The patent application with the application number of CN200420030614.6 provides a coring tool while drilling, adopts the scheme that an inner core assembly, an inner barrel fisher assembly and a coring bit are sequentially arranged in an outer barrel assembly at the lower end of a drill string from bottom to top, solves the problem that a drilling tool needs to be taken down once every time a core is taken, overcomes the defect that a common coring tool can be fully drilled only by taking out the coring tool and replacing the bit when intermittent coring is performed, and can be widely used for drilling and coring operations because the coring tool while drilling simplifies the technological process, saves the drilling time and can reduce the drilling cost.
The patent application with the application number of CN202211097760.X provides a composite drilling bit and a coring method while drilling, comprising a bit matrix and a plurality of blades arranged on the bit matrix, wherein a chip removal channel is formed between two adjacent blades, one or more inner ends of the blades are provided with composite coring teeth, and the inner ends of the blades jointly form a composite coring hole. The composite drilling bit can realize coring of rock samples while composite drilling, coring can be realized without replacing the bit in the composite drilling process, coring is simpler, the purpose of coring while drilling is achieved, and the problem that the drilling period is influenced by replacing the bit is avoided.
Although this technique achieves coring while drilling to some extent, improving the work efficiency, there are some problems. Firstly, when coring is carried out at the same position and different depths, a plurality of rod withdrawal coring operations are needed, the operation flows of 'drilling, coring, rod withdrawal, drilling, coring, rod withdrawal and … rod withdrawal' are complex, and the working efficiency is low; second, the existing drill bit requires replacement of the entire drill bit when damaged, and is costly.
In view of the foregoing, improvements in existing coal seam gas content measurement coring while drilling devices are needed.

the coring bit comprises a first coring body, the outside in front of the first coring body is detachably connected with a plurality of groups of circumferentially distributed drilling ends, a turnover motor is connected in the first coring body, the output end of the turnover motor is connected with a second coring body through a rotating rod, a coring groove is formed in the second coring body, the two sides of the second coring body are connected with coring motors, the output end of each coring motor is connected with a coring screw rod, the coring screw rods are connected with a coring plate through coring sliding blocks, and the coring motors drive the coring plates to be movably spliced with the coring grooves through the coring screw rods.
The invention further preferably comprises the following steps: the drill rod comprises a drill body, and a first threaded connecting groove and a pressing groove are formed in the side, connected with the core storage pipe, of the drill body.
The invention further preferably comprises the following steps: the core tube is stored including storing the core, it has the core lid to store core upper portion joint, it has offered to press the rail to store the inside bottom side of core, it has the core driving motor to press the rail internal connection, it is connected with the core area of storing to store the core driving motor transmission, it bears the sample core to store the core area.

A method of using a coring while drilling device for coal seams of different depths, the method comprising the steps of:
step 1: and (3) movement adjustment: moving the device to a position to be measured under a mine, and adjusting the cutting angle between the drill rod and the coal rock mass, wherein the cutting angle is 15 degrees;
step 2: installing a core storage pipe: the core storage pipe is arranged in front of the drill rod through threaded rotary connection;
step 3: installing a coring bit: the core bit is arranged in front of the core storage tube through threaded rotary connection;
step 4: switching a drilling mode: the coring motor is started in the forward direction, and the coring motor drives the coring plate to seal the port of the coring groove through the coring screw rod, so that the coring groove is in a sealed state;
step 5: drilling: the drill rod rotates, the drill rod drives the core storage pipe and the coring bit to rotate, and meanwhile, the device moves forwards along the positioning rail;
step 6: switching the coring mode: after reaching the set depth, the coring mode is switched, the coring motor is reversely started, and the coring motor drives the coring plate to be far away from the port of the coring groove through the coring screw rod, so that the coring plate and the coring groove form a coring barrel;
