The evaporator is connected with a water pump to convert liquid substances into gaseous substances, the water pump is used for introducing the liquid to be evaporated into a heat exchange tube or a coil pipe inside the evaporator, then the liquid is evaporated and steam is generated by heating, and a large amount of heat is consumed in the evaporation process, so that a cooling medium or the liquid is required to be continuously supplemented to keep the normal operation of the evaporator. The water pump may assist in introducing such cooling medium or liquid into the evaporator, thereby ensuring that the evaporator has sufficient cooling medium or liquid during operation to maintain the efficiency of the evaporator.
S12112, stopping adding water into the evaporator when the temperature of the evaporator is detected to be lower than the preset temperature.
In this embodiment, when the evaporator is heated to a set temperature of 120 ℃, the water pump adds water from the clean water tank to the evaporator, and when the evaporator temperature is below the set temperature (95 ℃), the water pump stops adding water, and a temperature controller is installed in the system, and the controller monitors the temperature of the evaporator and compares the temperature with a preset temperature. If the evaporator temperature is below the preset temperature, the controller may consider that water is sufficient to stop the pump from adding water to avoid excessive water addition and wasting resources.
And S12113, according to preset evaporator operation parameters, evaporating and heating the pumped water.
In this example, the evaporator is high power 1350W and the care chamber is operated for about 1 minute to begin generating steam; the clothes are subjected to shaping, wrinkle removing and fold removing nursing.

In this embodiment, the plasma generator is used for sterilizing, eliminating smoke, removing dust, and eliminating odor, and the nursing time can be 10 minutes at the set temperature, which is set above the inner side of the inner cylinder.
The drying nursing period comprises the steps of sucking hot air into the inner cylinder to absorb and discharge steam generated by steam nursing, stopping sucking the hot air after the temperature rises to a preset temperature range, and operating the inner circulating fan to continuously circulate the hot air in the inner cylinder, and continuously sucking the hot air when the temperature in the inner cylinder is detected to be lower than the preset temperature range so as to automatically discharge the air in the inner cylinder;
and when the second drying nursing period is executed, simultaneously executing the steps of deodorizing and nursing the clothes in the inner cylinder according to the preset operation rule and deodorizing and nursing through the plasma generator.
In this embodiment, the first drying care period is within the set temperature, and the care time may be 30 minutes; in the first drying nursing period, the PTC heating element power 800W and the perfusion fan work to generate hot air; the bottom air inlet door is opened, the high-speed fan generates strong convection hot air in the cavity, and the strong convection hot air is discharged from the top air inlet, so that clothes drying is accelerated; the second drying nursing period is within a set temperature, the nursing time can be 20 minutes, and in the second drying nursing period, the PTC heating element power 800W and the perfusion fan are kept to work to generate hot air; the air inlet door is opened to generate strong convection hot air, so that the air inlet door at the bottom of clothes drying is opened, the high-speed fan generates strong convection hot air in the cavity, and the strong convection hot air is discharged from the air outlet at the top of the cavity, so that clothes drying is accelerated. Simultaneously, the plasma generator and the UV lamp work together; drying clothes and sterilizing, deodorizing and nursing.

when the temperature in the inner cylinder is detected to be lower than a preset temperature range, hot air is continuously pumped in, when the air pressure in the inner cylinder is higher than the air pressure outside the machine body, the hot air in the inner cylinder can be discharged to the outer side of the machine body by utilizing pressure difference, and as a preferable scheme, but not a limitation, the relative positions of the perfusion fan and the cover plate in the machine body are arranged to further improve the discharge efficiency of wet cooling air.
S122, descaling care is carried out on the clothes in the inner cylinder according to a preset descaling operation rule.
In this embodiment, scale removal is also for energy saving, and scale may form a barrier layer on the surfaces of heat exchangers, pipes, etc., which hinders heat transfer and fluid flow, resulting in increased energy loss, thereby reducing the efficiency of the apparatus. By removing scale, the heat transfer and fluid flow capacity of the device can be improved, and the energy loss can be reduced, thereby achieving the effect of energy conservation.
As a preferred embodiment, but not limiting of, step S122 further comprises S1221-S1224, wherein:
s1221, adding a scale dissolver into the clean water tank.
In this embodiment, the scale dissolver may be citric acid, and the specific step is to automatically inject 50g of citric acid into the clean water tank, and the water adding amount of the clean water tank reaches the top of the water gauge in the tank body.
S1222, receiving a descaling start instruction of a user, and pumping the water in the clean water tank to the evaporator through the water pump.
In this embodiment, when the user confirms again that the descaling is performed, the user presses the start button, and the water pump is started to pump water to the evaporator for about 50 seconds, that is, 200-300 ml of water is injected.
S1223, after standing for a preset time, pumping the water of the evaporator to the scale water tank through a water pump.
In this example, the evaporator was operated at a controlled temperature of 85℃for 38 minutes, and then the evaporator water was pumped into the dirty water tank for about 1 minute, i.e., the water was pumped out in an amount of 260 to 360ml/min.
S1224, when the water in the scale water tank is detected to be full, the water in the scale water tank is discharged to the outer side of the machine body through the water pump.
In this embodiment, the water level detecting device detects that the water in the dirty water tank is full, and the water pump is started to discharge the water in the dirty water tank.
S123, executing a door opening power-off mode according to the door opening disconnection operation rule.
When the clothes care machine door is detected to be opened, the clothes care machine door is automatically cut into an opening power-off mode, and the opening power-off mode is at least used for suspending the current work.
