The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1-14, a first embodiment of the present invention provides a light projector, which includes a light structure 1, two support arms, and a base 4, wherein the two support arms are respectively installed on two sides of the light structure 1, the bottoms of the two support arms are fixed above the base 4, and a rotation mechanism 5 is installed in each of the two support arms. The rotating mechanism 5 is connected with a driving mechanism 6 to drive the rotating mechanism 5 to rotate, the two supporting arms are a left supporting arm 2 and a right supporting arm 3 respectively, the bottoms of the left supporting arm 2 and the right supporting arm 3 are fixed above the base 4, the left supporting arm 2 is fixedly provided with an indexing pin 7, and the right supporting arm 3 is provided with a positioning hole 33. As shown in fig. 5-10, the invention is provided with a left arm hanging structure 22 on a left supporting arm 2, a right arm hanging structure 32 on a right left supporting arm 2, a bottom hanging structure 42 on a base 4, a left arm hanging hole 21 is arranged on the left supporting arm 2, the left arm hanging structure 22 is arranged at the left arm hanging hole 21, a right arm hanging hole 31 is arranged on a right supporting arm 3, the right arm hanging structure 32 is arranged at the right arm hanging hole 31, a bottom hanging hole 41 is arranged on the base 4, and the bottom hanging structure 42 is arranged at the bottom hanging hole 41. The hanging fixing mode provided by the invention is simpler, and the hanging fixing mode can be installed only by matching the hanging hole with the hanging structure, so that the operation capability of installing and dismantling the projector is reduced, the convenience of installing and dismantling the projector is improved, the risk of high-altitude operation of the operator is greatly reduced, and the safety of high-altitude operation of the operator is improved.
The left support arm 2 comprises a left support cavity 23 and a left side cover 24, the left side cover 24 is fixed on the left support cavity 23, a first arm cover waterproof sealing ring is arranged at the fixed position of the left support cavity 23 and the left side cover 24, a left arm hanging hole 21 is formed in the left side cover 24, the right support arm 3 comprises a right support cavity 34 and a right side cover 35, the right side cover 35 is fixed on the right support cavity 34, a right arm hanging hole 31 is formed in the right side cover 35, a positioning hole 33 is formed in the right side cover 35, and a second arm cover waterproof sealing ring is arranged at the fixed position of the right support cavity 34 and the right side cover 35, so that the waterproof performance of the projection lamp is improved.
In the concrete implementation of the invention, the left arm hanging structure 22 comprises a left arm hook-shaped hanging piece 221 and a left arm adjusting rotating column 222, a left arm reinforcing plate 223 is fixed on the outer surface of the left arm hook-shaped hanging piece 221, one end of the left arm adjusting rotating column 222 penetrates through the left arm reinforcing plate 223 and is connected with the left arm hook-shaped hanging piece 221, the other end of the left arm adjusting rotating column 222 is connected with a left arm adjusting rotating handle 224, a left arm fixing frame 225 is fixed at the bottom of the left arm hook-shaped hanging piece 221, a left arm quick lock catch 226 matched with the left arm hanging hole 21 is arranged on the left arm fixing frame 225, and in addition, the invention realizes the hanging fixing function of the projection lamp through the matching of the left arm adjusting rotating column 222 and the left arm hook-shaped hanging piece 221, the clamping acting force of the left arm hook-shaped hanging piece 221 can be enhanced, the firmness and the stability of the installation fixing of the projection lamp can be improved, and the invention can adjust the left arm adjusting rotating column 222 by direct hands without using tools, and the situation that tools drop when working in high altitude can be avoided.