step 7: coring: the coring bit rotates fast, the sampling core gets into in the coring barrel that forms in step 6, coring operation, after coring is accomplished, the upset motor passes through the bull stick and drives the second coring body and rotate 180, make the port of coring barrel correspond with deposit the core, coring motor forward start once more, coring motor drives the coring board through the coring lead screw and promotes the sampling core and get into deposit on the core area in depositing the core, deposit the core area and drive the sampling core and get into the inside of depositing the core and store under the drive of depositing core driving motor, the upset motor passes through the bull stick and drives the second coring body again and rotate 180, repeat operation step 5-step 7, can realize the swift core storage of different degree of depth coal seam.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, coring while drilling is realized through the coring body in the coring bit, meanwhile, the multi-core convenient storage is realized through the core tube and the turnover/coring structure in the coring bit, so that the step of changing the coring of coal beds with different depths is realized, the purpose of coring and core storage for a plurality of times by one rod is achieved, the rod withdrawing links with different depths in the middle are reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
2. The coring bit is detachably connected with a plurality of groups of circumferentially distributed bit ends, and when one bit end is damaged, only the bit end corresponding to the damage is needed to be replaced, the whole bit replacement is not needed, and the use cost of the bit is effectively reduced.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
as shown in fig. 1 to 6 and fig. 9 to 15, in one embodiment of the present invention, a coring device while drilling for coal seams with different depths includes a positioning rail 3, a drill rod 8, a core storage tube 9 and a coring bit 10 are sequentially disposed at the lower part of the positioning rail 3, a sampling core 94 is disposed in the core storage tube 9, the coring bit 10 includes a first coring body 101, a drilling end 102 and a second coring body 103, the drilling end 102 is fixedly mounted on the first coring body 101 through a clamping groove body 1023 mounted at the bottom of the drilling end 102, coring motors 1033 are disposed at two sides of the second coring body 103, an output end of the coring motor 1033 is connected with a coring screw 1034, a coring slider 1035 is sleeved on the coring screw 1034, and a coring plate 6 is fixedly mounted on the coring slider 1035; a guide driving motor 1 is arranged on one side of the positioning rail 3, the output end of the guide driving motor 1 is connected with a positioning screw rod 2, a guide plate 4 is sleeved on the upper part of the positioning screw rod 2, connecting frames 5 are arranged on two sides in front of the positioning rail 3, a positioning ring 6 is arranged at the bottom of the connecting frames 5, and a drill rod 8 penetrates through the positioning ring 6; the bottom of the guide plate 4 is provided with a drilling driving motor 7, the output end of the drilling driving motor 7 is connected with a drill rod 8, the front of the drill rod 8 is in threaded connection with a core storage pipe 9, and the front of the core storage pipe 9 is in threaded connection with a coring bit 10; the drill rod 8 comprises a drill body 81, a first threaded connecting groove 82 and a pressing groove 83, wherein the first threaded connecting groove 82 and the pressing groove 83 are formed in one side, connected with the core storage pipe 9, of the drill body 81.
In this example, the drilling mode is switched, the coring motor 1033 is started forward, the coring motor 1033 drives the coring screw 1034 to rotate, the coring screw 1034 drives the coring slider 1035 to move outwards, and the coring slider 1035 drives the coring plate 1036 to move to the port of the second coring body 103, so that the drilling head is formed. The drilling operation is started, the drilling driving motor 7 drives the drill rod 8 to rotate, the drill rod 8 drives the core storage tube 9 to rotate, the core storage tube 9 drives the core drill bit 10 to rotate, and meanwhile the guiding driving motor 1 starts to drive the device to move forwards along the positioning rail 3.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5 and fig. 8 to 15, in one embodiment of the present invention, specifically, the core storage tube 9 includes a core storage body 91, a core storage cover 92, a core storage belt 93 and a sampling core 94, the upper portion of the core storage body 91 is clamped with the core storage cover 92, the bottom side inside the core storage body 91 is provided with the core storage belt 93, and one surface of the core storage belt 93 abuts against the end surface of the sampling core 94; a first threaded interface 911 is arranged on one side of the storage core 91, a second threaded connecting groove 912 is arranged on the other side of the storage core 91, a pressing rail 913 is arranged on the bottom side of the storage core 91, four groups of spring clamping seats 921 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the storage core cover 92, the pull rod 922 is embedded in the upper portion of the core storage cover 92, a core storage driving motor 931 is arranged on one side of the core storage belt 93, a telescopic spring isolation plate 932 is mounted on the upper portion of the core storage belt 93, and core storage plates 933 are arranged on two sides of the core storage belt 93.
