after the wheel 4 rotates for a certain number of turns, the first infrared distance meter 22 and the second infrared distance meter 23 are moved, so that distance measurement processing can be performed on different axial positions of the wheel 4 and different radial positions of the wheel 4 respectively, and then multiple groups of detection data can be obtained, so that detection is more representative.
In the process of detecting the wheels 4, the wheels 4 are placed on the rest circular racks 34 manually, when the detection of the previous wheel 4 is finished, the rotating motor 35 moves upwards to drive the rectangular protrusions 361 to move out of the rectangular grooves 341 through the driving roller 36, the annular rack 32 rotates for 120 degrees and then drives the wheel 4 after the detection is finished to withdraw, the next wheel 4 rotates below the rotating roller around the center of the annular rack 32, and the detection process of the wheel 4 to be detected can be carried out by repeating the actions in the detection process.
The three supporting columns 33 which are circumferentially and uniformly arranged on the annular frame 32 are matched with the placing circular frame 34, so that the wheels 4 can be intermittently fed, the wheels 4 on the supporting columns 33 and the placing circular frame 34 can be synchronously placed on the remaining two groups of supporting columns 33 and the placing circular frame 34 through manpower in the detection process, the time required for taking down and installing the wheels 4 after the detection of the wheels 4 on the supporting columns 33 and the placing circular frame 34 is finished is reduced, and the efficiency of batch detection of the wheels 4 is improved.
Referring to fig. 12, the invention further provides a wheel runout detection method, which comprises the following steps: step one, placing: the wheel 4 is moved to the upper end surface of any one of the circular holders 34 so that the shaft holes 41 and the screw holes are coaxial with the circular holders 34 and the clamping cylinders 344, respectively, and then the wheel 4 is moved downward so that the wheel 4 is placed on the annular placing frame 342.
And step two, rotation treatment: the annular frame 32 is driven to rotate by the interaction of external driving force and the rotating frame 31, so that the placement round frame 34 with the wheels 4 moves to the position right below the driving roller 36, at the moment, the rotating motor 35 moves downwards, the rectangular protrusion 361 is driven by the driving roller 36 to be inserted into the rectangular groove 341, and the rotating motor 35 is started to drive the wheels 4 to rotate by the interaction of the driving roller 36 and the placement round frame 34.
Third step, detection treatment: in the rotation process of the wheel 4, the first infrared distance meter 22 and the second infrared distance meter 23 are started to perform distance measurement treatment on the end face and the radial direction of the wheel 4 respectively.
Fourth step, detecting for many times: after the wheel 4 rotates for a certain number of turns, the first infrared distance meter 22 and the second infrared distance meter 23 are moved, so that distance measurement treatment can be respectively carried out on different axial positions of the wheel 4 and different radial positions of the wheel 4, and whether the readings of the first infrared distance meter 22 and the second infrared distance meter 23 change in the same position detection process is observed.
Fifth step, replacing the wheels: in the above detection process, the wheels 4 to be detected are placed on the remaining circular placing frames 34, and when the detection of the wheels 4 placed in the first step is finished, the annular frame 32 is rotated to repeat the above steps of one, two, three and four, so that the detection treatment can be performed on the remaining wheels 4 to be detected.