The right arm hanging structure 32 comprises a right arm hook-shaped hanging piece 321 and a right arm adjusting rotating column 322, wherein a right arm reinforcing plate 323 is fixed on the outer surface of the right arm hook-shaped hanging piece 321, one end of the right arm adjusting rotating column 322 penetrates through the right arm reinforcing plate 323 and is connected with the right arm hook-shaped hanging piece 321, the other end of the right arm adjusting rotating column 322 is connected with a right arm adjusting rotating handle 324, a right arm fixing frame 325 is fixed at the bottom of the right arm hook-shaped hanging piece 321, and a right arm quick lock catch 326 matched with the right arm hanging hole 31 is arranged on the right arm fixing frame 325. The invention is convenient for the right arm fixing frame 325 and the whole structure of the right arm hook-shaped hanging piece 321 thereof to be quickly installed at the right arm hanging hole by arranging the right arm quick lock catch 326. In addition, the invention can realize the hanging and fixing of the projection lamp by the cooperation of the right arm adjusting rotating column 322 and the right arm hook-shaped hanging piece 321, the invention sets the right arm hook-shaped hanging piece 321 into a hook shape, can strengthen the clamping acting force of the right arm hook-shaped hanging piece 321, can improve the firmness and stability of the installation and fixing of the projection lamp, and can adjust the right arm adjusting rotating column 322 by hands directly without using tools, thereby avoiding the situation that tools fall off during high-altitude operation.
The bottom hanging structure 42 comprises a bottom hook-shaped hanging piece 421 and a bottom adjusting rotating column 422, wherein a bottom reinforcing plate 423 is fixed on the outer surface of the bottom hook-shaped hanging piece 421, one end of the bottom adjusting rotating column 422 penetrates through the bottom reinforcing plate 423 and is connected with the bottom hook-shaped hanging piece 421, the other end of the bottom adjusting rotating column 422 is connected with a bottom adjusting rotating handle 424, a bottom fixing frame 425 is fixed on the bottom of the bottom hook-shaped hanging piece 421, and a bottom quick lock catch 426 matched with the bottom hanging hole 41 is arranged on the bottom fixing frame 425. The invention is convenient for the bottom fixing frame 425 and the whole structure of the bottom hook-shaped hanging piece 421 to be quickly installed at the bottom hanging hole by arranging the bottom quick lock catch 426.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the driving mechanism 6 includes a stepping motor 61 and a motor output shaft 62, one end of the motor output shaft 62 is connected with the stepping motor 61, the stepping motor 61 is installed at the inner bottom end of the supporting arm, and the stepping motor 61 is connected with the rotating mechanism 5 to drive the rotating mechanism 5 to rotate. The rotating mechanism 5 comprises a main shaft rotating assembly 51 and a transmission assembly 52, wherein the main shaft rotating assembly 51 is arranged on one side of the lamplight structure 1, the main shaft rotating assembly 51 is connected with the transmission assembly 52, and the rotating mechanism 5 is connected with the stepping motor 61 through the transmission assembly 52. The transmission assembly 52 comprises a large gear 521, a small gear 522 and a transmission belt 523, wherein the large gear 521 is arranged at the inner top end of the supporting arm and is positioned at the outer side of the lamplight structure 1, and the main shaft rotating assembly 51 is arranged at the outer side of the lamp cap structure and is connected with the large gear 521. In particular, the invention is characterized in that the two sides of the lamplight structure 1 are respectively provided with a rotary fixing part, the lamplight structure 1 is fixedly connected with the main shaft rotary assembly 51 through the rotary fixing parts, and the main shaft rotary assembly 51 is fixedly arranged at the rotary fixing parts of the lamplight structure 1 through bolts. The pinion 522 is connected with the other end of the motor output shaft 62 of the step motor 61, the driving belt 523 bypasses the large gear 521 and the motor output shaft 62 so as to be in transmission connection with the large gear 521 and the motor output shaft 62, the step motor 61 outputs power to drive the driving belt 523 to drive, the driving belt 523 drives the large gear 521 to rotate in the transmission process, and the large gear 521 drives the main shaft rotating assembly 51 to drive the lamp cap structure to rotate in the rotation process, so that the shaking of the projection lamp is realized. The invention is also provided with a plurality of evenly distributed transmission teeth on the inner side surface of the transmission belt 523, and a plurality of evenly distributed saw teeth are arranged on the peripheral edge of the large gear 521, and the plurality of transmission teeth on the transmission belt 523 are evenly meshed with the saw teeth of the large gear 521, thereby improving the transmission efficiency and the transmission capacity and the transmission stability.