In this embodiment, when the set depth is reached, the coring mode is switched, the coring motor 1033 is started reversely, the coring plate 1036 moves inward to the innermost end of the second coring body 103, so that the coring plate 1036 and the inside of the second coring body 103 form a coring barrel, then the coring bit 10 rotates rapidly, the sampling core 94 enters the coring bit 10, then the second coring body 103 rotates 180 °, the coring plate 1036 rotates to the port of the second coring body 103, the coring motor 1033 is started, the coring plate 1036 moves inward to the innermost end of the second coring body 103 and pushes the sampling core 94 into the core storage tube 9 for storage, and the above operations are repeated, so that rapid coring storage of coal seams with different depths is realized.
As shown in fig. 4 to 12, in one embodiment of the present invention, specifically, a second threaded interface 1011 is provided on one side of the first coring body 101, a front end 1012 is provided on the top of the first coring body 101, and mounting slots 1013 are uniformly provided on the front end 1012, and two sets of clip slots 1014 are provided in each set of mounting slots 1013; the upper part of the drilling end 102 is provided with a drilling tool 1021, the bottom and the side surfaces of the drilling end 102 are respectively provided with a group of clamping bodies 1022, clamping groove bodies 1023 are nested at two sides of the clamping bodies 1022, the upper part of the drilling end 102 is inserted and connected with a mounting handle 1024, the bottom of the mounting handle 1024 is connected with a pull rope 1026, the inner side of the pull rope 1026 is provided with a guide ring 1025, the front part of the pull rope 1026 penetrates through the clamping bodies 1022 to be connected with the clamping groove bodies 1023, and the clamping groove bodies 1023 are connected with the clamping bodies 1022 through reset springs 1027; the second coring body 103 is internally provided with a coring groove 1031, a turnover motor 1032 is installed at the middle position of one side of the second coring body 103, and the output end of the turnover motor 1032 is connected with the second coring body 103 through a rotating rod.
Principle of operation
A method of using a coring while drilling device for coal seams of different depths, the coring method comprising the steps of:
step 1: and (3) movement adjustment: moving the device to a position to be measured under a mine, and adjusting the cutting angle between the drill rod 8 and the coal rock mass, wherein the cutting angle is 15 degrees;
step 2: installing a core storage pipe 9: the core storage pipe 9 is arranged in front of the drill rod 8 through threaded rotary connection;
step 3: installing the coring bit 10: the core drill bit 10 is arranged in front of the core storage tube 9 through a threaded rotary connection;
step 4: switching a drilling mode: the coring motor 1033 is started in the forward direction, and the coring motor 1033 drives the coring plate 1036 to seal the port of the coring groove 1031 through the coring screw 1034, so that the coring groove 1031 is in a sealed state;
step 5: drilling: the drill rod 8 rotates, the drill rod 8 drives the core storage tube 9 and the coring bit 10 to rotate, and the device moves forwards along the positioning rail 3;
step 6: switching the coring mode: after reaching the set depth, the coring mode is switched, the coring motor 1033 is reversely started, and the coring motor 1033 drives the coring plate 1036 to be far away from the port of the coring groove 1031 through the coring screw 1034, so that the coring plate 1036 and the coring groove 1031 form a coring barrel;
step 7: coring: the coring bit 10 rotates fast, the sampling core 94 gets into the coring barrel that forms in step 6, coring operation, after coring is accomplished, flip motor 1032 drives the second coring body 103 through the bull stick and rotates 180 for the port of coring barrel corresponds with depositing core 91, coring motor 1033 forward start again, coring motor 1033 drives through coring lead screw 1034 and gets core 1036 and promote the sampling core 94 and get into the depositing on core area 93 in depositing core 91, deposit core area 93 and drive under depositing core driving motor 931 and drive sampling core 94 and get into the inside of depositing core 91 and store, flip motor 1032 drives the second coring body 103 through the bull stick again and rotates 180, repeated operation step 5-step 7 can realize the swift coring storage of different degree of depth coal seam.
When the drilling end 102 is damaged, a user pulls the mounting handle 1024 by hand, the pull rope 1026 connected to the bottom of the mounting handle 1024 pulls the clamping groove body 1023 to move out of the clamping groove hole 1014, so that the damaged drilling end 102 can be conveniently detached from the mounting groove 1013, the clamping body 1022 is inserted into the clamping groove hole 1014 after the drilling end 102 is replaced, the mounting handle 1024 is released by hand, the clamping groove body 1023 is inserted into the clamping groove hole 1014 under the action of the reset spring 1027, and the drilling end 102 is conveniently mounted on the front end 1012.
