconsistent with the pre-stored face information, determining that the card changing object is not an account opening object of the social security card to be changed.

In one embodiment, the social security card changing device 100 further includes an information writing module, where the information writing module is further configured to obtain an input password of the card changing object when the card changing object is an account opening object of the social security card to be changed; and writing the information of the social security card to be replaced into the target social security card under the condition that the input password is consistent with the prestored password.

In one embodiment, the searching module 130 is further configured to obtain, before searching the stored contact link corresponding to the identity in the target database, target identity information provided by the card exchange object if the card exchange object is not an account opening object of the social security card to be exchanged; searching target fingerprint information corresponding to the target identity information in a target database; determining whether target identity information provided by the card changing object belongs to the card changing object according to the fingerprint information and the target fingerprint information of the card changing object; generating alarm prompt information under the condition that the target identity information provided by the card exchange object does not belong to the card exchange object; and under the condition that the target identity information provided by the card exchange object belongs to the card exchange object, executing the step of searching the stored contact link corresponding to the identity in the target database.

In one embodiment, the searching module 130 is further configured to perform an authenticity check on the target identity information before searching the target database for the target fingerprint information corresponding to the target identity information; generating alarm prompt information under the condition that the inspection is not passed; in case the check passes, a step of searching the target database for target fingerprint information corresponding to the target identity information is performed.

In one embodiment, the determining module 140 is further configured to: comparing the fingerprint information of the call object with pre-stored fingerprint information; comparing the face information of the call object with the pre-stored face information; and under the condition that the fingerprint information of the call object is consistent with the pre-stored fingerprint information and the face information of the call object is consistent with the pre-stored face information, determining that the call object is an account opening object of the social security card to be replaced.

The modules in the social security card replacing device can be realized in whole or in part by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.

In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 6. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, an input/output interface, a communication interface, a display unit, and an input means. The processor, the memory and the input/output interface are connected through a system bus, and the communication interface, the display unit and the input device are connected to the system bus through the input/output interface. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The input/output interface of the computer device is used to exchange information between the processor and the external device. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless mode can be realized through WIFI, a mobile cellular network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program, when executed by the processor, implements a social security card changing method.

It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the present application and is not limiting of the computer device to which the present application may be applied, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.

In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor implementing the steps of the method embodiments described above when the computer program is executed.

It should be noted that, the user information (including, but not limited to, user equipment information, user personal information, etc.) and the data (including, but not limited to, data for analysis, stored data, presented data, etc.) referred to in the present application are information and data authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party, and the collection, use and processing of the related data are required to comply with the related laws and regulations and standards of the related countries and regions.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. The databases referred to in the various embodiments provided herein may include at least one of relational databases and non-relational databases. Claims

1. A social security card changing method, characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:

under the condition that a social security card changing request initiated by a card changing object is received, acquiring identity card information provided by the card changing object, and acquiring social security card information to be changed according to the social security card changing request; the social security card information to be replaced comprises an identity mark, pre-stored fingerprint information, pre-stored face information and pre-stored passwords;

Under the condition that the identity card information provided by the card changing object is consistent with the identity mark, acquiring fingerprint information and face information of the card changing object; determining whether the card changing object is an account opening object of a social security card to be changed or not according to the fingerprint information of the card changing object, the facial information of the card changing object, the pre-stored fingerprint information and the pre-stored facial information;

searching a stored contact link corresponding to the identity in a target database under the condition that the card changing object is not an account opening object of the social security card to be changed;

and under the condition that the call object is an account opening object of the social security card to be replaced, acquiring an input password of the card replacing object, and under the condition that the input password is consistent with the prestored password, writing the information of the social security card to be replaced into a target social security card.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether the card changing object is an account opening object to be changed for a social security card according to fingerprint information of the card changing object, face information of the card changing object, the pre-stored fingerprint information, and the pre-stored face information comprises:

comparing the fingerprint information of the card changing object with the pre-stored fingerprint information, and comparing the face information of the card changing object with the pre-stored face information;

determining that the card changing object is an account opening object of a social security card to be changed under the condition that the fingerprint information of the card changing object is consistent with the pre-stored fingerprint information and the face information of the card changing object is consistent with the pre-stored face information;

and determining that the card changing object is not an account opening object of a social security card to be changed under the condition that the fingerprint information of the card changing object is inconsistent with the pre-stored fingerprint information or the face information of the card changing object is inconsistent with the pre-stored face information.

3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:

acquiring an input password of the card changing object under the condition that the card changing object is an account opening object of a social security card to be changed;

And writing the information of the social security card to be replaced into a target social security card under the condition that the input password is consistent with the prestored password.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to searching the target database for the stored contact link corresponding to the identity, further comprising:

acquiring target identity information provided by the card changing object under the condition that the card changing object is not an account opening object of a social security card to be changed;

searching target fingerprint information corresponding to the target identity information in a target database; determining whether target identity information provided by the card changing object belongs to the card changing object according to the fingerprint information of the card changing object and the target fingerprint information;

generating alarm prompt information under the condition that the target identity information provided by the card changing object does not belong to the card changing object;

and under the condition that the target identity information provided by the card changing object belongs to the card changing object, executing the step of searching the stored contact link corresponding to the identity in the target database.

5. The method of claim 4, wherein before searching the target database for the target fingerprint information corresponding to the target identity information, further comprising:

Carrying out authenticity check on the target identity information;

and in the case that the inspection passes, the step of searching the target fingerprint information corresponding to the target identity information in the target database is executed.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether the call object is an account opening object of a social security card to be exchanged according to the fingerprint information of the call object, the face information of the call object, the pre-stored fingerprint information, and the pre-stored face information comprises:

comparing the fingerprint information of the call object with the pre-stored fingerprint information; comparing the face information of the call object with the pre-stored face information;

and under the condition that the fingerprint information of the call object is consistent with the pre-stored fingerprint information and the face information of the call object is consistent with the pre-stored face information, determining that the call object is an account opening object of a social security card to be replaced.