The main shaft rotating assembly 51 is provided with a bearing 511 and a bearing sleeve, the bearing sleeve is sleeved outside the bearing 511, the bearing 511 is connected with a large gear 521, and the large gear 521 drives the bearing 511 of the main shaft rotating assembly 51 to rotate in the rotating process. The main shaft rotating assembly 51 is further provided with a framework oil seal 512 and a pressing plate 513, the framework oil seal 512 is pressed and fixed by the pressing plate 513, the bearing 511 is sealed inside the main shaft rotating assembly 51 by a bearing sleeve and the framework oil seal 512, and a waterproof rubber ring is arranged at the fixed position of the bearing sleeve to form a waterproof sealing structure of the fixed range of the bearing sleeve.
As shown in fig. 15-17, in a specific implementation of the present invention, the light structure 1 includes a light housing 11 and a circuit board 12, where the circuit board 12 is installed in the light housing 11, and the circuit board 12 includes a strobe light source assembly 121 and a first light source array 122 and a second light source array 123 distributed on two sides of the strobe light source assembly 121. The strobe light source assembly 121 includes a long strobe light 1211 and a long lens 1212, the long lens 1212 is covered above the long strobe light 1211, the light emitting surface of the long lens 1212 is a cambered surface, the first light source array 122 includes a plurality of first LED light beads 1221, a first light reflecting bowl 1222 corresponding to the number of the first LED light beads 1221, a first focusing lens 1223 corresponding to the number of the first LED light beads 1221, the first light reflecting bowl 1222 is disposed between the first focusing lens 1223 and the first LED light beads 1221, the first LED light beads 1221 are fixed on one surface of the light reflecting bowl, the first focusing lens 1223 is fixed on the other surface of the first light reflecting bowl 1222, the first light source array 122 is formed by arranging a plurality of first LED light beads 1231 in a matrix manner, the second light source array 123 includes a plurality of second LED light beads 1231, a second light reflecting bowl 1232 corresponding to the number of the second LED light beads 1221, a second focusing lens 1233 corresponding to the number of the second LED light beads 1221, the second light reflecting bowl 1232 is disposed between the second focusing lens 1233 and the second focusing lens 1231, the second light reflecting bowl 1231 is fixed on the other surface of the second light reflecting bowl 1231, and the second light source array 122 is formed by arranging the second light reflecting beads 1231 in a matrix manner. The light emitted by the first LED lamp bead 1221 and the second LED lamp bead 1231 is collected and reflected by the first reflective bowl 1222 and the second reflective bowl 1232 to the first condensing lens 1223 and the second condensing lens 1233, so that the utilization rate of the light is improved, and the light emitted by the projection lamp has high brightness. The invention divides the light structure 1 into 3 light source arrays, and the number of the strobe light source assemblies 121 in the center is different from that of the first light source array 122 and the second light source array 123. Meanwhile, the strip lens 1212 is added above the strobe light source assembly 121, so that the brightness of the center is higher, and the recognition degree is higher in the process of strobe. In addition, the middle stroboscopic light source assembly 121 not only can play a role in stroboscopic effect, but also can achieve a light projecting effect, and the LED lamp beads arranged in a matrix mode are arranged on two sides of the stroboscopic light source assembly 121, so that the lamplight structure 1 is divided into 3 areas, the lamplight effect is more obvious, and more abundant stroboscopic change effect and light projecting effect are displayed.
When the embodiment of the invention is specifically implemented, the lamp light housing 11 comprises a heat dissipation housing body 111 and a heat dissipation housing cover 112, the heat dissipation housing cover 112 covers the upper side of the circuit substrate 12, a plurality of heat dissipation fins 113 are arranged in the heat dissipation housing body 111, the heat dissipation fins 113 are positioned below the circuit substrate 12, each heat dissipation fin 113 is arranged in parallel, a gap is arranged between two adjacent heat dissipation fins 113 to form an air channel for air flow circulation, a heat dissipation fan is arranged in the heat dissipation housing body 111, the heat dissipation fan is arranged at the air port position of the air channel, the heat generated by the stroboscopic light source assembly 121, the first light source array 122 and the second light source array 123 on the circuit substrate 12 can be better dissipated through the air channel formed by each heat dissipation fin 113, and a plurality of heat dissipation ports 114 are formed at the side edge of the heat dissipation housing body 111, so that the heat dissipation of the floodlight is facilitated.
The light structure 1, the support arm and the base 4 of the invention are all IP65 with better waterproof property, and the invention does not need to worry about sun and rain outdoors, does not enter water, improves the safety of the projection lamp, and prolongs the service life of the projection lamp.
