10. A method of installing a tilt-and-reverse glass awning system according to any of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
step one: performing field measurement and paying off according to a construction drawing, and installing a awning keel;
step two: the connecting lug plates are welded at the lower part of the awning keel according to the positioning line, and the logarithm of the connecting lug plates is determined according to the stress calculation along the length direction of the awning keel, so that at least two pairs of connecting lug plates are ensured;
step three: assembling a conversion hanging piece, enabling a flat head lower screw rod to penetrate through a through long pressing block strip, screwing a fastening nut into a threaded round rod of the flat head lower screw rod, enabling the distance between the through long pressing block strip and a rubber pad at the upper end of a circular arc-shaped roller to be larger than the thickness of a laminated glass panel, screwing an internal threaded sleeve onto the threaded round rod of the flat head lower screw rod, and screwing the threaded round rod of the flat head upper screw rod into the upper part of the internal threaded sleeve;
step four: the hanging hole on the flat rod in the screw rod on the flat head is arranged in the two connecting lug plates and aligned with the centers of the round holes on the two connecting lug plates, the flat rod of the screw rod on the flat head is connected with the two connecting lug plates by adopting a pin shaft bolt to form a rotating point, and after the screw rod on the flat head rotates to a required inclined position, the position of the screw rod on the flat head is fixed by screwing the positioning bolt;
step five: the opposite ends of two adjacent laminated glass panels extend into the space between the supporting plate and the through long pressing block strips and are arranged on the rubber pad of the circular arc roller, the circular arc roller rotates in the circular arc groove to finely adjust the inclination of the laminated glass panels, the fastening nuts are screwed after the inclination of the laminated glass panels is adjusted in place, and the fastening nuts push the through long pressing block strips to press the laminated glass panels, so that the laminated glass panels are fixed;
step six: the decorative buckling strips are buckled below opposite ends of two adjacent laminated glass panels, the decorative buckling strips are fastened with the through-length pressing strips through self-tapping nails with the interval of 350mm, and the lighting effect can be improved by installing the brightening lamp in the decorative buckling strips according to the requirement.
